I mean they’re all everything but diagnosed #which I know is a mood for a lot of people so #Wally has vibes of he could’ve been diagnosed in school but his parents wouldn’t let the school test him for it #bc did you guys know that if the parents say no my kid is fine legally schools can’t do anything? it’s fucked up #I’ve taken a few intro to special ed classes and that’s a Thing #and I think Wally’s parents would be those people. if barry and iris ever got custody of him they would’ve done anything to help tho so #basically in canon?
