How did you get into taking and editing gaming screenshots?

Have you only ever made screenshots for Hitman, or have there been other games that have been fun to edit as well?

Interesting question!

I've actually always played on the console, I last had a PC when I was a young adult. When I started studying, I bought a laptop and from then on I only played on my PlayStation; the laptop was there for work.

After almost 10 years, however, the laptop gave up and then the question arose: new laptop or desktop computer? And in the end I decided on a desktop PC. And that, of course, opened up completely new possibilities, including playing Hitman with a very specific mod that allowed me to replace 47 with his very attractive older brother 😏

Through that, I started taking the first screenshots with Ansel. Little by little, I started to use Photoshop to edit screenshots and make my visions come true (47 and Grey sometimes just belong next to each other ☝️).

I prefer screenshots in the direct game environment. Screenshots with a dark background look more aesthetically pleasing, but I like to take screenshots that look like snapshots, like this one.

When it comes to pure image editing, I use Lightroom. I've created a few presets that I use frequently. But mostly I edit the pictures depending on my mood 😁

Apart from Hitman, I really only play The Sims 4 on PC. I've learned a few things here too, for example how to use the free camera to photograph and present my houses beautifully.

I had really planned something big, I even wanted to stream, can you imagine that? 😅 For Christmas, my parents even gave me a really great camera and a professional microphone from Razer, but to this day I've never had the courage to publish my stuff or stream games. Well, here is at least a small excerpt of what I do (it's a pub) 😌
