have some black obey me + their bonnets headcanons 💞💞
i feel like if the demon brothers were black, all of them would wear bonnets due their hair being too long for durags but they still dont want their hair to mess up while sleeping
asmo has several bonnets, all of which match whatever pajamas hes wearing to bed, lucifer only has one n its literally tearing at the seams from overuse, mammon has a few he rotates between but usually sticks to like, two of them, both beel n belphie tend to forget to wear their bonnets but try, satan wears his religiously cause hes not planning to mess his locs up anytime soon n levi tends to wear his 24/7, regardless of where he is or what hes doing, he will be wearing it, the only time he doesnt was when he was in the marines n when hes at a fancy event/place
i also know that beel n belphie definitely have matching bonnets, n its the only time ull ever see belphie in orange, even if its only a small amount of orange
simeon has one of those fancy bonnets definitely, he wears it regularly but does forget to bring it if he didnt know that he was spending the night, solomon forgets that bonnets exist n doesnt wear one, precedes to get upset when his hair gets messed up as if it wasnt his fault for not wearing a bonnet 🙄🙄
luke doesnt wear a bonnet cause he doesnt like the feeling of one, so he just accepts the fate of constantly messy hair in the morning 😪, diavolo has a bonnet cause hes the prince n his hair needs to be presentable at all times, barbatos wears one for similar reasons as diavolo but also cause he hates it when his hair gets messy, even more so if its a hair style that takes a while such as locs or braids
ofc, all of their bonnets have their signature colors, luci has blue, levi has purple, mammon gold/yellow, simeon white, etc, tho asmo does have alot of bonnets in many different colors n patterns
I got the other asks lol hiii t4t!!
Asmo being an icon as always and making sure everything matches ofc!!
Just imagine MC buys Lucifer a new bonnet and he almost cries-
Mammon’s gotta keep in mind he’s a model and take care of his hair!!
Ooh! Also, Asmo going into the twins room right before he goes to bed to yell at both of them to put their bonnets on. Or he’s not helping them with their hair next time.
Satan being the good boy and Levi just living in his makes sm sense-
Simeon’s always rushing home just to get his bonnet and toothbrush before he can spend the night anywhere (Jkjk lol) Ofc Solomon would be like that 💀 poor Luke tho 🥲
and really is there ever a moment Barbatos and Diavolo can’t look their best?- tho I can imagine Diavolo having a few different bonnets just because he liked how they looked / the material.

my last ask reminded me ab the thot i forgot ab lol:
facial hair
**I JUST READ YOUR REPLY AND YOU DON'T LIKE MUSTACHES???? 😭**
uhhh -- well, i write a lot of steven/miguel fics so i don't explore the facial hair aspect of oscar (even though he has the most iconic staches and beards out there) so let's discuss + lemme get you on the 'stache train with me:
Exhibit A: Llewyn Davis
Tumblr media
this hot fucking mess has zero right to look this good. dude was literally on the verge of passing out and/or crying the whole movie. also his beard is way too well kept for him to be homeless.
tell me you wouldn't enjoy the beard burn he'd leave between your thighs or holding onto those cute curls eeee --
Exhibit B: Nathan Bateman
Tumblr media
THIS BALD BITCH (ok -- peek at the vein in his arm...) literally doesn't need to be bald but he probably thinks he's too big-brained™️ for hair or something idk.
he could literally kiss me until my whole mouth area and chin turn red and i wouldn't care 😭. he'd probably be a dick and rub himself all over me just to irritate my skin (i'm sensitive) then tease me ab it after.
let's face it, dude would look magnificent eating ice cream (or dripping with heat as he lifts his face from my -----) uhhh ok next
Exhibit C: Blue Jones
Tumblr media
yeah, he looks like a slut. i mean the porn stache really just staples the word "pimp" onto his forehead. he's definitely more into himself than anyone else and he looks like a class A pervert, but i'd still hit it tho 💀
NEXT!
Exhibit D: Duke Leto and Jonathan Levy
Tumblr media Tumblr media
i put them together bc of their full beards and hair. both give off 'have a family but still ready to fuck' vibes, but jonathan is softer and domestic 🥺
look at those beards and how well they frame his lips, it's like he's FORCING you to look 🫠 AND THE GREEYING HAIRRR EEEEE I NEED
LAST ONE -> EXHIBIT EEEEE: THE FUCKING BEARD HE HAD DURING THE TF PRESS TOUR
Tumblr media
"this is powerful"
"clean shaven 5 days ago" -- ok but why would he say that??? does he wants me to collapse??? does he want to be bitten???
i genuinely lost track of the reasoning behind this ask (i'm sleep deprived and deliriously screaming ab this man) idk if i like facial hair or if it's just irresistible on him...either way i wanna feel it everywhere 😵‍💫
Omg em!! I absolutely adore beards especially Oscar’s!!! It’s the moustache only look that I’m always eek about and yet I still pine after Blue Jones 😂😳
I need to watch Inside Llewyn Davis still, I know I’ve got some catching up to do but his beard does look ridiculously well kept for a homeless guy you’re right.
Nathan Batsman’s beard is something I’m a very open whore about yes to the carpet burnnnnnnn
Jonathan levy is the perfect example of just like… ‘Messy academic hot man that I want to make even more of a mess of’. That’s a type, right? Adore. Esp the greys!!!! I love the fucking greys!!! Father of my children!!!
The god damn TF interviews ☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️
He said that because he wants you to know that he knows exactly what he says and does to us.
Yes to facial hair especially on Oscar. Just the stache on other men get the fuck away from me 😂

HOW ARE YOU SO GOOD AT MAKING AESTHETICALLY PLEASING YET MINIMALISTIC AND SIMPLE THEMES, TEACH ME YOUR WAYS >>
SOB SOB SNIFFLE SNIFFLE THANK YOU SM IRAH YOURS IS SO SO PLEASING TO THE EYES TOO!! I LOVE YOUR LEVI ICON :( CRIES tbh i’m not so sure ( ꩜ ᯅ ꩜ ) it’s really up to personal preferences but i usually choose a white background to make my blog look “neater” bc i use true blue!! i deadass cannot go back to coloured backgrounds 🤾 i also try to put as little info as i can in my pinned n put my trust into links i love love love how simple and tidy it looks
bulletpoints are your best friend !! it makes everything sm more cleaner imo and as for graphics u can head to pinterest !! what i usually search is “ [ colour ] png icons ” and lots of pretty pretty ones will come out 🎀 but if u don’t like png icons i suggest looking through some kpop moodboards here they have some of the best aesthetics heehee
another advice i’d give is to not use symbols / fonts excessively!! i know they’re super pretty but imo it can get a little overwhelming / messy depending on how you use them ˊᯅˋ
once again everything’s up to personal preferences❕season your blog however you like as long as it makes you happy and i’m sure you’ll find your own rhythm as you go 🤍
here are some of the resources i use in case u want them :D

OCCUPATION: Chief of Police, Hawkins, IN ABILITIES: Vietnam Veteran, skilled with firearms, strong survival and fighting skills WEAKNESSES: Prone to violent outbursts, haunted by the death of his only child, heavy drinker and smoker, possible addiction to antianxiety medications
The role of Hawkins chief of police Jim Hopper was “certainly the most interesting character that had ever been sent my way,” Harbour says. “I love very flawed individuals as well, and I love very messy individuals who in turn discover who they are through the course of a few series of events, which forces them to either grow up or die.”
In auditions for Hopper, Harbour captured the character’s loose, rough-and-tumble masculinity and hinted at the police chief’s broken heart. “When I read the first draft of the script, I immediately thought of my grandfather John Ashe, who was a lieutenant in the NYPD motorcycle division when I was a kid,” says casting director Carmen Cuba. “He was the most iconic American man I knew, slightly terrifying and incredibly loyal and loving. He was also six feet, three. David Harbour embodied all of that in this character without ever having been given that direction.”
[…] “I was looking at movies about cops that are a little bit messed up and have to go into a situation that makes them face their biggest flaw.”
“Roy Scheider’s character [from Jaws] was a big influence with his uniform look,” says costume designer Kimberly Adams. “What was great about how that movie was done was that the chief had a different uniform than his guys. that felt right for Hopper to not be the same as his guys, to make it more small-town, not so perfect. The hat—we wanted it to seem like something that had been on [Hopper’s] head for a while.” Even the way Hopper’s clothes hang on his body indicate that something’s amiss in his life. Adams says, “David didn’t want to slim down for the character. [Hopper] drinks a lot of beer, and he’s not taking care of his body like he should. So we played into that with the way that his jeans fit, the way his clothes fit. He’s let himself go a little bit.”
Harbour had other insights into Hopper’s demeanor and his behavior that he eagerly shared with the Duffer brothers. “One of the things was I wanted him to be very emotionally unavailable and have problems with intimacy,” Harbour says. “So there’s this stuff with sleeping around. […] All that stuff was my contribution because I wanted to see more of the degradation of this guy in terms of intimacy.”
Hopper’s cowboy persona quickly turned him into the show’s resident sex symbol—despite his inner turmoil, he moves through the world with confidence. He’s hot-tempered and brave. “He is still and simple in a show that is often loud and busy, and yet even with that simplicity, he conveys such damage, such wounds,” executive producer Shawn Levy says.

care to share the zombie films you really love?
sure! they're pretty basic lol so i don’t have any new recommendations for you but i do have thoughts:
night of the living dead !! thee movie of all time
dawn of the dead - to a lesser extent (the zombie sfx in this one aren't great and it does kind of drag) but there's just something about it! the characters, the atmosphere, the themes.... also it was filmed in my hometown so i'm kind of biased. i'm also kind of a romero purist (for example, i don't like fast zombies conceptually)
shaun of the dead - i love this movie so much, the script is airtight, it has the perfect balance of horror/humor/pathos. i like all the cornetto trilogy movies but this one is probably my favorite (although i think hot fuzz is overall a better movie tbh)
evil dead (2013) - yeah the reboot. love it. this was the film i was really thinking of when i said i get into zombie movies in the winter because every year right around this time, i start feeling like rewatching this like once a week lol. i just think it's a great film, totally underrated. i just don't think i've seen any other movie that feels like this one feels, whether that's because of the atmosphere or the gore is hard to say. easily one of my favorite movies ever. and jane levy is so iconic in this <3
evil dead 2 - best of the original series. just fun! ash williams <3 i've also been rewatching ash vs evil dead with a friend of mine and, well, it's something else
the beach house - it drags at the beginning with pseudo-intellectual pretension BUT it's worth it because it gets super suspenseful and has some really effective body horror, but also it goes this really interesting route of appreciating the brutal but beautiful apathy and power of nature? not a traditional zombie movie which has its pros and cons. i usually end up watching this one in the summer with all the ocean horror movies (and beach movies in general lol)
paranorman - this was one of my favorite movie growing up! it just hits. another movie that i think has a great balance of horror/humor, as well as being a great kids' movie but also i still find it funny and charming as an adult
anna and the apocalypse - i just watched this again and tbh i liked it better this time around; like i said, i do think the middle is messy writing (cringeworthy dialogue, poor pacing, lack of balance of horror/humor and action/character development, and i just really hate the principal as a character tbh what is the point of him) BUT the songs are great, for the most part i like the characters, generally just good fun
c.h.u.d. - yeah, c.h.u.d. idk i just think it's better than people give it credit for (or at least more enjoyable). i'm actually kind of writing a little thing about how dawn of the dead and c.h.u.d. handle the topic of pregnancy, framing pro-choice conversations about having kids in an unstable and dangerous environment (the zombies/humanoid creatures being emblematic of various kinds of social dangers), and what it means to choose to have kids in a place where the future is so fraught. idk i was just struck by how similar these two particular young women are in these two films and what their roles are respectively but i have to think about it more and probably rewatch them
little monsters - so cute! and lupita nyong’o with a ukulele
speaking of, re-animator - not my all time favorite maybe, i find it kind of boring, but how can you hate a silly little mad scientist and his boyfriend running around wreaking havoc on everybody
santa clarita diet - just cute and fun
i generally like contagion horror, which i consider zombie movies a subcategory of, so movies like the thing, the faculty, etc. general pod people shenanigans i tend to like. i also like reanimated/undead people generally
i’m also playing carrion right now which is very fun and very the thing like. i love a creature
anyway let me also use this as an opportunity to complain about zombie movies i don't love:
zombieland - i think the second one is fun but i simply cannot stand jesse eisenberg in this fucking movie and it's just kind of boring and male fantasy ish
return of the living dead is actually really funny and i like a lot of the scenes but it's just too long. the premise itself is amazing though and i do love the ending
army of the dead - fast sentient zombies. giant cgi action movie shit. love the premise, love a lot of the characters, didn't actually hate watching it, but i probably will never watch it again. tig notaro in this movie though <3
warm bodies - it's fine. i haven't seen it in a while but it was kind of boring to me. also aren't there fast zombies in this? have i mentioned that i don't like fast zombies
pet semetary - i read the book too. sucks ass. great song though
pride and prejudice and zombies - very funny concept but i don’t think i will ever watch the full thing start to finish. i have seen enough
life after beth - it’s less that i dislike this one and more that i don’t remember anything about it lol. i will rewatch it soon but if it was that unmemorable i can’t recommend it
cooties — like the faculty but worse. but elijah wood and leigh whannell are in it so
zombie watchlist:
train to busan
wild zero (thanks for the rec!)
 in the flesh (tv series)
the walking dead - it’s just so long though and even though i’ve heard from so many people that it’s good, it just looks boring to me idk
 overlord
i would love some recommendations from anyone who has any
i haven’t read any books that are about zombies/zombie adjacent creatures except for the troop by nick cutter and that was pretty good actually. a little overwritten and there are no female characters but worthwhile. fun! good amount of body horror and gore
anyway! that’s all

Attack on Prime Halloween Anthology: Vampires Part 1
Main Story
Candyman
Frankenstein
“Gotta admit, yesterday was pretty depressing,” Hanji remarked as they sat around the bonfire once more.
“A lot of these stories are pretty depressing,” Jean retorted, “A good portion of the spirits were people who haven’t done anything wrong.”
“Except for the ‘Silbón’ one. Little shit had it coming,” Levi declared.
“What about the slit mouth woman?” Connie asked.
“You kick them out. You don’t cut someone’s face for that,” Levi snapped.
“Many of these stories tend to be tragic,” Optimus explained, “They did not receive justice in their life, so they seek out vengeance in their death.”
“Chilling,” Hanji said, gesturing to the group.
Optimus straightened his back. “Many centuries ago, a woman had lived in a town along the coastal waters. Her lips were as red as a rose, her hair as bright as a sunflower, and her eyes as green as a four-leaf clover. Her beauty was profound, but she also had a kind and gentle soul. She could have anyone she wanted, but her heart had fallen for a peasant boy.
Her family was displeased with this. Her father wanted his daughter to be married into wealth, and so, her father forced her to marry a wealthier and older nobleman. The nobleman had kept her locked away in a tower to keep her beauty to himself, and he only entered to feed her and take her blood. He would press a knife against her neck and drag it across her fair skin to draw out her blood. The woman had hated him and this life. Her only solace was the promise of the peasant boy, proclaiming he would come and rescue her. She had waited and waited, but her love did not come.
The woman had decided to hide her meals from her husband. Overtime, her lips had faded from red to grey. Her sunflower hair had wilted to the ground, and her eyes had faded to pale white. The woman had died a slow death, and the townsfolk had buried. However, there was a practice they did not follow to make sure she stayed in the ground. It was tradition to place stones atop of the grave so the dead may not rise again. They did not do this to her grave because they believed it would shame her more, as they did not do anything to save her from her husband.
Because of this, the woman had clawed her way out of the ground as a vengeful spirit called The Dearg-Due: the blood-sucker. In the dark of the night, she will sing her siren song to lure those vulnerable out of their homes and to her grave. There, she will use her fangs to pierce the neck of her victims, and drink their blood until they have no more to give. Just like her husband had done many times. The only way to prevent her from causing harm, is to place stones on her grave before each night, to prevent her soul from rising up again. But over time, the people have forgotten. Beware the siren song of the Dearg-Due.”
“EW!” Connie finally shouted.
“I agree. That’s disgusting,” Levi stated.
“Does she only survive off of blood then?” Mikasa asked.
“Who would want to only drink blood?!” Sasha demanded, “Blood tastes like metal and it’s messy!”
“The common terms for these creatures in Earth’s modern day would be ‘vampire’,” Optimus answered.
“Vampire?” Armin questioned as everyone turned their attention to Optimus.
“Vampires are creatures of the night, who survive off of the blood of humans,” Optimus explained, “They are quite popular on Earth, and the most prominent and iconic vampire is called ‘Count Dracula’.”
“Oh,” Hanji hummed in intrigued, “And does Count Dracula have his own story?”
“Multiple stories in fact have been created centered around this mythical creature,” Optimus answered, “But the original book was written by Bram Stoker.”
Eren could see the eagerness on Hanji’s face, knowing where this was going. “So tomorrow is going to be Count Dracula?”
“Oh yeah,” Hanji grinned.

— real-life faceclaims
There are two real-life faceclaims I'm using for Levi Ackerman, having not decided between the two for a few reasons I'm going to explain. Both faceclaims are popular (?) faceclaims for Levi in the snk fandom, and I don't claim to have discovered these two actors myself, having been inspired by some great fanart / edits, except I accidentally had seen a movie with Edward Furlong and immediately thought he's a perfect match before deciding on using him as fc.
Tumblr media
edward furlong
Tumblr media
Edward Furlong in the 90s is the PERFECT faceclaim for Levi Ackerman. He has the perfect haircut, his face resembles him in many ways, and what's most important is the aura he carries. The attitude you can say, which fits Levi in all ways. His facial expressions, his posture, everything about him screams ‘ Levi ’. What doesn't make him perfect is the fact he's too young. Levi's in his early thirties in his main timeline, and Edward Furlong in the age he resembles him the most, looks as if he's in his early twenties at most, and that's an age gap I can't ignore despite Levi looking younger for his age. ( Meaning he is perfect but I can't use him (╥﹏╥) )
Tumblr media
dane deehan
Tumblr media
Dane Deehan is a good match as well. He may not resemble him as much as I wish when it comes to some of his facial characteristics but I love him for many reasons. First of all, the man is a chameleon. In my attempt to choose a movie and make icons for him, I realized he's portraying one diverse character after another which I admire even if it makes it more difficult to icon him. His hair is blonde in many movies, and his haircut isn't much close to the one I'm searching for, but I love him, first of all, for his SICKLY appearance. He's really pretty despite not looking healthy, and having dark circles under his eyes, which is one of the most important features I'm searching for Levi. Also, the color of his eyes is real close to the ice blue / gray Levi has, and I also like his full lips. He's around the same age as Levi and looks younger, which is great, but like I said, he's difficult to use, for playing many different roles ( classy / messy, serious / silly, etc. ) and not giving off a certain vibe I am searching for.
Tumblr media
In conclusion, both faceclaims are perfect for different reasons. I'm using Edward Furlong for writing Levi for when he's in his teenage years until his mid-twenties ( mostly following his criminal past ) and Dane Deehan for his main timeline.

The product that we are selling are customizable recyclable denim patchwork jeans, jacket and dungarees 100% made by cotton (for sustainability purposes). Which are stretched denim and elasticated at the waist for comfort and there is the choice of adding the child's name at the back of the jean jacket.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We believe this is essential for children because we value their comfort and understand there are issues with how uncomfortable jeans feel for children especially the children with sensory issues so we designed them to be comfortable and loose fitting because we value their comfort. We are also giving them the opportunity to choose what they want to wear and by making them feel 'entitled' in a way because of the choice of having their name on the garment its because we want them to feel valued too. We think it’s important that children have a chance to have authority on choosing what they want to wear at young ages ,most children from ages 3-6 go through that stage in their life where they wants to make their own decisions and take some responsibility. For some parents this could be stressful as they in routine of taking responsibility of how their child looks and by giving them authority it can get messy however, Dr. Kyle Pruett a child psychiatry professor at yale wrote an article encouraging parents to give kids autonomy and letting them '"figure out how to do things themselves, messy as it may be at the start"  this is a need/ desire that we are catering to by being the first steps a child makes when it comes to making decisions on what they want to wear while also encouraging their creativity by giving them a range of  choices with customization. This also benefits the parent as it allows them to relax more when their child is starting to make their choices, we want parents to feel as if they can trust us as a business that their children are in safe hands but its also an experience for them as they witness their child having fun choosing what they want to wear but also being an open space for them where they can also join in with the fun of choosing . Our product type would be considered as a continuity product because its denim, denim has been in fashion since the mid-19th century and is used by many kid brands still use today such as Nudie, Levis and Bella Rose. However we are starting with a sea life collection so most options will be sea animals as the patches. Similar children brands such as boden have done similar with their products by having sharks printed on a denim shirt made with durable cotton.
Trends that support our denim sea life collection are Joyful nautical (a WGSN kids summer 24 trend) which is about nautical themes that are refreshed through a fun colour palette, joyful repeated icons and graphics that highlight sea life conversation. We think this trend is suitable because of the emphasis it has on bright colours which brings out emotions such as joy and excitement which is similar to our patches we will stitch as they will also be in bright colours in order to also stimulate excitement which is approved by colour psychology. The sea life icons make it playful and peak children's interest in sea life which is the vision we have when it comes to our sea life collection and for our future collections.

wardrobe essentials to make your closet wearable
Tumblr media
We all struggle in putting on clothes, GOOD LOOKING AND MATCHING CLOTHES. Building a base on your closet will not only make your wardrobe cool but, miss and match will be more easier. Now let's be honest, clothes are kind of expensive especially, when these are just basic type of clothing. But, think of closet essentials as the scaffolding in having a good and wearable wardrobe. Lastly, as much as possible, shop at your local thrift stores.
Tumblr media
JEANS
Not those basic skinny blue jeans, I am talking about baggy jeans, high cut jeans, flare jeans, straight cut jeans, Levis 501s, and many more. Finding the perfect jeans that fits you is like finding your true love, or finding a large sum of money on a street. Finding your type of jeans are RARE. Now, let us look at the criteria on creating your perfect jean. First, high rise jeans or jeans that are above your waist is very suitable for people who are short, since these type of jeans when tucked in can always accentuate your hips and torso and gives the illusion that you look taller. However, you should look for jeans that fits right for you. When jeans are too long for you, the ends can be cramped up and wrinkly on your ankles, and it creates a very messy and overwhelming look. But if the jeans are too short, the ankles are shown which can create a very awkward look and it kind of looks like it doesn't fits for you. Second, the type and the overall structure and condition of jeans should also be considered. Jeans that fits right onto your crotch, or makes you uncomfortable on your crotch can rip easily with a single move. Finding a jean with a very relaxed stretch on the crotch can create a very comfortable experience. Now, these are the brands that I would recommend for y'all:
Levis (specifically Levis 501s)
If we think of jeans, they are the ones that is iconic in this sense. Levis 501s are the best when it comes to jeans. They create a very clean cut look, and they can also last long and very comfortable when wearing.
Guess
Jeans from Guess also are an icon when it comes to jeans. Their jeans are far more stretchable than any other. So pro tip, buy a jean that is one size smaller than your size, since jeans from guess have a percentage of spandex on it.
Wrangler
These jeans from Wrangler is perfect when you want to buy skinny jeans. They hone your body and gives that fit and fun that you want for a jean.
Tumblr media
RIPPED JEAN SHORTS These short are perfect for going to the beach, since it gives off that casual, but at the same time, sophisticated look. They are the best when it comes for summer, since jean shorts gives off that relief for the heat, but also look fashionable at the same time. These shorts are every common, and you can find them anywhere. Even in your local thrift store, there are tons of supplies in this. Now, when wearing a good jean shorts, I would recommend that they are ripped jean shorts, not those clean jean shorts without any rip on it since, they can look very formal, but at the same time underwhelming look since the rips gives off that spice in your regular jeans shorts. Now these are the criteria for jean shorts. Number one, find jean short that are longer that your desired size in length. Jean shorts tend to ride up when you wear it overtime.
Tumblr media
SWEATERS Knit, cotton, wool, or if your fancy, cashmere, these type of clothing are perfect for any occasion you want to attend to. Now, since sweaters are long sleeved, they give off a sophisticated, formal look but, sweaters can also become a more casual and fun look, since sweaters can have fun and colorful prints on them. Sweaters are also perfect for different climates all around the world. Sweaters are usually worn on cold weathered environment, and knitted sweaters are perfect for this type of weather. Cashmere and fuzzy sweaters are also perfect for this kind of weather. My recommendations for wearing this type of clothing is, wear the clothing itself before buying it. These kinds of sweaters are usually itchy, since sweaters with thick materials tend to become itchy, such as wool and alpaca fabrics. Also, try the sweater on for a few minutes, since sweaters are overwhelming on the body since it covers your whole upper body in layers. There is a chance you can sweat off on that sweater if it is too thick for your body or your liking. Now, there are also sweaters for humid type of weather. Fabrics such as linen and cotton and any fabric with a lightweight feel on your body is perfect for this type of weather. Breathability and comfort are also a criteria on choosing sweaters in this type of weather. Another factor to look at is the color of the sweater you're wearing. Darker shades of color such as deep blue, violet, cannot absorb oxygen well since darker shades can block breathability. Choose colors such as yellow, light pink and many more.
Tumblr media
TEE SHIRTS Tee-Shirts, or T-shirts, are a hundred percent choice for this wardrobe essential. Everyone has their own shirts, and everyone loves a good, fitted shirts. Shirts are the base of your set of bases, because it is a very versatile and a very important piece to wear. You may think that shirts are similar, but no. There are multiple cuts of shorts that can fit your body perfectly. Round cuts and v cuts are the most common type of cuts you would encounter on a shirt but wait, there is more. There are two types of shirt cut that anyone should know, straight and curved. Straight cut shirt are more usually for comfort, and not for fashion. Hence, they are for comfort purposes only when looked in a fashionable sense. Next is curved cut shirts, now these are the ones that are more fashionable in a sense since, these type of shirts gives off your silhouette. They hone your body and make your figure stand out. Try out different sizes and cuts of shirts that you like, and style it on whatever you like. Now we think that shirts cannot be fashionable in a sense because of its plain features but, there are different ways on how to style a shirt. An example of it this the good old classic jeans and shirts. A good, tucked in t-shirt can help accentuate you torso making you look taller. Also, a good pair of jeans can harmonize with your shirt buy having it go above your waist.

SNEAKERS Last but not the least, sneakers are also an important wardrobe piece, to complete off your wardrobe. Sneakers is like the cherry on top of the clothing statement, your OOTD. Since sneakers are worn on the feet, sometimes it is cannot catch the eye, in a sense. Invest in a very strong and durable sneakers since force is the enemy of the sneakers, and a good durable pair can last long. An example on a good sneaker is white sneakers. These sneakers are the most versatile fashion piece since it matches in outfits in almost everything and, a good white sneakers can elevate an outfit into a fashionable outfit since, white sneakers are blinding to the eye. Meaning it can catch the attention of people. Also, a good converse black sneakers are also catchy in the eye. These sneakers are black in majority but, white on the outline which gives off that balance of shades in your feet. Now these are some of my recommended brands of sneakers: Converse They are at the top of the game with sneakers, and shoes in general. Converse create is unique and exotic logo, perfect for people who wants that casual and chic look. Vans These brand of sneakers are for a certain type of look -- the skater look. Their iconic black and white checkered sneakers are perfect for that skater-y, cool look. Adidas Now some would say that Nike is better. But, Nike's purpose in their shoes is for sport and comfort and Adidas are for fashion purposes.

Top 6 Must-Read Books On Computing For Majors
Tumblr media
Every topic, including books on computing, has its own set of necessary readings. Like any other field of study, computer science has a history, processes, and conflicting viewpoints to fill a library.
We've compiled a list of the Top 10 Must-Read Books for Computer Science Majors for this category.
The publications on this list cover everything from industry icon biographies to book-length love letters to the first computers to how-tos. While the books on this list differ significantly, each is a classic that has remained a timeless addition to the ever-changing area of Computer Science and reflects the love that any successful Computer Science major should have for his chosen ability.
Algorithms to Live By: The Computer Science of Human Decisions
As any busy college student knows, our lives are continually confined by a lack of time and space – how much can we get done in a day? What is acceptable to leave undone throughout a lifetime? What level of messiness and disarray is adequate? Author Brian Christian and cognitive scientist Tom Griffiths demonstrate how simple.
Yet, accurate algorithms like those employed by computers can help untangle crucial human dilemmas in their book Algorithms to Live By. The two discuss everything from having better gut emotions to understanding when to leave things to chance, dealing with an overwhelming number of options, and figuring out how to best connect with others in an intriguing chapter after a fascinating chapter.
The Soul of a New Machine
The Soul of a New Machine by Tracy Kidder is one of the few must-read histories of computer science. First published in 1981, Kidder's masterpiece is still one of the most highly acclaimed computer books ever written.
The drama, comedy, and excitement of the early years of computers are meticulously recounted in The Soul of a New Machine, when there was only one business attempting to introduce a new microcomputer to the mainstream market. Computer Science majors will also appreciate the go-for-broke attitude to the company, which is mentioned briefly here but still practised by many high-tech organisations.
Superintelligence: Paths, Dangers, Strategies
As Hollywood has speculated for years, what happens when machines overtake humans in general intellect? Will we be saved or destroyed by artificial intelligence? Author Nick Bostrom aims to answer this and other questions in Superintelligence by building a framework for comprehending humanity's an intelligent life future.
He leads readers on a fascinating trip that starts with reflections on humanity and concludes with the often horrifying future of intelligent life. Because of Bostrom's essential topics and themes that revolve around morality, superintelligence is a must-read for anyone striving for excellence in computer science.
Hackers: Heroes of the Computer Revolution
Steven Levy's "Hackers," still regarded as mandatory reading by some, was written long before the term "hacking" had such a bad connotation. Everyone from Steve Jobs to Bill Gates (before they became the superstars we know today) is among the titular hackers, as are the lesser-known Slug Russell and Lee Felsenstein. All of them played vital roles in the creation of the personal computer.
While Hackers are primarily a history of the industry, Computer Science majors will appreciate the charmingly optimistic Hacker Ethic, which includes noble ideals like "Hackers should be judged by their hacking, not by factors such as degrees, age, race, sex, or status;" "Computers have the potential to improve your life;" "Every piece of information should be available for free;" "You can make art and beauty on a computer," and "You can make art and beauty on a computer."
Code: The Hidden Language of Computer Hardware and Software
What do spotlights, the British invasion, black cats, and seesaws have to do with computers, argues author Charles Petzold in his novel Code? Petzold's response is an exciting look at how humans use language and build new ways to communicate with one another. Code is a terrific approach to better grasp — and appreciate — today's world of PCs, digital media, and the Internet, with its brilliant pictures and connections to everyday items and events.
The Chip: How Two Americans Invented the Microchip and Launched a Revolution
T.R. Reid's novel The Chip revisits the microchip's development, which sparked the electronics revolution. While the race to develop the first chip was heating up among the major tech firms, Fairchild Semiconductor employee Robert Noyce and Texas Instruments' Jack Kilby took it upon themselves to build their versions.
The result was a protracted legal struggle about who invented the microchip first. Although the book was written just as Noyce became known as the industry's statesman and fifteen years after Kilby got the Nobel Prize for Physics, Reid chronicles the entire affair in vivid detail.
