buck and tommy hanging out and buck getting a message from maddie asking for help with something real quick at the house. them both going over to help. maddie leaving the room for a few minutes and walking back in to see buck and tommy sharing a lil giggly kiss. buck jumping back several feet, tommy not moving an inch. sheer terror on buck's face - he's been caught. only for maddie to be like "you two are sooo cute. can you pass me the pliers please?" buck calms down and tommy gives him a comforting shoulder rub and suddenly everything feels like it's gonna be okay.

I like to imagine that one day Apollo WAS SO madly in love with Kayla's father that he looked him in the eye and said: "I want to have a child with you" 🥹

I've never read Claymore or anything, but I think it does monster character design better than most manga, or even just, monster media in general, particularly the female monster designs.
