✦This one was requested by someone, though I can’t reply to it, so. It’s just like this.

✧ author’s note: ✧ finally doing my requests lmao. I kinda drifted away with this one, sorry if this is not what you imagined. Ignore any mistakes as always.

1. S: Security – how protective are they? how would they protect you? how would they like to be protected?

Swain trusts you like he could never anyone else. He is a ruler and a leader - he knows that trust can be a powerful weapon. But he doesn’t hesitate from freeing you from any of his possible suspicons, therefore he knows that you are a capable and independent person, no matter if you are an ominous general like him or a simple solider. Swain is aware of your competence, so he’s hever needed to be overprotective. It is swept away if your life is in danger, though - Swain becomes more cautious, always on the alert, insisting on accompanying you all the time and ordering a cohort of guards to follow and protect. Death threats are a serious cross of any boundaries, no wonder since he is a politician, even if you claim that you can handle yourself, which he is surely aware of, just prefers to reassure his inner self that you are, indeed, secure.

But Swain appreciates you being protective over him. He is used to being surrounded by cumbersome Noxians, always demending and jeering, so proud of themselves and their thirst of blood, truly woeful. It entails seldom of Swian’s days to stay undisturbed and calm. He can rarely know peace, so your exuberant yet mellow asks like ”How was your day?” or ”Did this annoying general did something stupid again?” brights his day.

2. W: Whole – would they feel incomplete without you?

Losing you would be like losing his other hand. You are not only Swain’s lover, but also his left hand - even if you are not involved with the noxian politics, whenever he returns home he always makes sure to ask you about your opinion or statement on a case recently inquired on a meeting he attended to - he values your word more than any of the other politicians’. And he would never forget to amuse you with anecdotes brought from the rumors about the entertaining life of exalted nobles, servicemen and rulers.

In addition, I can see Swain easly becoming paranoic after losing his partner. He would be cautious about any possible attempts on assasination of his own life. But it’s pretty logical.

3. A: Affection – how affectionate are they? how do they show affection?

By the way Swain shows you how does he adore you, everyone in the sight is aware that you are his lover. When you enter the room he occupies, he greets you generously with an affectionate ”Good morning, did the woman of my life spent the night well?”. He is a true gentleman and acts like one around you - he would be even offended if you didn’t let him open a door before you, or help you into a chair. These good manners are his way to show you his affection, devotion and love itself. Truly a man of service.

After all, he is a man of the old manners, therefore he has no complains against physical affection. He always offers a geniue and reassuring hand on your back, of course his right hand, since he wouldn’t dare to profane your person with the demonic powers he once delt with.

Moreover, he always places you in his moral hierarchy higher than his work, even if being a general requiers concentration and possible sacrifices. Which comes with a simple statement: in the face of political disputes, you would be the one he is loyal to, even if it means losing his ideals.

Eventually I would call him an expansive person, that shows his love directly and genuinely by his actions and the whole mindset.

4. I: I love you – how fast do they say the L-word? how often do they say it? how do they show their love?

It didn’t take long for the Grand General to confess his honest feelings. He is an adult therefore he doesn’t hide his intentions - the little kisses he has been placing on your hand, sensual and almost obscene in the public, were talking for themselves.

While in his company, you would clearly see that he treated you differently than the others. Privileged, even if you asked him not to act so. But he pursued, and he achieved the goal he had been seeking for - your attention, which probably lead forward to the relationship. It wasn’t long after when he confessed with a adoring look in his eyes and a gentleman-like kneel with a hand on your own one.

5. N: Night – how are the nights spent with them?

He returns home late, as his duties keep him engaged unmercifully all the day. But the nights themself are calm and silent, as he tends to come back exhausted. Though the glimpse of you he catches throught the window, your posture awaiting him longingly in the night, is all he could wish for to smile again. Swain finds your hugs that you bestow him with as a greeting every night to show him your affection, truly sweet. No one would probably expect the Grand General to seek attention of his beloved one so desperately, but he indeed enjoys falling aseep while having you in his embrace.

Bonus thought: I think it would be super adorable if his partner helped him with some kind of hair care at night, after he came back from work? I mean, just imagine the Grand General of Noxus being helped, with pleasure from both sides, with keeping his long hair silk-like, I find it extremely cute. But maybe it’s just me.

I'm not too familiar with swain's and leblanc's lore so it might have some misinterpretation coming from me, I hope I won't get it wrong and you'll be able to enjoy it!

You don't even remember when you started to like swain

You were among the noble women in noxus, and has for destiny to marry a noble man from a similar or higher rank as you

But you weren't interested in your suitor at the time, so to gain time you got interested in war

Under swain's command, that's how you met him

He knew how to lead people on the battlefield, and what started as a little crush became love

But swain wouldn't notice you, no matter how much effort you decided to put into it

Until a battle in Ionia which made him unable to fight ever again

Luckily he didn't died, but you haven't saw him since you're back from war

Your parents started to bother you about mariage once again but it wasn't on your mind

One day you got news from swain, he knew your loyalty for him and asked you to help him win noxus back

You didn't needed much, for you it was already a yes, and so, in one night, the general Jericho Swain also became the emperor of noxus

Like a lot of people who helped him you got a high position alongside swain, you even started to interact daily because you helped him

Until the black rose found an interest to play with swain

A young pale and beautiful women, named leblanc came as an assistant too

That's when things started to change

Swain was seen more with Leblanc than you, and people started to wonder if the two of them were a thing, maybe they saw in leblanc the face of the next empress

A lot of men also liked the idea of swain not being with you, you may have served to war, you were among the most beautiful noble women, and the only one who were still single

You always dismissed your suitor to stay with swain, but now that leblanc and him were growing closer and closer you didn't wanted to be a third wheel

And for the first time with swain you gave up, the rumors could be right after all, maybe you're pinning for a man who don't care about you and is already in a relationship

And since with time you got many men ready to marry you on the spot you decided to entertain some of them

But they all had something in common, they all had something that reminded you of swain, it wasn't easy to forget someone you loved for so long

Swain on the other hand became more and more tense, you didn't passed all your time with him anymore and it made him restless, he couldn't admit it for the life of him but he grew attached to you

That's when he decided to send a crow or two to check on you, maybe he was wrong about you and you were selling information about it, or you were blackmailed and couldn't talk to him about it?

But his crow reported none of that, actually, they only reported that you were out? On a date?

Swain thought you liked him, and he was right in a sense, but seeing you with other men started to made him think that maybe you weren't that interested

The next time you were at work with him he dismissed everyone except you, asking for an explication for all your absences

You told him the truth, that you started to see men, since you were finally in age of mariage, and that you wanted a nice relationship just like he and leblanc had

He asked you to repeat yourself, and so you did, swain corrected you, leblanc want to use him and he want to use her for the sake of noxus, nothing more ; since he was met with silence he admitted that, in the end, you're the one he like

It was your turn to ask him to repeat himself and he did, asking you to join him for dinner that night

And so you did, and started your relationship with him

Now his crow have been ordered to attack any man who'll try to court you

If you ever say anything about it he'll tell you he isn't jealous, just protective

I gave swain a traditional skin like how trundle and karma have one

The idea is to but their old concepts and colors onto a new shiny model, though I did have to keep the cane and remove the demon arm. Old swain’s appeal was that he was disabled in some sense but was a brilliant tactician and we really can’t have the demon arm empowering him until the ult I feel. Kinda defeats the purpose

I based this on his updated splash art that was made in conjunction to his rework, both swains are very cool but sadly this one was disappeared forever. I wish they still made traditional skins especially the little perk of getting them if you owned the champ before rework that was so fun
