Rafael wasted no time getting intimate with you. It was literally out the car, out the clothes, and in the bed.
A year back, you and Rafael got together, but you wanted to take things slow, and he agreed.
But now, you felt ready.
It was another long day at the precinct, for you at least. It had gotten to the point where Liv even told you to go home. You liked to get ahead of things because you knew you would dread drowning in paperwork after the fact.
This particular night, however, was a different story for Rafael. He wanted to surprise you. It was you and his’s 1 year anniversary and he wanted to make the day special as can be.
You didn’t forget about your anniversary, you had gotten him a gift, you just didn’t have the time to go drop it off at his office.
So there you were sitting at your desk filling out paperwork when a very familiar figure appeared in your sight. You quickly found out that it was Rafael.
“Rafa.” You smiled, getting up from your desk.
“Hi baby.” Rafael smiled back, pulling you into a hug. “Happy anniversary.”
“Happy anniversary.”
Rafael planted kisses on your lips. You then went back to your desk, and Rafael followed suit, pulling up a chair to sit next to you.
“Paperwork again?”
You nodded. “You know how I am Rafa.”
“I’m staying here until you finish. I wanna take you home tonight.” Rafael said, reaching over to stroke your thigh.
You smirked, knowing what he meant.
“Duly noted, Counselor.”
✯✯✯✯
Rafael finally got you home. Beforehand, you gave him your gift, which was a watch he’d been eyeing for months. He was ecstatic when he opened the box. After, he pulled out his gift, which was a matching gold necklace and bracelet set. He took the liberty of putting them on you.
Out the car.
Out the clothes.
In the bed.
“I know we talked about it, but are you sure about this? About everything?”
“Yes, Rafa.” You responded, helping him out of his suit. The only suit you wanted him in was his birthday suit.
“Okay.” He smiled.
With that, the two of you wasted no more time getting in the bed and each other naked. Clearly the second step was ignored.
Rafael loved your body and he wanted to admire it all night long. When he touched your naked body for the first time ever, you felt chills running throughout your body and you didn’t want him to stop. His hands felt so nice against your skin. In this moment, his hands were creeping up to your boobs and something special resided in that region.
Your infamous side boob tattoo.
To be quite honest, it was a simple flower, but it was your favorite tattoo.
Rafael’s hand reached it and the chills stopped for a moment.
“Is that a tattoo?”
“Yes.”
The room light was on, so Rafael was able to take a peek under the covers to look at it.
“It’s beautiful.” He whispered, starting to suck on your nipples. He kissed all around the area, as well as the tattoo, and that made you so much more aroused.
He was good with his mouth. So when he finished with your boobs and went to your pussy without a warning, you knew you were going to fold instantly. He made you feel good, and that’s all that mattered in this moment. His lips touched your clit and he sucked on it softly to get you started. He started using his tongue in all the right places, and pushed a finger inside. His intentions were to get you to come for him.
Hard.
“Rafa” escaped your lips numerous times while he was doing this.
“I love when you say my name like that, Y/N. It’s so hot.” Rafael mumbled against your thighs. He got up and leveled with you, and pushed his fingers inside you again, all while he planted kisses on your lips and chest.
The next thing you knew, he was inside you, and it felt amazing. He felt amazing.
It was a good thing the two of you waited.

[HTTPS.] detective carisi using his cuffs on u!! [.ORG]
warning ! this url contains: unprotected $3X, drunk $3X, b0nd4ge, nd cussin! you've been warned!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
at first, it was a passing joke after one (four) too many margaritas at a rooftop get together for the department. just something you thought was something your little group of girls (liv, amanda, kat and alex) and only them heard, something everyone giggled a bit and even agreed with (but liv, she complained that "getting taken control of is overrated").
at first, it was something you were almost 100% sure nobody else had heard, and even if they had, it wouldn't matter! everyone knew you and carisi were dating. and even if they didn't know for sure, the way you two lingered around each other, or the way you knew how the other liked their coffee, something was up, something.
at first, it was just that statement.
"i'd let carisi handcuff me."
and boooooy, did he plan to!
at first, when you hear the metal clinking tighter around your wrist, your blood runs a little cold. usually, you would be putting your cuffs on someone else. someone who did something foul. but now, in the comfort of your own home, your own bedroom, it felt good. it made that split second of freezing blood worth it when your boyfriend pecked your shoulder and your entire body warmed, your thighs rubbing together as you arched your back just a little bit more, enough for you to feel this tip (which was covered in pre) tap your clit ever so slightly.
when he slips inside your slick cunt, he groans just like always before gripping your restricted arms and pulling you flush against him.
"fuuuuuck, doll.. 's the shit.. fuck yeah." his accent is thicker, his voice low and sultry as he whispers into your ear. the room starts to smell like sweat and carisi's cologne as he keeps rutting into your wet pussy, not stopping until you cream around his cock and shake, begging him to let up, to give you a break.
once he unlocks your handcuffs, the brunette massages your wrists and kisses you. knowing that that little passing statement you made will now make a lasting affect in the bedroom 🫶🏾

AN: The Law and Order SVU and Batman crossover no one, absolutely no one asked for, but I still wrote. Cause I can ;)
Warnings: Mentions of serial killers. Nothing graphic.
Pairing: Bruce Wayne x Reader
For being some of the smartest, most intelligent, detectives in the world, the superheros in your life are fairly oblivious. And on some level you’re really thankful for that. It allows you the freedom to do your job without their henpecking.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
On the opposite side of the spectrum, the people you work with, your second family, are some of the kindest, most intelligent, and hardworking detectives you’ve ever met, but they’re also oblivious to the fact that you’re married to a billionaire.
You had never really meant to keep the worlds separate. It had started off innocent enough, you’d joined NYPD as a beat cop while Bruce was out studying to become the Bat. And when he got home you’d spent every spare minute helping him. Between that and the company he’d been too exhausted to ask anything other than a few questions about your job. He knew you worked for a large organization in NYC and that was it. He trusted you. And the boys were just as oblivious as their father. The only person who knew was Alfred. He’d been the once to come to your graduation from the academy while Bruce was still away.
On the flip side, your SVU family knew very little about your home life. They knew you were married, they knew you had kids, but they didn’t know how many. After all, you’d only had the two pregnancies; Terry and Matt had both been big but welcome surprises. Then again ALL of your boys were surprises. And you had perfected your technique of avoiding the paparazzi for both SVU and Gotham High Society.
Honestly, in your mind, there was no reason at all for your two worlds to meld. When you were at home, you took care of your family; when you were at work you tried really hard not to think of them, because despite crime fighting, you didn’t want them anywhere near these types of crimes.
Of course, nothing lasts forever, but you figure twenty years is a good run, especially when Bruce is driving Dick away for his desire to be a cop. You watch them go back and forth for hours, before you finally step in. There are groans from the other boys about stopping the fight while Cass just grins, and you ignore all of them.
“You’re going to stop this right now Bruce Wayne.”
His eyes are hard, his jaw is set, “You don’t understand Y/N.”
Out of the corner of your eye you watch Alfred roll his eyes in exasperation, “I understand better than anyone here.”
His hands go to his hips, and you know he’s about to dig a very deep hole for himself, “Sweetheart, I love you, and I know you work the computers from time to time, but this is different. There are guns involved and he’d have to work inside the system.”
“So?”
“You can’t do both; there’s too much to hide.”
You smile sweetly at him, “I don’t know, I’ve been doing both for the past twenty years. Then again, I suppose it might be different for me since I just worked the computers for a while.”
He blinks at you, and you know he’s connecting the dots. You ignore him, and turn to your oldest, his eyes wide, “While I understand you wanting to do Bludhaven, if you want to do NYPD, we can drive into the city together. Let me know, I have more than a few favors I can call in.”
Tim is the first to voice the statement, “You’re a cop?”
You shrug, “First grade detective, but I’m taking the sergeants exam in a few weeks.”
Jason stares at you, “Seriously? Are you joking right now?”
“I joined when I was twenty. I’d finished college early thanks to AP classes, went in as a beat cop, and after five years I became a detective. I’ve been working at SVU for the past fifteen years. They’re like my family away from home.”
You can tell there are more questions, but no one seems brave enough to ask them. You start to head out of the room, when Bruce asks, “Why did you hide it?”
You pause and turn to him, “I didn’t. You just never asked.”
As you leave you hear Alfred ask, “Would you like a shovel for the hole you’re digging sir, or should I just make up the couch for you?”
You go  wait in your room, and lie down on the bed. A few minutes later Bruce comes in, and you look at each other. His brow is furrowed, eventually he asks, “Why didn’t you tell me? How could I not have known?”
You smile at him, “I didn’t want you to know Bruce. I was on my own path, and I knew you would worry. At the start I told myself I would tell you eventually, but. . . you were so involved with Batman and you were doing so much good . . . I didn’t want to add to your stress. You were barely sleeping three hours a night at that point.
“Then we Dick, and I considered telling you but he needed us to focus on him, and after a while it became easier to excuse it. It became my secret identity. Are you mad?”
He lets out a laugh, “I dress up as a bat, and fight crime as a vigilante. I don’t think I can be mad. I think I’m worried.”
“About?”
“Us drifting apart, not knowing you?”
You shrug, “I’m me Bruce. I just also happen to be a cop. I see a lot of bad stuff, everyday. The last thing I want when I come home is to talk about it. Same as you guys. When I’m home I want to be happy, but if you want to know I’ll tell you on one condition.”
He leans forward and rests his elbows on his knees, after a moment he asks, “What’s the condition?”
“You can’t involve Batman. NYPD is not Gotham PD.”
He nods after a minute. The two of you spend the night talking, you tell him about some close calls, you tell him about the one life you’d been forced to take, you tell him about your frustration. You tell him about Liv and Elliot, and how Elliot leaving crushed Liv, but she rose from the ashes to become a lieutenant. You tell him about Munch and Cragen, both of whom have retired. You tell him about Finn, Rollins, Amaro, Carisi, Dodds and Barba. It’s nearly six in the morning by the time you’re finished.
“And that’s the majority of it.”
You’re both lying on the bed staring at each other. Bruce has been largely silent, he’d skipped patrol, and only asked a few questions. A part of you wonders when his anger will hit; it doesn’t. Instead he says, “I am so freaking proud of you,” and then he kisses you. And you can’t help but think, that in a normal marriage, a normal family, this would have been a big deal, it would have broken them. In your family though? It’s another day.
You call out of work that day to catch up on sleep and spend the day with your family. The boys come up with a bunch of reasons as to why they should have realized you were a cop.
“You work really weird hours.”
“You never wore heels to work.”
“You never wore dresses either, come to think of it?”
“Is this why we own a penthouse in NYC?”
Jason is the one who asks, “Where do you keep your gun? I thought those weren’t allowed in the house?”
“You don’t need to worry about it. It’s locked up.” Logically, you know each of your boys knows how to use a gun, mainly for the purpose of knowing how to disarm someone holding a gun. You still don’t want them anywhere near it. For that reason, it’s kept in a DNA safe in Alfred’s room.
When you go back to work the next day, you have your gun and badge on your hip. All of the men in your life focus on it. Bruce corners you in the kitchen as you’re pouring coffee into a travel mug and whispers, “You look sexy as hell with the badge.”
You laugh, and then you kiss him. You’re the one who drops Cass, Tim, Damian, Terry, and Matt off at school. Jason is in college, and he drives himself. Dick is still contemplating his options.
The fact that your family knows makes things a lot easier a few weeks later when Carl Rudnick and Greggory Yates escape from prison. You can hear the worry in Bruce’s voice, when he begs you to be safe and not do anything risky. You snort at that and he chuckles, “I know, I’m a hypocrite, but I’m your hypocrite.” You roll your eyes, because the big doofus, is in fact, yours. You also know he’s keeping a close watch on the man hunt.
Three days later Rudnick is back in custody, but Yates is still on the run, back to Chicago you’re pretty sure. You’ve gotten maybe five hours of sleep total in those days? You’re exhausted, but you have reports to fill out, and Chief Dodds, the commissioner and a whole bunch of brass are hanging around.
You’re in hour three of doing paperwork, when you hear whispers. Your eyes flicker up to find your husband smiling at  you from across the room. He’s holding a doggy bag full of food, he’s dressed in a suit that costs thousands of dollars, and you know that people recognize him.
Finn leans forward, “What the hell is Bruce Wayne doing here?”
You hear Carisi whisper, “Maybe he’s dating Leiu?”
You can’t help it, you burst out laughing, because you sometimes forget it’s not common knowledge that Bruce is married, despite the ring on his finger. You avoid galas with the best of them after all. You call it the Batman tax; Bruce can fight crime and you don’t have to show up to stuffy dinner parties.
Bruce smiles at the laughter, before approaching your desk, he settles into the chair next to your desk. “Really? No pictures of me or the kids?”
You scoff, “Work stays at work, home stays at home.”
He frowns, “I’m getting you pictures.”
You don’t argue with him, “What are you doing here?”
“I brought you food. Alfred and I figured you hadn’t eaten.”
“I haven’t had anything outside of vending machine junk in days.”
He scoffs, “What happened to taking care of ourselves?”
You shrug, “I’ve been hunting serial killers.”
His face goes serious, “But you’re okay?”
“As okay as I can be. They got a few more people, our sergeant took a bullet to the shoulder, Rudnick is back in prison, but Yates is headed only God knows where.”
His fingers twitch, and you know he’s itching to do something, but he can’t. He can’t get involved in this too. He has all of Gotham to worry about and thanks to the league, sometimes he has to worry about the world.
He lets out a breath, “Can I join you while you eat?”
“Yes. You can catch me up on the goings at home.” You lead him past your shocked colleagues, and a room full of shocked officials in Liv’s office and to the breakroom. While you eat, Bruce assures you that the boys are fine, but Damian apparently butchered the hedges again. Clark was apparently being a pain in his ass too. The man of steel wanted your family to come to Kansas for Thanksgiving.
“I’ll probably have to work, use that as an excuse.”
Bruce grins, “This job has perks.”
You lean forward and peck his lips, “Lots of them.”
When you’re finished you stand up to leave and there is a room watching the two of you. You sigh, and Bruce mutters, “It’s good to know the vultures remain consistent.”
Chief Dodds is about to step forward and ask a question when you step towards Olivia, “Bruce this Liv. She’s saved my ass more than once over the years. Liv, this is my husband Bruce, remember I talked about him?”
She grins, “Yes, but you failed to mention he was Bruce Wayne.”
You feign nonchalance, “Did I? Hmmm.”
Bruce smiles, it’s the one that has everyone jumping to meet his every need, the one that says he’s as innocent as a choir boy, and he would be your best friend if you let him. You smirk at him while he shakes Liv’s hand, “Thanks for watching her back. The boys and I appreciate it.”
That’s when Finn steps forward, “That right, you guys have a huge family, right?”
Bruce’s brow furrows in fake concentration, “We have Dick who is twenty, Jason is eighteen, Cass is Fifteen, Tim is fourteen, Damian is ten, Terry is six, and Matt is four.” He looks at you, “How’d I do?”
“Perfect score.”
“We have a full house, but it’s nice.”
You nod, “Let me walk you out.”
You make sure Bruce gets to his car, you kiss him, and promise you’ll be home by morning. Once he’s gone you head back up to find everyone waiting on you, it’s Finn who declares, “You have some explaining to do.”
You sigh, life was easier when no one knew anything.

Take The Edge Off
Tumblr media
Nick Amaro x F!Reader
Rating: Explicit
Wordcount: 3464
Warnings: dirty talk, discussion of sexts/sexting, swearing, car sex/sex in a semi-public place, unsafe sex, biting.
Summary: You and Nick have been trying to find the time to hook up for days. Eventually, you resort to desperate measures to take the edge off. Written for the 'I can never seem to get enough of you' square of @storiesofsvu's bingo. This one was entirely @misscharlielulu's fault. (ao3)
The first photo felt a little silly. You had gotten all dressed up and ready for Nick to come over after work - which had really involved undressing, save for some thigh-highs - only for him to cancel on you. Major case, couldn’t get away from the precinct, short staffed, the usual interruptions. In your frustration, you had wanted some sort of payback.
Which had led to you propping your feet up on the headboard so you could take an artful shot of your legs, clad in your stockings. You know all too well how much Nick likes them, how distracting he finds it when you wear them around him. So you sent the photo off without much thought and went and had a cold shower.
You had come back to a flurry of text messages on your phone.
N: You can’t just send me stuff like that
N: I’m at work.
N: Once I get done here, I’ll come over
N: You’re in so much trouble
Smirking to yourself, you had sent a quick reply.
I hope so.
Your hopes had been dashed again when your phone had rung less than an hour later - instead of Nick, it had been your editor. Some socialite causing havoc uptown, he needed something for the Ledger’s website. The stockings had come off, you had taken the train uptown, and Nick had gotten an apologetic text trying to reschedule for the next night.
It had been the pattern of the last few days. You had gotten bolder in sending Nick photos - never with your face visible - and downright filthy texts, and he had responded with plenty of dirty messages of his own. Neither of you had been able to find the time to get together all week, and judging from the texts, he was feeling the frustration as keenly as you were.
Tonight, blessedly, your schedules aligned. Nick was on a late, so you spent more time than strictly necessary getting ready; picking out nice lingerie, making sure your aesthetician hadn’t missed anything when you went in for your wax last weekend, shaving and lotioning your legs. It’s going suspiciously well, and you’re beginning to wonder if your luck has finally turned when you hear a key in the door.
Luckily you’d dressed, despite an agreement that you’d have the place to yourself for the evening. Your roommate barges into the apartment, looking as though she’s run all the way up from the subway station, her boyfriend in tow.
“Sorry, sweetheart. I know I said I’d stay out, but Ned got the train up to see me, isn’t he so sweet?” Hannah manages, barely pausing as she passes you in the lounge. “Doesn’t your friend have his own place you can go to?” You want to argue back, but her bedroom door slams before you can get a chance.
Not that you have much room to argue with her, since her parents pay half the rent on the apartment. Instead, you return to your bedroom to find your headphones and turn your music on as high as it’ll go before any noises start up from Hannah’s room.
Yes, Nick had his own place, but the whole point of him coming to you was because you lived closer. Less time to wait, after days of dancing around one another. In good traffic, it was barely a ten-minute drive from the precinct to your apartment. From your place to his would take over half an hour, even without accounting for traffic. Frustrated, you flop back onto the couch.
You could text Nick and tell him about the change in plans. The last thing you want to do is reschedule. Whatever you have with Nick might be casual, but it’s still been far too long since you last had sex with him. Before you can do anything, your phone vibrates against your stomach.
N: I’m downstairs, can you buzz me up?
You must have missed the sound of the intercom thanks to your headphones. Instead of buzzing him into the building, you grab your bag and head downstairs, only taking your headphones off once you’re safely out of earshot of Hannah’s bedroom.
Nick is standing right outside when you open the door of your apartment building. If he’s surprised that you came downstairs, he doesn’t show it. Instead, he crowds you back into the lobby and kisses you. Nick’s arms wrap around your waist, holding you tight to him as he kisses you with an intensity that takes your breath away. His full lips are soft against yours. When his tongue dips into your mouth, your knees nearly buckle. It’s been too long.
“We can’t stay here,” you blurt out as soon as he breaks the kiss. You curl your fingers around the lapel of his blazer, trying to keep him close even as you tell him he has to leave. He frowns down at you.
“I thought your roommate-”
“Her boyfriend surprised her. Can we go to yours?” Given that he’d been willing to spend the night with you, you feel safe in assuming that neither of his children are around. And despite the vague, ill-defined boundaries the two of you have tried to establish, you’ve spent entire weekends at Nick’s place before. Nick sighs deeply, bumping his forehead against yours.
“There was an accident on FDR Drive, the traffic’ll be terrible.” He groans, arms still holding you close. You know he must be feeling as frustrated and needy as you do.
“If it gets really bad, we could always just fuck in the car,” you say teasingly. “Take the edge off.” At least that makes him chuckle, the corner of his eyes crinkling as he smiles. Keeping one arm around your waist, he leads you back through the front door.
“You’re a menace, kid.” Nick squeezes your waist as the two of you walk towards his car. “You cannot send me photos like that when I’m on a stakeout with Benson.”
“Photos like what?” You ask, widening your eyes in feigned innocence as you open the car door. “You mean like the one where my tits were practically falling out of my bra and-”
“Yes, like that. I work in sex crimes, it’s a bad look if I get turned on at work.” He slides into the driver’s seat, and you don’t miss the lingering look he gives your legs as he throws his blazer into the backseat. His shirtsleeves are rolled up, and you can’t help admiring his forearms.
“I don’t recall you complaining.” You cross your legs, letting the lace of your thigh-highs show. “In fact, shall we review the evidence?” You retrieve your phone from your bag, opening your messages from Nick.
“You’re not funny,” Nick starts, but he’s doing a poor job of attempting to sound grumpy. You make yourself comfortable in the passenger seat as he starts to drive, scrolling back through your messages.
“I’m not trying to be funny, Detective, I’m making my case. You said that I can’t send you photos like that when you’re at work, but here you are straight after the fabulous photo of my tits telling me ‘they’d look even better with my come on them’.” You watch gleefully as Nick’s hands tighten on the steering wheel; there’s little you enjoy more than attempting to rile Nick up like this. He’s doing a very good job of pretending to be unaffected, but you can see the faint smile playing at the corner of his mouth.
“Guilty.”
“And at one-thirteen AM the same night, you sent me a very vivid description of what you were thinking about while you jerked off. Do you need me to refresh your memory, Detective?” You can’t even complain about the lack of photos on his part; the texts he had sent back had been plenty descriptive.
“I was there, I remember.” Nick’s smirking now, that roguish grin that you love. The two of you seem to have hit the traffic that he warned about, but you keep going.
“I’ll remind you anyway. That long message, telling me that you got yourself off thinking about the time you fingerfucked me under the table at that dive bar downtown. How badly you wished you’d taken me into the bathroom and fucked me in one of the stalls. It was quite the text to wake up to.” You prop your feet up on the dashboard, your skirt riding even higher around your thighs. The motion draws Nick’s eyes, and you can practically feel his gaze dragging over your skin.
“Well, I hope it at least gave you something nice to think about while you were in your staff meeting.”
“Oh, it did. One of the few upsides of being a woman; you can be as turned on as you like in public, nobody’ll ever know.” The traffic is inching forwards, but you feel like you could crawl out of your skin with how aroused you feel. You glance over at Nick, pleased to see he appears to be suffering as much as you are.
The two of you have spent the better part of the week engaged in long-distance foreplay; being alone but unable to do anything has to be driving him as insane as it is you.
“You think you’re that good at hiding it?” Nick asks, taking advantage of a red light to turn his head and look you in the eye. “If anyone would have looked twice at you in that bar, they would have known.”
“That’s different, you were edging me. Everybody can see if a guy gets hard in public; if a girl gets wet, nobody sees.” You tilt your head, examining the cars around you. Before you can change your mind, you lift your hips up just enough to be able to hook your fingers into the waistband of your underwear and slide them off.
“What are you doing?” Nick asks, barely blinking as you toss the damp black lace over your shoulder into the backseat. You tug your skirt back down just enough to cover yourself and give a nonchalant shrug.
“Thinking of ways to save time when we finally get out of this car-” you start, a horn from the car behind you cutting you off. The traffic has inched forward since Nick took his eyes off the road, and he turns his attention back to it now.
“I told you the traffic would be terrible.”
“What would you have preferred, we stay at my place and try fucking to the sounds of Hannah and her boyfriend going at it in the next room? Or should we have gone to the precinct and done it there?” You tease, yelping when he playfully slaps your thigh. He keeps his hand on your thigh, his thumb stroking over the black lace of your stocking.
“I hate that you have a roommate.”
“Sorry, Detective, we don’t all make six-figure salaries. With what the paper pays me, you’re lucky it’s just the one roommate and not five. And I definitely wouldn’t live close enough to the precinct for you to come over on your lunch break when you need to take the edge off.” You cover his hand on your thigh with your own, squeezing gently.
His skin feels burning hot against yours, even with the barrier of your stocking. You tip your head back against the seat, any clever comment dying on your tongue. His fingers are so close to where you want them, just inches away from the apex of your thighs.
You let your eyes flutter closed, your imagination running wild. In the dark corner of a dive bar with a table obscuring his hands had been one thing; you’re not sure Nick is actually bold enough to slide his hand higher, where anybody could look through the window and see.
Still, the idea alone has your breath catching in your chest, your legs spreading subtly wider. The tension in the car is so thick, you crack your window just to let some fresh air in.
“You get bored of reading out sexts?” Nick asks, and you don’t even have to open your eyes to know that he’s smirking at you.
“I made my point,” you manage, hyperfocused on Nick’s thumb stroking your thigh. It’s such a light, gentle touch, but you’re so pent up that even that is driving you to distraction. In fact, it distracts you so well that it takes you a while to notice that the car is moving faster than it should be if you were still stuck in traffic.
“Did we get past the traffic already?” You ask, opening your eyes finally. The road certainly looks clearer, but you’re not entirely sure which borough you’re even in right now. Nick’s hand is still on your thigh, but he’s focusing on driving.
“No, I ah- I’m taking one of your suggestions.” It’s all the explanation he offers. You frown, trying to remember what you’ve said.
“I wasn’t serious about fucking in the precinct. Not that it wouldn’t be kinda hot, but Benson seems like she could be really scary-”
“We’re not going to the precinct,” he says evenly. Your frown deepens and you glance around, searching for some clue as to where Nick is driving you. The streets are growing quieter, and you swallow thickly when you realise he’s driving somewhere that the two of you won’t be seen. Nick seems to know where he’s going; you trust him.
It’s not long before Nick pulls into a nondescript parking garage. Your heart is beating so fast that your chest aches. Neither of you speaks as Nick finds a space tucked away behind a pillar and parks, as though some sort of spell has settled over you both and a single word will shatter it.
You can’t actually be about to do this. One of you will break. One of you has to.
Your seatbelt clicks softly as you release it, but the sound echoes through the space like a starting pistol. Nick undoes his own, his hands finding you before you can open your mouth to ask about positioning and dragging you across the car, onto his lap. You situate yourself as best as you can in the confined space, banging your head on the roof of the car as you try and straddle him.
Nick’s hand slides into your hair, cupping the back of your head and pulling you in for a kiss. If the kiss in the lobby was intense, then you don’t have a word to describe this one. You can’t breathe, but it doesn’t matter. You could die a happy woman, being kissed like this; Nick’s tongue licking against yours, a low sound rumbling through his chest as he pulls you closer.
Your fingers find the buckle of Nick’s belt, your back curving awkwardly to give yourself the space to move. There’ll be no finesse here, but the two of you are long past caring. It doesn’t take you long to undo his belt and pants, and you feel his breath hitch when you slide your hand under his waistband.
He’s already rock-hard to your touch, and Nick breaks the kiss to moan into your neck as you take him out. His breath is hot against your skin, his hands sliding down to grasp your hips. With your free hand, you clutch his shoulder as you align the tip of his cock with your entrance and slowly sink down onto him.
You feel every inch of him stretching your soft walls. The consequences of no physical foreplay, though you’re at least wet enough that it doesn’t hurt. You bite your lip, trapping a moan in your mouth. Nick’s fingers flex on your hips. It’s rare that he lets you ride him and you can feel him itching to find a degree of control in the situation.
You tip forward when he bottoms out inside you, burying your face against his shoulder to stifle your moan. One of your hands clutches at his bicep; the other grabs a fistful of his shirt over his free shoulder. A full-body shudder runs through Nick, and he gasps against your neck.
“Oh fuck, baby-” he chokes out, his grip on your hips so tight you wonder if it might bruise. You’re not even moving, but that familiar heat is already radiating out through your body, lighting up your nerve endings. You keep your face pressed against Nick’s shoulder as you give a testing pull of your hips upward.
He hisses into your neck through gritted teeth, every muscle he has held taut as he tries to cling onto a degree of restraint.
“There’s not enough room in here, is there?” You ask in a whisper, your voice hitching as you sink back down onto him. “You can’t grab my hips and bounce me on your cock like you want to; I’d hit my head.” You feel his low groan reverberate through his chest. Knowing you need to be quick, you start to fuck yourself onto him, riding him as best as you can in the cramped space.
Nick brings one of his hands up to cup the top of your head, keeping your face tucked against his neck. With your head still, he rolls his hips to meet your movements. The shallow thrusts make the head of his cock push up tight against your g-spot with every pass, sending pleasure lancing through you. You turn your head to moan against his shoulder, muffling the sound in his shirt.
“That’s it, baby, ride me,” Nick manages, his voice tight. “You feel so fucking good, my perfect girl, just like that-” He knows hearing him will help you get over the edge - ever the gentleman, wanting to make sure you come first.
He needn’t have worried. The sheer relief of being with him again after wanting him for what felt like weeks, and the illicit nature of what you’re doing gives everything a sharper edge. You’re so wet you can feel your slick halfway down your thighs.
It’s dirty and fucked-up, and it’s so fucking perfect.
“Oh Nick-” you pant into his shoulder. Your whole body is thrumming, like you’ve touched a live wire. “You make me feel so full, wanna feel you all the time, fuck-” You’re rambling, careening closer to that orgasmic high. Another low groan rips through Nick as your cunt clamps down around him, muffled by him nipping at your neck. The feeling of his teeth on the delicate skin is enough to send you over the edge.
You chant his name mindlessly as you come, your face pressed so tightly against his shoulder to muffle your voice that you can’t breathe. Everything in you pulls tight and then lets go, delicious heat racing through your body until you can feel it in your toes.
The force of it makes you sag forwards against Nick, boneless. He takes over, rocking deeper and pulling you tighter against his body. You swear you feel his cock throb inside of you, the feeling making your cunt clamp down around him in turn.
Nick groans into your neck as he spills inside you, filling you up as he holds you as tightly as he can without hurting you. You’re both breathing raggedly; neither of you tries to move for a long moment.
“I can’t believe we just did that,” Nick murmurs eventually. You can’t help but snicker, your head still resting against his shoulder. You hear the click as he cracks his window; you assume the glass has steamed up. You resist the urge to swipe your hand against it like Rose in Titanic.
“Me either. Nicholas Amaro, SVU Detective, fucking a girl in public,” you tut teasingly. Your knees are starting to ache, but it’s not enough to make you move just yet; you’re enjoying being draped over Nick like this, still split open by his cock.
“What can I say? You’re a terrible influence, kid. I can never seem to get enough of you.”
“Oh, I’m the bad influence?” You sit up, shuddering at the feeling of him shifting inside of you. He’s giving you that smile; the one that oozes charm and shows off his dimples. Before you can object further, he kisses you. It’s softer this time, unhurried. You could stay here for hours under different circumstances.
“The worst,” Nick murmurs when he pulls away, running his hand down your back. “You incited a cop into committing a misdemeanour.”
“You were the one driving”, you point out. “If you wanted me to behave myself, you could have handcuffed me and ignored me ‘til we got back to your place.”
“Oh, don’t worry. The handcuffs’ll be waiting for you when I get you home.”

Dominick “Sonny” Carisi, Jr. always thought he’d have the stereotypical ‘all American, apple pie life’. You know the one: a spouse, maybe a pet, a cozy house, and a couple kids. At this point in Sonny’s life, he was beginning to question if it was in the cards for him, if it was meant to be.
All that questioning and uncertainty went out the window when he met you. He knew he’d marry you one day — as cliché as it sounds. You occupied his thoughts every minute of everyday since. He tried his hardest to stay focused at work, being a detective with Manhattan’s Special Victims Unit he had to stay focused, he had a very important job to do. He also tried his hardest to stay focused on his schoolwork, going to Fordham Law school was hard work as it was, but balancing law school on top of working at SVU was even harder. The man barely got enough sleep and missed out on a lot. He was alway afraid he’d miss out on love, but luckily, you crossed Sonny’s path one fateful morning.
It was early, 6:30 to be exact, when you placed your order at the café a few blocks from your apartment. You ordered what has came to be your favorite breakfast since discovering this little café on your walk to work one morning. It’s what you called a ‘hidden gem’ and recommended it to anyone that wanted somewhere cozy with a great atmosphere and even better food.
Once you had collected your order from the counter, you turned to make your way to the door when someone literally almost knocked you down. Thankfully, arms caught you before you could fall and spill your breakfast. “Oh my gosh! I am so sorry. Are you alright?” A concerned and equally panicked male voice asked, helping you steady yourself.
“I didn’t fall on my face and my breakfast is still in tact, so yes, I’m fine.” You attempt to make light of the situation. Looking up to see the man that ran into you but saved you from embarrassment, you all but freeze, taking in the handsome man’s features. He’s tall, slim build with darkish brown hair that has hints of grey throughout and gorgeous baby blue eyes. You were so taken aback by his angelic good looks that you didn’t realize the stranger had gone quiet as well, taking in your beautiful features in return.
The café began getting more crowded the longer the two of you stood there gawking at one another. A younger woman broke the apparent trance between you and this man — whose name you still didn’t know — when she needed to pass by to reach a vacant table.
The two of you stepped out of the crowded café making small talk as you did so. You found out his name is Dominick Carisi Jr., but he goes by the name Sonny. You gave him your name in return, smiling as he rambled about making it up to you somehow for almost ruining your morning. “Would you maybe want to meet back here a six this afternoon? I know a great restaurant on this street.” You offered.
“I’m not sure I’ll be able to make it with my job, but I’ll try my hardest.” Sonny informed. “I’m a detective with the Special Victims Unit so my schedule can be hectic and cases can take a while.”
“Oh I see. Well, how about I give you my number, and you can tell me if you can make it or not. We can reschedule if you’re still interested.” You suggested. You didn’t think about him being a detective, but you had a gut feeling that he was of some importance by the suit he had on. You quickly scribble your phone number on a sticky note you kept in your purse and hand it to Sonny when you were finished.
Sonny checks the time on his watch and you notice his eyes go wide. “Oh shit, I’m gonna be late if I don’t go right now. I’ll text you later about this afternoon.”
You nod, unable to fight the smile making its way to your lips. “Of course! You better hurry, don’t wanna be late! I’d feel horrible.” You ushered Sonny in the direction of the precinct. You hear Sonny laughing as you do so.
The two of you go your separate ways. You think about Sonny the reminder of the day and hope he stays safe now that you know his occupation.
Fast forward four years later and you and Sonny have been going strong. Sure, there’s been ups and downs like with all relationships, but Sonny never lets an argument go unresolved. Despite having a busy and demanding job, Sonny always makes time for you, wining and dining you, warm bubble baths with your favorite candles and flowers, you name it.
Sonny was so nervous when the big night finally came. He wanted everything to be perfect, asking Olivia and Amanda for help. The ladies didn’t really do much but point Sonny in the right direction.
He planned for quiet night in with you. He cooked a delicious Italian meal for two, wine and candles on the table. He timed dinner just right as you entered his apartment, stopping in your tracks as you smelt the food, your favorite Italian food to be exact.
“Oh my…” you trailed off, taking in the scene before you. Sonny setting the table, wine glasses and candles inviting you to take a seat, and you just now noticed soft music in the background.
“Come sit. Dinner’s ready!” Sonny beamed, gesturing to the table and all the food. You grin, still speechless but take your seat regardless. You didn’t recall any special occasion for this, but then again, Sonny was always surprising you with sweet and romantic gestures.
Once Sonny’s joined you at the table, you both fill your plates with the picture perfect food in front of yours. You knew Sonny was an amazing cook thanks to Mama Carisi and Sonny’s interest in helping her when he was younger. You took turns filling the other in on your day and enjoying the peaceful dinner.
After dinner, Sonny clears the empty dishes and returns to his seat, a gift in hand. “Close your eyes for second, doll.” He tells you. You give him a questioning look but do as told, he’s never steered you wrong before. With your eyes closed, you hear rustling next to you and you want to sneak a peak so badly, but you think better of it. “Alright, open those gorgeous eyes.” You hear Sonny, smile evident in his voice. Slowly opening your eyes, you look around, looking for anything different on the table but nothing. You feel Sonny’s hand gently rest against your cheek farthest from him and turn your head in his direction. You gasp seeing a sparkling piece of jewelry in his hand. Looking up at him in shock, you see Sonny smiling ear to ear, happiness radiating off of him.
You open your mouth to speak but no words come out. Your heart is racing and hands trembling, you can only imagine how Sonny feels. Is this really happening? Is this a dream? If it’s a dream, you don’t want to wake up. You’ve been daydreaming about this day for years. That day you met Sonny you felt a connection and after a few dates, you knew he was the one.
“Doll, these past four years have been the best years of my life and I want to keep that going. I want you by my side for the rest of our lives. You have no idea how happy, loved, cared for, and important you make me feel. I’ll never forget that day we met at that coffee shop, just like I’ll never forget everything in between. I couldn’t ask for a better partner in this hectic schedule I have. You’re always so understanding when I have to cancel or be hours late. I love when you swing by to bring me lunch on particular busy days, how well you get along with my work family and my real family too. You’re the sweetest, most thoughtful, and funniest person I’ve ever met, and that’s saying something, I mean have you met me?” Sonny teased, both of you laughing through the sweet tears that managed to fall. “Doll, will you do me the honor and marry me? I can’t imagine life without you. I love you more than words can describe.”
You were still speechless, tears still slipping from your eyes. All you could do was nod your head repeatedly. You watched Sonny slide the ring on your finger, wearing a smile so big your cheeks hurt. “I love you, handsome. I promise to be the best wife I can be.” You finally regained your voice enough to speak.
Sonny gently pulled you into a sweet, loving, and passionate kiss to which you reciprocated with your whole heart.
One year after the proposal, it was finally the day of the wedding — yours and Sonny’s dream wedding. You made sure that he gave his input and helped make decisions, it was his big day too, after all.
You were beyond nervous, not because you changed your mind but because you were terrified that you’d trip and fall or some other embarrassing thing would happen.
Olivia and Amanda were quick to reassure you it would all be fine and that, even if something crazy did happen, Sonny would never leave you on your wedding day — or any day for that matter. They both reminded you that you and Sonny were meant to be.
Thirty minutes later, you’re walking down the aisle towards Sonny, the love of your life. The moment Sonny sees you, he’s in tears, you took his breath away in that dress and he couldn’t believe this was reality and not some dream he’s had since you accepted his proposal. You had tears in your eyes as well for many of the same reasons, Sonny looked like the most handsome prince you’ve ever seen and this was really happening.
Once the wedding was over, the reception began. You and Sonny made rounds visiting your guests and thanking them for being a part of your special day. As the reception went on and heartfelt speeches were made, you and Sonny realized just how loved the two of your were. The remainder of the evening was spent laughing, eating, and dancing off into the night.
Two years after your wedding, you find out some big, life changing news — you’re pregnant. You and Sonny wanted to wait until you settled into the married life and your respective jobs became less hectic, granted Sonny’s job didn’t always stay less hectic but there were moments when it did.
It wasn’t until recently, the past three months or so, you and Sonny talked about kids, and finally decided you’d start trying. The two of you hadn’t had any luck unfortunately, until now. You stood in the bathroom of your home, jaw dropped as tears welled up in your eyes. You were in shock. Was this real or a dream? Is this test really true? You took one more test to be sure. Positive. You had to find a cute way to tell Sonny. You went to the Pinterest for inspiration, and low and behold, you found the perfect idea. You quickly found a website to customize the cutest onesie to say: ‘Surprise! Your going to be a daddy!’ as well as Sonny a shirt that says: ‘My jokes are officially dad jokes’. You laughed when you read that one and knew Sonny would love it. While you waited for the shirt and onesie to arrive, you casually bought a few small things to add to Sonny’s little announcement box. You bought a blank card and wrote him a little heartfelt note. You wrote about how much you love him and can’t wait to embark on this journey with him amongst other sweet words. You didn’t realize you were getting so emotional until you felt a tear slid down your cheek. You wiped it away and finished the note saying: ‘The only thing better than having you as my husband is our child having you as their dad. I love you — no — we love you!’.
Later on that evening, Sonny was finally on his way home, calling to see if he needed to pick up anything for dinner. You told him no and that you had it covered adding that he better hurry home for a surprise. Sonny laughed and said he’d be there shortly and that he loved you.
You quickly got everything set up and put the finishing touches on dinner, chicken spaghetti and breadsticks you picked up from the local bakery you and Sonny love so much. The table was set just as Sonny walked through the door. “Perfect timing, babe!” You giggle, grabbing glasses for drinks. Sonny set his things down by the door, giving you a quick peck on the cheek as he passes by you to wash his hands before joining you at the table.
Dinner was pleasant and conversation flowed freely, despite you being excited and a little nervous. You tried to keep your emotions at bay, but naturally Sonny noticed your demeanor. “Everything okay, doll?”
You look up from your plate and nod with a smile. “Couldn’t be better.” You grin, a gleam in your eyes. “When you’re done, you can have your surprise.”
Sonny was curious as to this surprise you had for him and slightly panicked too. It wasn’t his birthday or your anniversary. It wasn’t a holiday either so he was worried he forgot something important. He knew by the look you were giving him that you weren’t mad rather excited so that eased his thoughts. “Alright. I’m ready for this surprise. The suspense is killing me here!” He happily exclaimed.
You laughed and set the beautifully wrapped box on the table. Sonny carefully unwrapped the gift and opened the box. You watched as Sonny picked up the first item, the the dad jokes shirts. You watched him read the message and then look at you confused. You gestured for him to keep looking in the box. He did and pulled out the customized onesie. You could help but smile wide as Sonny read the message on it and jump up from his chair, tears in his eyes and a smile as wide as yours. “Are you — Doll, please tell me this ain’t a joke.” You got up and grabbed the handwritten card and told him to read it, tears in your eyes as well from watching the love of your life putting the pieces together and grasping that this was real. Sonny read the card, he was full on crying by the time he finished. He wrapped you up in a tight hug, lifting you slightly off the ground. The two of you were crying happy tears, after trying the past three months and not having any luck, the positive result was overwhelming for you both. “I love you and I love you too baby Carisi.” Sonny placed a soft kiss to your lips before placing a soft kiss to your stomach.
The rest of the evening was spent talking about the little one, anything from names to nursery decor to debating if the baby would be a boy or a girl. You said girl and Sonny said boy.
The whole pregnancy Sonny was right there with you and if he couldn’t be there he had his mom be with you. He refused to let you be alone despite you telling him it would all be okay. He was just worried about something happening or going wrong and no one being there to help you or take care of you and the baby. He saw enough horrific things at work, he didn’t need anything bad happening at home.
You got used to Sonny or Mama Carisi being there. As it turned out, you liked having the company and realized that Sonny had good intentions and just wanted to keep you and your unborn baby safe.
Finally, time came to find out the gender of baby Carisi. You were on the fence about doing the whole gender reveal thing and so was Sonny, but with some persuasion from Amanda and Liv, you decided to do a small one — just you, Sonny, his squad from work, and both your families and few close friends. Since Liv and Amanda persuaded you into this you put them in charge for the party.
As people arrived, you and Sonny went around videoing everyone give their guesses on baby Carisi’s gender. Majority of the guests agreed with you and said girl, saying that Sonny was meant to be a girl dad, especially since he grew up with all sisters. Sonny responded by shaking his head, laughing and replying with, “That’s the reason we’re having a boy!”, with a big smile on his face.
Liv and Amanda opted to have the reveal be done by a simple popping a balloon and having the blue or pink confetti fall out. The women decided to keep it simple since you and Sonny were not the extravagant, over the top type of people. You were happy with how the party all turned out, the girls really out did themselves. The two women rounded you and Sonny up to pop the balloon. Your guests crowded around, phones in hand ready to record the moment.
Sonny held the balloon and you got ready to pop it with the pin. The countdown began and when everybody reached one, you popped the balloon and everyone watched as pink confetti floated all around. You and your fellow team girl members cheered while Sonny and his team boy members jokingly booed. You threw your arms around Sonny, overjoyed with the news. When you broke the hug, you looked Sonny in the eyes and said, “See! You are meant to be a girl dad!”
The day you went into labor was what you called ‘calm chaos’ because while you were fairly calm, Sonny was stressed and panicking hence the chaos half of your made up term. Finally at the hospital, you and Sonny were taken to the labor and delivery wing where you were waiting to be fully dilated to begin delivery.
Sonny was by your side, holding your hand and reassuring you that it would all be okay. You were grateful to have Sonny in general but especially in this moment, you would have been freaking out without him. Sonny’s presence always made you feel calm, safe, and loved.
A couple hours later you were ready to push. Throughout the delivery, you all but broke Sonny’s hand and he took it like a champ, he had to grit his teeth and bite his tongue but he did it. Both your pain was thankfully short lived after delivery began. Baby Carisi made her arrival and you and Sonny were beaming with tear filled eyes. When you held her, you couldn’t hold back the tears and neither could Sonny. You were exhausted and Sonny noticed carefully taking her from your arms. “Rest, doll. I got her.” That’s all you needed to hear from Sonny before falling asleep, happy with your adorable little family.
Fast forward to present day, Sonny was playing tea party with his baby girl, the light of his life aside from you. You watched from the door way as your thee year old poured Sonny some more tea as her told her all about his favorite animal. You smiled and snapped a quick picture of the two before slipping away to make some lunch for the three of you.
Ever since the day the little princess arrived, her and Sonny were thick as thieves, always together the second Sonny walked through the door. More often than not you caught them passed out on the couch or the chair in your daughter’s room, her snuggled up on Sonny’s chest with his arm wrapped protectively around her. He was definitely meant to be a girl dad and you never let him live it down, especially since baby number two is going to be a little girl too.
Every time Sonny looked at your daughter playing or sleeping all he could do was imagine the teenager and young woman she would grow up to be. He pictured her being a social butterfly because at three years old, she always waved and smiled at anybody that passed her. Sonny wasn’t too sure about her doing that but he figured as long as he was there it was okay. He knew all too well how some people had sick and twisted thoughts about children and he was always cautious with his little girl out in public.
He would picture her doing all those typical kid things, participating in different activities until she found one she liked. Your daughter loved helping Sonny cook or you bake which led Sonny to picture her going to culinary school and ultimately owning her own restaurant or being some kind of professional chef.
The only thing that worried Sonny was the teenage years. He knew between you and him talking with her and her seeing what love and a healthy relationship was that she would be alright. He also knew that he’d drop anything in that instant to console her if a boy broke up with her. Broken hearts were the worst and Sonny knew teenagers would feel like it’s the end of the world. He also knew teenagers could be mean and he never wants anyone being mean to his baby girl so he knew he’d let her vent or cry as long as she needed all while quietly planning a daddy/daughter day that she would pretend she was too old for but was overjoyed about it on the inside.
Sonny also pictured his princess on her wedding day, how they would both be a crying mess because it’s a happy occasion but one that meant change, that she was officially a fully grown woman who was about to embark on a new adventure with her love just like he had done with you. Then his thoughts trailed to being a grandfather and how excited he would be, from being at his daughter’s side just like he had her whole life and like he had been with you to playing with his grandchild or grandchildren, spoiling them rotten just for his daughter to scold him. He wouldn’t mind though because he would be too happy with how his life and his daughter’s life turned out, thick as thrives and best friends until the end of time.

Exhaustion and Affection
Sonny Carisi x Fem! Reader
Warnings: None.
Word Count: 2.4k
“Of course. You need a decent meal that isn’t just a cup of coffee.”
Tumblr media
Sonny hadn’t meant to fall asleep. Sonny was tired.
He felt the fatigue all the way to his bones as he shuffled to the front door of your apartment. The travel from his office to home had felt like an eternity, and sometimes with New York City traffic, it might as well have been. Sonny had the weekend off (technically – but there was always the chance of the infamous Olivia Benson phone call), and he was desperate for it. The past few weeks had been long for the esteemed counselor. He was strung out and spread thin with work, and he just didn’t have much juice left to give.
He had shed his blazer before he had even left his office for the night, and his tie had been loosened on the cab ride home. His hair that was usually neat and styled was wrecked on his head from his hand running through it throughout the day. He had officially clocked out until Monday morning (or unless prompted sooner).
Sonny felt a rush of relief when his feet landed at the mat in front of your apartment door. That was his signal that he had indeed made it, and his weekend off had officially begun. He reached for your spare key that you had gifted to him in his briefcase. Sonny felt like he never spent any time at his own apartment anymore.
He rummaged through papers and files before recognizing the cold brass on his fingertips. The key was rather worn for a spare, but it wasn’t surprising considering he used it practically every day. He put the key in the lock and turned it, alarmed when the click didn’t sound. There was hardly any real panic of a response because this was a regular occurrence.
Sonny scoffed under his breath, tossing the key back into his case and opening the already unlocked door. He entered your apartment, which offered warmth from the cool October air outside. He then noticed a certain smell, one of his favorite smells, that brought an audible rumble to his empty stomach. He closed the door (being sure to lock it behind him), and set his belongings by the front door. He followed the heavenly smell into the kitchen, and he was presented with a sight that nearly catapulted his heart out of his chest.
He saw you standing over your well-used stainless steel pot that was reserved for any and all pasta dishes that you knew how to make. He saw a separate pot with a lid over it, which he knew good and well was a tomato sauce. He knew the smell of good pasta, and he especially knew the smell of one of his mother’s recipes.
He noticed that you were still in your own work clothes, which let him know that you hadn’t been home very long yourself. The clicks of Sonny’s shoes hitting the tile caught your attention, and you turned around to greet him.
You gave him a happy hello, but he decided to get the hard business out of the way first.
“Sweetheart, you gotta start locking the door….even when you’re home.” Sonny warned, and this was not the first time that he had done so.
“Ah. I forgot. I need to start leaving a note on the inside of the door to remind me until I get in the habit,” You shrugged. “But even then I’d probably forget to look at it.”
“I know this is a well-secured building and all. And I know your neighbors are clean but-”
“-you never know.” You finished his sentence, and he couldn’t help but grin.
“Yeah. Exactly.”
Sonny’s concern came from a good place. He had seen too many horrific things to not notice the small things that could potentially put you at risk to the evil of the outside world. It only made sense that he was so concerned.
“Now. How about a proper greeting?” You smirked. “Hi.”
“Hey, doll.” He laughed.
“You’re home somewhat early.” You noted, glancing at the clock that read 7:30 p.m. on the dot.
“I couldn’t take it anymore. There wasn’t anything that couldn’t wait until next week,” Sonny groaned. “Besides, I have the weekend off so why not start early?”
“Mm. Agreed.” You elbowed his side playfully, and he continued to peer over you as you stirred the spaghetti noodles.
“What are you making?” He asked.
“Carbonara. Nothing special,” You shrugged. “I just figured a simple dinner for tonight would be best. If you want something else, I can order takeout for you.”
“No, no. Carbonara is perfect,” He kissed your temple. “Smells great.”
Sonny really was hungry. It seemed that he had fallen into the ways of a real New York criminal prosecutor by skipping meals in order to get more done. He hadn’t eaten since breakfast that morning, and he had used the last of that energy long ago.
“I hope it tastes okay too. This is only the third time I’ve tried your Ma’s recipe.” You chuckled.
“It was delicious last time. Dare I say that it was….better.” He whispered the last word just below the shell of your ear, and your face ran hot.
“Dominick!” You gasped. “That is nearly blasphemous.”
He laughed a genuine, hearty laugh that brought some life back into his tired body.
“All I’m sayin’ is that my mother has taught you well.” He snickered. “You need help finishing up?”
“I don’t think so. Do you want to get washed up?” You suggested.
“You read my mind,” He joked. “Be right back.”
Sonny left the kitchen and took slow steps to the bedroom. He removed his shoes before stepping on the carpet, setting them next to the dresser so they would be out of the way. His socked feet felt better after being released from the confinement of Sonny’s leather work shoes. They had served him well, but no matter how much he wore them, they still weren’t the most comfortable shoes in the world.
Sonny’s blazer and tie were officially abandoned on the bed, and he’d be sure to take his jacket to be dry cleaned. He removed his belt and unbuttoned his shirt, stripping his clothes to prepare to change into something more comfortable. He was more than happy to change into a t-shirt and sweats, and he was even more glad that he didn’t have to wear his usual business professional attire until Monday morning.
Sonny padded into the bathroom, stopping at the sink and turning it on. He lathered his hands with soap, noticing how tired he visibly looked in the mirror. He knew that he had been working hard the last several weeks, so he wasn’t shocked that it had caught up with him. He rinsed his hands and splashed cold water on his face to wake himself up. All he wanted was a good meal and a night of leisure. God knows he needed it.
Sonny returned to the main area of the apartment, his excitement peaking when he saw that you had already plated dinner for him and were just finishing setting the table. Sonny sometimes felt guilty when you doted over him like this. He didn’t feel like he deserved it most of the time, but it made him only adore you more than he already did.
“You’re too good,” Sonny gushed, walking over to you for a quick kiss. “Thanks, doll.”
“Of course. You need a decent meal that isn’t just a cup of coffee.” You told him.
You were always on Sonny’s case about eating legitimate meals every day. You didn’t like when he came home late every day after skipping lunch. And even then Sonny usually only settled on a measly dinner.
The two of you sat across from each other at your dining room table. Sonny never complained, but he was far too tall for the small table. You had been meaning to search for one that didn’t cause his knees to be pressed up against the bottom of it. Sonny couldn’t have cared less though because he was only focused on the plate of pasta that was screaming his name.
Sonny barely even waited for you to sit before he began to dig in. Sonny was usually very polite and well-mannered at the table, but with the way he was slurping down his noodles – you would’ve thought he’d never been taught dinner table manners. He was chewing through the heat and hardly even chewing before he swallowed.
“Sonny, honey!” You stopped him from literally choking himself to death. “It’s not going anywhere, and I assure you I’m not going to take it from you.”
Sonny paused to actually chew his current mouthful and took a moment to compose himself before he spoke again.
“Sorry,” He chuckled, a little embarrassed. “I’m even hungrier than I thought.”
“There’s plenty more. Promise,” You caressed the calf of his leg with your foot from under the table. “How is it by the way?”
“Incredible. As expected,” He smiled. “Best meal I’ve had all week.”
“How would you feel if I told you that I have a coconut cream pie for afterwards?”
Sonny’s fork his hit plate with a clink, and his eyes went wide with surprise.
“You’re lying.” He gawked.
“I swear. I didn’t make it though. I bought it on my way home.” You admitted.
Sonny went quiet for a second. His eyes squinted in thought as he racked his brain.
“Did I miss something? Not our anniversary, not my birthday, not your birthday….” He listed off.
“Not at all,” You giggled. “I was saving it for tomorrow since I knew for sure you’d be here for dinner….but since you’re here now, I don’t see why we can’t have it tonight and tomorrow.”
Sonny was overwhelmed with love. It wasn’t that you didn’t shower him with affection like this often, but it definitely made it extra special considering he had been so rundown recently. Sonny was happy as could be sitting at that tiny dining room table, enjoying your food, and catching up with you. Sonny had missed seeing you and spending time with you — and it always reminded him how work could drag him away from you.
Once dinner was finished, and your chilled pie was being served, Sonny felt completely at ease. He had absolutely nothing to do until Monday morning, and he wasn’t even sure what to do himself.
“How’s the paperwork coming along?” You asked, scraping the last of the sweet cream from your dessert plate.
Sonny couldn’t help but groan.
“Babe, if you don’t mind, let’s not talk shop tonight,” He chuckled. “Please.”
Sonny’s request hadn’t been an irritated one. If anything, he was amused. He was usually more than willing to talk about work with you (considering that it was a great opportunity for him to vent to someone who could understand), but tonight he wanted to get as far away from it as possible. He was passionate about his work, but even then he could only take so much.
“I’m sorry,” You laughed. “Just a habit. Do you want more?” You asked, standing to retrieve his empty plate.
Sonny stood from his own chair, refusing to let you clean up alone.
“No, love. I’m good,” He kissed the crown of your head. “Thank you.”
Sonny helped you with the dishes, washing and drying and putting away to leave the kitchen clean for the night. Cleaning up with Sonny usually took double the time that it should’ve because he had a tendency to get distracted. You found it rather amusing because that was just how Sonny was. When the dishes were cleaned and stored away, Sonny pulled you into his chest for a kiss.
“You’re the best. You know that?” He hummed.
“I’ve been told a time or two.” You smiled against his lips.
Now that you were looking at him up close, you could see just how weary he looked. The lasting effects of stress were clear on his face.
“You’re tired.” You pointed out, burying a hand in his graying hair to scratch at his scalp.
“Very,” He nodded, his voice gone groggy. “How about a movie?” He kissed you again.
“Sure. Can you stay awake for it?” You asked.
“Very funny. ‘Course I can.”
Sonny had meant it. He wanted nothing more than to snuggle up with you on the couch under a blanket and spend the rest of the night doing nothing in particular. Sonny felt like he had been stuck at his desk or in the courtroom for weeks. Your apartment felt like the safest place on Earth to him right now. Sonny smiled lazily when you took his hand, prompting him to follow you into the living room. Sonny crashed on the couch, the plush pillows were a celebration to his tired muscles. He needed the rest.
“I’m going to change. How about you pick?” You suggested, offering the TV remote to him.
“Sure. Don’t be long.” He winked.
You tottered off to the bedroom to change into your own lounging attire, leaving Sonny in the silence of your living room. Sonny stared at the black screen of the television. The remote remained still in his hand. He hardly even had the energy to lift his thumb to hit the power button. It seemed ridiculous, but the thought of scrolling through Netflix to find a movie just seemed like too much work to him.
Sonny was sunken into the cushions, nearly being swallowed by the sofa as he stared at nothing. It was so quiet in the room. So still. So peaceful. He heard you rummaging around in the bedroom, but it was like white noise to him. Before he knew it, his eyelids were growing heavy, and his breathing was reaching a slower pace. Images of the last few weeks danced around in his head. The fast pace of his career had suddenly come to a stop, and he was basking in relief. Sonny had come home to a happy girlfriend who had fed him and taken care of him in his exhausted state. He had never felt more loved. And that was the best feeling to dream about.
When you returned to the living room clad in your most comfortable clothes, you weren’t surprised to see Sonny snoozing. You had a feeling that he wouldn’t have made it long once collapsing on the couch. He worked hard to pursue his passion, and that was something you never got in the way of. It wasn’t surprising that his work caught up to him at times. If anything, it was a reminder of how hard he worked.
It didn’t bother you in the slightest. Sonny needed the sleep.
After all, you knew that he hadn’t meant to fall asleep.

Family Trip - Rafael Barba Imagine (Law & Order: S.V.U)
Tumblr media
Title: Family Trip
Pairing: Rafael Barba X Reader
Word Count: 1,024 words
Warning(s): bad family, bullying, cussing
Summary: (Y/n) just got back from visiting family. However, instead of bringing back funny stories or leftovers from their parents, (Y/n) brings back baggage that no one could see. Baggage that (Y/n) didn't want to acknowledge.
Author's Note: The holidays are rough for a lot of people. If you need a better family for the holidays, then I am happy to be a part of your found family.
--------------------
It wasn't meant to be anything more than an off-handed comment.
I knew that.
That didn't stop my brain from going into fight or flight mode when Rafael made said off-handed comment.
In all honesty, I wasn't sure why Rafael was there. We didn't have anything for him to look at or talk about, but he was standing in the middle of our office.
I had started rambling. I had been reading this new book series. It was new and exciting, so I was talking about it. I knew that sometimes my rambling could be a little intense and hard to follow. I knew that. I should've known that.
"My only problem is that I can't seem to find the last book," I explained, probably talking a mile a minute. "It's pretty popular, but I didn't think that meant that I wasn't going to be able to get my hands on a single copy of the thing. I've checked most of the places around me, but there's one shop- it's between my place and this little coffee shop- that might still have a copy-"
"(Y/n), (Y/n)," Rafael smirked as he held his hand up to mimic telling me to slow down. "Take a breath."
My mouth reacted before my brain could stop it, "Jesus fucking Christ."
I shook my head and looked down for a moment.
"Hey, I was just-"
"You should try letting people enjoy things without being treated like shit," I snapped before he could explain himself.
"Excuse me," Rafael asked. The whole team seemed to freeze.
My jaw clenched. I didn't speak.
"Liv," he turned to her. She had stopped when I snapped at him. "Can we use your office?"
"Be my guest," she nodded.
Rafael looked at me again. I sighed, already regretting my choices as I pushed myself out of my seat and toward the office.
He didn't speak up until he had shut the door to the office, "What the hell?"
"I'm sorry," I ran my hands over my face.
"Do you want to tell me what's going on," he asked.
"I... I just got back from visiting my family," I said. I took a deep breath. I was already yelling at myself for how I had reacted and for talking about this whole thing. "They're... They're just a bit difficult. I get a bit... touchy when I visit them."
Rafael's eyebrows were still furrowed.
"They just make a lot of jokes," I tried to shrug it all off. "Quite a few of them are targeted at me. Whether they're just about shit that I've done or how I look or the things that I like or... whatever. I tend to get a bit defensive."
"I... I didn't mean to-"
"I know," I stopped him, forcing a grin. "I'm just overly sensitive. I know that. Can't learn to take a joke."
I felt the tears in my eyes. I tried to figure out how to subtly blink them away. It must've not worked because Rafael stepped forward, wrapping his arms around me as he tried to shush me before I started sobbing. I wrapped my arms around his torso and closed my eyes.
"I don't mean to be invasive, but this doesn't seem like innocent joking," he muttered to me. "If it's this upsetting... (Y/n), this isn't normal."
"I'm the one that's not normal," I stepped back, rolling my eyes. "I... I just can't get my brain to not take it personally. Either I get defensive and overreact or I shut down and that's still overreacting. I just never learned how to take a joke. It's always been that way."
"(Y/n), no."
I closed my eyes and shook my head.
"Hey-"
"I have a lot of work to get done," I said. "I'm gonna go clean my face up and get back to it. I'll see you later, Barba."
"Wait-"
"See you later," I repeated before walking out of Liv's office.
I ignored everyone's sad looks. I just continued working. Typing and writing. I answered a call or two. It was the rare occasion where S.V.U didn't feel like it was being left to drown and hopefully take down a few terrible people before we sank completely.
Sonny tried to talk to me a few times. Rollins too. Liv had called me into her office, but I pushed her away. Fin seemed to respect that I needed the space.
I had shut down. I figured it out as soon as I got home. Just like I always had. I had fucked it all up. I thought that I could keep myself together when I was away from my family. That those reactions could just fade away with time. But here I was. Still acting like such a child.
I spent the entire night caught in this cycle of punishing myself. Stuck in my thoughts and insecurities until I finally couldn't force myself to stay awake any longer.
I came back the next day to see something sitting on my desk. It was wrapped in some Christmas wrapping paper. It was just after Thanksgiving. It was probably what was in stock.
"It's from Barba."
I looked at Rollins as she spoke. She had caught me staring at the gift. I furrowed my eyebrows at her. At the idea that Barba felt the need to get me a gift.
"I saw him put it on your desk."
I chuckled.
"Will you open it," she asked. "The curiosity has been killing me."
I scoffed before picking up the gift.
I pulled off the wrapping paper to find a book. On top of the book was a folded piece of paper. I put the paper down on my desk before properly reading the cover of the book. I chuckled.
"What is it?"
"It's the last book in that series that I was talking about," I said, holding it up for her to see. "I... I don't know where he found it."
I grabbed the piece of paper that had been placed on the top.
I grinned a bit at the short note.
You deserve so much better.
Maybe he had a point.

It's happening, b*tches! BAU and SVU crossover!
Just because my mind can’t stop thinking about it, here is a sneak peek.
-----------
Summary: The BAU is called to assist the NYPD in a case. You, now a BAU profiler, meet with your former teammates at Manhattan SVU, and some tense moments take place with Captain Olivia Benson, your older sister. Spencer helps you to understand why you feel so weird in a place that used to be your home.
-----------
“How much time McGrath have been there?” Fin asks Rollins and Carisi, pointing to Olivia’s office. They could see their captain and chief arguing through the windows.
“Not much, but it seems pretty heated if you ask me,” Carisi comments, his frown deepening.
“The bosses really must be eating him alive for this case,” Rollins muses from her spot on her desk.
The three of them knew things could turn like this. They were stuck with a serial rapist that has been terrorizing the city, and who added the ‘murderer’ label to his record with the past two victims.
“Do you think the captain would contain the damage?” Carisi questions, looking at Fin. The man shrugs.
“I don’t know. But by now this is more politics than justice. So anything could happen.”
As a cue, McGrath storms from Olivia’s office, barely paying attention to the three pairs of eyes focused on him. After he disappears from the squad room, Olivia comes out of her office and joins the peanut gallery.
“How bad?” Rollins asks. Olivia sighs and purses her lips.
“Considering? I think that went well,” she declares, grabbing a cup and a pot from a shelf in the corner and pouring herself some coffee.
“But?” Fin adds, anticipating the potential bad news.
“It already looks bad for 1PP, so they need to be more ‘proactive’,” Olivia air-quotes, before sipping her newly served coffee. “They called the FBI to assist us.”
The three of them pull a face. They know that having the feds around, the job will be harder to do. Olivia recognizes those faces.
“I know what you are thinking, but is beyond me. At this point, they want to bring the whole Marines here so, for me, the feds don’t look the worst option now.”
“Captain, one question though. Who in the FBI would be interested in this kind of mess?” Carisi asks and Olivia hums before answering.
“Have you heard about the BAU?”
Fin jumps at the mention.
“Wait a minute. Did you say BAU? The (Y/N)’s BAU?”
Olivia nods.
“Yes. That BAU, indeed,” she replies and then sips her coffee again.
-----------
Okay, for now, the SVU team has Fin, Rollins, Carisi and Olivia. Barba as ADA, as season 16, but here Benson is Captain already. The BAU team is the one in season 13, but I’m actively avoiding Rossi and JJ in the scene (fight me if you want).

Trapped together (Part 1)
I haven’t written anything in over a year, but apparently this is the time of year I get inspired! However, one of my 2023 goals is to finally write out some of the ideas I’ve had for a while. I will continue to post very sporadically, but please let me know if you would like to be tagged when I do (I believe @plaidbooks asked to be tagged on a past post).
This fic fills the Blizzard square for StoriesofSvu’s 2022 Holiday Bingo @storiesofsvu . It’s my first 2-part fic, and I hope to have the finale uploaded in 1-2 days.
Pairing: Mike Dodds x Reader
Trigger warnings for a brief mention of serial killer in the “set-up” to the story (skip the 1st paragraph if you’d like to avoid it!)
************
It had been a busy two weeks of intense investigation by the Manhattan SVU squad on the hunt of what your team now believed to be a prolific serial killer who traced victims new to the city back to their rural hometowns to attack someone in their families. Today, you and Sergeant Dodds had needed to travel through a West Virginia mountain pass following a lead based on a victim who had run away from her small West Virginia community. Her cousin had suffered a mysterious hunting accident only 5 days after her death in the city.
However, when leaving the small county morgue, the local Sheriff informed you and Sergeant Dodds of an impending blizzard and that the mountain pass was unsafe to travel through and would only get worse throughout the night. You both tried to explain you were used to driving in New York winters, but he convinced you both that it wasn’t worth the risk. Instead, the Sheriff directed you to the only motel in a two hour radius where you and Dodds would have to wait out the storm until the roads cleared enough to return to NYC.
It was a small, desolate, dingy highway motel that looked like it usually saw its own clientele of shady individuals. The owner directed you and the Sarg to the only room left that held one queen-sized bed. Everyone who had been traveling through the area had descended upon the hotel in an effort to ride out the storm, and the owner told you both how lucky you were to arrive in time to get the last room.
You and Dodds shared a look. It was one of discomfort and hesitation. There may have also been some mortification on your part with some added on bubble-guts related to your secret penchant for reading “there was only one bed” romance books. There was no way that situation was actually happening to you in your actual real life. With Mike Dodds. The most beautiful man you had ever seen. Also the nicest.
“Are you absolutely certain there are no other rooms?” asked Dodds. The motel owner again confirmed that there was the one queen bed which we could take or leave. “What about any roll-away cots?”
The hotel owner let out the phlegmatic laugh of a 30-pack year smoker. “Where do you think you are, son? This ain’t no fancy place, which is clearer than day to anyone who ain’t blind. Ain’t you some detective? Sheriff Lonnie called ahead and near ordered me to hold the room for you two.”
You stepped in before your sergeant risked offending the only person standing between an unlucky situation and a worse situation. “Then could we at least get some extra towels and blankets, please? As many extra blankets as you have,” you asserted, with your hand on your gun hip to get the point across. You didn’t trust the ancient-looking powerlines outside to be capable of keeping even the small hotel warm and lit. The owner came back a few minutes later, shoved a stack of towels and blankets into your arms, and shut the door behind him.
You turned around and found Dodds with his hand on his head, clearly thinking hard about something. You watched him for a moment before he noticed you watching. Then, with resolution, he grabbed a blanket from the pile and grabbed a pillow off the bed and headed towards the door.
“What are you doing, Sergeant?”
“I’m going to sleep in the car tonight.”
“Are you insane?” you spluttered.
“I’ve slept in worse places than a car.”
“During an Appalachian mountain blizzard? Do you have any idea how cold it’s about to get outside? People die in these kind of conditions, Sergeant.”
“I’ll keep the engine running.”
“The gas won’t last that long and I doubt the car battery will be able to make it through the storm, either, without dying or the engine line freezing.” You knew nothing about cars, but that sounded right.
He leaned with his head against the door and mumbled something you couldn’t understand.
“Pardon?”
With a big sigh he turned around, “I don’t want to make you uncomfortable.”
“I’m not uncomfortable.” This was all uncomfortable, of course you were uncomfortable. “Are you uncomfortable, Sergeant?”
He hesitated, “a little.”
“Would you be uncomfortable if it was Carisi here with you instead?”
He barked out a laugh and ran his hand through his hair. “I would be, although I’m not sure if I’d be more or less so.”
“I personally think I’d be more uncomfortable with Carisi. He strikes me as the type of sleepover guest who keeps everyone else up all night talking then drools all over your mom’s guest pillows.” You both laughed uncomfortably before you continued, “We’ve had too long of a day for worrying about making one another uncomfortable after an already long week trying to find our perp and getting an idea of the extent of how many victims he even has. I’m tired and we’re both grown. We’ve worked together long enough that we can sleep in the same room without it being weird, can’t we?”
“You’re right, I’m sorry. I didn’t want to make things even more uncomfortable. I just want you to know I respect you and your comfort.” Your heart did a weird somersault before he continued, “and your role as one of my detectives.” Oh. Right. You were going to have to remind yourself to be professional. It’s not like you had the biggest crush of your life on your own Sergeant. That would be career suicide and a recipe for an embarrassing situation that you didn’t have the social grace to handle.
“Of course I know that, that would never be in question, Sir.” There. See? Super professional. Professional was your middle name. “Now, I’m going to try to shower the morgue germs off.”
You carried all of the towels into the bathroom with you. You closed the door behind you and made a face in the mirror after catching a whiff of the moldy air. This was the grossest motel you had ever been in. It had probably been built in the 60s and seemed to have the original brown and mustard carpet, curtains, bedding, possibly even the same towels. You weren’t sure if you wanted to inspect the bed to rule-out bedbugs or if you were afraid to look. It’s not like you could do anything about it.
With a sigh you started shrugging out of your suit. When you were stripped down to your undies, you made a decision. You filled the sink with soapy water and scrubbed your undergarments. Then you took the time to stand with the mini hairdryer attached to the wall to dry them off. You could put up with a lot of things, roach motel included, but you weren’t going to sleep in anything less than fresh drawers. Then you took a quick hot shower and scrubbed yourself dry with a scratchy towel before staring at yourself in the mirror and thinking about the sleeping arrangements.
You really didn’t want to sleep in your suit pants after traipsing through the rural crime scene and a morgue, but you also didn’t want to make your already uncomfortable boss more uncomfortable. You were very grateful that you threw on a t-shirt under your blouse that morning. Still, it barely reached the top of your thighs and your lacey underwear were quite visible. You left the t-shirt on, wrapped a towel around your waist for the walk to the bed, and stepped outside of the now-steamy bathroom and walked, with pretend confidence, towards the bed.
With your head held high and eyes aimed on your destination you strode further into the room…and tripped right over your sergeant who was laying on the floor. You caught yourself after falling on your knees and looked behind you with a look of exasperation.
“WHAT are you doing?” you yelled at the same time apologies were spilling out of his mouth and he was trying to help you up. At some point the towel had fallen off from around your waist so you jumped up the distance between the floor and the bed and quickly pulled the covers over you.
“I’m so sorry, I was trying to find the cleanest part of the carpet to sleep on. I assumed you would see me?”
“No I didn’t see you Sergeant, why would I expect to see you on the floor? Why are you on that disgusting floor? Do you know what kind of things get trapped in a 60 year old rundown motel carpet? Please get up!”
“I thought it would be better if I slept on the floor. I told you I’ve slept in worse places,” he smiled sheepishly and made no move to get up from the floor.
“Sergeant, am I more repugnant than that filthy floor?”
His eyes grew wide as saucers, “Y/N, no!! Of course not! How could you think that?”
“I think that because you continue to sit on the floor.”
He stood up and looked lost. “I….where am I supposed to sleep if not in the car and not on the floor?”
You stared in confusion at his confusion. “Sergeant, in the bed. Next to me. Surely that’s better than a car in a blizzard or a motel room floor?” He turned red from his neck to the tips of his ears. He seemed at a loss for words.
“If it would make you more comfortable, we can pile a bunch of these extra pillows and towels in between our sleeping bodies. You know, so that I do not mistakenly accost you in the night.”
“I never! I never thought…” he stammered.
“Of course not. I’m teasing you, mostly, but I certainly don’t expect you to sleep on the floor and considering where we are I would prefer you did not.” You piled up two extra blankets lengthwise in the middle of the bed. When he remained standing where he was, you shrugged, laid down, and turned over on your side. You really were tired and this was a mentally exhausting case. You didn’t have the energy to spend anymore time coaxing your sergeant into a somewhat comfortable sleeping arrangement nor to convince him that you could both behave like adults. You heard him shuffle into the bathroom and you heard the water start. You pulled the blankets tighter around you. The wind howled outside and despite the old heating system being turned up to its highest number, the room felt very cold. You pulled your knees up to your chest hoping to conserve heat.
You must have been close to dozing off because what felt like only a few minutes later you felt the far side of the bed dip and heard the lamp click off. The bed moved a little as Dodds tried to get comfortable. You weren’t sure if you should say goodnight or continue looking like you were asleep, so you decided to stay as you were. Part of your decision came from the fact that you were so cold, you couldn’t bare the thought of uncoiling from your fetal position. As you started feeling heavier with sleep, you wondered if you had been shivering because you felt another blanket being placed over you. A hand very lightly squeezed your shoulder as you heard a whispered “Goodnight, Detective” before falling fully into sleep.

pairing: sonny carisi x fem!reader
wc: 1.3k
summary: sonny was eager to take you under his wing when he suddenly realizes he was eager for more…
tw: none i can think of 😅
a/n: y’all PLEASEEEE don’t be mad at me but this was sitting in my notes for ALMOST A YEAR bc i wanted to add smut but it was HARD. so i got rid of it, but if y’all want a part 2, i can definitely do it! also this gif is just *chefs kiss*💋 its so fitting for this lowkey
law and order svu masterlist! ✯ taglist!
✯✯✯✯
“I like you so much, I wish you were more than just my intern.”
“Well, those arrangements can be made.”
You enjoyed being a detective, but you wanted more. You followed in Sonny’s footsteps for as long as you could imagine and now it was your time to shine. You and Sonny had been partners for about 4 years when he announced he was applying to law school. You were there for Sonny when he got his acceptance letter, and when he had mentioned before his acceptance that he was applying to Fordham night school to become an ADA, it had become a surprise to you because you were actually looking at that school, among many others in the area. A few years after Sonny finished law school, you got one of the best news of your life.
“Sonny, you need to come over ASAP.” You said over the phone.
“Why, are you okay?”
“I just have something here that I’d like you to witness.”
“Okay, I’ll be there in 20.”
When Sonny came over, the both of you curled up on your living room couch staring at your laptop.
“I got an email from Fordham.”
The clock ticked slow from the time you opened up the email to the time you clicked on the link to log into the portal.
“Is that what I think that is?” Sonny said.
After you logged in there was another thing you had to click on in order for you to see your application status. Then, a whole bunch of confetti popped up on your screen.
“OH MY GOSH I GOT IN!” You screamed.
You and Sonny screamed and laughed for a few moments, living in the moment. You got accepted into law school!
“I’m so proud of you Y/N. You deserve it.” Sonny said, pulling you into a hug.
“Aww thank you.” You beamed. “And look at you, thriving as an ADA already. If anything I’m proud of you!”
Sonny also had a wide smile on his face. “It’s no easy thing, so thank you. These accomplishments deserve a little celebration, dont’cha think?”
“Oh yea,” You agreed.
And with that, your life changed.
•••
Fast forward a few months, you went through orientation and all those get to know you stuff and you were now taking your official classes. Sonny on the other hand was doing great as an ADA and you were extremely happy for him. Juggling law school and working as a detective, not to mention you got promoted, was something you were learning to handle one day at a time. You didn’t know how Sonny did it.
Throughout the semester, Sonny occasionally popped by to check on and see how everything was going, and he even helped you with some of the classes that he previously took. When you had your spare time on the job you went to visit Sonny to see how he was handling Hadid and the cases he had to work with. On the days he had to work late to prep for trial, you were reluctant to leave him, you were curious about this aspect of being an ADA. He gave you advice and other words of wisdom that you kept with you throughout your time in law school.
A year and a half passed by and Sonny was taking off with his career and you were still in school, doing everything you could to get high grades in your classes. On top of that, dealing with all the changes Manhattan SVU was going through was taking a toll as well. It was about that time for you to start gaining experience. Sonny let you sit in cases, live cases, in the courtroom, as you took notes on his techniques, just as he did when he learned from Rafael.
“You know, you might as well be an ADA now with all these cases you’ve sat in with me.”
“Not yet, Counselor. Give it about two more years. For now, I’ll be your little intern.”
That brought a smile to Sonny’s face. “Intern, huh?”
“Yeah.”
“If you’re serious about it, I can make arrangements with the DA… it can be your part time.”
Your eyes widened. “Sonny…”
“I know, I know. You don’t have to act on it right away, I just want the best for you. I didn’t get the chance to do this, but I want you to have it.”
You didn’t know what to say, so you hugged Sonny.
“Thank you. Seriously, for everything.”
“Of course. Anything for my partner.”
•••
After many conversations with the DA’s office, the bureau chief, and even Benson, you got your official position as ADA Sonny Carisi’s intern. Part time internship kind of situation. It was needed as one of the requirements for one of the classes you were taking so it fit.
Your days consisted of looking over some of the cases Sonny had on his docket, taking notes for your own practice, as well as observing during cases. You did get paired with other ADA’s on the eighth floor, but you always drew yourself towards Sonny.
•••
One night, you were in Sonny’s office looking over a case with him when he decided it was best for the both of you to have a nightcap.
“Hey, you’ve been taking notes on that case file for a while. Unwind with me.”
You looked up and saw Sonny pull out a bottle of wine and glass cups. You watched him pop the bottle open and pour the red liquid in both of the cups. He handed one of them to you, hoping you would accept it. You sighed, plopping the case file on the table. Taking the glass with a smile on your face, you followed Sonny to the couch he had in his office.
“You know, I don’t think I ever told you this, but it’s beautiful how dedicated you are to becoming an ADA.”
“Aww, you think so?”
“Yes.”
“I appreciate it a lot. I think a part of it was also your doing. You inspired me to go further in my career. Further helping victims of all walks of life that don’t have a voice of their own, victims that want to be free from the shackles of their toxic situations, victims that are tired of their bodies being used forcefully for sexual desires.”
“Maybe I did inspire you. You’ve really been a great advocate for everyone that walked through those precinct doors and it shows.”
“Cheers to that.” You smiled, raising your glass.
Sonny clinked his glass with yours and smiled. “Cheers.”
“I’m glad you’re my intern.”
You raised an eyebrow, setting your glass down. “Oh?”
“Yeah. I get to spend more time with you, for starters.”
“Mmm, yeah, I miss you at SVU sometimes. It’s not the same without you.”
Sonny nodded. “I get that.”
There was a moment of silence between the two of you, just completely comfortable silence and long looks.
“I like you so much, I wish you were more than just my intern.” Sonny admitted to break the silence.
You were startled at first, but then a smile crept on your face as soon as you knew what he meant.
“Well, those arrangements can be made.” You whispered. You took one more sip of your wine and scooted closer to Sonny.
“Oh yea?” He said in a hushed tone, moving closer to you as well. At this point, the both of your thighs were touching each other. You felt a major spark between you and him. You were feeling a certain type of way and it wasn’t from the alcohol.
“Yea.” You whispered.
Sonny gently took your face in his hand and kissed you.
After the kiss, the both of you were smiling, holding each other’s faces in hands and touching foreheads.
“I want more,” you said. “That was beautiful.”
“Beautiful indeed, my little intern.”

warning ! this url contains unprotected $3X, mommy kynk, nd cussin! you've been warned!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
when sonny admitted that he wanted to make you a mother, you thought he was joking, or maybe even lying. you thought that, considering he came from such a big family he would want to wait for kids. but after his youngest sister birthed his (third? forth?) niece, he asked, no— begged you for a baby. just one, he promises (he lied).
he almost cums just by you lowering yourself onto his cock, your dripping kitty just gliding to connect the two of you completely. his balls throb so painfully he whines into your neck, dragging his lips up and down the side before crying out when you clench,
"mommy...y'so fuckin wet around me, fuck." he's not wrong, you two hadn't had a single second of peace the entire week, and the second he was told to take a few days off, he came home ready to be inside you until he couldn't anymore.
your head retracts a bit at the word, looking down at your fiance, his hair sticking to his sweaty forehead. his eyes are so low and his eyebrows are perched up like a puppies. "mommy?" you ask him, your eyes squinting a bit, intrigued.
"yeah, 'm gonna make you a mommy.. 'm gonna fuckin cum in you till it drips out." his rough hands grip your hips, roughly moving you up and down his cock. his voice drops so fucking deep, like it does when he first wakes up in the morning. his cock is hitting the right spot, just right. and that stupid fucking name keeps falling from him lips, his pink, soft, beautiful lips—
"mommy"

Blood is Thicker than Water: Chapter 20
AN: Not going to lie. I STRUGGLE writing wedding scenes. However, I really love how this chapter turned out. Instead of dragging it out, we get snippets. I love that about this. Please leave feedback.
Warnings: None that I can think of.
Master List
Tumblr media
Guest List:
“Four hundred and thirty-six people.”
Rafa stares at you. He’s been sipping from that cup of coffee for over two minutes now. You lean forward and say it again, “Four hundred and thirty-six people.”
He finally puts the cup down, “I really don’t see the problem.”
You scream in frustration and stomp right out of the apartment.
The moment the door closes Rafael looks at Benny and asks, “She realizes I have a big family right?”
Wedding Party:
“So that gives me Rita as my best woman, and Ed and Eddie as groomsmen.”
“And I have Liv as my maid of honor.”
Rafa stares at you, “That means the sides are uneven.”
“So?”
“They can’t be uneven.”
You raise an eyebrow, “Why not?”
“It won’t look right.”
“Well, I don’t know what to tell you.”
Your fiance sighs, “What about your friends from college?”
“Most of them are already married and have kids. Plus they live in different states. That’s not fair to ask them.”
“Friends from childhood?”
“I hung out with Elliot’s kids. I haven’t talked to them in years, andI don’t really have a desire to do so now.”
“So this is just how it is.”
“Unless you want me to ask your mother?”
“Nope. We’re good.”
The Venue:
“What do you think?”
You look around at the garden. It is perfect for a springtime wedding. Even without the flowers in bloom, it’s gorgeous.
You look over at Rafa, his smile is stretched across his face. He’s done good. Amazing really. There’s just one problem.
“It’s not going to fit four hundred thirty-six people.”
Your fiance scowls, “We can figure it out. Some people can stand.”
You cross your arms, and lean forward, “That’s against the fire code counselor.” you point towards the plaque that reads a max of 300.
He throws his hands up in frustration, and finally says the words you’ve been waiting to hear, “Fine! I’ll make cuts.”
Ring Bearer:
“He needs a part in the wedding!”
“I’m not disagreeing with you.”
“You said no.”
“I said no, because I already told my sister Noah could do it, and he’s our nephew.”
“Well of course Noah is a ring bearer, I’m just saying Benny could be one too!”
“There’s also the fact that your grandmother might pass out if she sees a dog in the processional. We’re already not getting married in the neighborhood church. She nearly cried when we told her that.”
“She loves Benny!”
“I know, that’s why he can come to the reception and take pictures with us. I already talked to the venue and our dog walker.”
“Oh. Well, okay then.”
Shopping:
“So how did you manage to convince mama Barba and Abuelita and the rest of his relatives not to come today?”
You take a sip of the champagne in your hand, “I told them the truth. This is a you and me thing. No one else allowed.”
Liv smiles, “Well, it means a lot that it’s just us.”
“What do you think of these?”
You and Liv turn together and watch as Ed and Noah come out together. They’re dressed in matching tuxes. You and Liv melt. Noah is absolutely adorable, and Ed actually cleans up pretty good. While Rita is Rafa’s best woman, Ed and Eddie are his groomsmen, and Noah is the ring bearer.
After you’re all done cooing at Noah, Rafael finally steps out of the dressing room. He looks drop dead handsome in his tux. You feel your eyes go wide, and then he gets a little smirk on his face. You know you’re not living this moment down.
Music:
You stare at Rafa. He’s trying not to laugh. You can’t blame him. “She’s going to kill us.”
You smile, “This song comes from the first movie we ever watched together.”
“We’ve already found a way to work quotes into the wedding. If you walk down the aisle to this song, your sister might just kill us.”
You shake your head, a serious look coming over your face, “No she won’t. She knows why I love this movie, why I love the book.”
Rafa looks serious now too, “I think it’s perfect.”
Dress shopping:
“No,no, no, no, no! What did I tell you about off the rack? I said absolutely not! Where is your manager? I helped him evade a racketeering charge, he owes me!”
You sip on champagne and look at your sister. She has that look on her face, “At least it wasn’t a murder or rape charge.”
She nods in agreement before asking, “How did Rita end up on this chopping trip again?”
“This is apparently the best wedding dress shop around. She knows the owner . . . apparently rather well. She’s trying to help.”
A second later a terrified manager and a ranting Rita pass you by.
You both watch them go. You’re happy to say you don’t find your dress in that store.
Dress Shopping Part 2:
The day you find your wedding dress, you’re not expecting it. You’re less than five months away from the wedding, and you’re panicking a little bit. You KNOW it takes time to order a dress. Rita’s told you about it five million times.
You’re walking Benny when you see it. A small bridal shop, with a pretty dress in the window. You stare at it for several seconds before you call your sister. She answers on the first ring, “This better be an emergency. I’m in the middle of a case.”
“I think I might have found my wedding dress.”
There’s a moment of silence, “What’s the address, I’ll be there ASAP.”
You rattle it out just as an employee sticks her head out, “Hi there. Would you like to come in?”
You look down at Benny and she smiles, “He’s welcome to come in too. I love dogs!” You go in.
By the time Liv arrives, Benny is on his back getting belly scratches from the staff while you’re in the dressing room being fitted into your dream dress.
Liv stares at your goofy, three legged dog for a second before she calls out your name. You step out a second later.
You watch her eyes go wide, as she studies you for a second, “That’s it.”
You nod, “Yeah.” There are no tears. It’s just a comfortable feeling. This is your wedding dress.
The Night Before:
The night before your wedding is spent at Liv’s apartment. Ed and Noah head over to your place to spend time with Rafa and Eddie. It’s just the two of you. You put on face masks, paint your nails, and watch Disney movies. It reminds you of one of the best parts of your childhood.
It’s as you’re sitting on the couch that Liv says, “I’m so happy for you. You know that right?”
You smile, “I know.”
“He’s a good man.”
“The best in my opinion, though Ed gives him a run for his money.”
She smiles at that, “I truly think, you’re going to be really happy together.”
“I know so.”
With that, she pulls you in for a hug.
Right Before the Wedding:
You don’t actually feel nervous until about half an hour before the wedding. Your makeup and hair is done. You probably should have been in your dress by now, but you’re still in your getting ready outfit. Things are a bit behind schedule. Noah had a melt down, your sister has cried no less than three times, and Abuelita and Lucia have been bickering with each other. You haven’t seen Rafa. You’re not sure why you’re sticking to this stupid tradition, but you are.
You’re watching the chaos with an observant eye when someone taps you on the shoulder. You spin around to see your sister standing there. She tosses her head to the side and you follow her outside. The sun is shining and the March air is only a little chilly. You close your eyes and allow yourself a minute. When you open your eyes, you see Liv smiling at you.
“What?”
“It’s just crazy. How Lewis,”
“May he rot in hell,”
“Lead to all of this. You moving back and meeting Rafael. Me and Ed connecting, getting married, and having Noah. We’re getting those happy endings we dreamed of as kids.”
You hug yourself and look at the ground for a little bit before you look up, “Did I ever say thank you?”
“For what?”
“For raising me and loving me when you didn’t have to?”
Your sister hugs you, “You never have to thank me for that. You are one of the best joys of my life.” You smile at that.
Walking Down the Aisle:
You’re nervous, but you’re allowed to be. You’re in your dress, your veil is attached, and everyone has walked down the aisle except you and Liv. You look at your sister. She’s dressed in a black dress. She has once again avoided color.
She holds out her arm to you, and you take it. You close your eyes, and you count to three. The music starts: the instrumental Dawn from Pride and Prejudice; the first movie you and Rafa watched together. The movie you two still watch together.
You start to walk. It’s slow, and thanks to the three hundred and twenty three people (Rafa was able to cut it down) you can’t see Rafael yet. You do, however, see Uncle Don, and Finn, and Munch. You smile at them.
And then you turn the corner of people, and you see him. Rafael is standing there. He’s dressed in his tux. His hair is perfectly styled. His eyes are focused solely on you as though you’re the only thing he sees. You feel yourself start to speed up, but your sister grounds you like she always does.
When you finally reach him, you feel your breath leave your chest. And as you take his hand, everything else fades away. It’s just you and him. Just like it’s supposed to be.

Sonny Carisi: Second Chances, Part Four
WC: 6725
TW: Idiots in love; smut (PiV, protected); 18+ only.
AN: This is part of a mini-series. The rest can be found here.
Tumblr media
You didn’t sleep with Sonny that night.  You definitely wanted to, but something made you slow down.  Maybe it was his admission that he didn’t feel like he deserved to be happy.  Maybe it was how he see-sawed between eagerness and hesitation.  He seemed to want to be with you, and he seemed to expect you to hurt him.  You wanted to make sure that when you finally slept together, he knew it was because you wanted him – not because he was some convenient rebound.
So instead of sleeping with him that night, you cuddled up against him on your couch and just talked.  And you got to the bottom of some of Sonny’s hesitation – he had a lengthy history of terrible first dates.
Once he got started talking, it was hard to stop him.  There was a date in the eighth grade at an arcade where the girl he came with left with another boy.  There was a Yankee game in high school where the girl ghosted him after the fourth inning.  There was the date in college when Sonny, trying to act like a grown-up, took a girl to a jazz club.  The date was going well, he told you, until the woman let slip that she only was on a date with him to make her real boyfriend jealous.
“And then I screwed up our first date,” he said.  He sounded so sad that you couldn’t help but press a kiss to his mouth before you pulled away.
“You didn’t screw it up,” you admonished him.  “Besides, you ended up with a second date, so that doesn’t seem like a failure to me.”
He turned and gave you a look that reminded you of a dog in an animal shelter commercial, giant blue eyes and a pout.  “But will I get a third date?”
You laughed at him.  “Definitely.”
You sent him home shortly thereafter (with the leftover lasagna, after he tap-danced around asking for an extra piece to take home), and then you sat up for a while, thinking.  Sonny was so selfless and sweet, and he seemed to never have much nice done for him in return.  You decided to plan the third date that you promised him.
********
All you had told Sonny was to dress casually.  “Not date-casual,” you told him.  “I’m talking jeans, a t-shirt, sneakers.”  He started to protest, but you cut him off.  “If you aren’t dressed like a boy in middle school, I’m going to call your grandmother and tell her that you were seducing me with breakfast strudels instead of cannoli.”
On Friday night, Sonny found himself waiting in his apartment, dressed in the nicest jeans he had, the cleanest sneakers he had, and a plain t-shirt that he hoped made him look like an adult instead of like a boy.  He had to do his hair twice – his usual gel-and-style did not match his attire at all, so he rinsed out all the product and left it more natural.
There was a knock on his door promptly at seven, and he opened the door to you.  You were in jeans and canvas sneakers too, and a Backstreet Boys tour t-shirt.  Your face was bare of makeup (that he could see), and your hair was pulled up into a high ponytail.  You looked almost criminally young, especially when paired with the toothy grin you had plastered across your face.
“C’mon,” you said.  You grabbed his hand and tugged him into the hallway towards the stairs.  “Our ride is waiting.”
But instead of a taxi standing on the curb, there was a beat-to-hell minivan with a bemused looking older woman in the driver’s seat.  You climbed into the middle seat, though, so Sonny followed suit, even though he was completely baffled.
You were silent for the ride, so Sonny held his tongue, and in short order you were dropped at a corner in the Lower East Side.  The driver leaned across the passenger’s seat to call out to you, “I’ll pick you up here at eleven,” before she drove off.
“Doll, I have no idea what’s going on,” Sonny said.
You smiled and took his hand again.  You tugged him down the street towards some unknown destination.  “It’s a re-do,” you explained.  “Your first date with a girl in the eighth grade at the arcade.”
Sonny faltered in his steps, and you stopped beside him.  “What do you mean?” he asked.
You bit your lip and thought for a moment.  “Well, you brought me breakfast every day and let me believe it was Nick,” you explained.  “You were giving me happy memories.  I thought maybe I could do the same thing.  You had bad first dates, so I thought we could re-do them.  I wanted to give you a happy memory.”
Sonny felt an unexpected sting of tears in his eyes that he covered up by looking down the street.  He cleared his throat.  “So eighth grade…”
“Eighth grade,” you agreed.  You gestured down your front.  “Hence the Backstreet Boys.  And our driver was my neighbor.  She has a mini-van, and I paid her fifty bucks to drop us off and pick us up.”  You grinned at him.  “Because we are thirteen and don’t have driver’s licenses.”
The tears threatened again, and Sonny didn’t bother to hide them.  He thought back to his first date, and it felt both a million years ago and just yesterday.  He remembered being so excited to go out with a girl – Leah – and he remembered feeling so adult to plan out an evening together.
He also remembered the humiliation when Leah left with another classmate, and the mortification when his mother picked him up later, alone.
“Doll, this is too much,” he protested weakly, but you shook your head at him.
“It’s exactly what you deserve.”  You started walking, pulling on his hand, and he followed.  “Cheap pizza and video games,” you added with a laugh.
Dinner was cheap pizza at a little pizzeria.  You both used a ton of napkins to mop up the grease that pooled on the slices, and you skipped the special on a PBR pitcher and stuck with soft drinks (“because we’re underaged” you whispered to Sonny).  Getting into the spirit of it, Sonny ordered a Mountain Dew, remembering how he was fueled by it back in middle school.
After that, you walked him across the street to a retro arcade where you paid for two all-access passes that got you unlimited plays.  Sonny immediately made a beeline to Street Fighter II, and you watched him bemusedly until you found a console of Burger Time in the corner that you camped out at for a while.
Then the two of you played Gauntlet together, you shoving him lightly when he accidentally shot your with arrows.  The night flew by, and before he knew it, you were glancing at your watch and telling him that “your mom” would be on her way.  You both left the arcade and started walking towards the pickup point.
“Did you have fun?” you asked him, and Sonny could only throw an arm around your waist and try to tug you to him for a kiss.  Which you dodged  in mock-horror.
“Whoa,” you said, taking a dancing step away from him.  “Were you that forward when you were thirteen, Sonny?”
He laughed at this.  “Seriously?”
You batted your eyes at him.  “I have a crush on Keanu Reeves, and I’m probably going to marry him when I’m older, but if you ask nice, I’ll let you kiss me.”
“Please may I kiss you?” Sonny said immediately, and you pretended to think about it before nodding.
He stepped up to you and put his hands on your shoulders, then dipped his head and captured your mouth with his.  He could feel your lips curving into a smile against his mouth, so he pulled away.
“What?” he asked, but you shook your head sadly.
“Sonny, I was thirteen once, and I kissed a thirteen year old boy once.  It did not go like that at all.”
Sonny pulled you back to him, dipped his head again, and as soon as his lips touched yours, he plunged his tongue straight into your mouth with zero finesse and skill.  You pulled away, laughing so hard that Sonny couldn’t help but chuckle too.
“You taste like Mountain Dew,” you said between peals of laughter.  “But that felt about right.”
Your neighbor picked you both up a minute later, and when the mini-van stopped at Sonny’s place, you stayed in the vehicle.
“I’d come up with you,” you said apologetically.  “But I have an algebra test tomorrow.”
He could only wave goodbye as the automatic door slid shut, but when he went into his building, he took the steps to the second floor two at a time with a lightness in his steps.
-----
You planned the next date too, and Sonny found himself at Yankee Stadium on a Saturday afternoon as they faced off against the Orioles.  You looked like the girl next door again, in short jean shorts and those canvas sneakers.  Your t-shirt looked like a Yankees shirt, but when he looked closer, it just said “Local Sports Team” on it, making him smile.
You took the B train to the stadium and settled into a pair of nosebleed seats.  You shrugged at Sonny and explained that you didn’t have a lot of money to spend from your baby-sitting job, but you had enough for a few hot dogs and sodas.
Sonny placed an arm over the back of your seat, and you obviously felt that was high-school appropriate because you didn’t fight him on it.  It was hot and humid, but a nice breeze came through often enough to keep it from being miserable.  And Sonny thought he’d go through any weather to spend time with you.
No woman had ever been so thoughtful with him, and it made him feel pleasantly pleased at the attention.  It made him feel seen.
At the start of the fourth inning though, you stood up and left your seat, promising to come back, but you were gone the entire inning, and Sonny remembered the original date.  Another humiliation, another moment where he felt like he wasn’t enough.  He started to wallow, but you reappeared just then.  You had a giant soft pretzel, almost as big as your head.
“Sorry I was gone so long.  The line was insane,” you said.  “Want to split this?”
After the game, you took the subway and then walked back to your place, and Sonny tried to think about what he would have done in high school.  Raised Catholic, he probably wouldn’t have had sex even if the option had been there – he was still too guilty and felt like a disapproving god was watching him from above.  Hell, he couldn’t even masturbate back then (or now, really), without feeling a flush of shame wash over him.
The two of you ended up on your couch, doing what his childhood priest would sternly call “heavy petting.”  You were stretched out underneath him, one of your legs hanging off the edge of the couch, while you made out feverishly.  Sonny’s hands roamed over your form, but he had to keep it over your clothes because you smacked him every time he tried to sneak his fingers under a hem.  You kept your own hands on his biceps or shoulders, letting them drift between the two locations on his sweat-dampened t-shirt.
He felt like a teenager again, and he rolled his hips against you in a languid motion to relieve some of the tension below the belt.  You seemed to enjoy it too, judging from the soft moans that you let slip every so often.  Sonny chuckled against you.  You pulled back a bit.
“What’s so funny?” you asked, and he laughed again.
“I just never thought that I’d be dry humping a girl at my age,” he replied.
You made a face.  “I hate that term,” you informed him.  “It sounds like something a dog would do to a couch cushion.  Call it ‘outercourse,’ please.”
“I never thought I’d be outercoursing a girl at my age,” he amended, and then he leaned back down to kiss you more, sliding his tongue into your mouth.
You shifted underneath him just a bit, and when Sonny felt that nearly unbearable tension again and resumed rolling his hips against you, you moaned louder.  You were perfectly placed under him, and if you were both naked, he’d be inside you – the thought alone made him feel dizzy.  He knew that you were holding off sleeping with him for some reason or another.  He didn’t press the issue, and you didn’t elaborate your reason to him.  He worried that you were still hung up on Nick, but if that were the case, why were you going to such effort for him?
But he realized with a start that you were starting to press back against his gentle thrusts, and even with the layers of clothing between you, he might be able to make you come just from the pressure and friction alone.  The thought made him even harder, which he didn’t think was possible, so he rolled his hips harder and plunged his tongue into your mouth in time with his thrusts.
You turned your head to the side, breaking the kiss.  “Sonny,” you whined, and he wasn’t sure if you were telling him to stop or to keep going.
“Is this okay?” he asked against your neck.  He pressed a kiss to the side of your neck, darting his tongue out to taste the salt of your sweat.
“Sonny,” you repeated.  One of your hands drifted from his shoulder across to his back, fisting his damp t-shirt in your fist.  “Would you have done this in high school?” you asked as you panted underneath him.
“With you?  Absolutely,” he replied.  He moved against you again, drawing another moan from you.  “Though I definitely wouldn’t have understood a girl having an orgasm when I was sixteen.”
You huffed out a breathless sort of laugh.  “We should stop then,” you said with a groan.  “Keep it authentic.”
Sonny kissed your neck again, sucking against your soft skin.  “We should keep going instead,” he murmured against you.  “Authentic would have been you dumping me at the game.”  He pulled back and looked down at you.  Your face was flushed from a day in the sun and from desire, and your lips were swollen from kissing.  You looked gorgeous, and Sonny felt that too-familiar twist of love in his chest.
You surged up and kissed him gently on his cheek, then laid a hand over the side of his face too.  “I didn’t have an orgasm until college, Sonny,” you said with a smile.  “I didn’t even know what ‘orgasm’ meant in high school.”
“I did,” he replied with a grin, and you laughed underneath him.
“And I thought you were the good Catholic boy,” you teased.  You put your hands on his shoulders and pushed him gently off of you until you were both sitting side by side, Sonny surreptitiously trying to hide his obvious erection.
“Well, I felt guilty about it, doll.  Nothing more Catholic than that.”
Sonny only stayed long enough to calm down, and then he ordered a car and left, but not before setting a date for your next get-together.
-----
Now that Sonny was onto the game you were playing with your dates, he just went ahead and told you the name of the jazz club that he went to in college in a vain attempt to impress his date.  He picked you up at your apartment, and you looked like a vision in a dark blue wrap dress and heels.  Your hair was down, but there was a silk flower tucked behind one ear.
The jazz club was pretty much the same, just a bit more dingy than he remembered.  You each ordered old-timey cocktails and sat beside each other in a dim corner.  Sonny laid his arm around your shoulders, and you cuddled up against him and placed a soft hand on his thigh.
The jazz was awful, or at least, Sonny didn’t understand it as a musical genre.  There was no discernable melody that he could follow, and it sounded like when Bella was young and started piano lessons and would just bang the keys at random.  You felt the same way because two drinks in, you leaned against him and whispered in his ear.
“Want to get out of here?”
“You sure, doll?” he asked.
You nodded and winced as the flautist hit a particularly piercing high note.  “This music could qualify as torture under the Geneva Convention, I think.”
You both ended up at his place, making out in a way that felt familiar now.  When Sonny tried to progress to another plane, however, you still smacked his hands away lightly.  And when he whined, needy, against you mouth, you grinned at him.
“It’s college, Sonny.  I didn’t have sex until after college.”
Sonny was incredulous.  “Seriously?”
You nodded.  “I was terrified of sex, honestly.  I always wanted to, but I’d get cold feet at the last minute because I envisioned getting pregnant or some exotic STD.”  You shook your head.  “Our college’s health clinic usually assumed that whatever was ailing you was an STD.  I remember having strep throat once and getting a pamphlet about gonorrhea.”
Sonny wanted to ask about your first time:  when and where and, most importantly, which man convinced you that he was a safe bet when other men hadn’t been.  He was already jealous of this unknown guy, and he worried that it had been Nick.  It couldn’t have been, though.  Or could it?
You didn’t sense his roiling emotions though, and instead you just curled up against him and nodded off after a while.  You’d both had a few long weeks at SVU with mandatory overtime due to being understaffed, and Sonny felt his own eyes growing heavy.
“Doll, do you want to stay the night?” he asked softly, and you stirred against him.  “We don’t have to do anything other than sleep.”
You sat up.  Your face was creased from being pressed against his shirt, and Sonny couldn’t resist reaching out to run his finger down it.
“Would that be okay?” you asked.  “Or would it be too tempting?”
He pulled you against him and kissed your temple, breathing in the smell of your shampoo.  “You’re too tempting just walking around the bullpen in your work outfits,” he murmured.  “But I’ll behave.”
********
You were in the bullpen early a few morning after your jazz club date.  Fin and Rollins were off duty, and Liv was at 1PP for some bureaucratic meeting.  Sonny arrived about ten minutes after you, and he placed a coffee and pastry on your desk in front of you with a wink.
Dating Nick, if you could have even called it that, had felt like work a lot of the time.  The guys you dated before him were much the same:  tons of effort to read and manage their moods, constantly waiting and then rushing depending on what they needed.  Waiting around for them to need you, rushing to get there when they did.  You realized sadly that you probably had never had a healthy relationship before.
Nothing about dating Sonny felt like a chore, not even planning those dates.  And if they had felt like work, it would have been worth it to see his face light up.  You wondered if Sonny had ever been in a healthy relationship before.
You hoped against hope that maybe you could be that for each other.
You sipped your coffee and tried not to wolf down the cherry strudel that was still so warm that the icing had been absorbed into the flaky pastry.  After you were done (and after you licked your fingers on the sly), you made your way over to Sonny’s desk and sat on the edge.
“Detective Carisi,” you said formally.  “Any plans this weekend?”
He leaned back in his chair and grinned at you, the corners of his blue eyes crinkling.  “Maybe,” he said.  “I’m kinda seeing this girl.”
“Ah.”  You nodded knowingly.  “Sonny mentioned that you were dating someone.  How’s it going?”
He played along, but his eyes were soft.  “It’s going really well,” he admitted, his voice a bit lower.  “How’s it going with Sonny?”
“Also really well.”
“Look at the two of us, doing really well.”
You smiled at him for a moment, enjoying the playful conversation.  “I was thinking.  If you’re free on Friday, would you like to re-do our first date?  Meet you at the same place, bring me another flower…”
Sonny knitted his eyebrows together.  “Seriously?”
You nodded.  “You’ve said at least twice that you screwed up that date, and even if I don’t agree with your definition of ‘screw up,’ I’m happy to do a do-over.  You wear the same outfit, I’ll wear the same dress.”  You turned and looked around the bullpen to make sure it was still empty except for the two of you.  “But maybe I’ll wear something different underneath,” you murmured and raised what you hoped was a suggestive eyebrow.
Sonny groaned and scrubbed his hands over his face.  “Doll, I can’t handle anymore cold showers,” he said.  “You can’t say stuff like that to me at work.”
You stood up straight and shook a finger at him in pretend remonstration, but you loved how flushed he got at the merest hint of dirty talk.  “Pull yourself together, detective.  And meet me on Friday, same time and same place.”
-----
True to your word, you wore the same fit-and-flare dress, dressing it down with the same white Keds.  And underneath, a set of lingerie that walked the slender line between sweet and sexy, in rosy pink.  You’d never admit it to Sonny because it would only embarrass him, but it matched the color he turned when he blushed.
True to his word, he turned up in the same clothes, and you each ordered the same dishes and recreated to the best of your memories your conversation.  After you ate, Sonny led you outside, placing the same gentle hand on the middle of your back to lead you out.  And he asked if you wanted gelato.
Since you were fixing mistakes in Sonny’s dating past, you placed your gelato order and waited.  When he started to order pistachio, you placed a silencing hand on his arm and tried to stop him.
“Pistachio?” you asked in a teasing lilt.  “Who orders that flavor other than old people?”
“I like it,” he replied only a little defensive.
“Sonny, I love you, but pistachio?” you asked again.  “Seriously?  There’s so many better options…”  You gestured at the menu board with its myriad of choices.
He made a strange face at you, and you worried that your teasing had hit a sore spot, but he turned after a beat and ordered mango instead.  The two of you went to the same park and sat on the swings while you ate in companionable silence, and instead of asking about Nick, Sonny just ate his gelato thoughtfully and didn’t say a word.
When you were both finished, he gave you the same line about walking him home, and you threaded your arm through his and walked the few blocks to his place.  When you saw the bakery, you simply said that their pastries were amazing and thanked him again for bringing them to you nearly every morning.
And instead of asking him to drive you home, you asked him to take you to his home.  And he did.
Once you were inside his apartment, he suddenly seemed nervous, fidgeting with his keys before he sat them down on a small table in his entryway.  Then he ran his hands through his hair, over and over in a motion that looked nearly obsessive.
You reached out and took his hands in yours, stilling them.  “Hey,” you said softly.  “We don’t have to do anything.”
He gazed at you with his bright blue eyes before responding.  “Did you mean it?”
“Mean what?”
He coughed a bit and his ears turned pink, and you smirked a bit to see it.  “What you said at the gelato shop,” he clarified.  “Did you mean it?”
You furrowed your eyebrows.  “Well, pistachio was my grandpa’s favorite flavor…”
He cut you off with an impatient grumble in his throat.  “No, the other thing you said.”
You thought back, trying to remember what you’d said.  Then it hit you.  “I said I love you.”  You looked at him, saw the hope and the dread written plainly across his face in equal measure.  “Oh, Sonny…”
“It’s okay if you don’t mean it,” he rushed in.  “I mean…”
You rocked up onto your sneakered toes and kissed him, cutting off his words.  When you pulled away, you smiled up at him.  “I think I’ll just have to be prepared to kiss you every time I think you’re about to say something you’ll regret.”  Then the smile slipped off your face and you turned serious.
You reached up with both hands and placed them on either side of his face so that he couldn’t turn away from you.  “Sonny, I do love you.  You’re a very easy person to love, though.”  He scoffed at you, so you kissed him again, relishing the feel of his soft lips against yours.
You could have listed out all the reasons you loved him.  You could have added more, but Sonny kissed you back, more urgently.  It was one of the most difficult things you’d ever done – delaying intimacy with Sonny – but you wanted to make sure he was absolutely certain that he wasn’t a rebound.  You broke the kiss to tell him as much.
“I want you to know that I want you for you,” you said seriously.  Your hands, still on his face, shifted to the back of his head until they were tangled in his hair.  “You are not just a convenient hook-up.”
“I know, doll,” he whispered back, but you still saw a shadow of doubt in his blue eyes, and you sighed.
“You don’t believe me,” you said as a statement of fact, and Sonny shook his head but you knew you were right.  “I’ll have to show you then.”
You took his hand and led him to the back of his apartment until you found his bedroom.  You pulled him into the room and shut the door behind him.  You took his hand, still clasped in yours, and raised it to your mouth.  You pressed a chaste kiss to the back of his hand, and then told him, “I love your hands, Sonny.  I love the way they feel when they’re touching me.”
He narrowed his eyes at you like he was trying to figure out if you were teasing him, so you continued.  You helped him remove his blazer.  You reached up with slightly shaking fingers and unbuttoned his checked shirt, then pushed it off of his shoulders too.  Then you untucked the hem of his undershirt, glancing up in permission and noting his slight nod.  He helped you pull it over his head, and it tousled his hair even more.
“I love your heart, Sonny.”  You pressed your palm over where his heart was thudding, strong and steady.  “I love how much care and concern you have for the victims you work with, and I love how kind and thoughtful you are.”
You looked up and saw him blushing deeply, but he looked oddly pleased at the praise.  You always guessed he had a praise-kink, and it looked like you were right.
You drew you hand over his chest, brushing against his nipples.  He drew a hitching breath as you did.  “I’m only so-so on your nipples,” you joked.  “Average, at best.”
He let out a surprised peal of laughter, and you giggled with him.  You pushed him gently towards his bed until he sat down.  You pulled off his shoes and socks and examined his feet.  “Feet are nice,” you told him with a grin.  “I could love these.”
“They’re pretty good on the dance floor,” he replied, and you crawled on top of him until you were straddling him.  His hands hesitated, then came to rest lightly on your hips.
“You going to take me dancing, Sonny?”  He nodded eagerly, and you shook your head.  “Make sure it’s to music with a beat.  No free-form jazz.”
He laughed again.  You sat up on him, holding yourself up a bit so that you were lightly settled over the bulge growing underneath you.  You reached down with a hand and ghosted it over his face, drifting from feature to feature.
“I love your eyes – how blue they are and how I can read your emotions in them.”  He closed his eyes as you drifted a finger over his lids, gentle as a night breeze.
“I love your cheeks and ears, and how flushed you get when you’re embarrassed or happy.”  He opened his eyes again as you touched his sharp cheekbones and then tugged on the lobe of one of his ears.
“I do not,” he said, defensive.
“No?”  You leaned forward a bit, bringing your face closer to his so that you could stare into his eyes.  “So if I told you that I want you to fuck me senseless, nothing would happen?”
Three things happened:  you felt Sonny harden even further against you, and you heard him groan as his face turned bright red.  You dipped your head and kissed him gently, working your lips against him and enjoying the groans you were drawing from him.
You broke away.  “I love your mouth, by the way.  I love how it gets you in trouble and how it gets you out of trouble.”
“Do you prefer any particular way it gets me out of trouble?” he said, and his accent was notably thicker.  You ran a finger over his pink lower lip.
“I’d love for you to surprise me, Dominick,” and you noted how his blue eyes darkened at your use of his first name.
You ran your hands through his hair, mussing it even further.  “I love your hair, too.  But more than that, I love what’s underneath it.  I love how smart you are, how funny.”
You ground yourself on him lightly the whole while, and he bucked his hips involuntarily against you.  “Anything else?” he asked, his voice husky.
“Hmm,” you pretended to think.  You hoisted yourself off of him, and you unbuckled his belt and unbuttoned his jeans.  He looked down at you through hooded lids, and you noted the hitched quality of his breathing.  He raised his hips up enough for you to pull off his jeans, leaving him in only his tented boxer briefs.
“You need to catch up, doll,” he said in a strangled voice, so you kicked off your Keds and pulled your dress over your head, revealing the lingerie you’d bought for Sonny.
It had its intended effect.  Sonny sat up and reached for you, placing his hands on your hips before sliding them around to cup your ass.  He pulled you closer to him and buried his face against your bare stomach.  You could feel his pillowy lips pressed to you, his hot breath…you drew your hand through the hair on the back of his head and tugged him away until his blue eyes were gazing up at you.
“You’re so beautiful,” he murmured, and coming from his mouth, it was the first time you believed it.  You let him pull you into his lap, straddling him again, and he moved his mouth to the mounds of your breasts, pushed up to obscene heights by the pink lace and wire of your bra.
You scratched his scalp and pulled his hair lightly as he kissed your breasts:  pressing gentle kisses along the exposed skin at the top, then kissing harder through the lace until he was sucking against first one nipple, then the other.  The wet lace and the pressure from his mouth made them grow hard, and he bit them lightly, pressing the edges of his teeth against them until you moaned at the faint sting of pain.  Then he soothed them with his mouth again until you moaned louder.
“Sonny,” you said.  “I had a whole thing worked out, and you’re distracting me…”  You bit off the last sentence with a groan as he reached up with one hand to pull the cup of your bra down.  He moved his head lightning fast, and his warm mouth was on you again.  His tongue worked against your nipple, and your hips ground against him.
“I thought you liked my mouth,” he mumbled, and the vibration from his words sent another shard of desire straight to your core.
“I love your mouth,” you replied.  “There’s just other parts of you I still haven’t met yet.”  You rolled your hips against him so that he was crystal-clear on your meaning, and he responded by swiveling you around on the bed.  You scooted up until your head rested on a pillow, and he stretched himself alongside you.
He kissed your urgently, and his lips worked against your mouth until your lips were parted.  He slid his tongue into you, licking against your mouth, and you pressed your own tongue against him.  His hands roamed your body without clear meaning, cupping your breasts and thumbing your nipples before they stuttered their way down to your panties.  He cupped your mound there and groaned when he felt how wet you were through the fabric.
He rubbed you through the lace, his finger slipping along your slit.  “What’s this, doll?” he whispered.
“It’s all for you, Dominick,” you panted against him.  Hearing his name spurred him on, and he toyed with the hem of your panties before slipping a finger underneath to resume his stroking.
You’d waited so long for him, and you were afraid you weren’t going to last very long.  You could already feel an orgasm approaching.
“Please, Sonny,” you begged him.  You should hate how whiny you sounded, but you were beyond care at this point.  All you could focus on was Sonny – his swollen pink lips, his mussed hair, his fingers dipping into you and teasing you.
He obliged by pulling his hand away altogether, and he sat up and removed his boxer briefs.  He reached into his bedside table and found a condom.  You unhooked your bra and slid out of your panties while he tore open the foil and rolled the condom on himself, and you felt your mouth go dry when he turned back to you.
His blue eyes were dark with desire, and he crawled over you and lowered his weight onto you, pressing you into his mattress.  He leaned down and kissed you again, full of passion, his tongue plunging into your mouth as he swallowed your moans.  His cock was a heavy weight pressed against your hip, and you opened your legs to him.  He broke the kiss at this and gazed down at you.
“You sure, doll?  You sure you want to do this?”
You reached up and stroked his flushed face.  “I’m sure I want you, Sonny.  I love you.”
He groaned at this and reached down to line himself up with your entrance.  “Say it again,” he pleaded, so you told him, over and over as he slid himself into you slowly.  Once he was buried to the hilt, he shuddered, but then he kissed you firmly and replied, “I love you too.”
He set a languid pace, unhurried as he pulled out partway and paused before sliding back into your slippery depths.  He kissed you as he fucked you gently, and you whimpered at the sensation of being filled by him in both your core and your mouth.  He only broke away to catch his breath and pause in his thrusts, and you knew he was trying to make it last for both of you.
You were less patient.  You’d been running in a state of perpetual horniness from all of your dates with him, and the pleasant tension in your belly was almost unbearable.  You drew one leg up and wrapped it around his waist, changing the angle just a bit.  Sonny didn’t get the hint – or ignored it – and continued his unhurried thrusts.
“Sonny…” you whined against his mouth.  “Please.”
He huffed against you.  “I don’t want this to end,” he breathed.
You laughed, a bit breathless.  “Sonny, when it ends, we can always go again.”
He pretended to think about it.  “Sold,” he said.  He picked up the pace a bit then, thrusting into you with more force.  You could feel him dragging along your entrance, delivering a delicious bit of friction to your swollen nub.
“Just like that,” you exhaled into his ear.  “You feel so good, Dominick.”
He groaned at the praise and went a bit faster and harder, and you spurred him on with your words and your moans, and before you knew it, the tension in your belly snapped in an explosion of white stars behind your eyelids, and you raised off the bed to arch against him.
“Fuck, Sonny,” you wailed, and his thrusts grew irregular and hard as he chased his own orgasm and fucked you through yours.  Your legs trembled underneath him, and you felt your core clenching him as waves of pleasure crashed through you.  He shouted your name and came too, shuddering against you before he collapsed on top of you.  He buried his head against your neck, and you felt his panting breath start to steady after a time.
He raised his head to kiss you gently, then he gazed into your eyes.  “I love you,” he said solemnly, so you repeated it back to him just as serious.
Sonny pulled out then, and he disappeared for a moment to clean up and dispose of the condom.  When he returned, you had already turned down the bed and was tucked into his cool sheets.  He slid in beside you, and you laid your head on his chest and listened to his solid heart beating underneath you.
“You ready to go again?” you asked playfully, and he chuckled underneath you.
“It might take me a minute.  I’m not as young as I used to be.”
You propped yourself up on an arm and peered down at him.  “You mean to tell me that the man who drank Mountain Dew and played Rampage on one of our dates is an old man?”
“I didn’t say I was old,” he scoffed.  “I just said I wasn’t young.”
“Middle aged then.”
“No….”
“Due for a midlife crisis,” you cut off.
“No, I…”
“Gonna buy a pony car, find a secretary to seduce…”
He responded with a growl, flipping you onto your back and kissing you to silence you.  He worked his mouth against you until you were breathless, and you felt him hardening against your hip.  He broke away and you smirked up at him.
“That didn’t take long,” you noted.
“You have that effect on me,” he replied, but he smiled down at you with a strange expression on his face, and he pushed an errant strand of hair out of your face.  “You do know I love you though, right?  I’m not just in this for the, uh, physical stuff.”
“The sex?”  You smiled to see him blush; he would probably always be an altar boy at heart.  “I know that, Sonny.”  You reached down and stroked him, savoring the feel of him stiffening in your hand.  “And I love you too.”
You pushed him onto his back and then crawled on top of him until you were straddling him.  “Let me show you how much I love you.”  And you did, that night – and every night after.  Not always physically, but you always made sure you told him – and showed him – how much you loved him.  And he did the same for you.

Sonny Carisi x F!Reader
Rating: Explicit
Word Count: 1320
Warnings: face-sitting, self-conscious reader, coming untouched, implied praise kink
Summary: Sonny wants to try something new in his pursuit of your pleasure.
A/N: Kinktober Day Five! The prompt selected was Facesitting, from the list created by @absurdthirst. Dedicated especially to @misscharlielulu and her love of one Mr. Carisi. (ao3)
It had taken Sonny some convincing to persuade you that he genuinely loved going down on you. For your ex, it had felt more like a chore than anything, and eventually he had stopped trying at all. When you had first gone to bed with Sonny, he had asked – pleaded, almost – to be allowed to eat you out, a request that had so surprised you that you had refused.
Yet when he had finally convinced you that he genuinely adored going down on a woman, he had nearly broken you. He had reduced you to a panting, sticky mess on the bed, working you through two devastating orgasms before you had had to drag him away by his hair.
Even that wasn’t enough for Sonny in his pursuit of your pleasure.
Once he was satisfied that you believed his enthusiasm about eating you out was sincere, he had asked to go a step further. One night, holding your hands as he fucked you slowly into the mattress, he had whispered in your ear how much he wanted you to sit on his face.
It took more persuading before you agreed to try it. He answered your concerns about feeling self-conscious, or squishing him; never pushing, but completely earnest in telling you that it’s something he’d enjoy doing for you.
The day you finally agree is a hazy summer afternoon. The two of you return from lunch pleasantly tipsy from the bottle of Cava you’d split, and the tipsiness emboldens you. Kicking off your sneakers, you stand on tiptoe so your lips brush against the shell of Sonny’s ear.
“Do you still want me to try sitting on your face?” You whisper, your hand splayed out across his chest. He looks down at you with those brilliant blue eyes, as though he’s not sure he’s heard you right.
“I- Are you sure, doll?” He asks, his arms wrapping a little tighter around your waist. You bite your lower lip, nodding.
“I wanna try, at least. No promises about how long it’ll last,” you tell him, and he nods along.
“You know you just gotta say stop and we stop, doll.” He’s not even finished speaking before you take his hand and pull him towards his bedroom. Something about his sweetness, his obvious care and concern, only makes you wilder for him as it always does.
Sonny falls back onto his bed, his hand pulling yours as you join him, straddling his hips. You’re both still fully clothed, but it might be an advantage, a way of making you feel less self-conscious. You lean down and kiss Sonny messily, your tongue dipping into his mouth as his hand palms at your ass beneath your dress.
Between the two of you, you manage to get your already-damp underwear off, throwing it somewhere off to the side. Sonny’s lips slant against yours, the kiss turning hungry. You’re breathless when he breaks the kiss, his hands on your hips guiding you forward. You scramble forwards, crawling until your knees are on either side of his head.
With your dress still on, you can’t even see Sonny; you only hear his groan as you settle cautiously in this new position.
“You’re so pretty, doll. An’ you taste as good as you look…” he murmurs, one of his hands letting go of your hip to pull the hem of your dress up. “Need you to hold this up for me.” You do as you’re told, gathering the cotton of your dress in your hands as Sonny slides his warm palms over your hips.
His grip is insistent as he drags you down further, until you can feel his breath against your cunt. The feeling makes you shiver, that familiar warmth already beginning to make itself known in your core. With his hands still tight on your hips, he licks a flat, broad stripe through your folds.
From the first velvet touch of his mouth, you’re a goner. You moan loudly as he pulls you down harder against his greedy mouth, his tongue licking a wide path through your soaked folds. Sonny has learnt your body well; he knows what you respond to, what makes your vision whiten and your pulse quicken.
“Oh fuck, Sonny-” you manage as he dips his tongue into your entrance. Almost unconsciously you rock your hips a little, chasing the wet warmth of it. Sonny groans against you, the vibrations making you shiver, his hands on your hips trying to get you to repeat the motion.
“God, you’re so good at this, always make me feel so good,” you babble, rolling your hips once again. It elicits another muffled groan from Sonny, the sound of it against your wet cunt completely obscene. One of your hands flies out to clutch at the headboard, searching for something more solid to anchor yourself.
Any thoughts of self-consciousness are gone, replaced by pure need. Sonny fucks you eagerly with his tongue, occasionally stopping to trace sloppy circles around your clit. He laps and sucks at your cunt with a hunger you’ve never known before, the borderline-pornographic noises he’s making only fuelling the fire being stoked deep within you.
Your knees feel weak, your whole body focused more on the climax building inside you than keeping yourself upright. The skin of your knuckles whitens where you’re gripping the headboard so hard that you know it’ll hurt when you uncurl your fingers. Sonny seems to be enjoying it as much as you are, a steady stream of groans escaping from you both as he works.
When his tongue finds your entrance again, your eyes roll back into your head, every muscle in your body pulling ever tighter as you get closer. You keep dragging your hips in time with his movements, as if you were lazily riding his cock, truly fucking his face. Sonny only tries to pull you down harder against him, to sink his tongue even deeper inside you.
“Sonny, Sonny, I’m so close, pleasepleaseplease-” you start to beg. Not that Sonny would ever stop. Your breath comes in ragged pants, only filling the space between the moans Sonny is dragging out of you. When you come, you squeeze your eyes tightly closed as the world turns white, the pleasure of it blinding. Pure heat licks its way through you, spilling out from your core to your fingertips, Sonny’s name falling mindlessly from your lips as he works you through your orgasm.
You don’t stay still once you’ve come, pulling your hips up until your cunt is just out of Sonny’s reach.
“I wanna ride you properly,” you tell him, shifting backwards down his body. He looks utterly wrecked when he emerges from under your dress; his hair is sticking up in a half-dozen different directions, and the lower half of his face glistens with your slick.
“Doll, I-” He starts, propping himself up on his elbows as you straddle his thighs and reach for his belt. “I need to shower first, doll. I, uh- I sorta came already.” He looks sheepish as he admits it, a faint flush climbing up his cheeks. You look from his face to his crotch and back again.
“You managed to come completely untouched, just because you enjoyed me sitting on your face so much?” You ask, unable to help the disbelief colouring your tone. Sonny scratches the back of his head, his pretty mouth twisting in an expression you can’t quite read.
“Yeah, I guess so.” He admits. You stare at him for a moment longer, before leaning forwards again, your hands resting on his shoulders.
“God, why do I find that so fucking hot.” Instead of letting him try to answer, you kiss him hungrily. He tastes overwhelmingly of you; another unexpected turn-on for you to try to puzzle out later. For now, you’ll be happy trying to coax him into letting you join him in the shower.
