Overseas breakfast time! The first of several UK breakfasts, this one at Bill's in Colchester. My companion and I got the halloumi, eggs and tomato plate; the squash, eggs and feta plate; the eggs, labneh and pita plate; and a stack of bacon-stuffed pancakes.
Turkish Eggs (Cilibir)
1 cup labnehSalt to taste5 tbsp unsalted butter4 large eggs, at room temperature5 garlic cloves, thinly sliced1 tsp chilli flakes½ tsp smoked paprikaFresh dill for servingToasted baguette for serving
