Just had a very incredible dream:
Bad drawing and very descriptive dream ahead.
Me and my family were going to a Krishn temple that was situated in the middle of a water body. (Like the middle of the ocean)
The journey there is very dangerous and takes 24 jours probably. People travel there on a train powered by water— and it's like a boat.
Somehow, my family ended up in the first sheltered compartment and I was in the last sheltered compartment.
I decided to go over to my family for some reason (i dont remember really but i was scared or somn).
I got out after a while but realised there was something so I waited and then when there was a little silence, I jumped out and went to the open compartment infront (like it had a roof but no windows)
There weren't much people in the open roof comp. but @aurkitnarulaoge sat there doing something on her phone.
Tumblr media
Suddenly, the weather became extreme— tides so big if one compartment was overthrown, all would drown.
The closed comp. were fine cz there were many ppl in them.
I sat on the middle seat and rocked the entire compartment against the flow.
Istg there were two more ppl in the comp. but I was too scared to look at them. One felt big (like big) and the other felt like sinister (?) but child-sized.
Tumblr media
Skip to events after I left the O.C. and hung onto the C.C. door cz it was closed.
I found a boat like this when we were closer to the temple:
Tumblr media
Except it was made out of leaf and I was at the constant fear of drowning.
I reached the temple with the boat and then— the temple was majestic and bustling with people.
My grandmother was (probably) crocheting something and she scolded someone when they said that the boats had to be on the shore (i assume it was my grandpa).
She told him to atleast wait until I got closer.
Then when I turned the boat I realised the floor next to the elevated was slightly tilted so the water faded there.
When I stood up, I was in this creamish dhoti and kurta but like drenched so it looked yellowish.
I've always had detailed dreams but never remembered most of it— but this is the first time I've actually had an intense dream that I had to wake up, and then still remembered it.
I wanted to share it cz the struggles were difficult but the temple was mesmerising to the point that I forgot I was drenched and almost had a seisure trying to reach my mom in a closed compartment.
Tumblr media
Green cirlce is me and the boat
Blue dots are my family.
If I ever learn how to draw it'd probably be this bcz goodness I can't take it off my mind.

Sri Hari Vishnu himself is Ganesha.
The Maha Bhagavata Purana states the Vishnu himself is Ganesha.
The story goes that when Vishnu saw Kartikeya cuddling in the lap of Parvati, he desired to experience the bliss of being the son of Jagadamba and drink her nectar milk. The Goddess sensed this desire of Vishnu and granted him the boon that he'll surely become her son.
Thus, the Goddess gave birth to Ganesha who was none other than Sri Hari himself. She embraced him and made him drink her milk. After Shiva had beheaded Ganesha, he apologized to Vishnu that just as he has beheaded him in the form of Ganesha, a time will come when Vishnu will incarnate as Sri Krishna. As Krishna, he'll come to battle with Shiva in Shonitpura, and there, the weapon of Krishna will benumb Shiva so that he'll be unable to further fight in the battle. He will equate himself with Vishnu in knowledge, culture, wisdom, prowess.this is the reason why Ganesh is 2nd most intelligent being after Mahavishnu

On death, it is only the physical body that becomes non-existent. The spirit, the soul, never dies. Emphasising this, Krishn says in Sankhya Yog of the Bhagwad Gita that weapons cannot shred the soul, nor can fire burn it, water cannot make it wet, nor can the wind dry it, therefore, the wise, that is, the spiritually enlightened beings, lament neither for the living nor for dead.

Kanha ko niharti hui me <3
I love our ancient Indian art so much and that's the main reason I love to visit museums more than art galleries, not to say they're inferior in any way but they're aren't from 18th century AD and don't force me think just about how long humans have loved art and loved someone enough to dedicate it to them. To think that our Gods, the supreme beings, the all encompassing beings also take form of a mere muse for a painter or a sculptor just fills me awe and I can't help but wonder if the painter knows that were gazing at his art and his muse with the same admiration and love that he did.
Ps : here are the two paintings that i loved the most today^^

The devotion of SHRILA PRABHUPADA
SHRILA PRABHUPADA:
Can you imagine that a seventy year old man, who practically had no money, no experience with the people, outside his country, went alone to America to fulfill the desire of his guru and lord Krishna.
Many people never motivated him for such a venture, by saying that don't go to America, people of those countries will not listen to your Hari Katha. They cannot give up non vegetarian food, alcohol, drugs and sex. They will never become devotees of lord Krishna.
But Prabhupada never listened and heeded to their advices. He had complete faith and dedication in the words of his guru as he spent his whole life studying and translating the Bengali Sanskrita books into English so that people could read and understand them.
He was so industrious devotee that he would sleep at 10 PM and wake up at 1/2 AM. Sometimes, he would just sweep and clean the courtyard of the samadhi of Rupa Goswami and pray.
HA RUPA! HA SANATAN!
PLEASE BLESS ME! WITHOUT YOUR MERCY, I CANNOT DO ANYTHING!
After many years of hard work, he finally managed to secure free tickets of the cargo ship for his voyage to America. People still advised him not to go because of his old age, a frail sanyasi and completely to an alien land. But Prabhupada was fed up with the attitude of some of the Indians, who consider themselves as the most learned people who don't need any spiritual master.
Prabhupada once said that when he left India, he decided that he will never come back here again because he was a sanyasi, and the whole world belongs to a sanyasi like him. He will work devotedly for lord Krishna and, therefore, every pursuit will be made to accomplish the orders of his guru by bringing the jivas towards Krishna consciousness in America
Indians are ignorantly following the western culture and he will try to make these western people as devotees (bhaktas) of lord Krishna. So that Indians will awake and understand how a treasure of precious and valuable knowledge they have in this country.
He would say, what is the real welfare? Building the hospitals, feeding the hungry, doing charity. Is this the real and permanent welfare? No! It is not the ultimate welfare of humanity, because the result of all these activities is temporary in this mundane world. You give food to people, after two hours, he will need food again and same goes with charity and building hospitals. People will be diseased, they will take treatment and again, they will lead the same life. Therefore, this cannot be the ultimate solution.
So what is the ultimate solution of all our suffering? The real suffering is janma, mrityu, jara, vyadhi, that is, birth, death, old age and disease. The real solution is to become free from the cycle of birth and death but it can only happen, when we become the devotees of lord and by following his instructions.
So , Shrila Prabhupada travelled all alone to America just to free us from the cycle of birth and death. Otherwise, what was the need for him to exhaust himself by performing so hard work at such a frail and old age. He always knew that he can die at any moment. But he never stopped. Just because of Prabhupada's hard work, today thousands of people are leading a pure devotional life.
