Miss Universe Kosovo 2023 National Costume

My outfit for the National Costume Show E at this years Miss Universe in El Salvador was inspired by Kosovan singer and actress Nexhmije Pagarusha! Pagarusha was not only known for her amazing music, but also for her astonishing style and fashion. She was the first who had the courage and bravery to experiment and come out with different styles who at that time were scandalous but at the same time very beautiful and inspirational. She had a big impact and made a revolution in the Kosovan industry. Today I'm more than proud to honor her, I speak for all the people of Kosovo when I say: Nexhmije Pagarusha you are a legend and will always be remebered!
