Since this ties in with an art ask that I have on my list to draw, and in that ask it’s more of a friendship dynamic, Imma presume this one is for that too.

Honestly, I love when unlikely characters are paired up simply because they remind people of themselves—it leads to such fascinating duos haha. I can’t help imagining Kokichi and Komaru going to school together with Kokichi being like a year older and infamously known “That One Guy Whose Perpetually Suspended”. But honestly, Komaru would probably get along fairly well with Kichi given how well she adapts to Toko/Jack and evidently is just pretty chill with unhinged people lol. I can see Kokichi taking her on as a sort of underling to try to get this plain jane keeps-to-herself average girl to have a more interesting and “fulfilling” time at school. After all, aint your teens years the years meant to do wild (and borderline criminal) stuff? Komaru would like to disagree but Kokichi would like to counter that she should, in fact, live a little. But for all they buttheads, these two are pretty much a coming of age Disney movie waiting to happen. Just two polar opposite people who become friends through certain circumstances, have conflicting ways of life, and yet learn to appreciate and grow from each other for the better probably. There will be a lot of collateral damage along the way as well, of course.

When did the Naegi's besides Kazuki begin to warm up to Natsumi? I believe Makoto likely got along with her very quickly, while Kyoko took longer to trust her.

How often did Aoi and Komaru visit the Naegi's when Kazuki was a baby?

Prior to rebuilding Hope's Peak, what did the Naegi couple take home with them when they salvaged the ruins?

Did they also recover the bodies of their classmates, organise a funeral for them and invite their next of kin (who survived the tragedy) to mourn them?

Even though Junko's body was ripped apart by the Remnants of Despair, was her body left there by the remnants after replacing their body parts with hers. By the time Makoto returned to salvage the school ruins, was her body still there, and what did they do with her body, or her rotting skeleton by the time they returned to the ruins?

The last question was quite graphic (Sorry about that), since DR2 mentioned her body was used to replace Class 77B's body parts, I'm curious if her body remained and how the Class 78 Survivors felt when discovering her remains?

Makoto had no issues. Hikari didn't either. The only concern Kyoko had was that Natsumi could have been a bad influence on Kazuki. However this was quickly relieved when she saw him being a good influence on her. She probably figured Natsumi would fall for her son sooner than even Natsumi thought.

Aoi and Komaru visited a lot, especially if Makoto was busy with work and Kyoko needed an extra helping hand. I think Aoi and Komaru were thrilled not only because Naegiri baby, but a life being born instead of lost.

Unfortunately the old Hope's Peak was scrubbed clean for the killing game, so there wasn't much to find. They tried to get anything that would have been a happy memory, even if during the killing game.

This was a scrapped story, but each student, minus a couple, are buried in a private cemetery only few know about. Once Towa City was cleared out and safe, surviving family members and close friends were invited for a funeral to mourn their losses.

So Junko's body, after being salvaged by the Remnants, kind of vanished. Nobody knows where the remaining parts of her body is located. The rehabilitated class 77-B also do not remember what they did with it. The Future Foundation has tried to locate Junko's body, but without any leads, it's next to impossible.

I did say two bodies were not buried with the rest of the class. Junko is one and the other is Mukuro. Makoto tried, since she was also a victim of Junko, but was outvoted. Her body is in the custody of the Future Foundation. The location is highly classified. Not even Makoto and Kyoko know where she is.
