One of Kolkata’s most popular attractions and best places to visit is Victoria Memorial. The grand marble building was built to honor Queen Victoria, the former Empress of India, and now functions as a museum. Built between 1906 and 1921, Stepping into the Victoria Memorial is like flipping through the pages of Kolkata's rich history. Constructed during the British Raj, the Victoria Memorial is inspired by the Taj Mahal. A Historical Monument of Indian Architecture.

এই শীতে বাঙালি অনেক ধরণের পিঠে তৈরি করে থাকে, আজ চলুন একটু অন্য ধরণের পিঠা তৈরি করি। আপনি যদি ভাপা পিঠা ভালবাসেন তবে আপনি যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব এই মেক্সসিক্যান তমাল ভাপা পিঠাটি বাড়িতে সহজ ভাবেই তৈরি করে নিতে পারেন। আজকে তার রেসিপি আপনাদের সাথে ভাগ করে নিচ্ছি। উপকরণসমূহ ময়দার জন্য ১ কাপ ভুট্টা ময়দা ১/২ কাপ চালের গুঁড়ো দুধ প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ১ টেবিল চামচ মাখন ১ কাপ চিনি ৩/৪ কাপ জাল বাষ্পীভূত করার জন্য ১ চা চামচ বেকিং পাউডার ১ চা চামচ গ্রাউন্ড দারুচিনি গুঁড়ো ১/২ চা চামচ ভ্যানিলা নির্যাস ফিলিংসের জন্য বা পুর দেয়ার জন্য ৩০ গ্রাম চকলেট চিপ্স ( এখানে আপনি চাইলে আপনার মতো পুর ও দিতে পারেন ) তামালের জন্য ভুট্টার খোল নির্দেশাবলী তামালের জন্য ভুট্টার খোসাগুলি জলে ভিজিয়ে রাখুন, যাতে সেগুলি নরম হয় এবং পরে অতিরিক্ত জল ঝরিয়ে নিন। সমস্ত ময়দার উপাদানগুলি একত্রিত করুন এবং সেগুলি একত্রিত এবং সংহত না হওয়া পর্যন্ত দুধ দিয়ে মাখুন।যদি এটি খুব শক্ত হয় তবে আপনি এটিকে নরম করার জন্য কিছুটা দুধ যোগ করতে পারেন। একবার ময়দা প্রস্তুত হয়ে গেলে, ভুট্টার খোসা গুলির মধ্যে একটিতে একটি ছোট পরিমাণে যোগ করুন (প্রায় ৩ টেবিল চামচ যথেষ্ট হওয়া উচিত), এবং আপনার হাত দিয়ে সমতল করুন যাতে এটি এক প্রান্ত থেকে অন্য প্রান্তে যায়। তারপরে কিছু ফিলিংস এর যোগ করুন। তমালের বিন্দু অংশটি সামান্য নীচে ভাঁজ করুন, এবং তারপরে তমালটি একটি রোল মত করুন। স্টিমারে এটি উপরের দিকে রাখুন। আপনার স্টিমারে পর্যাপ্ত পরিমাণে জল যোগ করুন যেখানে তমালগুলিকে সুন্দর করে সাজিয়ে রাখুন।ঢাকনা দিয়ে তা ৩০ মিনিট জন্য স্টিমারে রান্না করতে দিন। একবার রান্না হয়ে গেলে, তাদের কিছুটা ঠান্ডা হতে দিন এবং তারপরে আনওয়ারাপ করুন এবং অ্যাটোল বা হট চকোলেট দিয়ে উপভোগ করুন। 👇 #travellermoonu #chefmoonuskitchen #moonuandco #chefmoonu #chefkolkata #bongfoodie #thefoodietraveller #travel #instagramfood #instafood #calcuttafoodie #feedyoursoul #chefstalk #foodblogger #kolkatagram #kolkatadiaries #kolkatafoodie #bengalifood #dhakafoodie #Kolkata #calcutta #foodaddict #delicious #foodie #foodlovers #foodporn #indianfood #chef #cheflife (at কলকাতা) https://www.instagram.com/p/CnWsdwCPmG5/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
