Yo. Soooo. My Adderall dose needs to go up lmfao. I'm going to my psych on the 19th. Hopefully will be back on Tumblr then once my dosage goes up. My anxiety has been absolutely out of control and I haven't been sleeping. Sorry if you've messaged me and I haven't responded. It's not you literally I can't relax enough to even watch a YouTube video so yk. Is what it is.

No allergies on the test. My stomach literally told me to die 😩 I'm officially now to avoid fried food like the plague. Mostly on a fish diet now because it's just more healthy for me and has more of the nutrients I'm deficient in. But I'm gaining weight. And I'm slowly getting better.

Thanks to everyone who has checked on me and stuff but I'm good. I just have been having to deal with my brain slowly going back into severe ADHD hell bc my Adderall dosage isn't cutting it anymore. And it sucks because I always do this when it happens??? But it's slow onset so i don't even notice thats the issue and then I talk to my psych and she's like "oh. You're depressed" and I'm like "only because my meds aren't bridging to norepinephrine qween"

But it's because of my social anxiety going out of control. Even as I type this my brain is telling me no one cares/I'm being annoying/I'm awkward. Makes it really hard to talk to people when you can't feel confident enough to send a message that just asks someone how they are lol. But I've been sort of productive. But I can't finish anything bc I lose interest and start something else. 🙃 but we aren't doing this. I'm going outside this summer and I'm going to talk to folks. So. I'll be back. Hopefully with some art.

Much love guys 💖 and if any of you are in a similar place right now, just know you're going to be okay. Look up any clinics in your area that are income based (if you don't have insurance they're a godsend. They charge you based on what you can actually afford. I used to go to one when I split from my ex. I think I paid 10 bucks a visit) and also look at concierge clinics (I go to one for my other health stuff and I'm very happy with it. I pay $75 a month for unlimited visits and only pay for meds and external labs at doc costs. No need to file with insurance and its much cheaper and I have text access to my doc)
