“You’re cute, you know,” junghoon says once he has you situated on his lap, his hand rubbing your bare thigh due to the shorts you were wearing, while the other tucks a strand of hair behind your ear, caressing your cheek. He chuckles when you cross your arms, a pout glued to your face as you sulk quietly under his gaze.

Even after your brief explanation, junghoon was still confused as to why you were so jealous. Sure, he made a video with his friend and bandmate, and sure, he may have done a little more than he should.. But at the end of the day, he was still yours, and he didn’t care about the comments he received.

“You know I’m all yours, right?” junghoon voices his thoughts in a deep whisper, lifting your chin with his finger so you can look at him.. If you could even do that. “What’s the matter, baby?” he tilts his head to get a better look at you when you bat your eyes with a blush, his stare laced with loyalty and love, showing you are and will forever be the only thought in his mind.

He looks you up and down before connecting his lips with your pouty ones, his eyes fluttering close as he gets comfortable, leaning his back against the couch and intertwining your hands, before wrapping them around his neck. His fingers find themselves running up and down your waist, leaning his head to the side to get a better angle of your lips. He hopes the rhythm of which your lips move against his snaps you out of your envious mood, the way he groans deep inside your mouth signifies how much he loves you, but then again, he’d never know for sure.

synopsis- you convince junghoon to have a sleepover!!

junghoon rummaged through the pile of potato chips, looking for the bag that matched the image that was forever in his brain from seeing you hold it so often. he had started practicing with the rest of the xikers members again recently after his injury, and was getting back into his routine of stopping by your place on the way back to the dorms.

as usual, he stopped by a local convenience store to pick up something for you on his way. he was finally able to find the flavor of chips he knew that you loved and saw you eating so frequently.

he scanned the rest of the shelves, looking for anything else you might like before walking up to the cash register. he thanked the friendly cashier, who had most likely become very familiar with junghoon at this point, and continued on his way to your house.

you were sitting on your bed, scrolling through the tv channels for the third time as you waited for junghoons arrival. you were always happy to see him, but especially tonight. you had been waiting for what felt like hours before you finally heard a knock at your door. you jumped out of your bed and let him inside of your room before embracing him in a long hug.

“you act like you didn’t see me last week” he laughed, setting both the black backpack on his back and the grocery bag on the carpet of your bedroom to return your hug.

“hey! a week is a long time!” you laughed along with him, knowing that it really wasn’t that big of a deal.

you hesitantly let go of him, leading him to sit on the edge of your bed with you. junghoon picked the shopping bag back up, handing it to you.

“i uh.. got these for you” he said, sitting next to you.

you pulled the bag of chips out of the plastic bag, recognizing them immediately.

“you remembered that these are my favorite!” you beamed, looking down at the snack in your hands and then up at junghoon.

“thank you so much!” you gave him a quick kiss to show your appreciation and pulled open the bag of chips, popping one in your mouth and offering another to the boy next to you. you leaned into the wall next to your bed. you nodded your head towards the empty space next to you, motioning him to sit next to you.

“i can’t stay long.” he frowned, looking back at you as he leaned into your wall.

“aww, why not?” you asked, leaning your head on to his shoulder.

“it’s getting late and i still have to walk back to the dorms, so i don’t want to wait until it’s too late.”

you sighed, knowing that he was right. it’s not like you wanted him to have to walk back all alone in the dark.

“you should sleep over!” you suggested, wiping the frown right off of your face.

you watched junghoons face as he thought about your idea. he has slept over at your house many times before, he probably even had some of his clothes stuffed in the back of your closet somewhere. you could see how exhausted he was from practice, causing you to urge him even more.

“please!!” you laughed. “it’ll be fun!”

junghoon laughed along with you at your attempt and agreed.

you climbed over the mess that was your closet, sure that you had seen one of his black sweatshirts in the corner. you finally found the sweatshirt, handing it to him to wear with his sweatpants from practice.

after changing, it didn’t take him long to get settled under a mountain of blankets on your bed. you had turned on a movie and gotten some snacks along with the chips that junghoon had purchased earlier, but at this point you were more focused on taking pictures of a laughing junghoon, what looked like 20 blankets, and the sheet mask you had forced him to wear.

“you look like an idiot.” you told him, referring to the mask that you were also wearing.

“you promised that if i wore this you wouldn’t make fun of me!” he looked up at you, pretending to be offended.

“okay okay fine…” you chuckled, eating a handful of popcorn and turning your attention to the tv across the room and placing your head on junghoons shoulder once more.

after a while, you felt yourself drifting to sleep with the warmth of the boy next to you and his many blankets. despite the bowl of popcorn resting on your lap and the sound of characters conversing in the background of the movie, you were able to fall asleep.

you woke up to the feeling of a cracking, dry film on your face, realizing that both you and junghoon had left your sheet masks on all night. you peeled yours off and threw it into the trash can in your room, doing the same with junghoons, waking him up in the process. half of his blankets had fallen onto the floor in the middle of the night, allowing him to stuff his face into your pillow and mumble incoherently to you.

“come on, it’s time to wake up” you said as you shook his shoulders, encouraging him to get out of bed.

it took a while, but you finally managed to wake him up. he had to leave almost as soon as he woke up in order to film content with the rest of the members.

“okay do you have everything?” you asked him, looking around to make sure that he hadn’t left anything in your bed or on the floor.

“yep i got everything.” he replied, gesturing to his backpack.

you pulled him down by his arm, kissing his cheek before finally sending him off.

“text me when you get there, okay?”

he just nodded to respond, kissing you back, this time on your lips. you gave him a look, hoping for an actual response.

“i always do.”

Junghoon snapped his head away from you, eyes shutting tight in defiance. Negative feelings filled his heart and irrational thoughts filled his mind, the picture of you on the arm of another man still clear in his mind. He clenched his teeth. He didn't want to jump to conclusions, he didn't want to feel so jealous, but he couldn't help it. He wanted you to belong to him alone.

He tried to ignore your pleading for him to turn around and listen, but your desperate voice, cracking every now and then, began to wear at his resolve. He turned his head slightly, eyes only barely meeting your face. He didn't expect the pang in his heart when he made eye contact with you, your eyes glossy, welling up with fresh tears that made guilt wash over him in a wave.

“H-Hoonie…” the sudden sob that tore from your throat made his breath catch and his heart jump to his throat. The way you cried messily, tears dripping from your chin to the tiles below, staining your face. And the way you tugged on his shirt, eyes and mind too watery and blurry to notice he was already looking at you. It was childish, to say the least. What he couldn't explain, was the rapid beat of his heart and the sharp pains in his chest at each of the childish, and admittedly cute, things you did.

He found himself turning away again, his ears heating up more the longer he looked at you. It didn't prepare him at all, however, for the way his whole face filled with heat when your arms wrapped around his waist, your face burying into his back. Everything from the way your fingers clutched and bunch his shirt near his stomach, to the way your tears began to soak through his shirt.

“J-Junghoon p-plea-ase…” your sobs came out muffled by the thick fabric of his shirt, but it didn't seem to lessen the impact it had on his heart, breaking his resolve into tiny pieces.

He sighed and swallowed nervously before prying your hands from around him, earning a whine from you that struck his heart once again. Once he was freed from your grasp, he turned around, finally fully looking at you for the first time since this whole mess started. He was mesmerized by the way your shiny eyes looked up into his, hot tears leaving stains on your face as they dragged down to your chin. Your cheeks and eyes were red, a sight that he couldn't deny to himself he found adorable.

“H-Hoonie…?” Your voice broke as you tugged on the hem of his shirt.

“God, she's adorable.” He found himself thinking, embarrassed but unable to deny it to himself how much he adored this clingy side of you.

Almost unconsciously, he cupped your face with both of his hands, running his thumbs gently over your cheeks and wiping your tears as they slowly stopped falling. He leaned his forehead against yours, heat transferring between the two until both of your faces were beet red.

“J-Junghoon, I-”

Your explanation was cut off by his lips meeting yours, a surprised squeak leaving your throat. His arms came to wrap around you, pulling you against him as his lips stayed glued to yours. When they finally separated, he continued holding you close, his forehead once again resting on yours.

“You're so cute, y’know?” He said it so softly, soft to the point where you didn't know if he meant to say it aloud. You couldn't help but smile, as if the one kiss had suddenly washed away all your negative emotions.

“Junghoon…?”

He hummed in response, eyes closed and a subtle curve to his lips as he relished in your presence.

“Earlier…it was my brother you saw me with.” You watched as his face glowed red for a different reason, this time embarrassment. You'd both been pretty childish in the end, but you smiled knowing you'd gained one thing from the experience.

His weakness.

you had a work that you like, being a childcare teacher is your dream, and you lived up to it. as you walk home, you fish out the paper that the kids had drawned for you, as well as a paper rose one of them had folded for you.

your lips tilted upwards as you deciphered what the kids had written for you. soon, you reached the door of your apartment. as you removed your shoes outside of the apartment, you noticed something...weird...

this had happened before. today, you were in a rush to leave, so there might be a chance that you have forgotten.

your brows furrowed as you inserted the keys, entering your apartment and locking the door behind you. as you were about to enter the living room, you paused, your eyes wide.

broken glass on the floor. your plants and books were thrown around. the tv was smashed. a single metal baseball bat laid in your way.

your eyes widened and your body began to shake uncontrollably. no, there is no way he found you.

but that baseball bat, you recognised it. that thing that swung down on both you and many, many other victims. his favourite weapon and torture device.

no, no, you have to leave. he was the reason why you threatened to end your life if your parents didn't move to the city. he was the reason why your teenage years were miserable. he was the reason why you could not trust people, especially males, easily.

"fuck..." you stepped over the bat and rushed to your room, not caring about the broken glass that cut through your skin. you head towards your dresser first, opening the wardrobe-

the door to your room slammed shut behind you. you froze, hearing the turning and the 'click' of the lock.

from where you were standing, you were able to see the mirror. he was standing right behind the door, his piercing eyes on you. fear choked you, denying you of any air as he stepped into the moonlight.

he was taller. more handsome. more crazy. he was wearing a casual dark blue suit, and - you let out a sob - he was carrying a sledgehammer.

"hello, little bitch. long time no see." his voice was calm, but you could see the crazy in his eyes through his reflection. the memories of you being tortured by him came flooding back and you fell to your knees, suddenly weak.

"you know, i've been looking for you ever since you left. i would always imagine what i would do with you when i catch you. hit you? strangle you? break your legs so badly that you would never walk again?" junghoon stalked slowly towards you, and soon you felt the tip of his boots poking at your back. you held his gaze as he slowly descended, his face right beside yours.

"look at you. shaking like a poor lamb." his hand ran through your hair, and the goosebumps rose along your arms. "i haven't done anything to you, yet."

"after running away for seven years, it's only right for you to come back to me, right?" his whispers were gentle, but the meanings he carried were venom. "and i have to punish you..."

"and make sure you have no way of running away from me again."

The sound of the wind and leaves rustling

echoed through junghoons ears as he walked through the quiet school. It was too early for anyone to be there and that's what junghoon loved the most. The boy was more than happy to be by himself and with his bestfriend, or atleast that's what he was to call her. His ears perk up at the faint sound of footsteps, smiling at himself as he continues walking, realising what you were gonna do but tried to play it off as if he never heard your not so quiet footsteps. His small smile turning to a wide grin as he feels a pair of hands over his eyes, his hands over yours as he laughs, "Is this one of your antics y/n?" You frown at him, "can't I just show my bestfriend how much I love him?", "by making him blind? Do you even hear yourself sometimes." He deadpans at your face to which you pinch his ears, earning a groan from the taller boy.

Unfortunately your precious moment with Junghoon had to be interrupted as you two were from different classes. You hug him, butterflies swarming throughout your body as you take in his warm embrace before breaking away and running to your class, each time you hug him you hope he doesn't notice your bright red ears.

But how could he? He would be so pouty and sulk quietly when you pull away from his hug, wishing he could hold you close, maybe one day, or maybe in another universe. He thinks as he looks at your bright smile greeting the guy in your class. Jung Yujun, the bright sunshine boy who had every girl swooning for his smile, even you.

You and Junghoon had always been friends ever since you were kids, he knew you wouldn't ditch him for some smiley cotton candy boy who was always so blushy around girls, especially around you. You and Junghoon knew Yujun when you two transferred to the current school with Yujun showing you two around the school. Right from the first day Junghoon disliked the way Yujun was always so happy around you.

He takes a seat, glancing out the window, hoping to find something that could help distract him. But he couldn't help but want to think of an excuse to go see you right away, the things he would do to hold your hand and walk with you, he doesn't know where he would take you but he knows for sure it'll be far away from the yujun boy.

"Why are you so sulky?" You ask as you take a seat next to junghoon, he was sitting all alone in the rooftop during lunch and you knew something was on his mind.

He shrugs you off saying it's nothing so you decided to annoy him but asking him the same question over and over again to which he avoids, but you won't give up. Junghoon knew that so he was looking outside to point out to you so that you could drop the topic. He smiles at the flowers below, everytime he saw flowers he'd think of what you said to him when you were kids.

"I wish I get flowers" you would mumble to which tiny junghoon would tilt his head, confused. You'd explain how you were jealous of your parents being all lovely dovey and how your mom would get flowers from your dad everyday and how you wish you got them too. Junghoon laughed at first but immediately frowned seeing you look at the bed of flowers all sad. "I'll give you flowers" you look at him in disbelief, "you? What if I you get someone you love later? You won't be able to give flowers then Dumbo" you say as you flick his forehead. "Ok then I promise that when we are older and we still don't have anyone we love, I will give you flowers!" He replies cheekily to which you smile at him, "That sounds like you would be confessing to me hoon" you scoff to which the boy only smiles.

"Your smiling?" Junghoons snaps out his daydreaming and looks at you, pinching your cheeks as you stare in disbelief, "Your eyes look pretty" he says as he stares at you. He looked etheral, his eyes sparkling and he had a slight smile, the corners of his lips twitching as his hands caress your cheek. Your heart was now pounding against your chest, clearing your throat you punch his arm playfully. "Why are you being so romantic all of a sudden?" You ask as you look away, pulling your hair strands to cover your burning ears, only for junghoons hand to hold your cheeks and turn you to face him. "Are you blushing?" He grins as he lifts his eyebrows in a teasing way, his face inches closer to you. "No??what." You try to say with a serious face only to fail and smile at him, pushing him away, "dumbass" you mutter.

Junghoon would've defended himself only if it weren't for cotton candy boy to have interrupted you two. "Y/n! Thank you for lending me the pen for the test today" he says with a smile as he gives you a pen and a rose. "A rose?" You ask as you smile at the sweet gesture as yujun nods his head, "I heard you talk about how you love flowers so i thought I'd get you a ros-" "she likes orchids" Junghoon interrupts, his jaw clenched as he stared at Yujun to which the puppy like boy felt intimidated. "Oh uh I see, anyways thank you again" Yujun cuts short and walks back, some would say the poor boy would've bolted too from how fast he was walking away.

"Jealous?" Now it was your turn to tease the cat like boy. "No? Roses are so overrated anyways, gimme that." He says as he snatches the rose from you. "Hey wha-" Before you could protest junghoon hugged you, holding you closer this time as if he had no intentions of letting you go. You smile and pat him, "If you were that jealous you could still stick up to what you said when we were kids you know~" you say as he pulls away with a frown, holding your hand he says "I will make sure only i will be the one who will make you the happiest when you recieve flowers."

Hours had passed, the day was nearing to an end yet you couldn't take what junghoon said out of your mind. Everytime you think of it a blush creeps onto your cheeks, biting your lip to suppress any giggles. You stand up ruffling your hair. Ofcourse he meant it playfully? Or maybe he was just teasing you, right? You flop back to your bed, millions of possibilities and thoughts clouding your mind until you stand up and grab your hoodie, grabbing the door handle and walking out. You needed to clear your thoughts. Sure you were happy but you were too happy. You shouldn't be thinking of your bestfriend like that? Junghoon just happened to be a really sweet guy but that didn't mean you would be delusional and make up scenarios, that was wrong of you.

You stand in front of the gate, contemplating if you really should go in. The park you went to was old and Bareilly anyone went in so it immediately became your and junghoons escape place where you two would sneak out as kids when one of you had nightmares and walk around. But now it was too dark. You sigh as you turn around and hit your head against someones chest, looking up you see junghoon having the same confused expression as you. "Somethings bothering you too?" You only nod, not wanting to talk about it especially to the guy that has you falling face first in love. He nods, silently taking your hand in his as he walks, opening the gate with a creak as he pulls you with him. Seating himself and leaning against a tree, patting the space next to him. You smile, glancing at the tree that practically watched you two grow, the tree you ranted about how much you loved this boy named Kim Junghoon. You sit next to hoon, your hand still interwined, you notice a bag next to him concluding maybe he was in a class before this. You sit in comfortable silence with him, watching the birds drying their wings next to the lake. You hear a rustle and when you turn your head you see junghoon staring at the bouquet of orchids wrapped together beautifully. Without another word he stands up and walks over to the railings that separated the lake and the park. You stare at the flowers then at him, smiling at him. He really did make you the happiest girl, not just with the flowers but with him being around.

Junghoons mind on the other hand was panicking. Would she like it? What if she didnt liked orchids anymore?" All of the questions disappearing as he feels a pair of arms wrapped around his waist, squeezing him gently. You whisper a thank you to which he feels so warm and fuzzy. Hearing your voice was everything, to see you joyed was all he ever wanted. He turns around and cups your cheek, he wanted to close the gap but couldn't. The word "bestfriend" forbid him to do so. You were so close yet so far. Wishing he could rewrite destiny to make him yours. His fingers caressed your cheeks as he stared at you oh so lovingly. His eyes widened as he felt your lips on his. Processing everything he finally leans down to your level, your arms around his neck, his arms around your waist as you two kissed softly. The sound of leaves rustling echoes the quiet park almost as if the tree that once watched your baby selves take your first steps in meeting each other to now finally letting yourselves tell each other how you truly felt about each other. He pulls away, giving you the sweetest smile you've ever seen. You only blushed, tip toeing to kiss his cheeks and hugging him. Wrapping his arms around you. Both of you feeling at home, the warmth making you two melt at each other's embrace. "I'll take care of you y/n, I'll make you the happiest girl ever, let me be yours" you chuckle and pinch his cheek. "What about you?" "Hm?" "What about your happiness dummy" junghoon pecks your lips and smiles, "I was always the happiest boy whenever I was with you, I will always be happier only when I'm with you."

Dont mind me just thinking about boyfriend!junghoon thats finally working out after being in hiatus for so long. You decided to keep some comany just incase he hurts himself or needs some help.

You were shocked at the amount of progress junghoon was doing, being able to run on the treadmill at a quick pace and doing some push ups. But you seem to notice him struggling on sit ups.

Leaving your spot on the gym floor, you place your hands on junghoons shoes, keeping them firm on the ground so he can lift himself correctly. But he seems to loose some motivation, a tired huff leaving his lips and his eyebrows furrowed.

So you sit on the side of him; everything he lifts his upper body you give him a quick peck, his eyes shooting open of shock. A giggle leaving your lips, you give him another peck when he lifts himself up again. And again, and again.

Junghoon builds up speed to get more of your pecks when he finally reaches his goal, coming up one final time to smash his lips on yours. His hand raveling in your hair as the other guides you to straddle his lap, making you hover over his body as he leans back and lays on the floor comfortably, giving you more kisses as a thank you ♡

synopsis- you and your boyfriend, junghoon, get bored and decide to bake some cookies! however, things don’t go exactly as planned…

warning(s)- flour fight, lmk if I missed anything! (lowercase intended)

word count- 0.7k

authors note- i know there’s a mistake in here somewhere it’s okay we move

you and your boyfriend, junghoon, we’re sitting in your room with nothing to do. you had invited him to spend the night at your house so you could do your homework together, but after you finished that and had exhausted all of your other options, you had nothing left to do. you were both on opposite sides of the room, looking down at your phones as if the other wasn’t there. that was, until, you came across a video of someone baking chocolate chip cookies. you unknowingly watched the entire thing, and when the video ended you realized how hungry you actually were.

“junghoon…” you said quietly making him look away from his phone and up at you, sitting in your desk chair.

he hummed in response to you, looking back down at his phone for a second before you chimed in again.

“we should make cookies!” you said excitedly, looking at the boy hopefully.

after seeing how eager you looked to make said cookies, he couldn’t say no. so, he and you walked down to your kitchen and began to wash your hands in the large sink, playfully fighting over the stream of water. after you had gotten your hands clean, you pulled up the recipe on your phone and started grabbing the ingredients from various places in your kitchen.

the two of you were taking turns pouring the ingredients into different bowls, laughing at an occasional comment from the other. until, junghoon accidentally poured the flour into the bowl closest to you a bit too harshly. the flour came right back up from the bowl and hit you in the face! you closed your eyes instinctively from the flour getting on your face before opening them again. you were faced with a shocked junghoon. you could tell that he was very surprised with himself, apparently he had underestimated his own strength. you figured the only way to get back at him would be to do the same thing he did. however, he figured out your plan before you could put it into action, so he ran to the other side of the counter, practically begging you for forgiveness…

“y/n!! please it was an accident!” he said trying not to laugh at your flour covered face (but failing miserably).

“this is a new shirt! and you didn’t have to be that aggressive!” you said, also laughing, chasing him across the kitchen.

you finally caught up to him after at least five or six laps around your kitchen counter. you wrapped your arms around his torso and rubbed your flour covered face into his back, covering his black t-shirt with flour, vaguely resembling the shape of your face.

“y/n!! come on that’s way worse than what i did!” he said escaping your arms and trying to get a good look at the back of his shirt.

“no it’s not! i have flour all over my face and my shirt! you’re lucky i just-” before you could finish your sentence, you felt more flour hitting your clothes. you let out an audible gasp, immediately grabbing a handful of flour and throwing it at your laughing boyfriend.

the two of you continued to play around until the floor, the counter, you, and junghoon were completely covered in flour. you looked around at the ginormous mess you had made and you couldn’t help but laugh. bringing out such a fun and playful side of your boyfriend was rare. he was usually very monotone, so it felt special. your train of thought was cut off when junghoon suggested that the two of you should start cleaning up the huge mess.

“i’ll vacuum the floor and you can wipe down the counters”, he suggested.

you could tell just by the tone of his voice that he regretted his decision of throwing the flour at you just a little bit, but you didn’t. moments like these would always be worth it.
