Keiji and Sara have a weird relationship to me where he'd tell people "yeah shes like a daughter to me" but shes really not. shes just a younger friend. he views her as equal if not higher than himself, but shes younger, yknow?

Keiji constantly puts Sara up on a pedestal of "I trust you" "we trust you" "you can do this" so while hes ENCOURAGING her, he's also putting a ton of pressure on her because he thinks she can do it which is sweet at first glance but this is a grown man putting all his trust in a highschooler. so i dont see the father/daughter between them and rather an equal relationship.
