Bam had walked into that place himself, smiling cheerfully, unaware of his doom. It was a quick transaction, barely a few points, and yet—

Khun and baam baking cookies together, except Khun doesn't know sh*t about baking, so baam has to teach him every single thing.

Khun gets cookie dough in his nose while mixing and Baam licks it away, and kisses the tip of Khun's nose.

In the end, Baam ends up does 99% of the work. Khun helps by taste-testing the cookie dough. And by dipping his finger in the dough when Baam isn't looking (or so Khun thinks) and licking it off.

Baam sees everything, but doesn't say a word, cause like, Khun is cute when he thinks he's being sneaky.

Not because it's hot af when Khun licks and sucks on his fingers, nope nope, not at all.

The cookies turn out a success. Khun learns very little about making cookies, but it doesn't really matter, for Baam can teach him again, anytime Khun wants him to.

1. How many works do you have on ao3?

91 on my main, 32 on my short works acct!

2. What’s your total ao3 word count?

3. What fandoms do you write for?

Mainly anime/manga fandoms, but I hop around based on my current interests. My top fandoms by work count are tower of god, hxh, and sk8, but I've mostly been stuck in bsd hell since last year so until that gets under control that's where I'll be!

4. What are your top five fics by kudos?

I actually stopped checking stats (like got a skin so I can't see it unless I go to my stats page) so yeah! let's go with my top 5 fav fics right now instead!

backsliding: bllk, nagireo, 4k, rated t. exes fake dating in front of their friends to avoid having to talk about why they broke up, AGAIN. it's so fun!

Collateral Damage: hxh, killugon, 9k, rated t. aka when Bisky said to Killua “you can’t stay with Gon”, but for real. aka my heart broke writing this goddamn it.

Inevitably; daiya, miyumei, 30k, rated e. my love letter and ship manifesto for miyumei through canon. you know when writers say they wrote in a trance fugue state fueled by love and lack of sleep? this was me. loved every moment!

you're my mortal flaw (and I'm your fatal sin): yuumori, sherliam, 17k, rated m. the hunger games sherliam au of my dreams. this was an absolute joy to write all my fav parts of the hunger games au without having to learn how to write action. vibes and feelings only!!!

you are the magic in me: tog, khunbam, 60k, rated m. the hogwarts au that got me through the pandemic and fully back into fandom after a long hiatus. this will always have such a soft spot in my heart. it gave me so much joy to write and led me to meet so many amazing fandom friends, for which I will always be grateful <3

5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?

Yes, I try my hardest to reply to every one. I'm a lot slower now than I used to be, but I do treasure them!

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

it's ironic that people knew me for fluff and now I don't know how to write fluff and have to pick between MULTIPLE angsty fics. Probably Collateral Damage right now, since it made ME feel bad writing it ;-;

7. What’s the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

I think you are the magic in me or skyfall were both pretty long fics with a well-deserved happy ending that I knew I wanted the characters to have!

8. Do you get hate on fic?

I've gotten a bit here and there, mostly on my e-rated fics when I venture into more 'problematic' categories. It sucks, but I'm less affected by it now than I used to be.

9. Do you write smut?

Yeah, once that door was opened there was no closing it back up haha. Honestly, it's pretty fun when I'm in the mood to write it, especially shorter scenes where I can just turn my brain off a little.

10. Do you write crossovers?

I've written a short crossover called What a Steal on my alt account where Gojo and Reigen meet and Gojo tries to recruit Mob. I don't think I have enough brainpower to map out a true crossover but this short one was fun :D

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

I don't think so, and I hope it stays that way!

12. Have you ever had a fic translated?

I have a few! Not all of them were completed, but I always find it touching that people took the time to start! Same goes for podfics and art, just so touching <3

13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?

I've done a collab once where the general plot was mapped out per chapter and we had 6 authors and 6 artists where each of us got to craft a chapter! It was called Infinite Road where Reki & Langa travel across Canada together and it was ultra sweet and fun. Fandom is so amazing and I was honoured to be invited into this labour of love.

14. What’s your all-time favourite ship?

ouch. ouch ouch ouch. This is too hard. BUT if I had to pick one ship that encapsulates everything I want in a ship though, it would have to be Mark/Eduardo from The Social Network. I have yet to find another ship that has so much potential on all fronts and go through the full spectrum of human emotion depending on which era you put them in. Also that fandom still has the best fic I've ever read, hands down, even if a lot of it has been wiped from the internet, it lives in my head rent free - truly foundational, lifechanging shit.

15. What’s a WIP you want to finish but probably won’t?

the guilt. the guilllt. I have a ton of khunbam WIPs lying in a graveyard that I don't even want to open up again because I'd feel bad. I also really wanted to finish the miyumei royalty AU of my dreams, and I even outlined it, but it got outrageous and the fandom is pretty tiny so unfortunately I lost motivation :(

16. What are your writing strengths?

I'd say exploring character! It's the main reason I read/write fic and am in fandom in general. Make me fall in love with a character and you've got me for life.

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

Having a coherent plot, action scenes, finding balance between too much or no dialogue, transitions... def more where that's from and that's okay! I know what I'm not good at, and if I had the time I'd think more on how to improve. But now I just think hey, it's a precious hobby of mine and instead of working on my weaknesses, I'll just ignore them and write the way I like to write :D

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

I don't think I'm confident in doing much more than a word or two in Japanese lol personally. I think it can be done artfully and I love it when it's pulled off well!

19. First fandom you wrote for?

Card Captor Sakura I think! At least published and not like, just in my head. It's on FFN somewhere, I pretend it doesn't exist, as with the rest of my FFN stuff.

20. Favourite fic you’ve written?

It'll probably be you are the magic in me for a long time, but these days I still think of when and how I'll finish silence strikes like a hurricane. Can't believe I broke my rule about posting an unfinished multichapter WIP. I have an ending but no clue how to get there. oopsies.

Summary: Some KhunBam fluff to celebrate my birthday.

"You're back."

Bam slowly shut the door behind him with a muted click.

"I'm back," he confirmed.

He turned to Khun sitting on the bed, his fingers entwined in a worried knot. A little habit Bam was sure he was unaware of, but was endearing all the same.

As Bam approached the bed and sat down, Khun's eyes inspected him from top to bottom. His crooked smile slowly sunk as he took in his appearance. "You're covered in bruises again. Do you feel okay? Are you tired? You can rest here if you want."

Bam shook his head. He didn't mean to worry him, but he knew the limits of his own body and a few bruises was nothing. "I'm fine, Khun-ssi. It doesn't hurt... I missed you."

Khun's eyes locked onto his fingers, rubbing and pushing awkwardly against themselves. "I missed you too."

Bam watched his fingers for a moment before covering them with his own. Khun startled slightly, but didn't lift his eyes.

"Khun-ssi. Will you kiss me?"

Khun's fingers froze. He looked over from the corner of his eye with a cocked eyebrow. "Right now?"

Bam laughed lightly, his chest aching, and not from the bruises. They were both still very new to this, but he figured being honest was the best way to approach it. "Yes, please."

Khun nodded, his cheeks starting to tint pink. He untangled his fingers and gently grabbed Bam's. His eyebrows pinched together as he shifted on the bed for a better position, possibly calculating in his head the various degrees he could turn for the most comfort and efficiency.

Bam tried to suppress more laughter.

Khun hushed him under his breath but leaned in quickly, letting their lips brush, a playful peck. Sparks ran down Bam's spine as he let out a small whine.

"Patience, Bam. Let me get comfortable."

Bam huffed, but then a devious grin arose. He shoved Khun's chest, knocking him back onto the bed with a grunt, and pinned him down with his body.

Khun was warm, soothing, and it felt nice against his bruised chest. Bam hummed as he abandoned his initial pan and laid his head on Khun's chest.

With a resounding sigh, Khun wrapped his arms around Bam and kissed the top of his head. "There. You got your kiss."

Bam smiled and hummed. "More."

Khun placed another kiss on his crown, but not before huffing. Bam lifted his head, the greedy little pull in his head not being satisfied with just that.

"More," he whispered, letting his breath fan over Khun's lips. He could feel the shiver that ran through Khun's body underneath him and he reveled in knowing he could do that to him.

The arms around him tightened, and Khun lifted his head off the bed, pressing his lips against Bam's. Soft and gentle, always warm and inviting—his kisses always eased the tension out of his body, and he exhaled slowly through his nose as he melted into the kiss.

They broke apart for a moment to shift higher onto the bed and more comfortably curl up in each other's arms. "You should take a nap if you're tired," mumbled Khun between peppering kisses on Bam's face.

Bam smiled wider, feeling his heart race faster with every kiss he got. "I'm not that tired anymore, but I would like to stay here if you don't mind."

Khun hummed and pulled him closer into his arms. "Not at all. I'd rather have you here."

Bam grinned, burying his face in Khun's collar, basking in his warmth and love. "Good. It's my favorite place."

i just realized i’ve been writing jaeseok like my other fav ships? like i have tooth rotting fluff in common but also

jaeseok + khunbam: light haired one obsessively likes dark haired one, cares about them So Much, gay coded and would probably die for them, dark haired one is oblivious and views them as a normal friend

jaeseok + wangxian: light-themed one has acts of service as a love language and is a repressed gay as a teenager who simps hard for the dark one, dark themed one is poor + likes spicy food, light one would eat spicy food to show their love for dark one even though their spice tolerance is 0, light one would take hits for dark one to keep them safe, light one doesn’t talk much

jaeseok + wangxian + khunbam: dark haired / dark themed one is loved by many but also hated by many bc they’re insanely powerful one way or another, light haired / light themed one is also strong in their own right but just not enough to save dark one from all the bad things that could happen to them but they would absolutely sacrifice everything to protect dark one

if someone did wangxian!jaeseok i’d go insane bc lan wangji, man. khun is a walking red flag sometimes but lwj and hjy are both like. peak boyfriend material they’d get along so well they’re just silently simping for their respective s/os

Hi can i request scenarios Bam and Khun making chocolate strawberries together and feeding them to one another for Valentine's Day while making a mess in the kitchen

Strawberry Chocolates

It’s currently 1:00 am, Valentine’s Day and Khun couldn’t be more stressed. It wasn’t until a couple hours prior that Khun was reminded that Valentine’s day was tomorrow, Today. With the meetings, training, and tests, the day completely slipped his mind.

Which wouldn’t be much of a problem if he didn’t have the most wonderful, considerate boyfriend in the world, and Khun absolutely cannot brush the holiday away without doing something for Bam.

February 13th 9:00pm

“What are you doing for Valentine’s Day Khun?” Shibisu asked as Khun typed away on his lighthouse.

Khun was working on getting as much details as possible for the next test, not looking up, he responded. “Isn't Valentine’s Day next month”

“My Lov- Ahem Khun,'' Shibisu corrected himself not wanting to risk losing his tongue since the last time he called Khun ‘My Love’ he got a dagger right next to his ear. “Valentine’s Day is literally in the next 4 hours”

Khun stopped typing before calling on his pocket to check the date. And sure enough Shibisu was right”

“Fuck”

Khun figured that he could surprise the brunette with homemade chocolates. That not only will Bam be touched that he made something for him instead of the standard store bought ones, that’ll mean much more to him. Khun could also make arrangements to have a casual date or just have a lazy day with his boyfriend. Just imagining Bam’s puppy dog eyes brighten up with glee as he takes a bite into the chocolate Khun made by scratch was enough to make Khun’s heart melt and give him enough motivation to make that happen. After searching up a quick and easy chocolate recipe, Khun rushed to the nearest store, even buying strawberries to make strawberry chocolates with his homemade chocolate. But…

Khun can’t bake for the life of him.

‘Why isn’t this working?’ Khun thought to himself, raking his hand across his baby blue locks, glaring at the half bitten chocolate (if you can even call it that) he just made. Spread all across the kitchen counter were ingredients to make chocolates as well as a couple failed experiments to make chocolates.

“I followed the recipe perfectly. Where did I mess up?” Khun mumbled to himself as he re-reads the recipe he found on his lighthouse for the twenty-fifth time. Preoccupied with his thoughts, Khun didn’t notice the person creeping up behind him, until he jumped when strong arms wrapped around his waist, pulling the bluenette into a warm broad chest.

“Khun” A sleepy Bam groggily mustered up, resting his head into Khun’s nape. “What are you doing at this hour?”

Relaxing into Bam’s embrace, Khun blushes momentarily until he realizes that he was moments away from being caught baking chocolates. Quickly turning around, Khun grabs and turns the tired Bam around while leading him out of the kitchen away from the disaster he made.

“I’m just finishing up some preparations for tomorrow- Today! So go back to sleep Bam I’ll join you in a moment” Khun rushes out, technically not lying about what he was doing, but not giving away any hints despite the fact that he being in the kitchen and not a lighthouse was already a big hint.

Khun tried to push Bam out of the kitchen but before he got the chance he was grabbed by the wrist and pulled into another embrace. Holding the bluenette still with one hand, Bam’s free hand reached and carefully lifted Khun’s chin so they could see eye to eye.

Blue clashing with Gold, Khun’s heart skipped a beat as his face slowly turned into a faded red, coloring his pale skin. Bam pulled Khun into a soft kiss making Khun melt into it, forgetting his mission to get Bam out of the kitchen.

Pulling away Khun let himself lower his head on his lover’s chest, listening to the strong heartbeat of his lover, grounding him to the present moment.

“Khun, I can see the mess you made in the kitchen,” Bam muses. Looking at the ingredients all over the place as well as the somewhat looking chocolates trashed at the side. For a moment Bam ponders on what Khun did to make the chocolates not even look like chocolates.

Wide-eyed Khun looked at Bam before sheepishly turning away. Embarrassment clouded Khun’s mind and he can almost hear Shibisu’s laughter in the back of his head.

“It was supposed to be a surprise,” Khun murmured, hiding in the nape of Bam’s neck, not daring to look at the amused grin his boyfriend had on.

“I’m guessing you were struggling,” Bam chuckled, earning a hit from his lover.

“Don’t point out the obvious,” Khun whined.

“I’m sorry but you can’t cook, what made you think you could bake?”

“Hey! The recipe looked manageable”

“Do you want to make chocolates together?” Bam asked, looking at his boyfriend’s red ears.

Khun looks up to Bam’s topaz eyes which seem to be gleaming like gems in the sunlight. Soft hands ran through the brown locks, pushing away the curtain of hair that was trying to block out the sweet color. Lost in the moment, Khun nearly forgot what his lover had asked.

“Yeah” Khun breathe out, “I’d like that very much”

Puppy eyes lit up in glee just like the vision that Khun imagined earlier, making a soft smile spread across his face. Letting himself be pulled back into the kitchen, the two lovers began making handmade chocolate with Bam directing Khun on what to do, laughing at each other's jokes and cheesy comments.

Once the chocolate was made, they melted it and used strawberries to dip into them, making homemade strawberry chocolates.

Like a small scene in a romance movie, Bam brought a finished strawberry chocolate to Khun’s lips prompting the blue haired boy to take a bite. After taking a bite Khun did the same action to Bam, letting out a small chuckle before wiping away the chocolate smudged across Bam’s cheeks.

It may have started a bit out of sorts, but the precious moment of being together started off Valentine's Day to a good start. And Khun wouldn’t change a thing seeing the happiness radiating off his lover.

“Happy Valentine's Bam” Khun said, giving Bam a soft kiss on his lips.

Wrapping his hands on Khun’s waist, Bam pulls Khun toward him before giving hima peck on the lips.

“Happy Valentine’s Day Aguero”

Bam was driving, Khun is on the passenger seat, staring off blankly. He was still high on drugs, both his upper and lower wisdom tooth on the right side was operated earlier.

His cheeks puffed up with cotton.

"Aguero, " Bam called out. A grunt was all the answer he got.

"I got your favorite ice cream, it will help with the pain."

Another grunt.

He chuckled, they've been close since they were kids. With both their dads- Jinsung and Eduan as close friends. Since both the old man are on business trip outside the country, Eduan had asked him to take care of Khun. They're on their way back on his house.

"I have prepared my bed, you can sleep and take a rest once we get home." He reached out, scratching Aguero's scalp. Khun closed his eyes.

He carried Khun in his arms since he was sleeping, not wanting to wake him up. He still needs to prepare the ice bags so Khun can be comfortable.

Khun opened his eyes when he tucked him on bed. "I'll get you your ice pack, okay?" He whispered, scratching his scalp again to put in back to sleep.

"mkay," a murmur.

"You comfy? You like the bed? I'll lower the temperature so you can sleep more."

"hmm, yes, I like you, Bam." Khun fell asleep, snoring quietly.

His eyebrow rose, a fond look in his face, "Yes, I like you too, Aguero."

He kissed him in the forehead. At least Khun won't remember this.
