But our dear reader, the stronger, if not, the strongest awakened the world has ever seen is a much much bigger narcissist with an ego as big as the Mount Everest.

It's humbling for him.

He can't even remember the last time he lost a fight. But against you, even his knees shake.

You guy's love was a slow burn.

You were first just another person who was goofy and made him laugh who he liked being around more than he would like to admit.

But after getting ambushed on while with you, he got the first taste of your limitless power.

It was like he'd been blasted with a bucket of ice water in a drowsy morning.

The pure power. He could feel it in his veins. And he wasn't even the one being hit.

The first time he saw your spacial isolation, he was in aww and quite jealous.

Normal and generally spacial isolations tend to be a closed off area from the real world that's a complete replica of it.

But yours is nothing like that. Yours seems to be fabricated by imagination. It's like your own little world. It's akin to a galaxy but it contains no stars. It's keeps on going and going. When inside of it, he has to be touching you in some sort of way or he will fade away.

Moving in it is difficult too. The environment is dense and heavy. It's hard to breathe in all this pressure and even harder to move. But you seen to be bouncing round like it's nothing.

He couldn't deny. He felt envious. He's trained so hard and so much to achieve what he is now and yet he sees another that's not trained that much and yet has powers wayy beyond his.

It feels unfair. He begs to spar. For you to hit him again and again. Even as he's bleeding and you're staring back at him solemnly he spits at your feet, it's mostly blood though, and yells with his last breath "COME ON!! ! ! DON'T STOP NOW!! WHAT YOU TOO AFRAID OF BREAKING ME?? IS THAT IT YOU FUCKER?? WELL I DON'T NEED YOUR PITY!!! "

When you extend your hand to help him up, he smacks it away. And stands up by himself before limping away.

After training he creates his spacial isolation. He tinkers with it, twists it, tries to create new things in it, but it can't even compare to yours.

He disappears for a while. No where to be found. No one knows of his whereabouts. Not even Kartein.

You didn't care that much at first but now you're starting to get worried as his disappearance hits the 3 month mark.

And then suddenly boom. Bitch is back. And he's back and acting like nothing happened. Like he didn't just leave you hanging.

But there is a change in him, he now insults you more than he used to. And it's... Not really friendly sounding.

You start to grow confused day by day and eventually resort to getting help from Jiwoo, his apprentice.

And boy oh boy. The little baby is as confused as you. But after a combined session of brainstorming, you finally come up with something that.... Might work.

The next morning, at the crack of dawn. You offer to spar with Kayden and surprisingly he takes it.

It doesn't take long before he's on top of you and has you pinned down. But he knows this is false. A false victory. He feels that you're holding back. And he screams at your face to stop being pathetic and fight him.

"But isn't this what you wanted? "

You say, somberly. Not even a hint of playfulness in your tone. Your eyes lacking it's ususal shine.

It's like he's reached a sort of new enlightenment.

It's like he has just realized how much his words and actions have been affecting you. How you've started to hold back in order to make him feel like he's achieved what he once had. Just to appease him and get back what you two once had between yourselves. The camaraderie, the mutual fondness, the unspoken feelings bubbling under the surface.

He sheds a tear. Lip trembling as he bites it hard and apologizes. You stare back as the salty droplets land on your cheeks.

Everything seems to be back to normal again. You guys are back to fighting, bantering, bickering. Kicking each other in bed.

It starts to become more intimate. As you guys begin to get closer and closer. Suddenly hugging each other feels normal.

Suddenly sleeping in the same bed doesn't feel weird.

Suddenly when your hands touch, both of you instinctively intertwine them.
