Anyone ever listen to a show/movie soundtrack so many times that you memorize the songs. And no matter how many times you watched it prior, you get extemely excited over the soundtrack because you know all of the songs.

Kataow is actually so important. Because it's about the importance of family and friendship, about having a healthy community to rely on so you never have to be alone, and about the tragedies of what happens when you're alone.

Because it's about finding yourself and being yourself, and about how being "you" changes, and how your view of other people's "you" changes, and about doing things for other people and seeing the good in people, always, and how rewarding that can be, but also about how sometimes you need to be a little selfish.

Because it's about animal rights and racial superiority and the way humans reject any other possible ways of civilisation, and how we're too scared and settled in our views to even consider talking it out with others - instead just viewing them as enemies and either hiding from them or targeting them and fighting them.

Also it's just an amazing cartoon about a mixed race girl who can turn into a massive jaguar with a great soundtrack, but!!! It's so important!!!

Kipo being a giant cat

So I was designing a KATAOW oc, which happens to be a cat, and while sketching it occurred to me: what if Jaguar Kipo acted more like a cat?

Hehe so I drew her throwing cars off a bridge, like cats often do xD
