*Itachi and Obito walk into the house; Itachi is holding Hidan’s hand and Obito is carrying Deidara*
Kakuzu: Oh god … what happened now?
Itachi: We all thought it would be fun to stop at a carnival on our way back from the mission.
Obito: They had a really big haunted house there.
Itachi: We think it may have been a bit too much for these guys … Deidara hasn’t spoken a word all the way back and Hidan’s holding my hand so hard it’s turning purple.
Kakuzu: *goes and pries Hidan’s hand loose from Itachi’s, then throws Hidan over his shoulder* Well we could certainly use the peace and quiet. I’m going to put him in the bath and then lay him down to sleep. *walks out with him*
Obito, tiredly: Deidara please, I’ve lost most of the feeling in my arms …
Kisame: *pries Deidara’s arms from around Obito’s shoulders and sets him gently on the couch* Just what in the world was so scary in there that these two came away so traumatized?
Itachi: Well, the haunted house actors staged something where zombies and ghouls were chasing down people and eating them. But it was all make-believe, and the people who got “eaten” were also clearly actors, so I don’t know why this scared them so badly.
Obito: We did get separated for a time … from what we could see they had wandered into this tiny dark little room. Perhaps what they saw in there was —
Deidara, suddenly: SNAKE!!!!!!
Itachi: … what??
Konan: Did he just say —
Hidan, from the bathroom, screaming: Snake!! SNAKE!!
Obito: Is THAT what they saw? Did they get into a room full of snakes? I didn’t even notice that …
*meanwhile, back at the haunted house*
Kabuto: This place of yours was a great idea, Lord Orochimaru. We’re making a ton of money; we’ll be able to afford so much more lab equipment!
Orochimaru: One of my better ideas.
Kabuto: And that “secret room” of yours … I won’t ask what you’re doing to scare the people you get into there, but they all leave it looking as though their soul has been snatched out of their body.
Orochimaru: Mm. And I finally got back at some Akatsuki members.
Kabuto: I would have thought, if anything, you’d have gone after your former partner, or the Uchiha. Why those two brats?
Orochimaru: The blonde brat stole Sasori from me. And the Jashinist? He dares to strut about as if he invented the concept of immortality. But who’s got the last laugh now? They’ll have nightmares for weeks and disturb every single person in that pretentious group! *laughs manically*
I see people switch fandoms every 6 months or so but today is the 2 year anniversary of my orochimania. And just yesterday i was daydreaming about kabuto folding orochimaru in 2 on the clock at 11am
Which naruto characters are mostly likely to be a yandere? >:)
Random order of Yandere-ness:
Madara is the biggest Yandere to ever Yandere. The typical obsessive schoolgirl crush, "If I can't have him, no one can" aesthetic. That's just him in canon, you can't deny that, Hashirama-Senpai was all he thought about
Gaara as a youngin most definitely. Completely off the rails
Hidan. Jashin isn't the only one he can sacrifice lives for
Kabuto. Already a mad scientist, what's a little murder for his lover? Not cause any problems, surely
Deidara. By complete accident though. Gets too jealous, too worked up and it just happened.
Sasuke, much like Madara. Very possessive, hates it when people leave. Especially his Sakura-San.
"Lord Orochimaru. Can I ask you for a small favor... or maybe it's too big of a favor. Can I take the day off to rest? These days I have been exhausted and unfocused. And I think a break will help me quite a lot."
Tomes among scrolls among notes were scattered all around and amongst them in the middle sat Orochimaru, nose buried within an old leather bound book. Serpentine eyes were narrowed as they flicked from side to side erratically, lips silently mouthing the words inked within yellowed pages. So engrossed was he that he scarcely heard Kabuto's voice.
Kabuto's quite subdued, exhausted voice. When the words registered, Orochimaru sighed and snapped the old book shut before he swiftly rose to his feet. He placed the book down on the nearest surface and went about smoothing out his kosode while his brow was anything but smooth. A furrow formed and his strides were nimble and prompt. He finally stood before the other man and silently regarded him for a few moments, noting the bags under his eyes, the slight graying of his skin, and the heavy weight of his posture. "Go, you're no good to me if you cannot keep your eyes open." His voice was rough in the way it was when he went for long periods of time without speaking.
However, before Kabuto could even think of leaving, Orochimaru gingerly cupped the side of Kabuto's face, smoothing his thumb over the man's cheek in an almost tender display of affection. "Rest well... I myself, might retire along with you, shortly." He murmured, allowing his hand to drop back down to his side and turned, already making his way back to his odd little nest of archaic knowledge.
