Heute hab ich mich spontan dazu entschlossen auf die Waage zu stehen. Ich hatte keine besonders guten oder schlechten Tage sondern hab es einfach gemacht. Das letzte mal war schon ne Weile her, ich wollte wieder auf dem aktuellen Stand sein. & dann stand da, dass ich mein 2.GW knapp unterboten hatte. Zuerst hab ich mich echt gefreut (& irgendwie freut es mich noch immer, wenn auch nicht so sehr wie ich dachte) aber dann hab ich realisiert, dass ich am Anfang nicht mal ein 2.GW in Planung hatte und jetzt befürchte ich noch ein 3. zu brauchen. Der Gedanke kam ganz automatisch. geschafft= nächstes Ziel. & irgendwie ist das echt n beschissenes Gefühl..

Today I spontaneously decided to stand on the scales. I didn't have any particularly good or bad days but just did it. The last time was a while ago, I just wanted to be up to date again. & then it said that I had just undercut my 2.GW. At first I was really happy (& somehow I'm still happy, although not as much as I thought) but then I realized that I didn't even have planned a 2.GW at the beginning and now it seems like I’m needing a 3rd one. It hits automatically. Reached my goal = next goal. & tbh this scares me a little bit..
