How does it feel knowing that no matter how much you want her to show up, Sigyn will never appear in the mcu?
LOL.
How does it feel knowing that no matter how much it annoys you, we shall never stop loving Sigyn and writing about her? :p
Sure, there is very little chance she'll ever appear in the MCU...
It's tragic for Larry, though, because she's exactly what he needs: someone sweet and kind and loyal, that would love him and never betray him... And Larry, I think, is at a point, where he would be perfect for Sigyn, as he would welcome her love for him, and crave for her "incessant, infernal care for his well-being" ^^' (looking at you, Comics!Loki ^^')
On the other hand, it's probably a very good thing for us she's not on the Loki show. I mean, see what they did to Amora's character? Mashing her up with Lady Loki & Sylvie Lushton? I pity her fans, truly. I think we would all scream if something like that happened to Sigyn ^^'
Though, we are kinda used to it: after all, Marvel, Sandman, Gospel, Magnus Chase... they all did their DAMN best to ruin her character and her relationship with Loki XD
Could we get worse in the MCU?
Maybe. The one trait that defines Sigyn is her love for Loki, and how she would endure anything to help him : they could turn her into a bully, just like the rest of the characters.
Also, we saw what that webtoon fanfic writer for Loki Lord of Chaos (nearly) made their version of Sigyn do, and I'm still very MAD about that ^^' (and what has Thor done to them?? But that's another story)
Anyway, the point is: better no Sigyn than a Sigyn variant that would betray her character and her love for Loki, her sweetness, compassion, loyalty... everything that makes her who she is supposed to be.
I'm not even going to talk about the Goddess of Victory/valkyrie part, because, clearly, everyone has forgotten about that... So frustrating!!! Marvel should have used that ^^'
But you know, Anon, it's not like we truly want Sigyn to be a main character on the Loki show. As far as I am concerned, I only want a little cameo - one or two scenes for us and Larry to meet her, and for him to realize he can love and be loved by someone trustworthy and loyal, and WHO IS NOT A VARIANT OF HIMSELF. Also, it would allow us to have an actress (or actor? :p ) for our fan arts and fan fics, and that would be AMAZING.
Until then, I'll just pretend that this is our official Sigyn variant.
Tumblr media
(Look at her: the cutest in the Nine realms and with her little bowl <3 )
Tumblr media
And even if we don't get (human form) Sigyn on the MCU, well, though. We still have fanfictions and fan arts, and we can imagine who we would want as Sigyn, and how she would be.
It's a lot of fun too, Anon ;)

Same foreign anon here: I saw someone say that Harry has more success than niall even though niall has been doing a lot of promo they said how its not even helping him and he isn't even close to having half the success that Harry has. what's your opinion on this?
Well, I just laughed out loud, anon.
I mean, it depends on how you measure success. By charting numbers “This Town” was never number one on Billboard’s Hot 100 (neither was Harry, he peaked at 4), but it was on the chart for 22 weeks.
Not bad for the one who barely got solos. Not bad for someone who was often seen as the sidekick little brother in the band. Not bad for someone whose solo rumors the Larrie fandom as a whole completely dismissed.
Here’s a longer answer:
First, anyone who thinks that all five men were/are on an even playing field in going solo is full of shit. So I can’t even take that assumption seriously. Anyone with two brain cells to rub together knows that Harry was always pushed as the most talented one, the frontman of the band, the one who “deserved” to go solo, etc. He has always had the largest amount of buzz behind him, undeserved or not.
(Side, for a fandom that pretends to be interested in social justice, it’s like everyone forgets what privilege is when it comes to the solo careers of these five men. Harry is and has been the one in the most privileged position within the band. That’s not excuse making. That’s the truth. End of fucking story.)
Second, it seems like people are acting as if Niall’s promo is a bad thing? Niall’s out there working his ass off, which is making his successes look earned. While behind the scenes string pulling may be going on (Niall got radio support the first day “Slow Hands” was dropped, just like Harry and Liam), Niall is presenting the image of a humble dude who’s working.
Harry’s image is entirely different. His image is that of a rock God who sprung forth from Zeus’ forehead fully formed. Many of his “successes” have been purchased by his team. SNL before he ever performed jack? LOL. OK. His tour sold out so quickly in part because they did it before the album even dropped. They depended on people wanting tour tickets before they even heard the album. A slick way to generate buzz, and one that left a bad taste in the mouths of many. Niall’s team isn’t pulling anything similar.
A related subpoint–Niall’s out there appreciating his fans (thanking them the night before the Today Show even!) while Harry can’t be arsed to make a simple tweet thanking fans for jackshit. Saying Harry’s barely doing promo or is too good for promo seems like Harries making excuses for not being appreciated. (Hey, some people are masochists. I’m just not one of them.)
Third, Niall hasn’t even released an album. How do people compare an album (which is performing below predictions and *sold less in its first week in the UK than Olly Murs did*) to two singles?
Fourth, one of the ways to level the playing field and compare actual “success” would be return on investment. How much cost went into an album vs how much in sales came out of it. We likely won’t even have access to those numbers.
Fifth, we have no idea what long-term successes will be. (And again, how  do people define that?)
Six, if anyone in 1D–and I do mean anyone–ends up being more long-term successful than Harry, Harries will fall back on the excuse that he was “too deep” and “making real music” and “not interested in commercial success.” Anyone can twist it so their favorite looks like he’s doing the best.
The fact is, Harry has been compared to legends. Bowie, Prince, Jagger. He has been handed those comparisons. He hasn’t lived up to them. The fact that his own fans have to try to tear down Niall to build up Harry is proof that deep down, even they know that.
