something i enjoy about tlt characters is that they Feel like character designs, not just traits cobbled on to resemble a person. everyone is described in a specific way and in a very Clear way as well and it makes the books really stand out to me!! that and even before i read them i could tell who was who in art that various people did which i think speaks to how well-described all of the characters are.

that and the uniqueness between each one of them its so so cool. i love you detailed descriptions of characters. never gets old

The "abortion for any reason is morally justified" crowd is going to stretch themselves thin to justify all sorts of immoral practices

I remember, for instance, the Reddit couple that claimed to conceive just for the purpose of getting abortion after abortion. Why? They claimed it was their mutually shared kink. It's ironic because radical feminists tend to be anti-kink and none have addressed this issue when I brought it up on my old blog. Is it morally okay to get abortion after abortion just because it gives you a sexual thrill? Is that why we have abortion laws? Is this part of bodily autonomy?

And what about abortions for shallow, aesthetic reasons? I remember the couple requesting abortion because the fetus had a harelip. The mother claimed her future daughter would never be able to wear lipstick like a normal girl. Radical feminists oppose traditional gender roles, but do they believe those very gender roles can be a justification for abortion? For the record: this case was reported on in Dutch news, and the couple was legally denied an abortion

What about couples getting an abortion because they want their first born to be a boy? What if they want a girl with blue eyes, rather than brown? A girl with blonde hair instead of brown?

I hear them saying none of these reasons would exist if it were not for patriarchy. That's nice, but we live in a patriarchy and you defend abortion for any reason. That includes patriarchal reasons. It's as if they aren't capable of making the distinction between law and morality in this regard. They also ignore the ratio and context of why certain laws exist. You can't rely on a law written for a different purpose because then you are abusing the law. Not to mention that even human rights are usually not absolute. Free speech has legal limits, and so does freedom of religion and freedom of press. Yet these are all human rights. Typically in legal literature, there are very few limited absolute rights, including the right to live and the right to not be tortured. Bodily autonomy is not one of them. In some cases they can search your rectum and vagina at the airport if they suspect terrorism for instance. They can also force you to give away data such as blood and finger prints. In most countries abortion has a maximum of X weeks and this is to be expected because most human rights are not absolute
