Toddlers are absolutely wild and I love them so much.

Stop chewing on the shoe. It isn't even yours!

Stop sticking your fingers in someone else's mouth! You can't be surprised if someone bites you if you do.

Look. If I have to wear pants, you have to wear pants, so let's just suffer together, ok? [said during a diaper change when the child kept trying to take off their pants]

The only chalk we eat is Tums and Smarties, so get that out of your mouth.

Each day, I take a look at my Weekly list in my Hobonichi Weeks, and I choose which tasks to focus on for the day. I prioritize them by using my Daily Priorities Notepad to figure out my top three priorities, then grouping all other tasks into “Urgent” and “Not Urgent.”

When I start tackling tasks, I choose three things to focus on and write them in my Bullet Journal. When those three tasks are complete, I choose three more from my Daily Priorities lists, then tackle those three tasks, and so on and so forth. Listing out only three things at a time helps me to not be overwhelmed by the amount of tasks I want to get done.

Prioritizing my list first, helps me to know which tasks to tackle first. This system has been such a relief on my brain and has been helping me to focus better.

As a graphic designer, I adore paper craft! I recently saw a junk journal folio on Etsy and it just looked like the absolute cutest thing ever!

I really wanted to try making one myself, and get back to those roots with this little witchy kit.

I also really wanted something I would use myself. Something that would be practical, portable, tactile, and delightful for any practitioner drawn to the magic of the ocean. Something that can be easily constructed, and serve as a small reference for teatime witchery!

After some trial and error, first with some plain-paper mockups, then with final printouts, I finally got all the pieces ready.

I hand illustrated each piece of artwork in this pocket grimoire kit using acrylic ink on watercolour paper. I then scanned each art piece, cleaned them up in Photoshop, and put everything together in Illustrator!

I really hope you enjoy this kit for some teatime paper craft witchery!

i'm offering some calendar templates on my shop. they're completely customizable down to the last detail, but they're by default set up for the months of February 2024 to January 2025. I also included some astrological events in the default template so you can easily see how it looks with events added. and also to personally increase your chances of seeing a meteor shower in the next year

I had fun picking the color palettes, drawing the designs, and laying out/typing up everything by hand. It did take awhile though! So it's $2. DL in the next reblog so that i have some hope of this turning up in search results lol.

A6 Journal Collection for Dungeon23

A free printable collection of 54 coloured A6 dot-grid journals for Dungeon23, an alternative design for your Dungeon Year journalling needs.

Includes multiple printable versions in cyan, b&w, and cyan with coloured covers.

432 pages encompassing 54 8-page A6 booklets, each with a different colour cover in a subdued CMY gradient that cycles into darker shades for the final months.

Each booklet is printed one-sided on one A4 page - just cut once & fold to A6 size to make each 8-page booklet: that's 54 pieces of paper, representing 52 weeks and 2 appendices. Instructions here (by Ashley Topacio):

Each booklet features a non-repro cyan dot-grid (even on the cover) with a tidy white border on all sides and a logo on each cover that I pulled from the Dungeon 23 Asset Pack by @lonearchivist and recoloured for each individual booklet, plus two appendices (a calendar booklet & an index table booklet).

If you want to keep up a writing or design exercise I think you should remove as many barriers as possible: you're only confronted with a tiny A6 page, every week you get to look back and mark your progress, you can always stop at the end of each week, no pressure to continue if you're not still having fun, and a fresh start every time you open a new week's booklet.

Easily scan and remove backgrounds to create ready-to-upload printable zines that you can publish each week!

There's nothing but dots on each page so you can scribble or scrawl or add a room description or encounter table or hexmap or anything you feel inspired to create.

Maybe you don't want to do one 52-week mega-dungeon? Why not 52 week-long dungeons instead?

Bind completed booklets into months or seasons (I'm going to try and bind them into a full year, with a sewn cover for the collection and instruction downloads coming in a future update).
