i’m not saying that men can’t express their emotions like this, but it’s very extreme.

i think the only time i saw someone act like this in the first two was when noah’s character got his foot trapped. and he was a ten-year-old boy in extreme physical pain.

it gives trauma. it gives panic attack. it reminds me of my own autistic meltdowns.

and as a concept, that is very interesting living in the quiet world, because you can’t just stop having a panic attack. you have to push through it. loudness and all.

plus, what we know about eric’s character is that he moved away from his dad in england to new york. i’m sensing some sort of ab*se storyline here. whether physically or mentally.

i'm trying to keep my cool here as i don't want to stoop to the same level as these people, so i'm going to say this.

i've never found gossiping to be a good trait. i see it first hand from the people in my class and it's always rubbed me the wrong way. i feel as if there's underlying insecurities if you take time out of your day to make up rumours or make fun of other people's lives, whether you perceive it as funny or not.

on that note, we need to try our best to ignore these gossip accounts. i've blocked a majority of them, and block any new ones that appear in the jq hashtag. it only rises our emotions as fans, and we don't want to partake in this drama.

gossip is the definition of interpretation, meaning it has no definitive truth to it. we can't judge people based on rumours we can't confirm. what we can do is appreciate the goodness joe has given to us.

he isn't perfect, and no one in life is. he's going to mess up just like you and i are. but, he's given us some really fantastic moments and has spoken from the heart a lot, and that's something we can love about him.

so, block the gossip accounts and let them do their thing. if they wanna believe he's an awful person, they can believe that. everyone's gonna have a different interpretation of you, and if you give out kindness to the world (which joe has done many times), then you're on the right path regardless.

i've rambled. i've let some of my emotions out, but i've tried to remain calm. i hope the fandom can do that too ♡
