What if the self harm marks from readers real world girl showed up on reader? How would Ken/ the Kens react?

(Tbh I think it would be hilarious if they all had an obsession with reader because, let’s be real, they share one single brain cell)

I read this ask while I was in the car and while I was reading it the radio guy went: "Our next song is by Mermaid Barbie herself, she's John Cena's girlfriend in the movie and plays three separate characters!" then "dance the night" came on. It was at that moment that I realized I either ship Mermaid Barbie and Mermaid Ken or I want to be a mermaid and be with Mermaid Ken🤣🤣🤣

WARNINGS: Self-harm, cuts, self-hatred

Okay, so this was actually very thought-provoking. I didn't actually think anyone would care about the offhanded self-harm line.

If Reader!Barbie ever got visual scars (like her real-world girl) The Ken's would be SO concerned. Ryan!Ken would have a breakdown then and there. He blames himself and is so busy panicking and fussing over the reader that he doesn't let her even explain where the scars came from. He'll be hugging reader and balling his eyes out when Simu!Ken runs in. He heard all the commotion from the beach and got worried that something had happened to reader. When reader explains what happened to her arm and why Ryan!Ken is crying, Simu!Ken just sits next to her quietly. He hugs her and kisses her forehead, whispering that everything is going to be okay. Reader is unfaced, she knew her malfunction would eventually start to show visual symptoms. She's just glad it's something she can easily hide behind long leaves or a few bracelets

We don't talk about the other ken's enough so that's exactly what we're going to do in this story.

Ryan!Ken eventually overcomes his panic attack and shoos Simu!Ken out of the Mojo Dojo Casa House. Simu!Ken leaves but not before pressing a final kiss to the back of Barbie!Reader's hand. Later that night Ryan!Ken snuggles with Barbie!Reader, he traces kisses down her scars. While whispering I love you into her ear.

Mermaid Ken soon hears about this (I HC that Mermaid Ken and Ryan!Ken ara actually friends since Ryan!Ken kinda just hangs out by the beach so often.) He makes her seashell bracelets and gifts them to her. He's also sure to compliment her daily as a way to help her with her self-hate/intrusive thoughts. He also always brings her pretty shells or starfish from under the sea. I feel like the other Ken's would also try to give her little gifts and lots of motivation and compliments. Some of the Barbie might also do this since they want their friend to start feeling good about herself again.
