1. “The Lord is king. He is clothed with majesty and strength. The earth is set firmly in place and cannot be moved. Your throne, O Lord, has been firm from the beginning, and you existed before time began. The ocean depths raise their voice, O Lord; they raise their voice and roar. The Lord rules supreme in heaven, greater than the roar of the ocean, more powerful than the waves of the sea. Your laws are eternal, Lord, and your Temple is holy indeed, forever and ever.” —Psalm 93:1‭-‬5 (GNT)
2. “Long ago the Lord said to Israel: “I have loved you, my people, with an everlasting love. With unfailing love I have drawn you to myself.” —Jeremiah 31:3 (NLT)
3. “I have loved you just as the Father has loved Me; remain in My love [and do not doubt My love for you].” —John 15:9 (AMP)
4. “For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.” —John 3:16 (NLT)
Friend, God loves you!
You are an “Everyone” in John 3:16. If you had been the only human being on Earth, God would still have sent His only Son to save you and offer you eternal life.
Every day God will draw you to Him with unfailing love (Jer 31:3).
Jesus loves you just as the Father loves Him (and that is a huge amount of love). Jesus said so in The Word of God (Jn 15:9). And Jesus IS the Word (Jn 1:1), so when He speaks, He speaks God's truth:
“In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God.” —John 1:1 (NLT)
Friend, God loves you. Mightier than the waves of the sea is God's love for you!
Blessings to you. May you feel God's love for you, a love that is mightier than the waves of the sea. May you remain in Jesus' love, today and always. In Jesus' name, Amen! 🙏🕊️🙌

God looks on the heart is often used as a comforting verse and there is much truth to that but let us remember that if we harbor evil in our heart God will judge that.
But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
Matthew 5:28
Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.
1 John 3:15
For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
Isaiah 14:13
But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.
1 Samuel 16:7
I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.
Jeremiah 17:10

Jesus is Coming
Some years ago I was walking around the reception tables after a wedding I had performed. An older woman approached me with a question. Almost everyone present at this particular wedding had come from a high church liturgical tradition. In their tradition, they had sometimes weekly, sometimes monthly recited either the Apostle’s Creed or the Athanasian Creed. But apparently, she hadn’t been…

[As Christians, we must be] focused on ridding ourselves of something that has become increasingly more common in today’s world: selfishness. What we do, not just in church, but outside of church cannot be done with a spirit of selfish ambition or conceit. Whether we are at work, at school, with friends, with family, in the marketplace, or serving in our place of leadership, our motives matter. The question we should be asking ourselves is not, “What is best for me?” Instead, we should be asking ourselves, “What is best for the Kingdom of God?” Our [overriding] ambition should be to find the best way to do the perfect will of God.
In Philippians 2:3-4 it says to do nothing in selfish-ambition or conceit. Nothing means nothing. When we’re doing everything for the good of the Kingdom of God instead of ourselves, how different will our lives look? 1 Corinthians 10:24 mirrors this principle, stating that nobody should seek their own good, but the good of others. How different would the church look if everyone operated with the good of others in mind? How different would the world look if no one operated from selfish ambition but for the good of others?
The next time we attempt to do anything for others, or for the Lord, let’s ask Him to reveal if our motivation is selfish. [Only He can rightly discern the true intentions of our hearts.]

Friend, if you need to hear this today:
Nothing can separate you from the love of God - Romans 8:38-39 says so.
Jesus is always with you - Matthew 28:20 says so.
God loves you with an everlasting love - Jeremiah 31:3 says so.
God can do the impossible. “What is impossible with man is possible with God.” Luke 18:27 says so.
God is working all things for your good - Romans 8:28 says so.
These are all promises from God, because they are in His Word; and every promise, every affirmation in the Bible is for EVERY believer. So, if you are a believer, they are for YOU.
2 Corinthians 1:20 says, “All of God’s promises have been fulfilled in Christ with a resounding “Yes!” And through Christ, our “Amen” (which means “Yes”) ascends to God for his glory.” (NLT) Amen!
Friend, if you find yourself in a test, a trial, a situation that you aren't able to fix by yourself, God can help you.
• God can take your mess and make it a message you can use to help others.
• God can take your test and make it a testimony that you can share to bring people closer to Jesus.
• God can take your trial and make it a triumph that you can shout to the world in praise of what God has done for you.
• And God can change a victim into a victorious Conqueror - Romans 8:37 says so.
• God can do anything, because His Word says so and all of God's Word is truth.
Friend, when you need help, go to the Word, which was God-breathed and written to teach and help you - 2 Timothy 3:16 says so.
Find the promises of God that you need in your situation. Pray over them, believe in them. Speak them loudly over your life. Keep praying and never give up; God is listening. Glory to God! Amen! 🙏🕊️🙌

The Listening Blessing
Honestly, I must intentionally focus on listening to those who are speaking to me because my mind tends to be a wanderer. This clarion call comes from the Apostle James: “My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: ‘Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry.” James 1:19 I’ll never forget the time(s) when listening intently really paid off for me. I was hurt…

Unbelievable! The Woman Who Believed in a Preposterous Message
Almost every Christmas pageant contains the Angel’s appearance to Mary. Luke’s narrative about Mary’s conversation with Gabriel described her reaction to some pretty unbelievable news. If you think about it, there is much to learn from Mary’s response to God’s messenger. (And BTW, the Greek word for angel is anggelos, or messenger—simply put, a courier who brings a message, or a word from someone…

Always speaking the truth from a renewed heart
Today we will be looking at the core Bible principle of the Kingdom of God, and how the establishment of the Kingdom is dependent on the truthfulness of its population. This was represented by the simplest of commands among the Ten Commandments that God spoke from Sinai. Exodus 20:16 – You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor. As I have mentioned many times before, when God set…
