Pan: “Some are really clueless, others... you need to be more sneaky around.”

???: “These aren’t all my spoons and forks either! I have many, many more at home~ We make things with them. Decorate with them. Anything shiny, really.”

She seems to be panicking, despite how hard she wants not too. Just her luck that the first Pokemon she’d run into was someone she’d met as a Mew. “I-I’m just, uh, uh, um, n-nervous? B-because, of, uh-”

Luckily the Altaria cuts in to save her. “What my partner means to say is that she doesn’t attend these kinds of things too often and she’s worried about making a bad impression. She’s got really bad social anxiety.”

The Zangoose jumps on the excuse immediately, both because she’s grateful for the save and also because it wasn’t technically a lie. “Y-yes! Yes, exactly! I’m......not good in these kinds of situations so I’m a bit out of my depth right now.”

(Crewel @ Stitch) "Oh hey, another ghost pal. You gonna be helpin' out in the haunted house? Or do ya got other plans here?" he asked. Jeepers happily perched on Stitch's shoulder, trying to feed them a candy through the mask.

Stitch waved at Crewel as the other banette approached. “Ah! No, I’m here to meet people and partake in the festivities.” He said, lightly patting the little sigilyph as they perched on his shoulder. “What about you?”

He wasn’t so sure how to react to the candy getting pushed into his mask. After a moment he lifted his mask to accept the candy from the small pokemon.

Yuko pushes past Lani and crosses the threshold into the kitchen.  She pauses as she gathers up Jeepers and Luci...

Yuko:  Ugh... It’s not your fault...  I’m sure you did what you could.  Today just... did not go as planned.  I was hoping at least Admiral would behave but he must be anxious to meet his new trainer...

With a sigh, she pushes past Lani again and heads towards the front door.

Yuko:  Thank you again for watching them on such short notice.  It helps more than you can imagine.

Lani:  It’s no problem but... Auwe...
