I'm running low on good names for my space art but I guess blue ringplanet is probably the most precise title I could give it xD. Anyway. This was part of a quick test I did with Clip Studio to check how a drawing of my space art would look like in a video. I hope you like it!

Deserted Space Rock

What is more scifi than viewing a ring planet in a different solar system? Viewing a ring planet from a deserted space rock ^^. I've not done a planets surface for a while so I drew this random Space Art. This time I put a bit more effort and time into the nebula and the stars in the background. its interesting how much better they look if the clouds are drawn with more layers of shading and lights.

Saint Patrick's Day on Obsidian-2

Clara: "Wohoooo! Another one drunk under the table. I told you I can hold a couple of beer. Who is the next contestant!!!"

Celestia: "*hic* Com on Jaaade. I'm Irish too. Where is my kiss?"

Jade: "I'm definetely not drunk enough for that."

Clara: "Is this a challenge?"

Jade: "Don't tempt me!"

I dunno if the crew of Obsidian-2 celebrates every holiday from every nation but if they have to choose, Saint Patrick's Day might be on their list. Even if the background might just be a hologram, I guess Clara will make sure she is not in passive state when this special event happens :3 I wonder how much else will happen today. Any ideas? :D

About the drawing

The piece was interesting to do. I loved doing all those different faces and I honestly like Celestia in here the most x///x. The hangover next day will probably tell her that she got a bit too drunk. Aside from that I tried to draw a fitting background even if it took me longer than my usual backgrounds. But it fits the occasion so I ran with it ;) I hope you like the result of it. Tell me in the comments what you think about this piece :)

Clara at the Karaoke bar

If Clara goes out and has some time to socialize with the others, she's probably not really the type of character who is in front or the center of attention. So while the other are having fun at the karaoke bar she will probably be sitting in the back, watching the others. I bet Celestia and Jade are having a blast at the moment singing Tribute from Tenacious D. I wonder how well they are doing xD. Is Clara lonely in here? I dunno. She doesn't seem to be unhappy here ^^. I wonder what she is thinking at the moment.

Sword Practice with Jade

Jade: "Ok, time for a rematch! Now, bring it! And don't you dare to hold back! I want a real challenge!"

Oh dear. I guess Jade is in rage mode. Better duck and cover... Or try to challenge her and try to survive as long as you can. I hardly believe that she will go easy on anyone here.

About the drawing

This drawing was based on an old sketch I've done in December 2023. It's one of many many sketches I've started and not finished. Sometimes it is really interesting to go through the sketch folders and finish them ^^. I should do it more often.

I also noticed that it's been a while since I drew my characters using the holo swords. But I guess it is due to the fact that Jade is never going easy on anyone who challenges her.

Astbest [Commission]

The commission for Slenderman7676 who wanted me to draw his OC Astie or Astbest looking at a piece of chrysotile which her hair is made of. It was an interesting character to work on and it also gave me a chance to try out a different color pattern here.

Celestia being Casual

It's been a long shift for Celestia, therefore she needs some time for herself. Her current clothes are very casual and I think she's not showing that to everyone ^^. Either way, enjoy the lazy Sunday, Celestia. I will do too.

About the drawing

There is nothing much to be said about this drawing. I just wanted to draw something soothing, casual and lazy xD. Even if it doesn't look like much, it took me longer than usual to draw it. It was mostly due to the pose.

Jade in deep Thoughts

I wonder what Jade thinks about in here. It's probably the first time she is not all grumpy but also caught in something that keeps her mind occupied. The gear she is wearing indicates that she is outside the ship and probably somewhere on the surface of a planet with an atmosphere. It could be that she is waiting for someone to pick her up. Will you give her a ride? ;D I bet many will do. But I wonder if its out of generosity or  fear.

About the drawing

The main purpose was to draw one of my characters from the side. Seriously. Nothing more. I figured that drawing that is going to be a challenge... And yes. It totally was one... I think adjusting the arms and hands took me half of the time I needed for the whole piece. I love finding out my weaknesses and share them with the world -_-  Anyway. I guess I have something to work on in the future. I still hope you like the results. Let me know what you think of it.

About the drawing

Ah this drawing was so much fun to do. I honestly had most difficulties with the guy lying on the ground, as it took me a while to get the perspective right. It helpeld a lot to use the ground tiles for orientation of the body. I'm not completely happy with it, buuuut since I've never drawn something like that, I think it is decent enough to be submitted :3 What do you think?
