I only wrote three fics this year because I’ve been very busy with other projects and lacked inspiration.

The Mystery in the Fog  - ACD Sherlock Holmes - Summer 1902, post-Garridebs. Unbeknownst to the two of them, Holmes and Watson belong to the same underground queer club. The truth comes out when they both arrive at the same spiritual wedding of two of their fellow club members. Hitoshi's sharp intake of breath thankfully doesn't wake Hideyoshi, but he's sure the increase in his heartbeat might. He knows this is kind of what he wanted, for the world to know that Katsuki is taken, but he never wanted it to be on someone else's terms. It's not for Nakamura to tell the world, it's for Katsuki and Hitoshi; a decision they could've made together. After an interview where Ground Zero argues with the interviewer, it comes out that he's married. They've kept the relationship hidden from the public for 15 years, and with the reveal not on their terms it takes a toll on the family. Chaos ensues as the internet discusses who Ground Zero's partner could be, and it makes for an important discussion in the Shinsou household.
