#it's okay!!! as a pc port of Harvest Moon it does some good things

Sometimes I feel like the one person in the world who just didnt really enjoy Stardew Valley all that much :/ And I LOVE peaceful, low stakes games.

#ngl. tbph. most Harvest Moon games are better. #I just!!!!! REALLY REALLY dislike the dungeon. WHY is FIGHTIBG MONSTERS necessary for progression in a farming game????? #also the love interests are kinda bad. the creators clearly had no idea how to write a romance game. #which really sucks because there are SO MANY good romance games but the most well known one is this half hearted thing #also why the hell did they include a whole evil corporation plotline. who the fuck wants capitalism in their small town farming sim??? #I just #it's okay!!! as a pc port of Harvest Moon it does some good things #but it does so many things I don't like lol #also it makes me so mad how many people dont realise the game is literally 90% harvest moon #right down to the graphics and sound effects #If people knew almost everything they like in it was built on 10+ years of Harvest Moon games how would they feel? #i really wish Harvest Moon got half the credit stardew valley does 😔 #blah
