They have a much different dynamic in the game than in this fic, and in the game, Leon doesn’t tense up out of fear, unable to defend himself, needing to be physically separated from Ada by someone else coming to his rescue to shit on Ada, only for Ada to say the line “I know he wants me” to defend her kissing him and then immediately being likened to a rapist. This author fucking hates women I swear to g-d

Also with Death Island coming out this year and the OMWC series on ao3 still behind labeled unfinished, plus the fact that op posted an RE8 fic in the series that literally finished July of last year, one new fear has been instilled in me.
