Had a silly dream where JD and Floyd came back to the troll tree before the last trollstice but after singing killed their grandma and decided to doodle and expand upon it a bit

Clay never left the tree but was too scared to return to the families pod since he didn’t want things to go back to how they were before, he did try to find his brothers during the escape but got separated by the cave in.

John Dory was the one to find Clay and see him get caught by the cave in, when he came out of the tunnel without Clay and holding his wristband they all just assumed he was dead. Even so JD still searches for Clay with the hope that he might’ve escaped and is alive out there.

They know Bruce is alive but after JD got the post card he assumed Bruce didn’t want to be found

I love that Huntlow wasn’t technically confirmed. I love that we got some interactions that could be interpreted as romantic, but aren’t explicitly that. It’s like the reverse of blink-and-you-miss-it gay rep. If this was any other show Huntlow would have been explicitly canon and Lumity would be relegated to ambiguously romantic shoulder-touching in the background. We’re relegating the straight ship to fan works this time. Love to see it.

i think one of the main reasons why i love sp fandom so much is that unique creative freedom i couldn’t find anywhere else. let me explain. sure, we have 25 seasons of information about these cardboard kids, but at the same time we don’t have much. for example, all we know about the appearances of these characters is their hair color. wanna draw stan as a tall blue-eyed macho? canon, why not. wanna draw him as a short chubby guy? yeah, canon too idc. same goes for ficwriters. most people write about grownup versions, so you can ignore like 90% of stuff from the source material. it’s up to you to make your own interpretations and conclusions. are you saying that kyle is gonna be a nerd in high school? sure, i can see it ig. or is he going to join the football team? yeah, i can see it too. don’t get me wrong, i love arguing on this site about these characters. it’s fun! but in the end there is no “correct” interpretation or characterization and this is what i like about sp fandom so much.
