surely complained about this before but. man it’s so stupid that no matter how little i do, im tired. the most i regularly do is walk around the lower floor of the apartment. not even up the stairs! just around one floor! my outdoor walks aren’t that extreme either. and im still exhausted. doing anything makes me so tired. it sucks.
