Love & Deepspace is literally the child of Mr. Love Queens Choice and Tears of Themis.

I can't give a super solid opinion just yet, but so far, it seems fun.

Hot takes: Character customization is neat, though the POC skin colors need work (we're not just 3 shades of brown and orange 🙄), but I'm thankful for the options, at least.

I love the cgi animation for the characters and environments! It's so smooth, and the character designs are pretty.

Voice acting is good (albeit a little flat at times). Translations are also great.

The 3D battle mode will probably set my phone on fire 😂. But still a unique twist.

Story seems like your run of the mill fantasy. And a lot easier to understand than MLQC.

Whatever the case, I'm here for the ride 👏🏾👏🏾

Decided to finally go through and size-up how much writing we've done for Episode 5 and it's apparently already 195,000 words long. It'll be about double that once it's done. Maybe more 🙃

For reference: Slay the Princess has ~158,000 words in total.

Episode 4 had ~185,000 words in total.

Anyways please bear in mind that this is the main reason it's taking us so gottang long to put this out. And when it comes, know that there will be much much much much much Content™ for you to explore!

Play as an Irish tenant farmer from the mid-19th century, whose path becomes inexplicably entwined with fairy affairs after getting robbed by the roadside and lured into the mythic and war-torn world of Tír na nÓg: A once unified land, now divided into the Seelie and Unseelie Courts. Will you escape with your stolen belongings? Or does fate have something else in mind?

Not only are they fun (MC customization, a switch port, expanded voice-over work, more sprites, mini-games, side stories), but I think they'd spark a lot of serotonin for folks playing (myself included).
