#Ok so #my mental health hasn’t been stellar lately #I think a lot of the stresses of the last couple weeks are catching up to me #but u know what #I’m making progress #bc now #instead of panicking Bc my violent intrusive thoughts are coming back #like I was yesterday #I nicknamed them edgelord. Insulted them when they showed up. And now I’m p ambivalent to them #oh Look it’s edgelord what are you gonna do #play the same scene you’ve played for the past 48 hours? #oh noooooo however will I cope #you’re exactly as scary as a corn chip #Ok maybe as scary as a wasabi pea #unpleasant. Don’t wanna eat one. Dreading the experience #but when I eat it I can handle the heat and come out fine #and the pain fades quickly #thank u Lord for this progress
