hi. i'm izzy. i'm a very chatty person; who will assume that as we share a mutual interest (marvel), i will talk honest and open and very casual/friendly with people, even if wee haven't talked long or much; and i can be very humorous/sarcastic and high energy and i don't hold back my own opinions on things; never try to bash anything in terms of what someone else may like. the point of this is, is that if i chat and interact a bunch; im not expecting messages back or anything; and if my tendecy to act familiar with someone because of hared interest is uncomfortable, or need to dial back. please tell me. i want to work with people's comfort zones of intereaction.
(also this is not cause of anything here. this is a conversation my coworker group is having about. a 50 year old man who acts very familair with us 21-27 year old coworkers and tries to start a group text with us when we are not receptive. and we're having a text about that right now and trying to formulate how to present to our boss. and i know i can tend to be very familiar chatter person. and just that situation made me have this thought that i'd say like HEY IF HOW I INTERACT IS TOO MUCH OR UNCOMFORTABLE; i know it's hard, but you can say hey can you not and i'll adjust and evaluate and work back in your comfort zone.)

SOUTH PARK SOCIAL MEDIA HEADCANONS
Hello, hi!! I am bored... so, let's write some headcanons hehe
Also thx for the support 🥺 I love you guys
STAN MARSH
This man hates tiktok and refuses to install it (it's canon ,,, I know) he would instead use some knock off version like YouTube shorts or Instagram reels 🤠
He would send Kyle tiktoks that were funny like 7 months ago which he JUST got to see on ig reels.
He probably has likes 4 posts on Instagram. Most of them are just pictures of his dog, his girlfriend and random ass pinterest pictures he liked
This man would have a pinterest board of goth music he liked back in his emo era
Also, when he was emo... he made a whole new instagram where posed as an e-boy
Just wanted you guys to let you know that.
He also watches call of duty and markiplier on youtube
his user is one that he made when he was 13 and he never changed it
It's stanfnaff
He deffo had a fnaf phase
KYLE BROFLOVSKI
We've all seen Cupid Ye by now...
He would totally have a tiktok account where he posts famous dances (renegade for example)
He expected them to go viral since his dance moves were pretty "smooth"
They never did
He uses Twitter just to comment on his friend's posts
Also to annoy Cartman by hacking his account
He doesn't actually hack him. His password is just CartmanBrahhh
This man never uses instagram
He never posted neither
His pfp is a selfie of him with ike
Since Ike isn't allowed to use Instagram, he uses his brother's account to watch updates of his favourite youtubers
Which explains why Kyle follows pewdipie lmao
His user is just his name with random numbers
Fucking kyleb8392
KENNY MCCORMICK
Let's be honest
He wouldn't even use social media
He has a phone but it's like all cracked and dirty and
It looks like a skinned iphone
He just found it on the street and surprisingly it worked
He has only instagram, youtube and pou installed
On Instagram his name is KensbigD and the only photo he ever posted is a very low quality picture of him
On youtube he watches sometimes commentary youtubers
His deepest darkest secret? Oh yeah, Kenny watches play doh egg videos
Overall he never uses his phone since he doesn't have wifi at all
He also has 18 pictures on his phone and it's memes that he finds funny and some others that already came with the phone which he never deleted.
ERIC CARTMAN
Cartman has every social media istg
He uses discord and Twitter to troll random people by making them think he's dreamsexual or some shit
His username on Instagram is Cartm.an9
He never posts anything
If he does it's probably just a really cringy photo with some filter he took of butters
On youtube he has a gaming channel ofc but has literally left it abandoned
I feel like he'd watch those videos of people eating really spicy stuff then saying NO REACTION
He tried to do it once
He went to the hospital for 4 days
CRAIG TUCKER
Craig would watch those 1 hour analysis video about a random movie
Or those summaries of weird kdramas
He watches cute guinea pig videos but never admits to it
His history is filled with minecraft videos that tweek watches every once in a while
On tiktok he would probably post those sarcastic memes like "Oh yeah galaxy is really big then theres you, a waste of space"
He used to have a secret account where he posted those cute partner videos with tweek
They went viral
Everyone saw them
Never again
His user on ig is probably just his name
Craig_Tucker
He posts pictures of things he finds cool
TWEEK TWEAK
Tweek watches those asmr videos on youtube
Also minecraft building and lego tutorials
Hes probably addicted to tiktok
His fyp is filled with those clickbait videos of "A METEOR IS HITTING THE EARTH SOON WE ARE ALL GONNA DIE!!"
Craig tried helping him by creating new accounts and blocking certain words
They keep coming back somehow
He never posts anything on instagram
He has both of his cameras covered with black tape
He's scared of them watching him
On tiktok he posted only once and it's a video of him in class drawing on the table
His user is just TTWEKE29
I'm tired and I don't want to keep writing... but Wendy would totally watch daily vlog diaries of fit girls

D.A.M.N Crew Headcanons Part 3 (Ft. Kody, Xavier, and Avior)
Not as many Kody and Xavier headcanons as I wish there would be, but they’re still there. Enjoy!
- Caelum had his front tooth kicked out by one of his older brothers on accident.
- Freelancer will never let anyone else crack the eggs if they’re baking something. It always has to be them, not even Caelum can do it if they’re around.
- Damien has busted his ass while skating once and never touched a skateboard again.
- Lasko can use a hoverboard but lives every second in anxiety and fear when the low battery sound plays.
- Huxley’s instagram is just full of pictures of his moms and rocks with googly eyes.
- Lasko and Huxley say “Golly” unironically.
- Caelum enjoys chocolate ice cream.
- Freelancer prefers French Vanilla.
- Xavier has sung “Nations of the World” from the Animaniacs perfectly after only watching it once.
- Gavin can do the “disappearing thumb” trick.
- He’s done it in front of Caelum but Caelum started to cry after he saw it.
- Damien can write and speak in cursive.
- Damien can understand Russian script.
- Huxley has always wanted to give Damien a piggyback ride, and only got to do it after they got together. It was the best thing ever. For Huxley, anyway.
- Lasko likes to watch Ni-Hao Kai Lan.
- Whenever someone tells Freelancer to pose, they always do a peace sign.
- Gavin bullies people on Discord.
- When Freelancer and Gavin first met, Freelancer genuinely didn’t know he was getting sucked off until he mentioned it.
- Caelum likes growing his hair out, so whenever Delphinus says it’s time to cut it, he flies to the highest altitude he can muster and just…stays there…until Delphinus gives up. He’s done this for a year and a half now.
- Kody’s eyes are usually glossy, like he’s about to cry. It’s ironic because he hasn’t cried since the 5th grade.
- Huxley has cut his hair into bangs before, never again.
- When Lasko sneezes, it evolves into a series of annoying tiny sneezes that leaves his nose red.
- Damien would rather die than use Airpods.
- Xavier has always wanted a BIG dog, but never got the chance to get one.
- Caelum has his own section in Freelancer’s dorm where he can play and sleep.
- Gavin heard what happened to Avior when he tried to rift back to Aria and said “And people ask me why I don’t rift back home anymore”.
- Gavin has called Avior a “dickrider” before.
- Freelancer is FASCINATED by Vampires.
- Lasko owns a robe that reaches past his feet.
- Huxley belly flops onto pools for fun.
- Damien hates tanning.
- When Caelum heard about the Nintendo EShop shutting down, he begged and cried for Freelancer to hack his 3DS since Gavin and Delphinus had no idea how to. Freelancer had to look up how to do it, and spent the night doing it, but it was easier than they thought.
- Kody randomly walks around his house in jeans and flip flops while being shirtless.
- Gavin believed in the “Talking Angela is stalking you” theory.
- Lasko refuses to download Twitter.
- Freelancer developed their powers in the 6th grade when someone was picking on them, and hid them from their family for 4 years in fear of what they could do with them. Their parent(s) found out after they froze their room while having a breakdown via stress.
- Huxley played spin the bottle at a party with his friends a few years ago, and when the bottle landed on Xavier, they immediately began kissing with no question, hesitation, or awkwardness.
- Caelum hates Baby Shark.
- Lasko has a sleep mask, a bed that regulates temperature, 7 pillows, and a surround sound system that plays rain sounds at night.
- When Damien first came into his room, he was appalled at how comfortable it looked.
- Caelum makes hot cocoa and then puts it in the fridge to cool down.
- Huxley’s moms owns 3 cats. One rarely moves, and the other two are menaces.

Saw minors call out a highly nsfw account of an adult because they were rude / aggressive and in the same breath demand adults to keep their nsfw accounts private
Should I remind them that this is complete bs?
- even if it’s kept private, someone can still gain access to it by lying about their age and that happened VERY often
- and then the content behind private nsfw accounts gets shared to the public anyway and then the person is called out for keeping it private
- someone used someone’s private, completely hidden nsfw account to destroy their career
And now for some general internet safety tips!
- the internet in general is not safe
- the internet is not safe for minors
- the horribly outdated COPPA law was meant to protect under 13 year olds from targeted ads, but does little to prevent actual harm nor does it state that 13 is the general age of consent on the internet. This is like saying “minors can buy cigarettes, drive a car or watch R rated movies because a general law allows them to be in public spaces where some adult services are also offered”
- most social media allow nsfw when it has opt in features (discord and Reddit), sensitive media options (twitter and instagram) or like on tumblr with mature tags
- filters and blocking exist, both for parents and people who choose to join social media at such a young age
And most importantly
- PARENTS/GUARDIANS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN CHILDREN! Random adults on social media are NOT your babysitter!
Also if it wasn’t for mega corps decoding to force us onto 4-5 big places for maximizing ad revenue, we wouldn’t have this problem of everything being too open.
I don’t defend the adult who was rude and or interacted with minors but what they like or retweet is none of other people’s business
yeah antis have no business demanding that anyone keep their stuff private when they have repeatedly refused to respect people’s boundaries and lied their way into and hacked into people’s private accounts to dig up dirt

The U.S. Wants to Ban TikTok for the Sins of Every Social Media Company
On Wednesday, the House of Representatives will likely vote to force ByteDance to divest from TikTok, which sets the stage for a possible full ban of the platform in the United States (Update: it did). The move will come after a slow but steady drumbeat from politicians on both sides of the aisle to ban the platform for some combination of potential and real societal harms algorithmically inflicted upon American teens by a Chinese-owned company.
The situation is an untenable mess. A TikTok ban will have the effect of further entrenching and empowering gigantic, monopolistic American social media companies that have nearly all of the same problems that TikTok does. A ban would highlight, again, that people who use mainstream social media platforms run by corporations do not actually own their followers or their audiences, and that any businesses/jobs/livelihoods created on these platforms can be stripped away at any moment by the platforms or, in this case, by the United States government.
Bytedance and TikTok itself have been put into an essentially impossible situation that is perhaps most exemplified in a 60 Minutes clip from 2022 that went viral this weekend, in which Tristan Harris, a big tech whistleblower who has turned the attention he got from the documentary The Social Dilemma into a self-serving career as a guy who talks about how social media is bad, explains that China is exporting the “opium” version of TikTok to American children.
In [the Chinese] version of TikTok, if you’re under 14 years old, they show you science experiments you can do at home, museum exhibits, patriotism videos, and educational videos,” Harris said. “And they also limit it to only 40 minutes per day. They don’t ship that version of TikTok to the rest of the world. So it’s almost like they recognize TikTok is influencing kids’ development, and they make their domestic version a spinach version of TikTok, while they ship the opium version to the rest of the world.” FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr quote tweeted this and said “In America, TikTok pushes videos to kids that promote self-harm, eating disorders, and suicide.”
Put simply: Every social media platform pushes awful shit to users of all ages. This is not a defense of TikTok, but a simple fact that has made up a huge portion of tech reporting for the last decade. Mere weeks ago, the New York Times published an exposé on underage girls being pushed into “child influencing,” a world which is full of pedophiles. Instagram’s effects on teens has been widely documented by Meta’s own employees, and without really trying we have been able to document the sale of guns and drugs, hacking services, and counterfeit services in ads displayed on the platform. Discord is full of communities used for organizing by Neo Nazis and paramilitaries, criminal hackers, crypto scammers, deepfake peddlers, teens who kidnap each other, etc. Facebook is full of AI-generated bullshit that people think is real, was used by foreign adversaries to attempt to influence an election, was credibly accused of being abused to facilitate a genocide in Myanmar, and has had innumerable scandals over the years. Twitter is full of malware and has essentially gotten rid of all of its rules. YouTube is a place that has been used by ISIS terrorists, white supremacists, mass shooters, and child brainwashers. Telegram was founded by Russians, is now based in the United Arab Emirates, and is full of criminals, hackers, and Russian disinformation. We have reported endlessly that all of these platforms are monitored by governments, militaries, surveillance agencies, and commercial interests around the world using "social listening," "social media monitoring," and OSINT tools.
Meta, Google, and Twitter have all moved resources away from content moderation in recent years, and have laid off huge numbers of employees as Republicans have cried “social media censorship.” As Elon Musk’s Twitter has become more of a cesspool in the absence of good content moderation, Google and Meta have realized that they can keep advertisers as long as their platforms are ever so slightly less toxic than Twitter. I am unaware of any political pushes to ban Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or Twitter, and efforts to meaningfully regulate them to be less harmful seemingly have no political will. The only actual regulation of these platforms have been laws passed by conservatives in Florida and Texas which give them even less ability to moderate their platforms and which is the subject of a Supreme Court case.
This is just to say that TikTok and the specter of China’s control of it has become a blank canvas for which anyone who has any complaint about social media to paint their argument on, and has become a punching bag receiving scrutiny we should also be applying to every other social media giant.
When Uber, Airbnb, DoorDash and Bird ignore local laws or face the specter of bans or regulation, they use push notifications, email, and popups within their apps asking customers to complain to legislators. When these American apps do this, they are simply leveraging their popularity to “mobilize users.” When TikTok does the same, it is Chinese interference in American politics. When American TikTok users use their platform to share their progressive or leftist politics and TikTok’s algorithms allow them to go viral, that’s Chinese interference. When TikTok deletes content that violates its terms of service, that’s Chinese censorship. When Facebook and Google allow advertisers to create psychographic, biographic, and behavioral-based profiles of their users to target ads to them, that’s “personalized advertising.” When TikTok does ads, it’s Chinese spying. When TikTok users see content that promotes suicide, eating disorders, and makes people feel bad about themselves, it’s China brainwashing our children, undermining America, and threatening our existence. When Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube users see the same, it’s inconvenient and unfortunate, but can be solved with a blasé spokesperson statement that these platforms care about safety and will strive to do better.
In the clip above, Harris explains that polls show American children want to be “social media influencers” and that Chinese children want to be “astronauts,” the subtext being that it is like this because bad stuff is not allowed on Douyin, the Chinese version of TikTok. Banning TikTok is not going to change this (and Harris does not mention that China has tons of social media influencers as well). Harris says this with some derision, the subtext being that we should not want our children to grow up to be social media influencers.
This should not need to be explained, but because Harris and 60 Minutes did not explain it: Douyin (the Chinese version of TikTok) is not actually a sterile place that consists only of people doing science experiments and math equations, just as TikTok and all social media in America is not only an unmitigated shithole devoid of intellectual value. But Harris has this idea of Douyin being a safe place for kids because China does not have a free internet. The internet is widely and famously censored by the Chinese government, and ByteDance is complying with Chinese law in China. It is possible to argue (though I would not), that this makes the internet “safer,” and it is possible to argue (though I would not) that a “safer” internet is “better.” If Harris wants Chinese-style censorship of the internet in the United States, then he should argue for that. But in the United States, we have the First Amendment and a host of other regulations that have fostered something resembling an open internet. That open internet allowed for the rise of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
This general principle of not censoring the global internet also allowed for the rise of TikTok, which has millions of users in the United States because people like using it. TikTok is not perfect—in fact, I believe lots of the things on TikTok are very bad. Despite what I have just written, I understand that Chinese interference via algorithmic warfare or spying or any other tactic is a possible threat. China has been accused of using accounts on TikTok to spread influence, in the exact same way as the U.S. government has been caught spreading pro-U.S. influence abroad on Facebook and Twitter.
Like I mentioned, I think that this entire situation is actually very complicated, and is in fact a huge mess. I can understand why some people want to ban TikTok, but I am not sure how the government can do so without violating the free speech rights of millions of Americans and setting us on a path where a relatively open, global internet becomes one that is increasingly geographically siloed. I don’t think we should ban a platform because it competed too hard and became popular, especially when the direct beneficiaries of a ban are companies that are doing most of the same apparent algorithmic poisoning of America, just from within America’s borders. I also do not think it is constitutional, ethical, or good for the government to decide to unilaterally cut millions of Americans off from one of the largest social media platforms in the world and to effectively force its users and more importantly the people who make a living on TikTok to use a balkanized internet dominated by American megacorporations.

Headcanon:
Henry would have a Tumblr that he would shitpost the Hell on with no remorse.
Him and Sven are mutuals on it.
Sven would also have a Tumblr, for the sole purpose of artwork and supporting artists, but to also shitpost. No, he doesn't post his own artwork out of fear of getting recognized.
Charles wouldn't own Tumblr, but he'd be a Facebook user. Don't ask why or how, she just vibes with Facebook.
Rupert would have Twitter and watch it burn from the inside out. He doesn't have it because he likes to start discourse, but because watching people (famous or not) getting roasted to a crisp is hilarious to him.
Galeforce would just get war flashbacks opening up any sort of social media. Other than Discord. Oldie knows how to navigate that like it's no one's biz.
Right Hand Man uses Wiki's created by fans (like Zelda Wiki and Mario Wiki) for walk-throughs and help. Since he only plays video games on a console, he tends to use Reginald's phone for this, since he owns a flip-phone.
Reginald... Good lord, this man does NOT own a single social media, other than the created Top-Chat app for Toppat's only. Even then, only really to announce things, or when he's pinged to answer a question. Best thing that's 'social media' is the weather app, but there's a lack of entertainment for himself on there.
Burt owns a LOT of social media. Since he is the head of communications, this makes sense to have just about every single platform that they could, but he uses it to help Reginald plan heists, as he looks as News articles, the famous Tumblr Supernatural Meme for Important Events, Instagram and Twitter for political shit and hacking, plus so.. sososo much more. It's a wonder how cry functions with so much happening at once on their phone.

How the marauders era would run a nonprofit
Because I am bored and tired of running my own nonprofit
James: THE GLUE. The public image of the nonprofit and does all of the face-to-face talking. Has insane connections and an odd obsession with the process of getting 501(c)(3) certified (his dad works in business so he knows how the business end works). Has a lot of parent support. Secretly changed the Instagram password because he was tired of Remus' dry captioning.
Sirius: Chaotic but gets shit done. Does half of his work through his phone to the amazement of James and the disgust of Remus. Sends emails at 2am, hacks into his mom's zoom account for unlimited zoom time, and admins the nonprofit's discord server. Secretly the reason that productivity is steady. Always active in the group chats and never shuts up. Trying to convince the group to make a tiktok (its not working).
Remus: The mother hen. Keeps the website running, manages the social media, makes the spreadsheets, watches the email, you name something and he probably does it. Is late to every board meeting but secretly loves the thrill of being in charge of something. Keeps his camera off on meetings and always calls off of his phone, despite preferring his 4 year old broken laptop for every other task. A firm believer in podcasts and youtube channels to spread their cause.
Peter: Forced to help start the nonprofit but ended up falling in love with it. Always eager to suggest new ideas for outreach events and fundraising. His biggest secret is that he gets most of those ideas from scouring subreddits about founding nonprofits. Helps Remus with the website and is actually really good at graphic design. Shows off whatever random animal or bug that is near him while on virtual planning meetings.
Lily: Was passionate about a social injustice and dragged her friends along with her. Somehow does everything all at one and refuses to accept help until she is drowning in word. Actually a really successful leader and everyone loves her. Puts a lot of emphasis on volunteer work as a way to fight this social injustice.
Marlene: Lily dragged her into this but she's lowkey glad because she likes the cause and likes having something to do. Pretty lowkey, but will happily give a detailed explanation of the issue they're fighting and their solution when asked. Has the logo as a sticker on her MacBook and infographic flyers in her bag ready to be handed out on a moments notice.
Mary: The designated PR manager of the group. Will handle social media, the coding the website, and making spreadsheets but dies when faced with face-to-face connection and usually makes Dorcas come with her. Believes in the power of tiktok and instagram as a way to attract a younger audience and is right. Likes making everything fit a theme, and is often seen at a library printer fiddling with the colors and sizing of the newest infographic flyer the group came up with.
Dorcas: A casual supporter of the nonprofit but designed all of the graphics bc why not. Likes listening to Lily, Marlene, and Mary plan in the library and uses them as a background noise of sorts to study to.
Regulus: The nepo-baby. Has connections and experience and fucking abuses that shit (as he should tbh). Already on his second nonprofit but he doesn't care that he has to do twice the work because (1) he likes one-upping Sirius and (2) he likes seeing his friends excited about planning and leading such an initiative. His family wasn't too happy about him being involved in such an activity and tried kicking him out of the nonprofit (which he literally founded lmao) but Regulus said "fuck you" and ended up just doing it behind their backs.
Barty: In it because he likes seeing Reggie and Evan happy but also because his dad said it would be good experience for a future ministry job. Not too enthusiastic about their cause but into all of the logistics. Tries to see a deeper meaning to all of their moves, even if there is none. Insists on using Slack as their primary method of communication and organization because he used it once during a ministry internship and fell in love.
Evan: Also in it to see his friends happy but also because the cause is oddly really deeply personal to him. Literally carries the group chats in all outreach related discussion. If anyone so much as compares his nonprofit to someone else's or to another school organization, he gets super defensive and basically quotes the whole website in their face. Made the website, and is trying to convince Regulus and Barty to agree to starting a podcast and a youtube channel.

✨ Maginet ✨
Let's talk about Internet of Magix. It's called "Maginet" like "MAGIx"+"interNET". But I wanna talk about social medias at the Magic Universe. We, people of Earth, have a lot of social medias. Sometimes I think that we have too many of these 😅 So I mixed some our apps to making concepts of wizards' apps.
The first app of my fanon is Tox. I love Tox because it our Twitter with dm like Telegram has. I love Twitter, love to tweet about me and I love Telegram's stickers. So I have mixed Tg and Twi. My fanon Valtor loves "toxing" and arguing with other "toxics", has a username «@/Forteller» and uses different languages at his toxies.
The second app is FairyChat. I don't understand why we use WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Signal or anything else. They all have one sets of functions. Why we cannot use just one app??? Persons of Magix can. I have find a logo for FairyChat.
The third app is Tondo. Tondo is social network like a FairyChat but without text messages only videomessages with. Do you remember the Clubhouse? I think that courtiers use this app because (you cannot find any information at these fucking videomessages!) noone will be able to say that their accounts have been hacked. No "Oh no it's not me at the message!". No. We all saw your face and heard your voice, go to a jail.
The fourth app is Yammy. It's look like Instagram+TikTok. All of us love Tiktok, right? But some people think that Inst are becoming a clone of TT. So in my fanon these apps are one app ✨ My fanon Valtor often posts selfies and video of his tales. He like to talk and a lot of persons like to listen to him.
The fifth app is Widron. It's look like an YouTube/Twich and its name is "WItch"+ "caulDRON". There are streams and long videos at the Widron.
Of course, there are many services at the Maginet I didn't think about. I mean, yeah, they have analoges of Google, OnlyFans, Discord, Netflix, bank's apps — but it is too hard for me.
