Reaching up

Searching for light

Finding only more darkness

Trapped and alone

That is exactly where he wants you

Thinking you’re alone

That there is no light anywhere

But

It is a lie

From the father of lies

The light is as close as a prayer

His Presence as close as your next heartbeat

“Help me Jesus!”

“Save me God!”

He is there ready to lift you into His light.

Out of the darkness

One of the characters is a blogger and thought about doing some blog post as if it was from them. Any name suggests?

Renaming a character originally named Liz Shaw. I like Evie or Eliza. Maybe I'll merge some characters.

Lastly as a treat. I'm showing off the person who inspired Wonder Vixen look. No I'm not saying who she is. Also that outfit as potential.

If you don't think you can live your best life as a parent, I need you to pause and take a moment to look at my girl Grace O'Malley, the pirate queen of Ireland. Woman is a legend. Rallied her crew and led them to victory against enemy pirates invading her ship just hours after giving birth to her fourth child while at sea. Which is just one of many things that made her amazing. She really lived her life on her own terms, but that didn't take away from her womanhood, or motherly instincts.

On a whim I’m trying to draw! Sooo…

Here’s my first attempt

And here’s my latest!

It’s still not the best but it’s much better than my first! So I guess what I’m trying to say is don’t give up, you won’t be good at first in fact you’ll probably be terrible but that shouldn’t stop you from trying. Your not going to be a prodigy but you’ll get better with each try! And most importantly don’t compare your work to others, my latest compared to someone who has been drawing for years looks terrible but compared to where I started it looks pretty darn good.
