Insecure about everything, and nothing all the same,

Each day brings its own challenge, and I'm left with the blame.

My mind is a battleground, it's a war I can't win,

The voices keep on whispering, fueling my fears within.

I worry about my looks, and what others may think,

Wondering if I'm enough, if I'll ever be in sync.

I second-guess my actions, and what I choose to do,

Afraid of the judgement, and what they'll construe.

If I face them head-on, and refuse to give in,

I know I can conquer, and silence the din.
