for context:

hi, you can call me cass or whatever fits, even my user, i have no preference. i prefer masc/neu honorifics if any though. im disabled, ND, queer, 20 y/o, and starting college again in the fall.

i got fired from my last job, i have no money, im going to apply for a student loan and everything thats going on has put a huge halt on my plans for moving out and getting any further aids and support beyond my cane and medication.

my family is really low on money right now, we cant even buy food this week or possibly even for the next week, let alone pay for our medication.

i have commissions and donations open, im trying hard to do what i can to get by, but im really struggling in such a tight situation and could really use any help i can get.

Alright, folks. Signal boosting this one from scratch, because a rather dire situation is at hand.

A very dear friend of mine has lost their emotional support animal, a wonderfully round feline princess named Artemis, and we all believe this has gone on long enough. She slipped through a door one evening over a month ago and hasn't returned since. She is a very smart cat and only four years old, so there's no reason to believe she's succumbed to the outside, but winters up north can get brutal and the season is fast approaching.

Artemis is chipped, spayed, and has had all her shots. She plays with red straws and is a big fan of canned anything, and her human half wants her back very badly. If you're in or around the Ohio area, specifically around Lemoyne, keep an eye out for this precious fluff and please, message me immediately.

Okay tumblr so I've done the math and this month, if I spend zero additional monies on "short term purchases like groceries" I only need $400 to make ends meet this month! I am working and I'm making a little more this month than last, but progress is still slow going. I'm thinking about opening commissions, but I'm not sure how well that will turn out. I'm still incredibly burnt out, and my mental health and sleep have been absolute shit after having to quit my antidepressants cold turkey. (The lexapro withdrawls are BAD) I'm also on the hunt for another better paying job, but shit in my area is shit. So I've mentioned on my Instagram but I'll say it here too: I went and keep going on breaks because I was unsure about my living situation. I still am... BUT my family really needs money still 😰 So I thought to try a smaller approach to my preorder system. Keeping it open for a wek at a time I get less orders and have to order less from the keychain maker co. I'll probably be ordering extras along with what people order, so I'll keep making sales after. It'll probably still take a month to process 😵‍💫 but having a stock will be beneficial for the future and I don't thiiiink I'll be living somewhere else in a month 😬. I hope that makes sense.

Anyways, my preorder keychains will go away again tomorrow. Get them while you can!

I hate asking this, but if anyone can help I would be eternally grateful.

I lost my job in late fall and it took longer than expected to find a new one. I love my new job and it pays me more than I had made before, but the two months of bills and falling behind before I started has been dragging behind me for too long. I haven't been able to catch up on my expenses to the point that I'm at risk of being having my power shut off, and even worse, eviction.

Anything will be helpful, even a dollar. The rent and electric total about $800, and that's all I need. Once I'm caught up I will be able to move forward without the constant worry I've had for the last 6 months. I will no longer be behind, and I will be okay from here on with my new job.

If you can share, I appreciate it. I don't expect to reach it, but if I reach my goal, I will delete the post. I don't want more than needed.

need help paying bills - comms open

i just had to pay my mom most of what was left in my account so she could pay the power bill for the month. i wont be getting that back for a while and i was trying hard to save that up.

we're lucky we got power back as soon as we got home because i have an assignment due tonight and missed all my classes for the day due to the power being shut off.

we dont have much collectively between us (myself, older brother and both parents) for the next bill or groceries and my pay coming in this week from work wont be enough to make a dent.

i have commissions open and items in my store on kofi, anything you can do to help out is majorly appreciated.

i do tarot readings, digital art, i make pride themed bracelets (including custom colours) and i may add in options for art adopts, "special goober" commissions and more when i have the time.

First, I want to thank everyone who has helped me in the past and continues to support me. This past month has been very difficult. I was laid off my job two weeks ago, and I have been trying to escape enough funds to pay my bills. My second job is also slow right now. I im currently looking for a new full-time job, and I have a few important bills coming up that I really need help with. Mostly, my storage unit is due at the end of the month. And my kids' school starts soon and I have to pay as well.
