I almost like to think that Clockwork kind of half-sent Danny to the ghost-world version of Gotham because he was struggling and is honestly just a kid and could use some guidance. And with how the Observants dislike him to the point of murder, CW sure couldn't keep him in Long Now. But Gotham? Now there's a place that not many go, thanks to curses running amok, a very dangerous City Spirit, and amalgamations of fallen Guardians and Rogues. It's chaotic, dangerous, and a hell of a shot, but the Bat could, and most probably would assist the newborn guardian. The living world and the infinite are intertwined after all, influenced by whatever realm it drifts closest to.

Thankfully Danny seems to be enjoying himself- he has a proper ghost friend now! And he's starting to be able to understand Batblob's cacophony of Silent-EverSilent-Gurgles-DistantWhispers-QuietScreamsSilence easier too without Robin translating. (His Ghost-Speak is getting so good :D) He wishes he could bring Sam & Tucker but it's a little too far into the ghost zone. And the ghosts and Vlad doesn't bother him here! (The last time he tried, unknown to Danny, the older halfa was met with a malicious swarm of teeth and maws ready to rip and tear and not lose another child again-) He's even gotten shown the exits to the living-world's Gotham. Robin likes to ramble about the new and different living-robins and about their friend who was also a robin and who disappeared one day and whose core they carry on their belt. Maybe he can help them find out what happened to him...

Legion Arms (Pt.1)

Okay, something different. Requested by @grace-kami originally, but I was inspired to just do all the arms cause why not? I thought I could get all arms on one post, but I was a little silly thinking I could fit every single detailed pictures for 8 Legion arms when I have a 30 photo comp limit LOL. So there'll be 4 parts at the very least, 2 Arms for each post. If you have any suggestions on what I should focus on more, I'll make an addendum to this post and add in more pictures in a reblog + take it into account for future Legion arms. I do want to try finishing these by next week, but we'll see!

But still leaning on the side of disliking it. #My thoughts mainly changed after talking to certain ppl (who to my knowledge are either against or neutral on it). #Two things these ppl had in common was the fact that neither were proship and both thought ship discourse was dumb (which yeah agree) #(Also for reference I'm not proship either) #When talking with one of these people we were talking about Holydemon and the discourse surrounding it. #Which made me think... #Both Batmeat and Holydemon share something in common. And that's in both ships the characters canonically hate each other and one killed/- #injured the other. #And in no way in the canon (key word CANON) universe would they get along under any circumstances. #But then why is one more accepted over the other?? #And then I realised it has to do mostly with this weird mob mentality the fandom has coupled with the way both these ships are interpreted. #Based on my own experiences it seemed Batmeat was mostly enjoyed by the genuinely gross people in the fandom. #And by this I mean people that had gross intentions with the ship and wanted to interpret it in an abusive way. #Meanwhile Holydemon was created as a silly joke between the Spooky Month team that evolved from joke to people genuinely enjoying it. #To my knowledge Holydemon was never created out of ill intent but rather to be a silly joke + demon x priest old man yaoi funny. #But Batmeat was mostly used by pro/comshippers to fetishize/romanticise abuse. #(Please keep in mind I have seen a bunch of examples on Twt as the ship doesn't seem to be as big here on Tumblr and isn't much of a- #point of discussion). #(But I found that a lot of the known gross ppl in the fandom seemed to enjoy Batmeat which I can only assume left a bad taste in- #people's mouths. Shipping Game: Thancred

I am gonna preface this by saying that Thancred has canonically hit on Rowan through the Ifrit arc. That unfortunately backfired on him for any romantic connection later down the line!

I just can't get Rowan to react romantically to Thancred. I can see him bending over backwards to get her attention, and I think Rowan would see that and find that it's far too much for her. She would feel like she's obligated to match his energy and she just does not have it in her.

To make this work, it would probably be in a polyam ship with her and Urianger. The two of them would probably focus on Urianger for the most part, and it would have to be at his behest that they would go on a date just the two of them.
