hero's new management

Part 2

The Hero was many things. They were brave, confident, and loud; and they were powerful and beautiful too, as if to validate their cockiness in any given moment. But today, in front of thousands of people, standing straight as an arrow at the podium, their newest gold medal sitting heavily on their chest- they were at a loss for words. 

The crowd was quietly anticipating the Hero’s speech promising to keep up the good work in response to being given the highest honor a government official could be given. But nothing came. The Hero’s head twitched towards the Mayor, urging the Hero to say something. Anything! The Hero stood still and looked between the faces in the crowd. Perhaps before, the Hero would run up to the crowd, sign some autographs, kiss some babies, but now- as they stood calmly they could do nothing but stare and for the first time in a long time, they felt at peace and yet, they had never been more terrified.

They smiled at the adrenaline and the Mayor and Captain exchanged relieved glaces as the Hero smiled and began to speak. 

“I quit.” the Hero said.

The Mayor’s profanity was heard first. Then the crowd’s roar of confusion and disbelief came next and the flashes of cameras were last. Before the Hero could continue speaking they felt Captain harshly take them by the arm and shove them back into city hall. 

“What the fuck was that Hero?” They screamed into the Hero’s face, much to the Hero’s disgust. 

“Is this some kind of prank? This isn't funny!” they continued. “Get back out there and you better give the best damn performance of your life! I’ve fucking had it with you.” The Captain threw them over to the door, Hero simply flew over and saved themselves from falling through the door. 

“I won’t. I quit.” The Captain was practically fuming, red in the face and fists in tight grip- they resumed screaming. After a few swears and ‘i made you’s and ‘you’re nothing’s the Hero began to walk out back the door they came from. 

“Where will you go? Who will take you in? You have nothing! You fill a role here, Hero! You can’t abandon your position!” 

“I’m not abandoning it. Consider it a want for new management.” The Captain was astonished at the Hero’s response. Barely taking in the bizarreness of the situation the Captain cackled. 

“Oh! Oh I get it now! You think that Villain is going to accept you with open arms? Is that where you’ve been these past months? Are the rumors true?” The Hero stood silent, something growing deep in them. Or perhaps- it was always there. 

Hero wanted to feed into that. They almost got lost in thought of the Villain being proud and making them a new suit in the Villain's same colors- they had hoped Villain was serious when they said they could keep the guestroom. The Mayor's pleads got them out of it.

"Hero! Please! The city needs you! You can't leave!"

The Hero smiled at the short, plump man.

"I'm not leaving. I love this city but...I can't stay the same way I always have been. This system is broken. And as long as the Captain is in charge there won't be real change!" explained the Hero.

The Captain intruded. The Hero yelled back not wanting to lose momentum.

“You’ve been terrible to me! I was 8 when you were forcing me to take God knows what to enhance my powers- 10 when you isolated me! And 15 when I was your perfect little Hero-”

“It only made you stronger.” The Captain seethed.  

“Ya. It did. So trust me when I say that I’m sure as hell not dying here or by your means.”

Those were the last words Hero permitted themselves to say to the Captain. They turned and began to walk out the door.

“Get back here you piece of shi-”

The door closed on the Captain as Hero began her ascent to the sky, far from the cries of the crowd. With one last look down as the Hero they no longer were, they waved. An eruption of claps accompanied the Hero as they flew away to where they knew someone would be waiting for them, as they always had been.

i will try to do a good 2 requests a day since some of them i might barely have a clue about...This was chaotic to make.

It wasn't everyday that the magic mirror made it so that a literal child could enter the college. So it brought pure shock to crowley's face when he found out, not to mention you were put in heartslaybyul.

When you were brought to your dormitory Riddle was trying to figure out just what to do with you.

"Ah-..we don't have anything for a child here?..You! go to sam's shop this instant!"

"Yes dorm leader!"

Everyone was rushing around thinking of what to do with you until trey ( #1 life saver) stepped in to help them all sort it out. I guess Riddle is learning something new for the past few days now isn't he?

Ace was put in charge of you for a bit because the upperclassmen were busy. That doesn't stop him from messing with other people though and teasing them. He barely payed attention to you actually.

However what was unexpected was for you to become attached to Riddle. If he's scolding someone then your always by his side taking notes since he told you "a good leader must always have control and absolute dominance over their people? do you understand little one?"

"mhm!"

"good, now let us continue."

I'd like to say that Trey is very much like that one cool uncle. The same goes for cater. Riddle is just your very strict, caring and loving mother while i see ace and deuce as your chaotic elder brothers.

Imagine it with me people yet again. You who's trying to look intimidating to some random terrible student and behind you is the rest of heartslaybyul looking like complete demons..yeah no someone had nightmares today.

I see cater as the type of cool uncle who basically brings you to those famous parks and if you want to try anything just let him know! he already got an appointment booked btw.

Ace and Duece somehow drag you into every terrible thing they do and its up to Riddle to keep you innocent

Let's be honest. Would Riddle be really Riddle if he didn't put your mind reading ability to the test?

If someone in the dorm is thinking of breaking a rule or even doing other forbidden things riddle has you report back to him instantly. Now this has crowley wondering "now that you mention it..dorm leader rosehearts hasn't collared anyone for a month..this is-..odd"

i swear wherever you go they are like literal bodygaurds.

But can we really forget you and riddle running away from Floyd? absolutely not.
