Hi,ninja. I don't know when my life became so different,hard and lonely.different minds change everything.Probably it have changed since high school .To this day, it seems I've been sick mentally since I have different perspectives on what's already around me.something I can only keep in my heart and can't speak out even with my mom and my friends.I know they really care about me.I know that life is not easy, you have to bow to reality.I am not happy.

Few things come to mind.

The first one is - look for ways to connect with likeminded people (unless the different perspectives are heinous - if they are, don't ;) ). Otherwise the unhappiness and the isolation will only become deepee and more painful with time. It may seem impossible but if I can create a secret support network of parents whose children have been targeted for illegal adoption ( these parenta are some of the most vulnerable, criticised and ostracised people on Earth and if their child is special needs on top of that - they get doubly judged for everything. They are nowhere to be found and often don't even keep social media or a smart phone), so can you find likeminded people to you. Look for ways to connect. You owe it to yourself.

The second thing is - take it from someone who have self-diagnosed way too many times despite the psych evaluations that come out as perfectly neurotipically healthy: what you think is a symptom of a mental health issue, may be something completely different.

I'll give one recent example. I was sure that I am ADHD - I procrastinate, I drink a lot of coffee, I am cutting down sugar but I used to be a sweet tooth monster. I thought I was explaining ADHD symptoms to a T. But it turns out that these little addictions are all a homage to my parentally allienated dad. Good old childhood trauma and nothing more.

A trained professional should be able to pick up on the clues for differential diagnosis pretty quickly. So - read on on things that truly interest you, but also keep in mind that unless a trained professional has put a diagnosis, most people who have mental health issues don't worry if they are mentally sick.

Which is more, unless someone is with primary psychopathy (born this way), even if they have sociopathic traits and they know and see that they are different than the others, as long as they choose the good choices they are fine.

Third thing is - try to look for the answers to your heart problems in a safe way. Nothing is worth pushing too far or too quickly or suckumbing to the brazenly ignorant positivity culture that we are in.

I'll give an example. Years ago my sister was going to a life coach. And when she was talking about her abandonment issues the life coach decided to challenge her to seek out her mom, our mom, and try to reconnect through the eyes of an adult. Can you guess what happens to people who have been consciously abandoned once? Shocker.. it happens again. And now both inner child and the adult are suffering. Unnecessary.

It is far better to seek out information on the internet, read some books, test things out and to go out of your comfort zone little by little each day. Mental health is a marathon, not a sprint.

You can start with some self-diagnosis tests. Some good, classic examples are -

The neurotypical vs neurodovergent test. It is very easy. Look at this picture are try to guess what is the story / make up a story. If you dan guess it - you are neurotypical. (don't rush to answer(

2. The cube test. You can do it only once, so - don't rush it

3. The geometric shape test

If you have a person you can trust, you can go and do the MMPI test too. And hopefully they will tell you everything about your inner self.

This ended up a bit too long. All I wanted to say is - if you feel that you cannot open up about yourself to the people who are close to you in your life, then honor that feeling. At the same time, do not allow that fear or mistrust to keep you from living your life. Do you get what I'm saying?

FACTS:

The case pertains to an action to recover the possession of a piece of real property and the rentals for its use and occupation. Plaintiff Sagrada Orden owned a piece of real property in Pandacan, Manila. During the Japanese occupation, the land was acquired by a Japanese corporation Taiwan Tekkoshho. After the liberation, the Alien Property Custodian of the United States took possession, control, and custody of the real property. During the year 1946, the property was occupied by the Copra Export Management Company under the custodianship agreement with United States Alien Property Custodian, and when it vacated, the property was occupied by defendant National Coconut Corporation. Sagrada Orden made claim to the property before the Alien Property Custodian of the United States but was denied. So plaintiff brought an action in court to annul the sale of property of Taiwan Tekkosho, and recover its possession. The case did not come for trial because the parties presented a joint petition in which it is claimed by Sagrada Orden that the sale in favor of Taiwan Tekkosho was null and void because it was executed under threats, duress, and intimidation, and that the title be re-issued to Sagrada Orden. The court rendered judgment releasing the defendant from liability, but reversing to the plaintiff the right to recover from the defendant reasonable rentals for the use and occupation of the premises.

ISSUE:

Whether or not the defendant is liable for rentals or compensation for the use and occupation of the property from the middle of August, 1946, to December 14, 1948.

RULING:

Defendant-appellant is not guilty of any offense at all, because it entered the premises and occupied it with the permission of the Allien Property Administration. Neither was there any negligence on its part. There was also no privity (of contract or obligation) between the Alien Property Custodian and the Taiwan Tekkosho, which had secured the possession of the property from the plaintiff-appellee by the use of duress, such that the Alien Property Custodian or its permittee (defendant-appellant) may be held responsible for the supposed illegality of the occupation of the property by the said Taiwan Tekkosho.

If defendant-appellant is liable at all, its obligations must arise from any of the four sources of obligations, namely: law, contract or quasi-contract, crime, or negligence. (Article 1089, Spanish Civil Code). Plaintiff-appellee's claim for rentals before it obtained the judgment annulling the sale of the Taiwan Tekkosho may not be predicated on any negligence or offense of the defendant-appellant, or any contract, express or implied, because the Allien Property Administration was neither a trustee of plaintiff-appellee, nor privy to the obligations of the Taiwan Tekkosho.

This bill originated in the house and has been aproved and set into action because it was introduced a few years ago.

Im not too satisfied with the current legislation on this issue, i will be satisfied once Trump fullfills his promise of building the wall to prevent people from pouring into our country with drugs and weapons and what not.

London Design Museum Holds Electronic Music Exhibition

The electronic music culture increases its activity with the opening of an exhibition at the London Design Museum. The showcase named ‘Electronic: From Kraftwerk to The Chemical Brothers‘ is now open.

Although the exhibition did not start as scheduled due to the COVID 19 spread (from 1st April to 26th July), it will take place during this summer. As the government took measures against keeping exhibition spaces open during the evolution of the pandemic, the dates got postponed.

About Design Museum’s Electronic Music Exhibition

Attendees of this curious exhibition will be able to know in-depth the hypnotic world of electronic music.
