If Y/n really open that door for arthur, what is a good option to stop arthur?

A. Stab him with knife that y/n prepare in their back

B. Said that it is just a joke that they like arthur

C. Still pretend to like arthur

D. Call him a creep and start being karen

I don’t think option a would be good because then he’d be bleeding on your porch! you’d have to call an ambulance for him (because neither of you know how to take care of a stab wound) and then explain that you stabbed him out of what you claim to be self defense (but honestly the police are skeptical of the both of you). in the end it would be a big hassle.

b isn’t a great option either because then he’d be very angry with you. then you’d have a very angry stalker at your back porch. who knows what he’ll do in the heat of the moment… i think d wld end up similarly but a little worse because he doesn’t like karens.. (despite having karen-esque traits himself when he’s behaving normally). so now he’s like ‘why did i ever like you’. whole new can of worms tbh.

c is reasonable but he’d deff ask to come inside your house.. and then you’d have to deal with him in your house.. and still pretend to like him. by far the best option though if you want things to work out smoothly. he’d probably leave at the end of the night because he doesn’t want to ‘push boundaries’.

hmm as for e.. like others.. in the hcs i did hint that his true unmasked voice is familiar and that’s bc he’s one of ur coworkers! I think one anon mentioned arthur being a work crush for y/n so i might go with y/n already liking him for a smooth transition. I kind of like c still though bc it’s so dramatic and tense, you sort of have to be on egg shells.
