Baruch Dayan HaEmet
This was 43 year old Sgt. First Class (res.) Salm Alkreshat, an IDF tracker from the Bedouin community of Abu Rbei'a who was killed in action in Gaza
May his memory be for a blessing.

To all the diaspora jews who are saying "not in my name" regarding the IDF's actions, you should know it isn't done in your fucking name, you privileged, self hating assholes.
It's done in the name of the hostages who need to be returned. In the name of the people who were massacred on October 7th. In the name of the people who are suffering from constant rocket attacks from hamas and hezbollah. In the name of those killed by smaller terror attacks, like stabbing and shootings.

Here's the the thing. Israeli's have a point when they express the sentiment that Palestinian's simply do not believe that Jews have a right to exist. They do. Especially after the Second Intifada. If you don't know what event was, then you should brush up on your Israeli history.
Ultimately, more than 1,000 Israeli's were killed and around 3,350 Palestinian's were killed. Many Israeli's felt that the efforts to achieve consensus and peace with Palestinian's was fruitless. A naive endeavor brought to you by the Liberal Party. This period was also one in which terrorism - such as bombing busses - became pretty prevalent. This event lasted four years, and marked a shift towards the policies that are in place now that keep Palestinian's from being able to exercise a right of return.
But Palestinian's have a point when they point out that the occupation cannot last "forever." Indeed, it has no end in sight. While Israeli's (rightfully) point out that it is not safe because thousands of ordinances are hurled over the Gazan border every year, Palestinian's have a point that they, too, suffer from the violence of this occupation.
Not even looking at the settler violence, deaths, and injuries in the West Bank, the conflict just between Israel and the inhabitants of Gaza shows a stark difference in the propensity to kill or maim.
Any legitimate path forward is going to require huge concessions from both sides, lest one gets utterly wiped out by the other.
Utter destruction is not an answer though. That would be a war crime.

When we account for population differences (Israel has a population about 5x larger), we're talking about total casualties in the Gaza Strip being 86x higher than what Israel has felt since 2008. The reported casualties alone in 2023 indicate that Gazan's have seen 384:10,000 people killed whereas Israel has experienced 8:10,000.
Anyone who is refusing to understand the sheer human cost that this is having for both sides is not having a legitimate conversation.

The first child in the siege Gaza 1988
The joy of the birth of the first child during the siege imposed on Jabalia Camp following the outbreak of the first Palestinian Intifada. The siege and curfew at that time lasted 22 days, and I witnessed what is called “the breaking of bones” for those who leave their home and are caught..

🚨 Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Observatory:
An international investigative committee is required for the mass graves in Gaza Strip due to the ongoing "israeli" genocide, along with sending specialized technical teams to examine and identify the victims.
We have documented mass and random graves since the first mass grave was established in Al-Shifa Complex on October 15, 2023, with the total number increasing to over 140, some containing hundreds of bodies.
Investigations into crimes associated with the existence of hundreds of mass and random graves containing the bodies of thousands of Palestinian victims since October 7, 2023, are necessary.
The recurring extraction of hundreds of martyrs' bodies from mass graves in the Strip's hospitals is horrifying and necessitates urgent international action to investigate the conditions of these graves and the circumstances of the victims' deaths.
Hundreds of bodies have been extracted from mass graves at Nasser Hospital and Al-Shifa Medical Complex, marking a dark page in the record of violations committed by "israeli" forces.
Euro-Mediterranean field teams have witnessed the extraction of dozens of victims from mass graves at Al-Shifa Complex and observed the removal of bodies of victims who were handcuffed and others who were wounded but did not receive medical care and were executed.
The bodies that were extracted were found decomposed, some were merely fragments and torn bodies, and others were headless after being crushed and run over by "israeli" bulldozers.
We documented the extraction of bodies of some patients, evidenced by the presence of urinary catheters and splints that were still attached to their bodies at the time of extraction, as well as medical files of the wounded and sick that were buried with them and extracted from two pits in Al-Shifa complex.
Most of the extracted bodies also decomposed due to the length of time, and some were clearly gnawed on by cats and dogs, after "israeli" forces hindered their extraction over the past months.
Thousands of homes in multi-story buildings have also become mass graves for their inhabitants due to the continued inability to extract them, either due to a lack of technical capabilities to remove rubble or because these buildings are in areas experiencing "israeli" military operations.
Our estimates indicate that there are more than 13,000 Palestinians missing under the rubble, or martyred in random mass graves, or forcibly disappeared in "israeli" prisons and detention centers, some of whom were killed inside.

Reminder that in Gaza alone, around 90-95% of the water supply is contaminated and unfit for human consumption...
If you dont believe israel is capable of this evilness (that they've been enforcing for OVER 50 YEARS) read it for yourself, from AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL

Leaked comments from a meeting between released hostages and Netanyahu reveals rage towards the israeli government. During this meeting Netanyahu was heckled and shouted at by released hostages, who accused him of wanting to topple "the Hamas government, to show that you have bigger balls... You put politics above the return of the kidnapped.”
They speak of being shelled by IDF helicopters, of realizing the IDF is considering flooding the tunnels where hostages are with sea water.
A man with released family members said “They were under constant threat from the IDF shelling. You sat in front of us and assured us that it does not threaten their lives. They also roam the street and [are] not only in the tunnels. They are mounted on donkeys and carts. You will not be able to recognize them on the street and you are endangering their lives. It is our duty to return them now.”
"When Netanyahu said Hamas was to blame for the end of the truce, an individual identified by ynet as a family member of a released hostage replied: 'Nonsense.'”
