Ace: Oi~ Grim~!
Grim: Mryah! What do you want?!
Ace: Ask your guardian for help~.
Grim: Mryah! No! My hench-human is already busy! And they're going to tease me if they find out what happened!
Ace: What? They're going to know because of that sea anemone on your head.
Grim: Mrhmm... I can just play dumb!
Ace: Tch. You're being stubborn. I'll tell them and you cannot stop me.
Grim: Mrryaaaahhhh!!! No!!!! *starts tackling Ace*
Ace: Wha— Get off me!
Grim: Don't tell my hench-human!
MC: Tell what?
Ace and Grim: AHH!
MC: What's that stupid thing on your head, Grim? Dummy hat? *smirks* Suits you.
Grim: ...
Grim: *starts crying* NRYAAAAAAHHH! Hench-human! *flies to their arms*
MC: Hm? Why are you crying? Don't tell me it's because I called your hat stupid?
Ace: That's not really... You see that on his head and on mine? They're sea anemones.
Ace: We got this after not reaching the top 100 in exams.
MC: Ah... *looks at Grim* Pft—
Grim: Don't laugh at me! Huu...
MC: So... Is that permanent?
Grim: *cries even more*
Ace: It will last a year, unless you help us?
MC: And why would I do that? You botched your exams. That's not my problem.
Ace: But aren't you worried about Grim? He's crying and feeling helpless!
MC: Nah~. That should teach you a lesson. Let's go, Grim. There's a huge steak waiting for you at the dorm.
Grim: I can't... *sniffles* I need to work at the Monstro Lounge...
Ace: Yeah! All of us with sea anemones are forced to work!
MC: Huh. So this stupid thingy is not just for embarrassment?
MC: ...
MC: Alright. Now I'm part of the business.
Azul: I can't possibly allow that...
MC: Why not?
Azul: The students involved signed a contract and they've agreed to follow all the terms.
MC: Huh. Is that so?
Azul: Yes. I know it's unfortunate, however—
MC: I'll work for you instead of Grim and the two dudes over there. *pointing at Ace and Deuce*
Azul: ...
Azul: For free?
MC: Don't be stupid. I'd still want a minimum wage.
Azul: That won't do.
MC: I'm a fucking skilled worker. Sure you heard I cleaned the whole school on my own.
Azul: ...
Azul: Can you work until closing?
MC: What do you take me for?
Azul: *smiles* Then, it's settled. Here are their contracts.
Ace: My name's Ace Trappola!
Deuce: And mine is Deuce Spade. Thank you so much!
Grim: Hench-human...
MC: What's your order?
Student A: Can you recommend something that is not on the menu? *snickers with his other classmates*
MC: Huh? Are you a fucking idiot?
The students: ...
MC: You go to a pizza place, you are expected to buy a pizza. It's the same when you go to a meat shop or steak house.
MC: You stupid bitch don't ask for a damn shit that is not on the menu. What? You think you're smart for doing that?
Student A: U-Um...
MC: What's your order and you better give me an answer that is on the fucking menu.
Student A: ...
Student A: Carbonara...
MC: *smiles* Now we're talking. Floyd! Four carbonaras on table 4!
Floyd: Coming right up~.
Ace, Deuce, and Grim: *watching them*
Deuce: Your guardian is amazing, Grim.
Ace: Yeah, yeah. Sure. But when are we going to order—
Jade: *sets dishes on their table*
Jade: *smiles* It's on the house.
Ace and Deuce: ...
Grim: Nyaha! These look good!
Ace: Uh... No offense. But why?
Jade: Azul is thankful that he accepted MC's offer. We have reached our quota and it isn't even closing yet.
Ace: Huh? Do you mean to say you've been getting more customers than before?
Jade: Yes.
Ace: Whoa...
Deuce: Hey, Grim! Don't just eat all the food by yourself!
Grim: What? It's my hench-human's hard work.
MC: *yawns* Go to sleep now, Grim.
Grim: Nryah... I'm so full..
MC: *when they're just about to close their eyes, receives a call* *tries to ignore it*
*their phone continues to ring*
MC: *clicks their tongue* *answers it* What?
MC: ...
MC: A modelling job?
MC: ...
MC: Nah. *hangs up*
Vil: ...
Vil: What the—

quick loki preview bc i have fallen down the rabbit hole since i have nothing else new to watch
the way loki used his magic was such a serve omg
i'm still in love with b-15 ♡
i appreciate the subtle humor, the jokes in other new mcu contents (minus the guardians of the galaxy) annoy me but here it's well balanced yet funny👍
when brad said "playing dress up" to loki idk what he fully meant but my mind wandered to teen loki switching fem presenting & borrowing [stealing] frigga's clothing to try them on for funsies n shit (i used to do that w my mom's wedding clothes as a child 2 lol)
when brad was messing w/ loki he had the opportunity to do the most suicidal thing ever and add sth like "who isn't even your real mother" after bringing up frigga (bro would have gotten ANNIHILATED Ijbol)
the slap was so funny & satisfying at the same time. i didn't saw it coming but i love this side of mobius
this ep's genuinely the most TERRIFYING loki has been in the mcu. in the chase scene and both of the interrogation. i absolutely support it idgaf !! he was more intimidating then he was in the first avengers movie which says a loooot
when loki mentioned the new york incident that was either lazy writing or babe got brain damage cuz i am pretty sure when he was mad at thor & odin that was in new mexico?? when he sent that metallic shit down or wtvt💀 to prevent thor from returning. but i forgive only because he mentioned tony lmfao
i love seeing sylvie finally being content. even if it was thru fuckass mcdonalds. i hope she won't be reduced to the "weird love interest" cuz her chara has potential and you can tell she's tired of this bs as well...
another episode of sylki being forced, toxic, keep disagreeing with & avoiding each other with rather tense chemistry instead of a romantic one they supposedly meant to have & being one sided as hell. their "romance" makes zero sense in this series' context & i could go off for longer regarding this topic but i'll save it for a seeperate post, later!
o.b & casey are so wholesome
bro i'm starting to ship lokius i think? (not in a fetishzing way i just like their dynamics and they just both happen to be dudes/male presenting) cuz i am sensing romantic & soulmate-ish undertones. sad that disney is a coward to make it canon...
overall i loved the 70s-90s vibes they seem to be going for. this show deffo has the best aesthetics we've seen in marvel phase 5 so far and i can't wait to see what's coming next.

I honestly don't know how it happened. I was just writing for a while and then it's just finished??? What's even going on?.. But whatever, please enjoy!
Also, please be careful, there's some self-deprecation here because Nightmare. Yeah.
。。。
Chapter 3
Nightmare lets Killer eat in peace, fleeing back to his room the moment he announces the need to go to the castle. It's such a risk — he just knows there'll be an ambush. The main gang left him easily, no strings attached, no words needed, but the others… Some will riot. Make him pay for how he's used them. And he'd deserve it — but he can't die, not when his brother needs him so.
So, yes, he's stalling. Nightmare admits it.
But Killer eats quickly — eager for a mission? Maybe, but maybe not. Nightmare doesn't even understand why Killer stays, what made him choose Nightmare instead of freedom. It'd have been different if Killer hadn't known what to do with this freedom; but he has Colour, who'd readily, happily help. And yet…
There's a knock on the door. It's tempting to answer "Who's there?", let himself get distracted, fool around while he can; only Dream needs his big brother now more than ever, and Nightmare can't let him down. Can't let him die under the curse he somehow survived.
He opens the door. Killer stands there, a playful smile on his face, his broken soul a target once again. Nightmare feels him bottling up his feelings, making the guardian of negativity stronger.
"I'm ready to go, boss," Killer says, waiting for orders.
Why?
Once again, Nightmare doesn't ask. He thinks he couldn't bear the answer.
"Let's go, then. Open a portal near the castle, not inside." It's honestly a miracle Nightmare's voice doesn't tremble. He's used to pretending, that's what he's done to survive under the corruption's influence for centuries, but now it's suddenly hard. Now he doesn't have an excuse to be something he isn't. Now he's by himself.
Killer tears space and time with his knife, giving way like a loyal servant he is.
But why?
Why?
Why?..
Nightmare doesn't ask. He steps through the portal. Several sources of hostile negativity hit him — he was right. Someone is waiting for him. There'll be a fight. And he's weakened still. Would Killer be enough to protect them both and win?
"We're not alone," Nightmare warns him while he closes the portal. The negativity swirls around them, feeding Nightmare's soul. The castle is dark and menacing, and so very familiar.
Killer smiles savagely, "Let them come. I'll play, and I'll win."
Nightmare would like to have his confidence. The servants of his corrupted self are dangerous, and most have nothing to lose. Now that he can't protect himself, now that his crown has fallen with his curse…
They proceed quietly, cautiously. It's eerily silent, not a whistle of wind, not an echo of voice. Everything's dead, or seems to be; Nightmare knows better. It's not the realm of the dead, where Reaper would rule; it's the graveyard of hopes and dreams and all good and light, where Nightmare used to thrive with his gang of desperate rejects. Cross is not the only one to find a second chance and betray him, but there are few happy endings for those who end up by Nightmare's side.
They are ambushed in the main hall, predictably. Killer pushes Nightmare aside, yells to him not to get cornered, and rushes to fight. Nightmare watches raptly, ready to run, although he's not sure where to. Enemies could be anywhere.
But suddenly, Killer's not alone in his struggle against a crowd. With disbelief, Nightmare recognises Murder and Horror, who join the battle without a word, the same as they left him when the curse had fallen. It gets easier then — what Error used to call the Murder Time Trio is used to fighting together, smooth and clean team work. Horror chops heads with his axe without a sign of mercy — Nightmare still remembers how he refused to harm monsters and only dealt with humans at first, but then Nightmare made him hate monsters who, unlike his dearest brother, have enough food and magic in their worlds. Yet he still only uses magic on humans; his bones are more physical than others', so they deal less damage to those who don't have actual flesh. Murder fires blasters and summons sharpest bones, turning to dust several enemies at a time. He never uses weapons beside his own magic and especially hates knives — and Killer, who uses those. Nightmare knows all about his former subordinates, their fighting styles and their insecurities the same. He's hurt them so much, and here they are, saving him.
It ends.
Enemies flee. Those who stay alive, that is. That's not many.
Just like that.
Nightmare can't get his eyes off of them, mesmerised. They're so good.
"Killer," Murder says, not unkindly.
"Murder," Killer returns with the same neutral tone. Those two were never friendly, not with their backstories, not with their attitudes. Not with the way Nightmare fueled their animosity. It pours right into his soul, making him stronger.
"Nightmare," Horror notices, and then everyone stares at the one who used to be their king.
"Are you okay, boss?" Killer asks, taking a step closer. Nightmare nods, and then, without a pause, bows.
"Horror. Murder. Thank you for your help. You didn't have to."
Why did they stay? Did they also hope that Nightmare would return?
Murder huffs, shaking off the dust, and Horror responds with his deep, guttural voice, "We really didn't."
Nightmare can't help asking, "Why are you here?"
This time, Murder answers, "There's nowhere else for us to go." Horror nods, "It's not home, but it's somewhere to be." Murder adds, "Horror visits his brother as usual, but that's it."
And isn't that right? They have nothing but this miserable place. Nightmare made sure of it.
The thought makes him ache. They didn't deserve this hell. Nobody deserves something like that. Not even Nightmare himself.
"Why did you help, then?" somehow, Nightmare finds it in himself to continue.
He's still bowing deeply.
"Because it's something, and you were the one who gave it to us," Horror answers easily. His single blood-red eye-light shines in the dim light of the hall.
Nightmare chokes on words, helpless against such brutal honesty. Is it really that easy? Might that be why Killer stayed, as well? He doesn't know.
He isn't ready to know.
He doesn't want them here, as grateful as he is for their help. Killer wouldn't have done it alone. There were too many of them, waiting for their revenge.
"Why don't you both go to Farmtale?" Nightmare asks, weakly. It's cruel to himself to continue, but it's cruel to them to let it end here, and Nightmare knows what he'd choose. He doesn't deserve mercy. "I know Horror befriended their Sans. Anything's better than here."
"Not anything," Murder grumbles, crossing his hands on his chest. He must mean his AU, Nightmare thinks. Long gone, a courtesy of Error, but never forgotten.
"It's an idea though," Horror admits. "I'll ask."
Please do, Nightmare thinks, desperately. I want this wrecked place empty and forgotten.
"Why'd you still call him boss?" Murder asks Killer, and Nightmare really tries not to squirm. It's a question he'd also like to know the answer to, so he listens attentively.
"Because boss is boss," Killer shrugs. "What's so difficult about that?"
Murder huffs again, turns around and disappears without a word. Horror smiles uncomfortably widely and teleports, too. Nightmare blinks at the empty space they leave behind.
"Let's just go to the library," he sighs heavily. "I don't sense any more hostility in the entire AU, so that must be it."
They go.
Nightmare knows his library quite well, but even he can't contain centuries of knowledge in his head. So he searches, ordering Killer to stand guard, just in case. There aren't many books on Multiverse even in his vast collection, so it must be quick. He feels he won't be able to find anything here, but maybe, just maybe… merely a hint, it's all he needs…
Nightmare won't admit he doesn't know what he's doing. He has to know; he can't let his brother down once again. He already left him for centuries and almost killed him countless times. Enough betrayal. He'll do anything to redeem himself, even if he doesn't know how to be anything but evil — he was just a kid when corruption took over, after all. But he'll try. For his brother.
There are even less books on Multiverse than Nightmare expected, some of them more like diaries by outcodes he either killed or turned to his side. But it's exactly what he wanted — perhaps there is an outcode who can help, who knows more.
While skimming through the books, Nightmare lets himself relax a little — his broken body aches less here, where negativity's so thick the air is dark and heavy. It brings relief, though undeserved, but he really needs it to focus.
It feels like an eternity passed when he finally finds something. In hindsight, it's rather obvious — only he doesn't know how to get there.
Or perhaps he does.
"Killer!"
He teleports by Nightmare's left side so he sees him approach.
"Did you find something, boss?" he asks, curiously.
"I think I did," Nightmare responds, gently caressing the page he stopped on. Killer seems to stare right at his fingers, although without eye-lights there's no proof, it's merely a feeling. It does something strange to Nightmare's soul, Killer's attention.
"So what's the plan?" Killer sounds eager, tossing his knife from one hand to another.
Nightmare sighs, "We need Error. He's the only one I know who knows where to find the people we need."
Killer stops tossing his knife. "Do we still have any of his strings left? I don't know how to find him otherwise."
"Me neither," Nightmare admits. "And no, I don't think I have. They were hidden in the goop, but now…"
"Does Dream have them, then?"
"I don't know. We can't wait until the meeting anyway, I want answers before that."
"Would he even help us?" Killer says aloud exactly what Nightmare fears. He shuts the book and goes to put everything he took back in its place, just to delay the moment he has to answer. Only suffocating negativity of this world helps him keep breathing.
"I don't know," he finally admits. "But between you and me, I'm sure we can think of something. Error can be… unreasonable, but I'll find a way."
"We will," Killer corrects. "You're not alone, boss."
It's sickening how warm Nightmare feels all over. He doesn't deserve such loyalty.
But he has to move forward.
"Let me focus. I'll find the source of negativity in the Anti-Void, and if we're lucky, it will be Error."
Killer nods and turns to stand guard once again.
Why does he do it?
Nightmare can't make himself ask, as painful as it is not to know. He closes his left eye — his right doesn't work, it doesn't see and it doesn't close, forever wide open, — and enters the meditative state. It's easier than he expected, to be completely honest. There are so many thoughts buzzing in his head, yet they all disappear in a moment when he concentrates.
At first he only feels this world. There are several souls here, wallowing in negativity, not Horror and Murder alone. They're just not hostile, but they stay. Maybe Nightmare should try to talk to them, send them away — he really, truly wants this place empty and forgotten. Maybe later, when he's not as vulnerable. He'll need to come back here for his books, after all.
Then, he feels surrounding AUs, and then — just because he's in a place with highest level of negativity, he's not as strong without the corruption — he feels the Multiverse as a whole. It's suddenly overwhelming, although it shouldn't be surprising — he's gotten weaker indeed. Nightmare's knees would buckle and give if he weren't sitting. And then, finally, with significant effort, he feels the Anti-Void, certainly not the whole thing but some parts. That's enough. It has to be.
It's hard to pinpoint particular sources of negativity, but Nightmare knows Error and doesn't really know other residents of the Anti-Void, so it's comparatively easy to find exactly what he looks for. Error's always dissatisfied with something, even watching Undernovela and eating his favourite chocolate, surrounded by his precious dolls, or destroying yet another AU. The Multiverse won't cease existing no matter how hard Error tries, and it leaves him mad — in both senses of the word, angry and crazy. Nightmare knows Error, although he's not a normal subordinate, more like an ally with conflicting interests — he wants AUs gone while Nightmare wants them suffering but alive. There's no emotions in the dead. That's Reaper's territory.
So Nightmare finds Error and, hesitantly, opens a portal. Anti-Void is fickle, unstable, they might as well end up in a completely different part than where Error is. Only errors and other residents of the Anti-Void can navigate it well.
This time, Killer steps through first, ready to protect. Nightmare follows.
The portal closes, leaving them with endless, maddening whiteness.
They need to find Error quickly. It'll take time to negotiate, and Anti-Void is never patient with its visitors.
Killer turns around, grinning at Nightmare, then readies his knife and moves forward. Nightmare goes right after his… whatever Killer is now.
He'll deal with that later.
For now, he trusts Killer watch their surroundings and tilts his head back to see if there are any blue strings in the "ceiling".
He thinks he sees something. They go faster.

I don't know how I feel about the fight scene. I kind of skipped it because I've never written any (and because Nightmare doesn't participate in the fight), but is it okay? Feel free to tell me your thoughts on that and everything else, anything at all!
Hope you enjoyed, and take care 🌻

Dan Heng x gender neutral reader
Theme: fluff, cozy vibes
The door to the archives stood in front of you, your hand gently brushing against the wood as you knocked, your other hand fidgeting with the hem of your shirt.
"Come in," the muffled voice invited.
You pressed the button on the side of the door, sliding it open to reveal the calm and quiet makeshift bedroom, the owner of which sat languidly on this mess of blankets, a book in hand.
Dan Heng turned his attention towards you, partially closing his book, "Do you need something?"
Your stomach did flips when you made eye contact, causing you to quickly look away as you started approaching.
"Ah, no, not really..." You rubbed the back of your neck, "I was just wondering if I would be able to, um, keep you company...?"
If Dan Heng noticed your nervousness, he didn't say anything, but instead raised an eyebrow.
The dark haired man motioned to the floor space next to him, "sure."
You carefully sat down next to him, making sure you wouldn't sit on his jacket or mess up his blankets, your expression concentrated.
Dan Heng cleared his throat into his hand, covering his barely hidden smirk.
"Did you just laugh at me?!" You gasped, hand on your chest.
"I'm sorry, y/n, you just looked so determined, it was cute," he chuckled.
A blush swarmed your face as you crossed your arms and brought the focus over to him, "so what are you reading?"
Dan Heng lifted the book in his other hand, showing the cover, "just something I picked up on Jarilo-VI; it's about the Supreme Guardians of Belobog throughout the centuries."
"Oh? Sounds... interesting."
Dan Heng looked at you incredulously, a small teasing smile formed on his lips.
"How about I read it out loud?" He angled his head down while he questioned you, his black hair falling around his eyes. And before you could think, you reached out your hand and brushed his hair out of his face.
Dan Heng looked frozen at first, a blank expression on his face, but it soon relaxed, and your hand shot back to your lap.
"S-sorry, ahah," your face was red again.
"It's alright," his voice was quiet, but he didn't seem uncomfortable, rather he looked... shy.
"I'll listen to you if you want to read it aloud," you offered, "I'd like that."
The man next to you huffed a short laugh and opened the book back to where he paused. He watched your expression for a few seconds before continuing reading. This time, aloud for you to hear.
Dan Heng's voice was soothing, like gentle waves on the ocean. You watched as his eyes easily scanned the words, and his calloused yet nimble fingers turn the pages.
His movements were almost mesmerizing. And along with his voice, it hadn't even been twenty minutes before your eyes started to droop, your head gently falling to the side, stopping to rest atop Dan Heng's shoulder.
There was only a short pause from him looking over to see you asleep, your mouth partially open for your gentle breaths, before he continued to read aloud, his eyes filled with softness, his smile tender.

Watching the Cosmos films, my thoughts under the cut.
It's a lot of all caps. And lack of grammar because I gave up at some point.
some important things: wedding scene is after the end credits, so don't miss it!
also, THE CATS LIVE! I REPEAT, THE CATS LIVE!!!!!!
LOL WAS GALAXIA JUST SITTING THERE WATCHING THEM KISS. IS THIS HER WATCHING 90 DAY FIANCE.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HOTARU CAME TO PICK UP CHIBS I TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT THIS
YOU GET THAT NORMAL SCHOOL GIRL LIFE MICHIRU
the cgi is a little egregious in a distracting way
i'm only seven minutes in and i can't handle how cute their every day lives are someone help me
i like the little pink gradient they added to usagi's eyes
I prefer Usagi's original engagement ring. These new sailor crystals look great though.
ARE THE STARLIGHTS NINJA RUNNING THROUGH THE AIRPORT????????
and chibs is just gone bye
OMG LITTLE MOUSE BOTS
OMG MOUSE UHM that was fast. poor girl i wanted to see her do a little bit more, she really is just the cutest
"why haven't you sent me any letters? i'm going to be angry!" YEAH MAMORU, WHY HAVE YOU LET DEATH STOP YOU.
interesting that they used "sailor soldiers" instead of "sailor guardians."
...mina is so great with children looooooooooooooooooool
I FORGOT HOW MANY ZIPPERS THE THREE LIGHTS HAVE
WHO LAYS ON THE GROUND ON TOP OF THE BUILDING LIKE THAT TO WRITE A LETTER. THE GROUND IS DIRTY, USAGI.
"it's my business or not if i have ugly handwriting"
michiru is truly a blessing in this high school setting
MINA-P
TAIKI'S TRANSFORMATION STILL ABSOLUTELY CRACKS ME UP JUST PLANKING IN THE AIR
i really love everything about this galaxia, her voice is really great. also i just love the aesthetic naoko gave her, in general i love the aesthetic in the manga but oh my god is it so hard to draw.
PUBLIC SCHOOL GIRL REI HIJINKS
bahahah rei mad about mina talking about getting a boyfriend JUST DATE ALREADY
oh my god that mid scream cut off of mina and rei was so good and awful
DIANA IN HER BASKET
JUST LEAVING HOTARU BEHIND WITH THE CATS. IS SHE YOUR CONTIGENCY PLAN TO DESTORY THE UNIVERSE
"i only trust girls" yup
seeing hotaru get into her little bubble to go to her moms and i know she isn't going to make it choked me up a bit
HOW DARE YOU HURT DIANA
so far the stars arc works pretty well for a film, not at the half point yet though
KAKYUU IS SHORTER THAN USAGI JUST HOW SMALL IS THIS WOMAN
"trash can't become a star" I LOVE HER
MOVIE 2
IKUKO MY HEART
outer castle bus tour
HOTARU MY DARLING I'M PRETTY SURE YOU COULD HAVE DONE IT IF YOU HAD FIVE MORE SECONDS. I DREW AN ENTIRE COMIC ABOUT IT.
HAHAHA WE BROKE MORE OF MICHIRU MAMA'S PLATES
chibs has a really cute new transformation I'M NOT BITTER HOTARU'S STILL SUCKS
i really felt a big pang when the starlights died, i'm not sure if that's nostalgia talking or not
it was so nice seeing chibs and the quartet in action
FUCKING PUT THE CATS BACK i swear to god if they stay dead in crystal
HAHAHA MUST BE CHIBS DAUGHTER
"i can tell she's not my daughter, she has too much bullshit power like my mom"
oh they were cowards about kakyuu's death GIVE US THE ACTUAL STAB THROUGH THE BACK
getting to the evil sailors part and i think this really solidifies how much this art style doesn't suit the aesthetic of this arc at all. it was pretty apparent with a lot of the shadow galactica villains, but zero sagitarius is such an elegant and foreboding place and this anime shoujo style doesn't translate it well at all. i know i've complained about the art change in crystal a lot, and i do think the movies are miles above the 3rd season and sometimes cosmos looks really fantastic, but yeah i'll stop here before i get way too negative
MAMORU JUST CAPE FLIPS AND RUNS AWAY THE MOST TUXEDO MASK THING EVER
HE DOES IT TWICE ALSDJALS;KDSADA
part of galaxia's backstory here reminds me of the rose bride witch, at least visually with the sword piercings.
LOLOL NOW GALAXIA JUST TURNS AND RUNS I CAN'T
YES THE STAFF BEATING
"neither of us can keep fighting, all the sailor guardians have disappeared" GEE I WONDER WHY THEY DID, GALAXIA.
LOOK AT HOTARU GETTING THAT PRETTY LITTLE SOLO PANEL
just knowing it's keiko's voice teared me up a little
DO YOOU BEEELIIEEEEVEEE IN THE POWER OF LOOOOVE
usagi flying with all the sailor crystals begging for help really spoke to me, it's really so perfect
CHAOS' HAIR IS A BIG NEST OF SNAKES WITH PEARLS AND I'M HERE FOR IT
OH THANK THE FUCKING LORD THAT CATS ARE REBORN I WAS GOING TO BE SO PISSED IF CRYSTAL DIDN'T FIX THIS DOAISDJASP;JDKASOPKDAS 'DKASD
SERIOUSLY THE CATS LIVE AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
FINALLY SHE GETS TO MARRY EVERYONE THE END

I have No right to have taken this long on writing this, but I finally decided to just power through what little I had left to do. In my defense, I kept forgetting it existed-
Drifter's turn! or. I guess, timeline wise, he's before Crow but. anyway!
Reader discretion advised: Drifter and exiled Young Wolf play horse plinko with each other (No rogue Lightbearers were harmed in the making of this story)
Drifter's fine btw he just gets a small scare <3 its his own fault
-
“If you short-circuit the universe, you’re on your own.”
“If I make a mistake here, you might cease to exist,” Osiris replied.
“Maybe that wouldn’t be so bad.”
“We haven’t talked about payment.”
“If you live through this little experiment, you can be sure I’ll be back to collect.”
...
“There’s a Guardian you should meet,” Osiris said.
“Yeah, yeah. Hero. Big shot. Can’t wait.”
"Drifter."
-
The Warlock had a point - The Young Wolf needed people on their side, and it's not like Drifter couldn't use the opportunity... he figured, if worst comes to worst, just say Osiris sent him.
This was, in hindsight, a terrible idea.
Which he was only realizing as he waited in a little hideout of theirs, for them to show up. In fact, he was there waiting for far longer than he thought he would be.
-
Eventually, the Kingbreaker did show up - and they looked pissed… But they didn't seem to quite notice him, yet.
Their Ghost, on the other hand, had stopped at the door, and was switching between glaring at him, and watching its Guardian. It was a bear hope, but he almost prayed for the little Light to let the Guardian notice him by themself.
Had to admit, though, they looked like Hell - in both the shit way and the eternal punishment way. And he'd quite like to keep them from being his punishment, thanks.
They were never in the same place for long, constantly tapping their fingers or wringing their hands. He'd almost call it a nervous habit, if they movements didn't make him feel like they'd pounce on him at any given moment.
Their posture was rather slumped, in spite of their twitchiness, but he was rather certain he was a pinch taller than them.
…Why did they walk like that, actually? He'd noticed they stumbled whenever they walked, like their legs would give out at any given moment.
They looked as unstable on their feet as he imagined they were mentally.
He rapped his fingers on the tabletop he was leaning against, a slight knot in his stomach building on the question of "How to get their attention without getting pinned as a threat?"
Fortunately enough, the tapping seemed to make them pause, and he'd almost compare the frozen movement to their namesake. They nearly looked like they'd been caught doing something they shouldn't be.
The Young Wolf turned to look at him, eyes narrowed and hand raising to their sword. Their Ghost took notice, and took it as a sign to speak up.
"What do you think you’re doing here? Who are you?"
"Mind yer business, Ghost," he drawled. "Just want a talk with your Guardian, is all-"
Something got their attention.
Their Ghost flicked back a bit, only to be replaced by its Guardian stepping up close to him. Apparently, they were an inch or two taller than him.
But they weren't saying anything, only hovering, and glaring daggers into his eyes like they were trying to blind him.
His gut twisted in knots as the seconds passed like that - far, far too close for comfort. "How about we just… back up for a moment, yeah? Think this all through?"
Their gaze did not leave his eyes, and Drifter was rather certain they leaned even closer in.
He raised his hands to push them back a bit, but thought better of touching them. He opted to just shimmy back a bit, instead. They matched his step.
That definitely wasn't good.
"I'll ask again: Who are you?" the Ghost demanded from him.
"Your old man Osiris didn't mention me? I'm hurt-"
At that, they gripped his collar, and there was a moment he was pretty sure they were about to slam him into the wall.
"You will be hurt-" the Ghost starts,
"Alright, alright, I'll talk - just back up."
It takes them a moment, and a couple glances between him and their Ghost, but they do back up. Well, there's who's in charge here, then.
"You can call me Drifter, I run a little operation out the Tower." They squinted at that.
"Before you ask, no, I'm not working with the Vanguard. D'ya really think I'd be here if I was?" He grinned. "That old Phoenix of yours pointed me your way, and I figured we both could make use of the others'... skills. I've got the connections, and you've guts enough to attack your own Vanguard-"
The Drifter hardly had time to blink before his back was against the wall with a knife to his throat. So it's like that. Osiris might've down played it when he said it was a sore spot...
He counted by the seconds as the Young Wolf silently dared him to say it again. He decidedly opted to not do that, and though it took him a few moments to come up with something to say, it slipped out as fast as it had come to him.
"...Kinky."
And with a single word, the anger melted off their face, replaced by the single most pure look of confusion he had ever seen. He had to stop himself from laughing at the open-mouthed look they gave him.
As their hold loosened in what he could only assume was disbelief, he took the chance to ease the knife away from his throat.
Suppressing another laugh while covering his smile with his hand, he asked, "So... you ready to hear me out, now?"
"...what the hell is wrong with you?" was the only response he got from the Ghost.
"Many things! Next question."
-
In the end, and in definitely uncertain terms, a system of favors was worked out. If one needed something, they'd do a favor for the other. Simple, right? (He hoped.)
The Ghost wasn't too happy about it, or maybe it just wasn't happy about him, and the Guardian seemed of a similar sentiment, but he could work with this.

Memory in Children: Mechanical Choices (Sagrada Reset 3) - Chapter 3: The end of a summer (August 13th, Friday - Starting point)
[INDEX]
The sun began to set.
Red light beamed from the window next to the desk. The sharp but subtle glow of twilight marked the desk with new color.
The clock read 6:45 PM. Asai Kei, Haruki Misora, and Kurakawa Mari were in the detached building of the Nakano estate.
Haruki and Mari were crouching side by side in a corner of the room, looking at each other.
"Mari, can you tell me what happened yesterday?", Kei asked.
She didn't answer. She moved her head slightly but didn't raise it. Haruki mirrored her movement next to her. Kei thought they looked like sisters despite them not being any similar to each other.
"You need to tell me if you want to see your mother again.
Affirming that finally got Mari to look at him.
"What happened yesterday?"
"Yes. Tell me what you did yesterday and what your mother did yesterday."
It took some time before Mari answered.
(An exhausted person takes time before they are ready to start moving again, was it? That's not the kind of fatigue a 7-year-old should be experiencing. When they pass their limit, they should fall asleep and forget everything.)
But at that moment, they couldn't afford to wait for Mari to recover. It wouldn't take long before the state of the board changed.
"I was home the whole day yesterday. Mom wasn't.", Mari answered.
"Your mother had errands outside?"
Mari nodded.
"She left in the morning. So I waited for her alone. Then night came and she hadn't come back."
"And this morning?"
"She was home. We went to the hospital together."
"She came back while you were asleep?"
"Yes."
"What time was it when you went to bed?"
Mari shook her head, meaning that she didn't remember.
"Did you go to the hospital by bus?"
She shook her head again before answering.
"I went by car. Mr. Tsushima's car."
"Who is Mr. Tsushima?"
Mari didn't answer.
Haruki spoke in her place.
"He said he was 'her proxy guardian, kind of'."
"Got it. Thanks."
Once Kei's questions were over, Mari's head dropped down again. Her small, doll-like hands touched the back of Haruki's.
Kei tried to find the right words to say to Mari. Promising he would reunite her with her mother would bring her some modicum of solace. But he didn't say it. He was expecting Haruki to say the words that would encourage her.
Kei believed Haruki Misora must be the one to save Mari. At the very least, it shouldn't be him. He waited for Haruki to open her mouth. He'd be fine with anything she had to say. In fact, she didn't need to say a word. He was waiting for Haruki to simply hold Mari's hand back. But it never came to be.
Eventually, Nakano Tomoki showed up, opening the door without knocking. Kei had asked him to call Mari's home on the phone.
"Any news?", Kei asked.
Tomoki answered in a restrained voice.
"Nothing. No one answered."
He predicted that. Mari's mother is no longer in Sakurada.
Tomoki's eyes turned to Haruki.
"You should go back to your house. We'll take care of Mari."
Haruki didn't answer. Instead, she looked at Kei for some reason.
Kei shook his head and answered.
"No. You should stay here. Whatever is going to happen, you should watch it."
Haruki subtly nodded. Tomoki sighed out loud.
"What is going to happen?"
"You'll know soon enough. I don't think it'll take long."
"Again, what's going to happen?"
"We'll see."
He didn't know anything concrete. And what he did know, he shouldn't say yet. It was best to leave things up to chance.
Tomoki scratched his head and returned to the door.
"I'll look for something to eat. No one had dinner yet, right?"
He left the room without waiting for an answer. The door closed loudly.
"Asai Kei, how much do you understand the situation?", said Haruki after the reverberation stopped.
"I'm not sure. I think I know all of it."
"Please tell me what I should do."
"Wait here a while longer. Then do what you want."
(All I care about is Haruki Misora.), Kei mumbled internally.
How would she answer the upcoming questions? Would she remain faithful to her rules or would she find a new answer?
Kei watched her as he wordlessly told himself that this was everything.
"You know, Haruki, you talk about your rules a lot."
"Correct."
"Would you tell me what the rules are?"
"Is it necessary?"
"No, but we got nothing else to do."
Haruki nodded.
"Minor rules also exist, but there are three major ones. I generally base my decision-making on these three."
"Ok. What's the first one?"
"I won't choose actions with the potential to inflict strong ill effects on my living environment."
"So basically, don't be a problem to others?"
"Yes."
"And the second?"
"I accept the suggestions of others as long as they don't violate the first rule."
"You obey others."
"Correct."
"And lastly, what's the third?"
"When I find someone crying, I Reset."
Laughter almost escaped him.
(What's wrong with her? She thought everything through. It's simple, logical, and kind.)
"Do you know the Three Laws of Robotics?", Kei asked.
"I don't."
"They were invented by a sci-fi writer named Isaac Asimov. Fictional androids are very often programmed with these rules."
"What are they?"
"They're very similar to your rules."
Kei summarized the Three Laws of Robotics.
Must not harm humans.
Must obey humans.
Must defend itself.
"The lower the number, the higher the priority. The first and second rules are identical to yours."
Haruki nodded, uninterested.
"But the third rule is different. And I love it.", continued Kei.
"What does that mean?"
"That you're human."
Androids compliant with the Three Laws can't harm humans, will obey orders, and will defend themselves. None of these things are active. They simply don't inconvenience humans.
But that's not true for Haruki Misora. Her last principle is an active one. She has the will to erase someone's tears.
(How beautiful. Her mindset is beautiful. So beautiful and so fragile.)
"I... don't understand."
"That's fine. You don't have to."
That wasn't something people were meant to teach. The beautiful emotion contained in the third rule she defined for herself was something she had to notice on her own.
"By the way, the androids have a zeroth law. It wasn't a part of the Three Laws at first, but it later became necessary. Do you know what it is?", said Kei with a heartfelt smile.
"No. I don't."
"Think about it. If you were to make a zeroth rule for yourself, what would it be?"
The zeroth.
The lower the number, the higher the priority.
Haruki subtly nodded.
Immediately after that, a knock on the door. It wasn't Tomoki. Kei had never heard that knocking rhythm before.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
A lanky man stood by his door.
Mid-twenties. Ruffled hair and unshaved stubble. He wore a black suit but couldn't make it look imposing.
"I'm from the Bureau. I'm here to pick up Kurakawa Mari.", he said with his shadow stretched by twilight.
He was very different from all the Bureau employees Kei had met before. None of the others had any creases on their suits or showed any signs of personality.
Kei looked inside the room. He wanted to see Haruki's reaction.
No major changes to her face. She only mumbled the name "Tsushima".
Tsushima. That was the name of Mari's alleged proxy guardian, the man who drove her to the hospital that morning.
Tsushima looked at Mari and smiled.
"Let's go back."
His voice was unexpectedly gentle. Kind, humane, but with hints of resignation.
Mari hid behind Haruki.
"Back where?", Kei asked.
Tsushima lost his smile and looked at Kei with disinterest.
"Where she belongs."
"Is Mari's mother there?"
Tsushima shook his head.
"She won't come back. She left Mari under the Bureau's custody and left the city."
"So she could forget Mari exists?"
"Yes."
As he predicted.
Leaving Sakurada makes one forget their knowledge of abilities. She'll be able to forget the Mari created by her ability. That's what Mari's mother wanted. She wanted to stop being the mother of an ability creation and return to being the regular woman who experienced a stillbirth seven years ago.
"Please explain the situation.", Haruki intervened.
Tsushima shook his head.
"It's already settled."
And more quietly, he added, "We shouldn't be having this conversation in front of Mari."
(Oh, he's a kind guy. Kind and benevolent.)
"Please talk. Mari already knows what's happening.", said Kei.
Kids always learn what the adults don't want them to know. They learn and instinctively pretend they don't know.
Tsushima shifted his eyes to Kei and glared without hostility. Kei felt it as a pair of desolate eyes observing.
He whispered so that only Kei could hear him.
"There's a huge difference between knowing and hearing it said out loud."
(Good point.)
"But Mari is directly involved. It doesn't make sense to leave her in the dark."
"Yes. It makes no sense indeed. But sometimes the only choice is the wrong one."
Kei sighed. Debating this man was a waste of time.
"Then we can talk outside the room. Explain the situation to Haruki."
"It's not necessary."
"Yes, it is. It will affect Mari's and Haruki's relationship going forward. Haruki is Mari's friend. Are you trying to take a friend away from Mari?"
Kei was disgusted at his cruel phrasing but felt like the words would be effective against this man. He hoped to have judged him correctly.
Tsushima peeked around the room until his eyes stopped at the window, and at the end, he nodded.
"Okay.", he gave up.
Kei called Haruki.
"Go."
"Where?"
"Just outside the door. We're leaving the room."
Haruki stood up, pulling Mari by the hand.
Kei shook his head.
"Only you, Haruki."
It seemed like she looked at him with dissatisfied eyes, but he assumed it was just his imagination. She had the same face as always, so he assumed he saw his own dissatisfaction reflected in her eyes.
After long enough, Haruki let go of Mari's hand.
The night was falling.
The sun had already sank but the darkness still hadn't covered the sky completely. The moist sky turned indigo. In this new color, the cicadas still sang the trailing note of the passing day.
Tsushima left the detached room of the Nakano residence, closed the door, and opened his mouth.
"What do you want me to talk about?"
"Explain the whole situation."
"There are some parts I'm not allowed to say."
"We already know Mari was created by an ability."
The real Kurakawa Mari was a stillborn.
In her grief, Mari's mother created another Mari.
Tsushima shook his head.
"Right. But at some point, she lost the ability to see this fake as her daughter."
"Do you know when?"
"Not exactly. But Mari's father never accepted her. He put up with it for 3 years before he reached his limit and ran away. That's when it started."
His head was low and his tone was one of detachment.
"If you see the events in order, things get easy to follow. Can you blame a mother for gaining the ability to get her dead daughter back?"
"I can't.", Kei denied.
Tsushima nodded and continued.
"Can you blame her for losing her love for a child given life by an ability?"
He hesitated to answer.
Kei believed Mari deserved to continue receiving love. But he ultimately shook his head.
"I can't."
Kei failed to continue loving his flesh-and-blood parents. He cried but that didn't stop him from abandoning them. He didn't have the right to blame Mari's parents.
After an exhausted sigh, Tsushima continued.
"That's all there is to it. Seven years passed since Kurakawa Mari's death. She's Buddhist, so the 6th death anniversary last year was a really big deal to her. Once she concluded her mourning rites, she started considering living away from the artificial Mari. She still put up with it for one more year, at the cost of her mental health, and today she finally left Sakurada."
His every word sounded like a sigh. Like every letter took as much effort as chiseling wood.
"That was unconvincing. I have reason to believe Mari's mother tried to love her."
Even if she couldn't, she continued to make attempts. There was clear evidence of that.
"Mari's hair and nails are well cared for. Her clothes are not cheap either."
Kei said the name of a high-class brand of child clothes. He imagined the figure of a mother who would buy pricey clothes for a daughter she couldn't bring herself to love.
(My mental image obviously won't tell me everything about her. But wasn't this her attempt to prove she still loved Mari? Maybe that's not something I can call "effort" in good faith. Maybe it's just a lame excuse. But that doesn't exclude the possibility that real love existed at some point.)
Her struggles left marks. On the girl's hair, nails, and clothes. Marks of a struggle to love.
"You'd be surprised to see her face. She looks 10 years older than her real age. Full of white hairs and stress wrinkles. She also relapsed into her habit of chewing her nails. And despite all she's been through, she says like a broken record that it's her fault. She can't stop saying it's her own fault that she can't love the girl. No argument can get through to her. She's a lost cause.", Tsushima quietly declared.
(He started speaking his mind. This man must be exhausted. It never occurred to me that Bureau members are as susceptible to fatigue as any normal person.)
Kei forced a grin.
"You're dirty."
"Dirty?"
"You never mention how you're a mouthpiece for the Bureau. Recommending Mari's mother to leave Sakurada was the Bureau's idea, not yours, right?"
He had no proof but it stood to reason that the Bureau would want to take hold of Mari.
"Exactly.", the Bureau member blurted his answer. "We can't leave a person created by an ability unsupervised. The ability to create lives must be concealed. Leaving this case unattended is begging for trouble."
(He was right, we really couldn't be having this talk in front of Mari. The little girl must be more than aware enough of that, but no adult should be saying to her face that leaving her unsupervised is begging for trouble.)
"Is Mari human?", Kei asked.
"All I can say is that our exams couldn't tell her apart from one."
"How lucky for the Bureau."
"Yes."
"What do you plan to do with her?"
"Raise her as a normal child. Convince Mari that she's a normal child. The less people know about her circumstances, the better. But when this was decided, her mother was a problem. So it was recommended for her to leave Sakurada."
Kei intentionally meant his questions to push Tsushima's buttons.
(But his answer was restrained to the very end. He was taking care so Mari wouldn't hear him from inside the room. He wasn't taking any chances. He really is a good guy.)
"So the Bureau prioritized the happiness of many. They chose the method that conceals the potentially problematic ability, takes away the mother's memories of Mari, and makes this little girl the only victim of the incident.", said Kei, still with his grin.
"Yes, this is how the Bureau works."
"Do you think the Bureau's decision was correct?"
"Correct decisions don't put children to tears."
"But it's a choice you must take even if it's wrong?"
The Bureau employed chuckled.
"No way. When a choice is wrong, you must not take it.", he answered with careless abandon.
For the first time, his answer was not what Kei predicted.
"You're contradicting yourself. What do you want to do?"
"Nothing. I want no part in this trainwreck."
"But you are part of it."
"Doing what you don't want to is called having a job."
Kei sighed. He could tell this man didn't agree with a lot of the decisions made here. That was all he needed to know.
"Our conversation is over. I'll take Mari away."
Tsushima reached for the door.
Kei grabbed his arm.
"That's not for you to decide."
Having said that, he looked at Haruki.
"You choose, Haruki. Are you handing Mari to this man—to the Bureau?"
He repeated the phrase in his mind one more time.
(All I care about is Haruki Misora. Will she surpass her rules and find her emotions? That's all that matters.), he looped his thoughts.
For a long while, Haruki said nothing.
Tsushima silently watched the situation unfold, without pulling his arm away. Kei's grip wasn't tight. He could force it away at any moment. But he didn't.
Haruki spoke, searching for the right words to say.
"Asai Kei. Let go of him."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes. Handing Mari to the Bureau is the right thing to do."
Kei sighed and let Tsushima go.
Souma Sumire's words rung deep in his ears.
ー But Haruki can't save anyone.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mari wasn't crying when Tsushima pulled her to her feet.
Haruki Misora watched everything closely from the door. When they walked past her, Mari didn't reach out to her. Her hand moved but stopped before grabbing Haruki's dress.
Her heart hurt. It was the same pain she felt 9 years ago when the cicada died. The pain spiked and took away her sight. Haruki was inexplicably engulfed in darkness.
She's supposed to choose the option that makes the most people happy. She's not supposed to choose options that inflict strong ill effects on my living environment. And the Bureau works in defense of the majority.
That's what was defined in the rules Haruki herself established. Her reasoning followed them to the letter.
(Then why does my heart hurt? I have no reason to be sad, so why do I feel this tear-like warmth on my cheeks?)
(It should have been the opposite. Mari should have been the normal girl, and I, who am already so android-like, should have been the artificial life. That's the more natural way for things to be.)
Haruki didn't desire her mother's love. She didn't desire anything.
(I should have been Mari.)
Haruki elaborated on her thoughts inside the blinding darkness.
No one would have been sad if she and Mari were in opposite positions. And yet, Mari was Mari and Haruki was Haruki. She was sure this was some kind of mistake. They were incorrectly set. The pain deep in her heart was due to how cruel this blunder was.
In the dark, she heard a voice.
"It's not too late."
It took a while before she realized it was Asai Kei's voice.
"Haruki Misora, you now have two options."
She recalled what Souma Sumire told her.
Two white boxes with identical shapes. Choosing one or the other made no difference. Both were worthless to Haruki Misora. But she must choose one, so she made a simple rule for it.
"If you choose one, nothing changes. Everything stays as is. But choosing the other will give you a chance to save Mari."
His words were calm and gentle.
"Will you save Mari or accept things as they are? Do the two boxes really have the same shape to you? Do they really have the same color?", he spoke with out-of-place kindness.
(Choices. Shape. Color. —Same?)
Haruki opened her eyes. It felt like they'd been closed for her entire life. The darkness wasn't real. Her eyes were simply closed.
The first thing in her sight was Asai Kei's absentminded face. He stared at her with a very earnest and sincere face.
"Answer, Haruki. Can you really stay indifferent to these choices forever?"
Haruki stared back at him.
"I... cannot."
"Then choose. Choose with your emotions. Choose one with a resolute will, without leaving anything up to chance."
"I want to save Mari.", Haruki answered.
He smiled. It wasn't a kind smile. It was a twisted, daring grin. The smile of someone who felt like nothing was impossible.
"If that's your wish, I'll grant it to you."
"Can you do it?"
"If our abilities combined, we can overcome pretty much any hardship. We can redo everything, remembering what happened today, and aim toward a better conclusion."
With a calm voice,
Kei spoke as if he was making a speech to the entire world.
"Haruki, we'll Reset."
That's what he said.

Part two is now here, if you want to listen along, the link is below.
THE FRAY
Syndicate - Cellbit & Roier
“Baby, close your eyes. Don't open 'til the morning light. Don't ever forget, we haven't lost it all yet.”
“Someday when this is over. We may still have no answer. For now, it's when I hold her we are closer.”
Absolute - Bagi & Tina
“It's a kiss that sits upon on her lips, that waits for planes and battle ships. She wants to be a dancer and he has got a picture on his wall and it's a sailor in a new port every night. Yet man was born to trouble like sparks fly upwards innocent.”
“Quiet but I'm sure there is something here. Tell me everything cause I want you here”
You Found Me - Bobby, Trump, Juana, & Tilin [i used to be a little nine-year-old Quinny sobbing to this song and i think that makes this even sadder for me]
"Where were you when everything was falling apart?”
“Lost and insecure. You found me, you found me lying on the floor. Surrounded, surrounded. Why'd you have to wait? Where were you, where were you? Just a little late, you found me.”
“Well, in the end, everyone ends up alone but losing her… The only one who's ever known who I am, who I'm not, and who I wanna be. No way to know how long she will be next to me.” (This specific line is Juana about Tillin, to Charlie)
Say When - Fit & Pac (this song feels like disaster gays)
“Turn around and you're walking toward me. I'm breaking down and you're breathing slowly. Say the word and I will be your man, your man.”
“Later on, if it turns to chaos. Hurricanes coming all around us. See the crack, pull it back from the window, you stay low.”
“Come across, you're lost and broken. You're coming to, you're slow and waking. You start to shake.”
Never Say Never - Ramón to Sunny
“Picture, you're the queen of everything far as the eye can see under your command. I will be your guardian when all is crumbling. I'll steady your hand.”
Where the Story Ends - Tallulah
“Trying not to lose my head but I have never been this scared before. Tell you what I'll do instead, lay my body down on the floor to forget what I've done.”
“The violins make no sound and I begin to feel the ground.”
Enough For Now - Maxo & Sunny [i am about to cry, i’ve somehow never heard this one]
“The daughter's father watches, quietly we assume. He's no longer with us, but he left this dusty room and your name and it's an honor. It's a shame but it's your honor to take it on your shoulder.”
“Things your father never could do. That's enough for now. He would have never left you broken. He would have held you. Things your father never told you.”
Ungodly Hour - Mariana & Slime
“And I am short on words knowing what's occurred. She begins to leave because of me.”
“I wish that I could carry her but this is our ungodly hour.”
We Build Then We Break - (not doing this one cuz 89% this song is about leaving abusive relationships and not the vibe of this project, great song tho)
Happiness - Our two constantly grieving children, Pomme and Richas
“Happiness, feels a lot like sorrow. Let it be, you can't make it come or go. But you are gone. not for good but for now. Gone for now, feels a lot like gone for good.”
“Look for it, but you'll never find it all. Let it go, live your life and leave it. Then one day, wake up and she'll be home.”
Be the One - Tubbo & Fred [aka gay and sad]
"They're two lovers in the night. Waiting on the sun to rise. Passing ships into the night."
“But you just whisper what you said one last time. I could have sworn I heard you say. That you are mine. Faded flowers in your hand. The best that I could do. It's the only way I've had of reaching you.”
“What if I knew how to yell? What would I pray? What if I knew how to tell? What would I say?”
Fair Fight - The surviving eggs about the dead eggs [and i’m crying again]
“Light breaks from the left and hit's between the buildings.”
“She up and died and left you in a fall you cannot forget. You were too young and you said not yet.”
“You looked around but she was nowhere to be found.”
Heartless - Mariana and Slime [i do not like kanye, this is the better version of the song anyway…]
“I mean after all the things that we been through. I mean after all the things we got into. And yo, I know some things that you ain't told me. Yo, I did some things but that's the old me.”
“You run and tell your friends that you're leavin' me. They say that they don't see what you see in me. You wait a couple months then you gone' see. You'll never find nobody better than me.”
Uncertainty - Bad (and Dapper... and Pomme... this man accidentially gave his kids his personality.)
“Uncertainty is killing me and I'm certainly not asleep. Maybe I've gone far to deep. Maybe I'm just far too weak.”
“And there is so much we don't know so we love and we hope that it holds”
“Thousands were lost maybe more. The question remains, what is this for? Maybe it came unexpected. Maybe I'm left unprotected.”
“So I'm going to fight for my own”

My Strange Library (Chapter 1)
My library is strange. I am the Librarian, and as such, I am in charge of all the odd things and happenings in this place. I sit in my little cove, reading an ancient book that bleeds black ink into my hands as I turn the pages. That's when I hear the tinkling of the bell at the door, and I raise my eyes to face the figure who walks into the library. She is around my age, with blonde hair and pale brown skin, her eyes like diamonds.
She walks into the main aisle of the library, the one containing non-fiction stories. I frown and stand up, walking over to the woman. She looks up at me, adjusting her jeans skirt and pink blouse.
"Can I help you?" I ask her, my tone polite and even.
"Yeah, uh .... I'm looking for a particular book. One thats kinda .... rare."
"Alright. Do you know what it's called?"
"Um, I think it's called The Empaeriym."
My heart skips a beat, my hands starting to sweat, making the ink that spilled on them flow once more. She does not seem to notice that, until a pool of ink falls to the floor, and swirls into the shadow beast that is behind me now. She gasps, horror etched on her face.
"What the fuck is that?" she asks shakily.
"Oh, this?" I ask, gesturing behind me to the creature. She just nods, mouth agape. "Don't mind her. She's a guardian of this place."
"Um, okay," she says, stretching the "o" in the word. She slowly turns back to the stacks, and sighs.  "I'm not sure what the book looks like."
"I know," I say. I turn, brushing past the shadow creature that towers over me. She follows me deeper into the library and the girl slowly trails after us. I pick up the book I'd been reading before, and turn back to the girl. The shadow creature snarls low in her throat, and the girl winces.
"Um, why is your shadow thingy here?" she asks me, her tone clearly nervous.
"She's just got my back, this is a dangerous book that cannot leave the walls of this library," I say.
"Oh, okay. Can I.... read some of it here?"
I nod.  "Yes, here, I'll take you to the reading area."
We walk into the area filled with couches, chairs, and tables here and there. I gesture to one table, within eyeshot of my own little reading cove by the desk. The girl sits down and starts to read the book. She's anxious, so I walk over to the desk and sit, letting the shadow watch her.
The sound of skittering draws my attention back up to reality, as I'd been reading yet again. The girl is gone, as is my shadow creature. Dread coiling like lead in my gut, I jump up and start to search for them. There's a clicking sound that's growing louder the closer I get to the stacks that hold our history books are.
I round the corner of the aisle, and freeze. The girl's not here. Neither is the shadow.  Instead, there's a small, chittering insect-like creature pulling itself from a book, which is on its back, open on the floor. The chittering creature has the appearance of a mix between a scorpion and a spider, and its chitinous body is black and shiny. It clicks and skitters away from me, racing down the aisle.
Swearing under my breath, I chase after the thing. But I do not get far. Because standing at the end of another aisle is a Spidermaiden. No, not a knockoff of Spider-Man. These things are much, much worse. Like a centaur, but with the body of a spider, and the torso of a woman. Her full breasts are covered in thick silk, but that's the only part of her covered. She makes a soft clicking sound to the insect, and it chitters, dancing in front of her.
Her long, black hair and equally black eyes seem to absorb the flourecent lights above us. Her spider body is massive and her eight legs tap as she steps forward, her attention finally landing on me.
"Oh, look at you," she croons in a warped voice. She steps closer to me, the insect following her. She tilts her head to the side and smirks, showing me her tiny fangs like needles in her mouth. "The Librarian all alone, struggling to keep us all under control. One curious mind is screwing everything up, isn't she?"
"What do you know about this?" I demand.
"No more than you, I'd guess," she answers, her eyes gleaming.  "But I'll say this. That girl who came in looking for The Empaeriym is not a human. A lot like you, she's also from a book. But the thing is .... which one is she from? Oh, the questions swirling in your head. Oh, how wonderful! This is getting very, very interesting."
I swallow hard.  I am from The Empaeriym, I just don't like to admit it. All Librarians are from a book in their collection. I am no exception. And because of that, I am not human, and so, I can do things that most people who walk into this Library can't. But if that girl is indeed from a book.... then why haven't I seen her before? Or heard of her? I've been the Librarian for 20 years, despite the fact that I look like I am only 22.  But that girl ....
The Spidermaiden clicks her tongue and shakes her head. The insect at her feet shrieks and charges at me. I jump to the side at the last second, and the insect crashes into a cart full of books. I swear under my breath again as I see three books fall and open, ink spilling onto the floor.
A wall of crows swarms around me, frantically flapping their black wings and cawing loudly. Then, a man appears. Beside him is two new creatures, beings from new books appear from the inky pools.  The one looks like a gray wolf, only the size of a horse. The other is a massive snake.
"One Librarian, against all of us," the Spidermaiden says, chuckling.  "You're done for, girl."
I glare at the man, who is also chuckling and grinning at me. He flicks his wrists, and a murder of crows bursts forth, flying right at me. They swarm me, pecking and clawing at my skin. I cry out, my inky blood spilling across my pale flesh, and onto my clothes.
The insect thing beside the Spidermaiden comes at me, stinging me in the back with its scorpion tail. I scream, my legs failing me as I collapse to the floor. The snake coils itself around me, and the wolf bares its sharp teeth as it glares at me.
The Spidermaiden and the Crow Killer (yes, that's the man's name) come over to me, both grinning.
I cannot move. Im paralyzed.  And if I don't try to fight it, I will likely be the cause of death for countless poor, innocent humans.
"Good luck fighting the paralysis, girl," sneers the Crow Killer.
I can't speak. I can barely even breathe. I just stare as the Crow Killer dissolves into a murder of crows, and then he and his friend the Spidermaiden leave. And then, the venom from the sting kicks in full force, and I black out.
To be continued.....

Authors note: There is a chapter two, and I'm gonna try aiming for six chapters in this story. This is a Creepypasta story I'm writing. I have been posting this story on Wattpad under the story "Book of Nightmares" by me, Ravin_Raven! If you'd like to read chapter two, tell me please, and I will post it. But for now, this is just up as a taste of my horror works. I will post other stories, like poems, but this one in particular is up on Wattpad first. So follow me there if you enjoyed this one! It'd be much appreciated!

So I saw ep 2 of pledge of allegiance:
I love LOVE that lu Zhong is this stern detective hell bent on being in enough power to do the investigation he wants, absolutely Strict about Fucking hating Criminals
Immediately runs into a thief, con artist, who also killed his dad (not that he knows yet) and presumably will be tangled up with him soon
Immediately After that, runs into an assassin lady wjo hes now hell bent on (considering hes all focused on stopping people he thinks are bad), and she seems to be bound to tangle up with the thief soon, and they're presumably all gonna tangle up and. It's just so FUN that Mr strict detective is about to be shoved by fate into THESE TWO
I am HYPE the girl is WHO I WANTED HER TO PLAY YES BABYYYY, AN ASSASSIN, A CUNNING CALM KICKASS QUICK THINKING BABE look when I watch historicals I KNOW when I want 95% of the women to be like this I'm being unrealistic (but really is a secret royal son and Top Tier con artist any more realistic okay they're dramatic characters to tell a story that's desired lmao), but when a historical drama DOES give me the kind of woman character I want? Phenomenal. Over the moon (also i highly recommend The Secret of the Three Kingdoms for this reason - the cunning plotting Empress being the one in most control is a trope I love and usually made out to be the bad guy instead of the main love interest/heroine, and all the other women in that show are my favorite types <3 like a widow princess assassin whos not a pure virgin in fact nearly none are and who's not naive she's literally on a revenge plot, Caos daughter who can protect her family in her own right, the lower class seducing woman who actually runs an orphanage and is quite possibly playing The top schemer of their time and manipulating Over his level <3 just all my favorites).
Anyway she's playing THE KIND OF ROLE I wanted, so I'm quite happy
Still not totally sure if I'm sold on the drama enough to continue but that's partly 1 I have bad focus 2 it's iqiyi and I hate not having episodes full on youtube, meaning I can't watch them on the TV which means I'm even less likely to focus, so I'm unsure if I'll see more eps. I was clicking with what I've seen so far though
THE LI DONGFANG FAKE IDENTITY BULLSHIT WAS SO GOOD, SO FUNNY, I WAS SCREAMING (If shen wei from Guardian never clued you in, I'm a sucker for a BADLY DONE but absolutely committed fake identity. I'm hoping desperately Li Cu is stuck taking this identity longer term and making it work, I was dying at the orange feeding and the gambling until Lu Zhong had IT ALL, at li cu rolling with the assumption lu Zhong is the thief, at the many following following scenes, I love). Also I love when that particular actor does funnier less restrained roles.

A Destiny 2 Story - Encounter
Crow x Female Guardian
Waking up alone after a great night of sex was not what I expected. I expected to wake up with Ruby and continue where we left off last night. Instead, I was alone with nothing more than a note telling me she went to the sparring ring after a fairly violent nightmare. That worried me. I jumped out of bed looking for my clothes from last night and noticed they weren't where I had left them. I check the pockets right away and let out a sigh of relief when I find the ring. I didn't want to propose just yet. I still needed to do the finishing touches to the ring. I put it back in my pocket before throwing on a pair of pants, grabbing the rest of my armour pieces and heading back to my room. I stop at the bottom of the stairs when I see Ruby working about the kitchen. I head to my room to quickly change into some PJ pants, then sneak up behind Ruby to hug her. She jumps higher than I expected, but I push it aside. "Morning," I whisper, kissing her right below the ear.
I feel her shiver before she turns to capture my lips in a kiss. "Morning." She smiles, then it falters as she steps away. "Sorry I took off this morning." She looks away, but I lift my hand to cup her cheek and get her to meet my gaze. "There is nothing to apologize for. We all have nightmares. I'm here if you want to talk about it." She smiles, nuzzling my hand. "Thanks, Crow." She opens her mouth to speak, but Stell takes that moment to come flying in, yelling Ruby's name. "Eris said she needs you ASAP." Ruby groans before pulling away from me. "Will you tell me about your nightmare later?" "Definitely. Hopefully, whatever is going on shouldn't be long." "You'll be careful?" "I will." She leans up to give me one last kiss. "Love you." "Love you too." She runs upstairs to grab her armour and then takes off to the H.E.L.M. "You're worried for her, aren't you?" Glint materializes beside me as I stare at the front door. "I'm always worried, Glint." He shakes his shell. "You're not worried about her fighting. You are worried about what's in her mind."
"Yea. I know better than anyone what living in regrets can do to you." "Regrets? What is Ruby regretting?" "Her past. I know she has Nightmares of Iroh and the Techeuns that died." "You think it's bothering her that bad?" I nod my head. "I was hoping to talk to her about it later today. Guess not." Glint comes over to my shoulder and cuddles into the side of my neck. "You'll get the chance. But, for now, let her work." "I will. I'll make sure that her Hunter's are in order for when she returns. Take some of the load off." "She'll like that." I quickly shower, get the twins fed and dressed, and head to her office. I don't know if Ruby will like me being in here, but I figured it would have everything I need. I put the twins in their playpen and tried my best to get to work. I've watched Ruby over the last year, going through all the scout's reports, so that's where I start. While I work, I tune into the comms for Ruby's mission. I wanted to make sure nothing was amiss. I might regret it later, but I didn't care.

SCP Scenarios: SCP x Fem!Child!Hybrid!Reader
Main Masterlist | SCP Scenarios Masterlist | My Works Masterlist | Rules | Request | Socials | My Original Post

I'm so sorry this took longer than expected T_T
(Yes Ik it's longer than the others I do, and that's cuz I usually end up mixing the headcanons into drabbles/one-shots, but this time, I kept it as bullet points and I got carried away. Oops. And yes, it's easier to write headcanons this way but it'll end up being long af)
When Cain first met you, he overheard and was curious about this new SCP during a test, so he decided to come and watch, from afar of course.
When Cain first met you, he overheard and was curious about this new SCP during a test, so he decided to come and watch, from afar of course.
Anyways, the little test was just a plain and boring one and little (Y/N) was taken back to her containment cell after 10 minutes. Cain had requested to see you as he remembered seeing in your file that you can breathe fire and cry lava among other things due to your dragon abilities.
It's not like he didn't believe them since he's been in the foundation for many years, but he was just curious about a hybrid child like you and wanted to see if you were doing well. You being a shy child was quiet at first and when Cain went to visit you every so often, you both became close and he was a father figure to you, even though you were abandoned by your father since birth and your mother died not long later.
He took good care of you and made sure you were well fed. You were rather polite to the guards and staff so Cain wouldn't need to worry too much about you intentionally killing them. But only for a short period of time as who knows what you'll be like when you're older.
Luckily for Cain, you were also carnivorous, so he didn't have to worry about you eating your 5 a day (not that you wanted to anyways you ungrateful meat-eating child).
Whenever there's a containment breach, the first thing he does is to look for you
Aside from some side effects, he isn't worried too much as he wouldn't receive any wounds anyways so hell just charge towards anyone who looks/sound like you
He's basically your new dad ok?
SCP 076 (Abel)
Abel first came into contact with you during a containment breach
He just saw you casually flying around and occasionally lending the guards a hand by breathing fire just to burn some holes for easier access (how professional)
He saw you again moments later when you were alone and you decided to approach this hulk of a man to ask for some help, thinking he worked there. Abel had abandoned you (like your hopes and dreams left you a millennium years ago) but you insisted on going with him so he took you in
Later his rage in the facility had vanished as he had cared for you for the short period of time he had met you and handed you over to the guards, much to their surprise
He then ran away as he's not totally scared of kids or anything and hid in his box
You insisted on visiting 076-2 and so the researchers did, realising much later that you both had bonded. Abel was a parental figure to you.
A very overbearing protective guardian I must say.
Even more so when there's a containment breach
Like imagine 610 and 682 mashed up together to form an extremely hostile entity and that's Abel for you
But that's only if you were hurt, if you weren't or fit was just a normal containment breach, had be extremely worried
SCP 049 (Plague Doctor) (Guy's pls don't be mistaken, I don't have any beef with 049 ok? XD If I make any characters a little OC then 049 will gladly rid the pestilence from you without consent)
This sassy MF so-called doctor right here met you when for some reason, the doctors had decided to put you both into a testing room (no, it wasn't Bright's idea).
049 was just doing his thing as you just sat on a really high chair (cuz you do be short so ofc you wouldn't be sitting on a lower chair which is lower than your taste in men/women) and watched curiously. The doctor thought it was somewhat cute and laughed slightly from your curiosity.
Sensing that you didn't have the pestilence, he allowed you to scooch closer just to see. After the test was done, the guards took you back out with slight aggression, but you, for some reason, were still polite to the guards despite their aggression which made 049's heart swell due to your pureness.
You yawned slightly and accidentally blew out fire from your mouth which almost caused a containment breach if it weren't for 049's quick thinking
Later on, the researchers had decided to put you both in the testing room again, and you both began to bond as 049 requested you to burn the bodies he performed surgery on
Needless to say, you both had a great time and the researchers were mildly amused
If you somehow knew another friend (*ahem* 035), he'd probs ask him/her to care/loof for you if there were a containment breach
Or he would just sigh and look after you himself if you were closer to 035 and he asked so nicely
SCP 035 (Possessive Mask) (Right about 049 being sassy.... I'll take that back, 035 is the sassiest, right next to a certain sculpture in the foundation)
Anyhow, 035 was actually the reason you were stuck in the foundation anyways
God knows how, but you met this guy wearing this theatre mask and you ended up here in the foundation
Now everyone thought you were either a Keter or Euclid
I mean, you were so close to being put into the Euclid class but ended up in safe since you were so polite to the researchers as well as shy and relatively easy to contain... For now
Whenever they used you in a test, you were rewarded with whatever you wanted, within reason ofc, whenever you behaved well which was like 98% of the time minus minor accidents since you weren't entirely in control of your powers
Sometimes instead of a reward, you'd request to see 035 as he would perform to you and that was only granted when its safe to do so and when that hideous mask would do as he/she/it is told
035 would be that somewhat overprotective yet goofy uncle that everyone loved and he was totally wrapped around your fingers unless you were hurt or if he urgently needed something or someone
If there was a containment breach, he'd look for you, if not he'll call out his 'friend' to look out for you (*cough* 049 *cough*)
When 035 finds you, he'd most likely ask you to fly around to see the nearest exit or he'd just carry you when there's someone chasing you
If 035 were to kill anyone, you'd cry and tell him no to which did end up in burning the floor but oh wells, they're rich enough to contain him so why not use the extra money to rebuild the floor right?
Anyways, 035 loves you no matter what and he'd do anything to make sure you're doing well
SCP 999 (Tickle Monster)
Ok so, when you and 999 first met each other, you were kind of just wandering around the facility minding your own business
999 just casually slithered up to your leg and offered you some sweets and a hug since you looked upset and so you accepted it
You both found a place to sit and just talk bout stuff and what life was like before you were captured
But you were cheery just like 999 and rarely attacked anyone, and if you ever did, it was either that you were hella pissed or you accidentally breathed fire/teared up some lava which burnt some stuff
The researchers would secretly take in some notes bout your interactions and just continued on with their day and left you both alone, but would sometimes keep a stern eye on you
They say it's for everyone's safety, and that's true to an extent, but the main reason they do it is to monitor your progress of you controlling your powers
Anyways, sometimes when it gets busy in the cafe or down the hallway, you just fly across the room, and sometimes, you'll be extra cheeky and play hide and seek with the researchers
999 would occasionally join in but he's more like a worried older brother to you
During containment breaches, 999 would run around looking for you and when he did, he would check if you had any injuries
When you say you didn't, he was relieved but not for long since you mentioned bout making new SCP friends and he just died right there and then (not really)
SCP 682 (Hard to Destroy Reptile)
Similarly to Able, he'd be wary of you at first
Like, he can sense that you weren't just an ordinary child when you just appeared behind him
He was somewhat irritated when you followed him around, but you reminded him of 053, so he just let it slide and let you show some affection towards him
It's not like he didn't like it, he was just embarrassed
Anyhow, the researchers wanted to test how 682 would bond with you, so they made you meet up with him again but in his cell
You were both chatting like father and daughter and soon, everyone had found out that not only could you fly, you could also cry lava, which yes did burn a small hole on the ground and you could somehow breathe fire
You were also immune to the fire and lava so they decided to have a full-on body check and discovered that you were built similar to the komodo dragon with a side of 682 (XD Don't ask)
682 was left stunned, but luckily he didn't feel the need to run up the wall like that bunny
Like who tf invented a self-eating bunny?
Anyways, research shows that just like Abel, the giant lizard was very protective of you
The theory has it that you were somehow related to the lizard, perhaps he laid an egg before containment and some guy took it in and froze it then decided to hatch the egg
During containment breaches, he would basically rampage around the facility, killing anyone and everyone until he found you
And when he did, he would check on you like the amazing father he is and then carry on killing but was then stopped by you
So he would just carry you around until you fell asleep
SCP 105 (Iris)
I think Iris would be a good mother/sister figure when it comes to kids
It kinda came from the fact that Iris hangs out with Abel and Cain a lot, so it kinda just rubs off her
Her motherly/sisterly instinct just heightened when she first found you on a mission and she just took you in
It took a while to bribe the foundation that she kinda had custody
Not exactly custody, but she had a say when it came to your safety, especially the fact that you weren't exactly human and your appearance would cause a disturbance to others
I feel like Iris would be a stern yet kind guardian towards you, leaning towards the stern part since you're a child SCP and has fire breath and lava tears
Iris wouldn't be entirely bothered by you flying around, but she had to bribe the researchers and some SCPs to help you fly better
She would murder anyone who had to cry because they made you cry and cleaning up after your tears is such a mess considering that you have little control over them
Your fire breath on the other hand is slightly more controllable, but if you were hella happy or mad you'd breathe the fire and burn anyone/anything
Most of the time, its unintentional and you're usually sweet and kind towards anyone, so manners aren't a big thing for Iris to teach you
She'd even teach you some of the stuff she learnt/discovered and you'd just sit there being nosy and curious about everything
Like that one time, you almost caused a breach cus you were so curious and friendly that 682 was about to snap off your head and rampage out of the foundation
And don't even get me started with the brothers and 096, OML
Other than that, you both were like a family you never had :,) (You're welcome!!!)
During containment breaches, Iris would literally pick you up and run
Unless you weren't with her for whatever reason (Yes, you're attached to each other's hips... Don't lie, you love it!), she'd do anything to find you
If you were hurt, shed tend to your injuries immediately and lecture you about safety
If you weren't hurt, shed still give you a lecture, then pick you up and run
If you made friends on the way, she may or may not approve and bite of anyone head
And the foundation wouldn't want an Angry!Iris around
SCP 106 (Old Man)
This old man here is basically the definition of a cool uncle/granddad
Without a doubt, he'd go into his pocket dimension and comes back with a teddy bear or some sweets
He'd spoil you a lot and the foundation had enough of this cuz by the time you become an adult, you wouldn't be independent enough
Anyways, 106 would let you go into his dimension and practice your abilities there for the safety of others
The researchers would occasionally ask you to carry a camera with you just so they know what it's like in his pocket dimension
106 rarely gets mad, and even if he was, it'll be about someone trying to hurt you since you're too kind and shy to make him mad
You're even kind to the researchers and guards which is worrying to 106 as they might take advantage of your kindness (which may be true for some, but most of them are just glad you're kind since it makes their jobs so much easier)
Sometimes, you'd make things levitate which was a shock to anyone who walked by and witnessed this
But only for a few seconds though, so it's not much
106 would encourage you to use your telekineses and he'd attempt to train you
Which didn't work so well, so that sucks
During containment breaches, he'd use his pocket dimension to his advantage
He'd hide you in there just so you don't have to get hurt
If you weren't there with him, he'd kill and hunt down anyone who might know where you are
He'd make sure you weren't hurt otherwise he would go into scary uncle mode
If you weren't hurt, he would just hug you which stops you from crying lava
SCP 096 (Shy Guy)
Now what makes you and 096 a unique pairing is that you're both shy
The only difference is that you can speak but 096 kinda doesn't
But that's not a problem since you both just understood each other since day 1
I'd say 096 is that introverted uncle/cousin but he's kinda chill and sweet with you
As for containment breaches, the only difference with this tall guy is that not only will he kill anyone who sees his face, he'd also hunt down anyone who'd hurt you
096 has a newfound ability for this and the researchers were shocked when they first found out
A certain chainsaw loving doctor wanted to test it out himself but was stopped rather quickly by the other researchers
Anyways, one time you almost burnt down the foundation because 096 crept up behind you which scared you to tears
And you screamed as well which didn't help at all since you could breathe fire
Also, when you're not with 096, you'd use your levitating powers to grab lighter objects which did result in the objects falling onto your head
And this is why you need to train more, so then objects wouldn't be yeeted onto your tiny head and knock the nonexistent brain cells out of your nonexistent brain - Sorry not sorry (Ok so at least pretend to laugh)
If anyone bullied you and you didn't say a word, 096 would know and even if you tried to stop him, it wouldn't work
Unless you're in a life-threatening situation, but even then, he'd kill the guy
Dr. Simon Glass
Unlike the others on the list, you're the one who approached the doctor
Mainly because you were lost, but you were curious as well
Simon would probably be the best person to run into, other than Kondraki, but still
It's because he's a psychologist and still very much human (I mean, Kondraki's a normal human I guess, but he has those butterfly thingys)
Anyways, when he first saw you, you were in his office flying about and crying lava
Simon saw you and was shocked but attempted to calm you down and get you you sit with him for a bit, then call the others
But boy did that not work out, because this poor innocent boi was boutta get killed by your firey breath cuz he startled you too much
Bright, Kondraki and Clef just strolled in and saw the mess and even attempted to get you to chill, but this didn't work either
So poor Simon Glass had to find his way to get you to stop being so scared which obviously worked
You sat down with him and he let you doodle on a blank piece of paper
And being a good psychologist he is, he used psychological methods to get you to feel comfortable and to start talking to which you did
You were so polite he gave it to a chocolate bar, but instead of taking it off his hands, you used your telekineses to levitate it in your direction
Simon recorded what he had seen before letting the other researchers take you and offered to take you under his wing on the condition that you were you have a check-up every now and again
That wasn't much of a problem since you were so polite and chill - Usually
During containment breaches, he would make sure that you were safe first and it wasn't so difficult to deal with you since you were with him most of the time
When you're not with him, he'd be extremely worried like a mother hen and run in any direction that would take him to you
He'd be relieved to see you and if you were hurt, he'd bandage you up and try to not cry
If you've made new friends, he would be very happy about it - Unless it's a Keter or Euclid class
They'll be on his watchlist
Anyhow, Simon Glass is basically your mother and mentor
He'd teach you all the basics you'll need and help train you if he can (he'd most likely have to ask the other doctors and SCPs with some bribery)
Dr. Jack Bright
Our favourite doctor here would be that goofy uncle/dad
I feel that he'd sympathise with you since he's also an SCP (sorta) and he feels kind of trapped in the foundation
If you're lucky enough, Jack might be able to take you out for an hour for some fresh air
You'll automatically be under his wing and nobody will ever question it. Ever.
Although he may be goofy and does stupid things, he would be surprisingly protective and his fatherly instincts kick in right away since he first met you
He would allow you to use your powers to an extent and teach you how to use your power properly
You are well aware of his anomalous abilities with his neckless, so whenever Bright had to change bodies, you'd automatically know where he is (other than the obvious neckless thingy)
If there were to have a containment breach, Bright would panic but quickly become calm as that's the only way he could find you and keep you safe
When he finds you he would give you that lecture while finding any scratches on you
If you were to grow, he would give most guys the dad glare of the century and all those guys would run tf away cuz nobody messes with Bright's newfound daughter
I have high doubts that he would let anyone do tests with you when he's not there and even if he was, they would need his approval, so most of the time, you don't even need to worry much
Dr. Alto Clef
(OML Why do I keep adding new characters?! There's so much to write T_T)
Right, so when Clef found you, it was like as if his long lost (well... not so lost) memory came back to him
For some reason, you reminded him of 166 (OML I'm so lost for this SCP, like boi she had a rewrite)
So he took you in the foundation like he did with his daughter and took care of you Since he works for the foundation, he's not remotely terrified or anything, but he's curious about your abilities
And of course, you managed to use some of your abilities because of some SCPs and Bright Clef took you to meet 166 and you both showed your abilities and since 166 is older than you, she's probably trying to help you control your powers more
Which, of course, makes Clef a proud dad
If there were any containment breaches, he'd panicked but once he found you with his other daughter, he was relieved
166 made sure that you weren't hurt and if you were, you'd be bandaged up so Clef doesn't have to worry too much
Anyhow, if Clef decides to introduce you to the tiger doctors, he'd make sure Glass is the first since he's the most sensible person (but let's face it, he wouldn't admit it)
Then it'll be Iceberg, Coggs (that's his name right), Light and a couple others Bright and Kondraki would be last since they would be somewhat chaotic (mainly Bright) even though they're the fun uncle
Whenever Clef has a mission, he'd shove you to either 166 or Glass, if he's free, if not then it'll most likely be Light (and if she's also busy, then yall screwed)
And bless the guy who takes an interest in you when you become a teen cuz our messy boi would make sure that guy would suffer
Dr. Benjamin Kondraki
Ok let's face it, Kondraki would definitely be the mother hen of the dad world in the SCP Foundation
He's literally your mother, kinda like Glass but kinda not, ya know what I'm saying?
Like he'll feed your curiosity since many people around you wouldn't and you're an SCP so you're trapped in the foundation anyways
I'd say he's quite cautious and caring, obviously, but if he's out and about, he'd definitely let you go with him
Unless he's going out for a mission, then that's a definite no-no
He would let you hang out with the safer SCPs like 999 and maybe 166 if Clef is chill, but he has to let you hang out with her cuz she's the only other SCP who could help you get a grasp with your powers
Like how to not burn the bloody floor when you cry and stop breathing fire inconsistently by accident
An attempt was made when they try to train your telekineses but they'll have to wait till you're older
Since most of the time you're stuck with Kondraki, I don't think he'd be all too worried bout breaches, of course, he'd be worried about your safety, but you're there with him
If not then god knows what Kondraki would do
Like that one time, he begged Clef and Bright to look for you in which they did but then they made him do something for them in return
Let's just say, it wasn't pleasant at all, but it could be worse since Clef had a shred of sympathy left for the man and Bright just wanted chainsaws

You're on your way back to your study after grabbing a snack from the kitchen when the sound of a key in the lock of your front door halts your steady steps. There aren't many people with a key to your house that would be visiting you at this time.
Even more concerning, however, is the light soprano of your daughter's voice echoing from the foyer to reach your ears, prompting you to quickly turn and rush to meet her at the door.
"Ryoka! What are you doing here?" You skid around the corner, already calling out in concern, "How did you even get home by your-"
You cut yourself off as you meet not only one pair of eyes, the copy of yours that you expect, but a second solemn pair, both wide in small faces that peer up at you.
"Mommy!" Your daughter's look of surprise and chagrin melts into a sheepish smile as she throws herself forward into your already extended arms. "I missed you!"
You hold her small frame close for a moment before gently pushing her out with your hands on her shoulders. "I missed you too, sweetheart. But you need to tell me what you're doing here and, more importantly, how you got here."
"Well school ended early today and.." She hesitates, peering up with big eyes and a small pout, "we thought we'd just walk home together."
You resist the urge to close your eyes and place a hand to your head in exasperation, aware that even at the young age of 7 years old, she's incredibly sensitive to your reactions. Instead you look at the little boy standing patiently behind her and ask, "And who's this?"
"This is my friend, Kiyoshi!" She's a little subdued, likely aware that she'll be hearing more from you later, but perks back up as she pulls away and grabs his hand to draw him further in your shared home.
"Hello Kiyoshi. Do your parents know where you are?"
He's definitely more guileless than your own daughter, answering directly and honestly in a quiet tone, "My dad's at work and my nanny was supposed to pick me up when school ended."
Okay, so clearly neither parent nor temporary guardian are aware that this boy is no longer at the school. They'll be frantic. Just as you're about to ask several more questions, hopefully leading to a quick resolution, you get a call, screen indicating it's your daughter's school, so you have both kids move into the living room as you pick up.
You're not too happy to hear about the early release at this point, given the lack of heads up and you make sure to give the school a piece of your mind, letting them know you'd be by at another point to discuss this further, before hanging up. If you're this upset and you know your daughter is home safe, you can't imagine what Kiyoshi's father is feeling at this point."
Crouching down in front of your daughter's friend, you wait until you're eye level with a patient, unhurried expression on your face, "Kiyoshi, do you know your father or nanny's phone number?"
He answers with a small nod, reciting the digits so clearly from diligent practice that you have to smile as you type it in and then stand back up to make the call, "Ryoka, why don't you show him your toys while mommy makes a call? Only the ones here in the living room where I can see you, okay?"
Your daughter dutifully nods but you catch the smug smile of success she throws her friend, likely having planned this improvised playtime with him. You'll definitely be having a serious talk with her later about safety and responsible decisions but you move slightly away for now, keeping an eye on the kids while the phone rings out.
"Suna." A deep voice answers on the other end, a little clipped but mostly unreadable.
"Hi.. Suna-san- I assume I'm speaking with Kiyoshi's father?"
There's a pause and then the voice gets sharper, "If you're calling back from the school, I don't want to hear it right now. I'm leaving now to find my son, but you can expect to hear ba-"
"I'm not from the school. My daughter is friends with your son and he's safe at my house."
"He's- he's with you." There's finally emotion other than anger and annoyance, it's an odd sort of relief and slight confusion mixed with a new wariness, "And who exactly are you?"
"I'm L/n F/n, as I mentioned, your son and my daughter are friends. I was pretty surprised to see them both show up at my house just minutes ago and have a bone to pick with the school too. But I would have wanted to know that she was okay before anything else if the positions were reversed so I'm calling you now. You said you were leaving work? Your son is safe, Suna-san, and he will be while we wait for you here. I'll text you my address."
As you're speaking you've already pulled your phone away to quickly text your address to the number you're on the line with. You can still hear if he speaks though but there's another pause from him and then, "Got it, thank you. You said they just showed up? How did they get there?"
"I'm pretty sure they walked, but I was going to cover that after I spoke with you. How far are you?"
His tone is back to unreadable but you think it's calm rather than neutral. "It's about a 30 minute drive, I'll be there in 20."
"Please don't rush, Kiyoshi is safe here. If it's okay with you, I'll make them snacks while we wait. There's no really no need to drive recklessly." It'll be easy to put something small together for the kids from the dinner you'd prepped for earlier.
There's amusement colouring his voice, "Thanks for the concern, L/n-san. I'll be there in 25, then."
You chuckle at the small compromise and there's a moment of silence between you both until you think to ask, "If you haven't left yet, do you want to quickly say hi over facetime?"
"You want to videochat?" He sounds confused again and you laugh in response.
"I meant with your son. You know, to check in on him."
He pauses yet again and then the amusement is back, "It should be fine.. unless you're going to tell me you're holding him hostage or something."
"Yeah, sure, or something." You roll your eyes with your dry response. What do you even say to that coming from a complete stranger? "We'll see you soon, then."
"L/n-san." You lift the phone you were lowering back to your ear when you hear him call out to you, "Thank you again."
"No need."
"Not everyone would have reacted as quickly and efficiently. Or maybe even bothered."
You can't imagine what parent wouldn't have been compelled to react in a similar manner but you don't say anything, uncomfortable accepting thanks for such a seemingly human reaction.
He seems to either understand or realize you don't have a response and you hear him chuckle lightly, the sound tugging at your own lips in sheepish acceptance, then he finally replies, "I'll see you soon, then."
You end your call and turn to fully face the two kids again. They've already managed to create a messy pile of toys they've pulled out and then discarded from Ryoka's toy box. Almost as if they feel you watching, they both stop their odd conversation about monsters and cats, and turn to face you simultaneously.
You suppress your smile at their adorable wide-eyed expressions and ask, "Who's hungry?"
Tumblr media
After the snacks are quickly devoured, the kids try to convince you to play hide-and-seek and, thinking nothing of it since Suna-san should be arriving soon to pick Kiyoshi up, you tell them you'll all play later and convince them to build a Lego structure instead. Happy to have them work on an activity that keeps them occupied in one place for the remainder of their time together, the time passes by quickly as you help them put together their incredibly creative vision.
When the bell finally sounds through your house, precisely 23 minutes after your call, you find yourself opening the door and looking up to a much taller, and much younger man than you'd expected. He actually seems to be about your age, in his mid-twenties, which is surprising because you'd thought you were one of the youngest parents at your daughter's school.
There's a quick look of surprise that likely mirrors yours on Suna-san's face before it's replaced smoothly with a polite expression. You pull away from his startling, keen eyes to step back and gesture for him to enter your foyer as you welcome him, equally politely, "Please, come inside, Suna-san. They're in the living room."
He hesitates only a moment before stepping into your home, stopping again to toe off his shoes before following you deeper, into the living room. The sounds of the kids chatting reaches you both well before you enter and you notice him watching his son with a small smile on his face before he catches you looking. His only response is the quirk of an eyebrow as if daring you to say something.
You only smile and call out, "Ryoka, it's time to say goodbye to Kiyoshi. His father's here to take him home."
The two kids look up, smiles fading as their eyes tear up. It's safe to say neither you nor Suna expect what comes next, as both children break out in tears.
Suna exchanges a surprised look with you, then crouches down with his arms stretched out, voice soothing as he calls to his son, "Kiyo, come here. Daddy missed you. Didn't you miss me too?"
You're surprised at the sweet, gentle tone from the intimidating man, even more so by the pure affection he easily displays for his son. He's nothing at all like his first impression on the phone, the cold, clipped tone nowhere to be found. You relax a little, not having noticed the uncomfortable tension that had slowly crept in by the thought of inviting an unknown man into your home, even if for the most innocent of reasons.
It doesn't work to relax his son, however, who only breaks out into unbelievably loud wails, particularly unexpected from the quiet boy you'd gotten used to over the past half hour. Ryoka's cries rise with Kiyoshi's and their chubby arms encircle each other as if to send home the point that you'd have to literally pry them apart.
You're pulled from your thoughts when Suna looks up at you a little helplessly, also seeming to be thrown for a loop, "It looks like Kiyo has grown very attached to your daughter. I'm sorry, I can just pick him up and go but..."
He trails off and you find even more respect rising for the man, he's clearly trying not to just completely run his son's life on a schedule or in a way that works only for him.
"But you don't want to break his heart when he's having so much fun?" You finish his sentence with a grin that prompts a self deprecating smile from him.
"Yeah, great parenting, huh?"
"It's really different parent to parent and, trust me, no one's an expert." You pause as you consider an idea, his peridot eyes steady on yours as if he can see you might have a solution to present. Impressive perception, and patience too.
You have a positive vibe and good feeling, so you don't ponder it too long before offering, "Why don't we let the kids play a little longer? They still have an abundance of energy and excitement from the improvised change in their daily schedule but once they've tired themselves out, I'm sure it'll be easier to separate them."
It's Suna's turn to pause, still holding your gaze with a carefully neutral one himself as he contemplates your offer. "I don't want Kiyo and I to be an inconvenience..."
"Not at all, it's just me and Ryoka as it is and dinner's already prepped so we'll just play some games with them and wait them out."
It's just as you say the word dinner that you hear a low, hungry rumble and there's another moment of silence but this time, you only see the tips of Suna's ears, which tint red as he hangs his head for a few seconds.
Biting your lip to hold back your laugh, you add, "You and Kiyo are more then welcome to join us for dinner first. I only gave them light snacks before and if there's one other thing than playtime that makes children more at ease, it's food. As I mentioned, it's already prepared and there's more than enough for four."
He keeps his head bent for another second before finally raising it and with the motion, he stands back up to his full height so you're tilting your head back to look up at him again. His smile is both sheepishly thankful and appreciative when he accepts, "If it's really not too much trouble, we would love to. Thank you."
The children cheer, tears still drying on their faces, but it seems like they've actually been eavesdropping through their shared tantrum and have grasped that playtime is extended. What an eventful day for them.
Suna offers his help but everything's pretty much ready so you put him to work setting the table and helping the kids wash their hands. He's equally gentle and no different with Ryoka, chuckling and treating her like royalty when she insists she's a princess from her most recent favourite movie. He's got them talking about the structure they're building and the two almost seem to finish each other's thoughts, eliciting a grin from both you and Suna when you share another look.
When you're seated at the table, across from Suna with Ryoka at your side and Kiyoshi across her, you notice how relaxed and comfortable the atmosphere is, enjoying it for the space of several heartbeats before realizing you forgot to offer the man a drink.
"Suna-san, would you like a beer? Or something else to drink?"
"I'm good, thanks, I can't really drink right now." He must see the inquisitive look slide on and quickly wipe off your face because he laughs and elaborates, "I play volleyball, professionally, so I have to be strict with my diet even if it's off season."
Your mouth drops in surprise, his stature and build making perfect sense now. Of course, how fitting. Your tone is heavy with respect when you reply, "That's incredible! I was a setter in high school so I know the discipline that comes with going pro, I could never have thought to pursue it professionally. You must be really dedicated."
So it would seem the light blush doesn't just kiss his ears when he's flustered or embarrassed, you can see the flush dust across his cheeks, however faint. It's pretty adorable, not a word you thought you'd use to describe this towering man but here you are, eyes sparkling and a soft smile teasing your lips.
He pauses before placing the meat platter back down in the center, eyes definitely not shy as he studies your expression with a small smile of his own gracing his lips. "Ah..thanks. And you can drop the honorifics by the way."
You already have in your head so you're glad he brought it up because you would have hated to slip up accidentally. "You as well then."
There's a moment of silence in which you think to ask, "How about any alternatives? I've got wine but also various other options if you want to take a look through the fridge."
"A glass of wine should be good, actually. Thank you."
"Mommy, can I have some too?" Ryoka looks up at you with pleading puppy dog eyes which has Kiyoshi attempting to match the look aimed at his dad with a low, "Me too?"
You both laugh and Suna tries to explain that wine isn't good for growing kids but you shake your head at him, prompting him to arch an expectant eyebrow while he waits for you to handle the denial.
"Ryoka, Kiyo, the wine mommies and daddies drink would just make you feel sick and bad. But I have something better for little princes and princesses that even adults like your dad and I aren't allowed to drink. Would you both like to have that instead?
Thank god they're not at an age to question every word out of your mouth just yet because they cheer for this 'special drink' so you move back over to the kitchen to pour it out, along with Suna who offers to help but by the playful look in his eyes, he's just curious to see what you'll pull together.
You direct him to the glasses and bottle opener as you take two plastic, stemmed glasses that mimic wine glasses in different colours and pour out cranberry juice in each. You hear Suna's chuckle and turn to find him already holding an open bottle in one hand and two glasses caught between his fingers by their stems in the other.
Wow, he looks really good in your kitchen, doesn't he? It's your turn to blush and he doesn't miss a thing, eyes tracking the heat as it flushes your face before his gaze drops to your lips, his own tilting from a grin to a teasing smirk.
Your only defense is to roll your eyes and turn to head back to the table, where the kids are now picking through the items they like versus the ones they don't and trading their unwanted portions off onto each other's plates. Okay, and that's even more adorable. It's only been weeks since they started classes and likely met, how have they become so close so fast?
"Cute, huh?" You startle at the low whisper in your ear, a small puff of air caressing the shell of your ear, when you realize Suna stopped right behind you to observe the same scene. His body heat seems to seek you out once you're fully aware of him, instilling you with the crazy urge to just lean back into his broad chest as he continues to whisper to you softly. Or just wrap his arms around you and hold you tight.
Wait, what- You stop yourself from looking back to meet his gaze, because you'd definitely expose your thoughts then but you have a feeling he's very aware of exactly what he's doing and not opposed to the reaction you just had. Either way, you just met this man today, right?
Ugh. You move forward instead, placing a cup in front of each kid, both reaching for it instantly. Ryoka tastes hers right away but Kiyo examines it first before tentatively attempting a tiny sip. And it works!
Each of their faces twists slightly at the tangy taste of the cranberry juice but seem to have picked up enough to know that 'wine' isn't exactly a sweet drink so both exchange a look before smoothing their faces out into haughty imitations of bored satisfaction. Haha. Little con artists.
You and Suna are grinning at each other too, as you each reclaim your seats and he pours out the wine for you both. The conversation flows easily once you're all settled and digging in, kids chiming in with random questions or requests for help with certain foods, but then zoning out constantly as they talk about their plans for the structure and something about cats again, as if it's just the two of them at the table.
Suna asks about your time playing volleyball and you ask him about his, noticing he has the same passion for the sport as you but definitely also an impressive dedication. He talks about his mindset in high school compared to now and you talk about your chosen vocation.
You both even have a chance to pull the full story about the events from earlier in the day, kids explaining that there was an unplanned early release, you and Suna putting two and two together to realize that the school did mess up big time. You both put it aside to deal with later and when he asks what you've covered with the kids already, you mention you didn't think it was appropriate to give Ryoka a lecture in front of Kiyoshi, keeping in mind that Suna might want to handle the discussion differently with his son.
He seems taken aback in a good way, throwing a very appreciative look your way and states that you're an incredibly considerate person and an amazing mom, prompting a full blush to work it's way back onto your face as your daughter throws her little arms as far around you as she can, agreeing very vocally with the amazing mom part.
You have to send her a teasing but firm look, adding that you're definitely saving a lecture on safety and responsibility for later since they shouldn't have left school grounds without an adult they know and trust. When Suna sees Kiyo's small look up at him, it's as if all he needs is a look to convey the same sentiment to his son but he places a hand on his head to ruffle his hair in a soft gesture.
It's near the end of dinner that conversation about each child's other parent arises. Your answer with a nonchalant shrug is to easily state, "Like I said before, it's just me and Ryoka."
Suna borrows a page from your book with a cheeky smile, right down to imitating your casual shrug and stating, "Likewise, just me and Kiyo."
There's nowhere to look but the steady gaze of his piercing eyes. Actually there are many other places but you're drawn in by a seemingly mutual pull.
"Mommy!" You're daughter's call has your eyes finally glancing away to meet hers instead, "You promised we could play hide-and-seek later!"
"Oh," You blink in shock at the long memory of children, "I did say that. But.."
"Please?" It's Kiyo's small voice that makes you pause and look towards Suna with wide eyes.
Oh, he's trouble because he's looking back at you and rounding out the group as the third pair of sparkling, mischievous eyes as he too asks with a teasing lilt, "Please?"
You have to laugh and agree, but only to a few rounds and only after the dishes have been cleaned. So Suna helps the kids wash their hands again before joining you at the sink, waving away your objections about being a guest and insisting he return the favour of an incredible meal.
Between the two of you, you make quick work of the dishes and it's time to deliver on your promise. You start of as 'it', counting down loudly by the front door while the kids rush off with Suna to find hiding spots around the house. You make sure to find Suna first and he trails after you as you hunt down the darling little treasures, finding Kiyoshi last. He really is good at hiding and staying quiet.
Suna's next and then Kiyoshi, then finally Ryoka is caught first and it's her turn to find the three of you. You follow the middle blocker's lead in allowing Kiyoshi to settle on a hiding spot and when he gestures to a closet in one of the guest rooms you quickly tuck yourself into the empty space.
But it seems the little boy has either run out of ideas of places to hide, or he's feeling rushed by Ryoka's faster countdown because he pushes his dad in with you and, frantically looking around after studying the lack of remaining space between the two adults, closes the door instead and you hear his little feet patter off.
Leaving you and Suna almost pressed together in the small, dark space. The silence between the two of you is heavy with restrained tension, the flirty comments and teasing glances throughout the evening hitting you full force as you realize the unintentionally intimate position you're in.
There's a thin beam of light streaking in from the crack between the doors that falls across Suna's face, making his already ethereal eyes appear even more unearthly, like glowing gems in the shadows that mask the rest of his face. They're trained right back on you as if he can see clearly in the dark, his intent gaze probing your own.
"I'd have suggested buying me dinner first..." His voice rings clear with mischievous amusement, quiet enough to reach your ears through the heavy gloom, "but I guess you already did."
You bite your lip to stop your smile, trying to shake off your overwhelming awareness of the man a breath away from you, "Isn't that supposed to be my line?"
Suna's chuckle is low, sending curious shivers resounding through you and his husky response succeeds in spiking your temperature, "If you want it to be. Or we could just save that part for later."
"Later, then." Why is it that your voice sounds so seductively throaty?! Is that really you?
In the inky darkness, all your other senses are on high alert so you almost jump when you feel his fingers brush at yours, trying to calm your racing pulse to no avail, as they tangle with yours oh so briefly. Then he's sliding them lightly up, brushing past your sensitive wrists, skating over your arms and shoulders and leaving a trail of goosebumps in their wake before one slides under the fall of your hair, to curve around the nape of your neck.
While the fingers there tangle into your hair, gentle pressure drawing you forward and up on your toes, the other hand only caresses the side of your neck before finally settling softly to cup your cheek. Is this really happening? With a quiet but charming man who was all but a stranger to you until today?
Any further questions slip from your mind and you only have a second to register the smallest shift of his head before his lips are softly pressing down on yours. Instead of butterflies or tingles, you feel as if the very floor beneath your feet tilts, disorienting you further in the inky darkness. But it doesn't matter much when his arms slide around you to gather you close, eliminating the already laughable amount of space between you.
Suna finally deepens the kiss when you give in to the urge to press yourself closer, a new ferocity seeming to overtake you both as you each devour the other. You have no idea where he ends and you begin, only focused on the sensational moment, as you chase each other's lips in the darkness.
It could have been seconds or minutes, or longer still, but you've lost track as you match his intensity. The desire only deepens when he elicits a deep groan, drawn out by your delicate bite on his lower lip and reverberating through you like am electric current. His grip in your hair tightens and you feel almost delirious, caught in this ardent spell.
You two finally separate for air, short gasps from you both gradually slowing until it's silent again. There's a new tension but also an undeniable relief in the air between you. You feel compelled to say something so you hastily drop the first thought that pops into your head.
"Talk about seven minutes in heaven."
He laughs, louder this time, as if he's forgotten why you're both hiding there in the closet in the first place. To be honest, so did you for a couple minutes there. And you suppose it probably only has been that long, an assumption he corroborates with his response. "Can I get the full seven, then?"
But before you can respond, the closet doors are yanked open with a dramatic move that can only be your daughter, her voice happily calling out her delightful victory, "Found you!"
You send a wry look Suna's way as your eyes slowly adjust to the light, "I'm sure your laugh just now gave our spot away."
He places a hand to his chest, acting wounded with a sad look thrown at Ryoka who only nods excitably in response. Kiyoshi is standing behind her with a smile on his face, proud that it took longer than usual and he makes it a point to state, "I gave them that spot. It was my idea."
They start to walk away with her congratulating him at being a hide and seek master, her acknowledgment prompting a change in their focus to discussing classic versus strategic spots at school. You're thankful for the moment to completely regain your composure and you make sure to settle your expression into something nonchalant when you look back over at Suna.
Yeah, you're probably not fooling him if that teasing smirk is any indication of his keen awareness.
"Suna, that-"
"Rintaro."
"What?"
"That's my name. Rintaro."
"Oh I- That wouldn't be very appropriate." You realize the irony too late as the rebuttal slips automatically from your slips.
His eyebrow raises in a sardonic salute, both of you aware that you're each well past the point of being worried about that now.
"Call me Rin, then, or any variation. But don't kiss me like that and then call me Suna." He sounds torn somewhere between teasing and serious but you understand the sentiment.
Licking your suddenly dry lips, conscious of the speedy pace your.. relationship with this man has been moving, you don't give yourself a chance to hesitate before you respond, "Then call me Y/n."
That slow, answering smile is everything you didn't know you wanted. You're not going to question this unexpected attraction. It's mutual, it's consuming, and it's something you don't think you can walk away from at this point. You're both adults as it is and, it seems, both in silent agreement to let this unfold as it may.
"Daddy," Kiyo pokes his head back into the room, "You're it this time! Hurry up."
Suna walks ahead to pick his son up and swing him in the air, asking, "Weren't you caught first, kiddo?"
"Yeah, but I'm tagging you in because I don't want to be it this round." He aims wide, earnest eyes at his dad. Suna chuckles, likely at the whimsical but simple reasoning, but unsurprisingly complies.
"Okay, but this is the last round, then. And you all better find some really great spots to hide." With a brief pause just before he walks out of the room, he looks back over his shoulder to you, gaze holding yours steady with a confident smirk, "I'm really good at getting what I'm after."
You're left alone to digest that pointed declaration, holding your hand to your warm cheeks for a quick moment before dropping them and following the others out.
As promised, you all play one more round in which you're found first, probably by design, if the challenging smirk Suna throws your way is any indication. Then Ryoka and Kiyoshi are found in equally short order, the latter claiming the title of ultimate winner - at least for today's game, as Ryoka makes a point to stubbornly state.
The kids are still really energetic, remnants from the excitement of the game, so you settle them down to continue their Lego project with the hopes it'll help them wind down quickly. For additional guarantee, you also set a children's movie to play in the background, hoping it'll catch their attention and hold it long enough to help finally relax them.
Suna joins you on the couch, handing you another glass of wine while he settles in just beside you so that his side is as close to pressed up against yours that he thinks he can get away with. Not that you're complaining, no, but it is very distracting when his thigh shifts against yours or his arm moves to settle on the couch behind you.
It's distracting every time he makes a comment in between the silent moments, teasing remarks that steal your attention for long stretches after he's done speaking. It's distracting when you think you're both engaged in pretending to watch the movie, only for his breath to brush your ear whenever he leans in to speak.
It's distracting when he tucks a lock of your hair behind your ear before letting his next playful words slip from his tempting lips. And it's distracting when you look over to make a comment of your own and find him already studying you.
You wonder what he sees, but it's undeniable that his interest in you seems to only get stronger rather than wane. You feel the same, undoubtedly drawn and inconceivably connected to this man you've known for hours. It feels more like you've known him for years.
Finally winding down near the end of the movie, Ryoka and Kiyoshi move to the couch, one on each lap and holding hands between them as they start to slump down with heavy, sleepy eyes.
"I'm sad to say, I think it's time for Kiyo and I to head out." Suna's caught it too, the kids are well past the capability of throwing a tantrum again. But even more so, they're both happily sated with their time today, left with great memories of a fun, impromptu play date.
It's time for them to leave, and you and Ryoka see them off to the door.
As he helps Kiyoshi with his shoes, Suna thanks you once again, sincerely and without motive, "Thank you so much for everything today, Y/n."
"Me too, but as I said before, don't thank me for any of it."
"Hm. Well, it wasn't really a great situation to start, but I'm glad with the way it turned out. Meeting you is something I can't regret." His smile is flirtatious but sweet, and you do get butterflies now, finding yourself at a momentary loss for words.
You're thankfully both distracted once the kids move to give each other hugs and when you and Suna comment on their closeness, Ryoka simply states, "Yeah, of course. He's my brother now, right Kiyo?"
"Mhm. We both said we wanted a brother or sister-"
"So now we have each other!"
That's so completely adorable. You glance back over to Suna, who's already looking at you with amusement. Children can be so heartbreakingly precious.
Of course, Suna just has to comment, trademark smirk right back on his face, "Brother and sister, huh? Sounds good to me. What do you think, mom?"
Did he really? Just.. wow. You're definitely red all over, that was so highly suggestive on so many levels. You're okay with the fast pace that swept you off your feet today, but really- acting like co-parents... buy a girl dinner first. Damn.
"I think it's great you two have such a strong bond. You'll keep watching out for each other, yes?"
They enthusiastically nod their agreement and you send a challenging look Suna's way to see if there are any more awkward comments he wants to drop on you before the night is over. He takes pity with a small smile though, sending you a playful wink before turning to open the door with Kiyo's hand slipping in his.
They both wish you and Ryoka a good night as her own hand finds yours and two of you watch them walk over to, and settle in, Suna's car before you finally close and lock the door. Looking down at your daughter with a gentle smile, you say, "We'll save the talk about your choices from earlier today for tomorrow. But I hope you had a good day, munchkin."
"Yes, yes! Thank you so much, mommy!" She wraps her arms around your legs as you place a soft hand on her head, "I love you!"
"I love you too, baby. Let's get you to bed. Why don't you go pick out your pajamas for the night while mommy quickly finishes up here?"
She nods before running off to her room while you go over to the living room to turn off the TV and lights. When you're placing your wine glass in the sink, thinking of the moment Suna had brought it to the couch for you as if he somehow knew what you might want, you hear a text come in from your phone.

A/N: Okay so this is the final draft of a scenario that's been taking some space in my head every night when I'm trying to get some sleep. It was initially planned as a set of short scenarios for my Fayevourites (you can find the link to the anthology series up above, the other character concepts are explained there) but when I started writing Suna's story, it stretched much longer than anticipated. He has a habit of doing that to me but regardless, all it means is I've had to change some ideas and break the rest up into more manageable chapters. That said, there are three more chapters I plan to release. I'm hoping to start working on the other characters for this series first to keep it even, but I'll basically go where my writing takes me (: I hope you all enjoyed reading this one as much as I enjoyed writing it <3

SEMI BACK FROM THE DEAD PEOPLE
That's right! I'm back! And I bring to you CHAPTER 3 OF GUARDIAN MACAQUE AU
WHY?! Well because I couldn't sleep well and it's 5 am fuck my headache I give you content!! Fair warning: Macaque is a soft monkey especially to kids AND YOU CAN PRY THIS HC FROM MY COLD DEAD HANDS ABDJFKCMCM
Some days, Biming would leave to sell the rice cultivated in their field to the neighbouring village. An oddity, Hóu realised. Why sell to another village? He didn't understand… After all, there were other houses in their village.
"Hóu?" Ai's soft voice called for the demon. Oddly enough, it wasn't her usual tone that came through her call.
Immediately detecting the shift from her usual beat, the black monkey jumped down from his position on the plum tree that grew in the back garden of the couple's home. The tree upon which the monkey would spend most of his free time on whenever he could. "You called, Mrs. Ai?"
"Oh! Yes, dear…" her voice dripped with worry - fear even. In her arms a red cloak, outstretched as if allowing him to take it. "Could you please accompany Biming to the town today…?" Her eyes glimmering under the morning sun with worry, begged the black monkey to take on her request.
Hóu, with an immediate nod, complied as he gently took the cloak from Ai's grasp. Hesitantly, the black monkey built up enough courage to ask the kind lady, her worry affecting his own.
"Mrs. Ai… is everything alright…?" His hand reached out to Ai’s in an attempt to comfort her as his eyes locked with hers, taking notes of the high level of worry embedded deep within her honey-brown eyes.
Seeing the concern in Hóu's golden eyes, Ai's tense shoulders fell as she let out a shaky breath. "Ling Fa… he warned us that demons moved in close to the rout Biming takes to the other village…"
Ling Fa… yes…
He was the family's guardian spirit… it was his duty to protect the family, right? Of course he would warn the kind couple.
By late morning, Biming and Hóu had headed out on the road on the small mule-pulled cart with their cargo safely secured. Ling Fa had stayed behind to ensure Ai's safety as he would not have been much help with manual labor.
Hóu rode on the back of the cart as his mind drifted off to the thoughts of the strange family guardian. They had previously met a couple of times. Ling Fa wasn't a concerning figure, in fact Hóu believed he was incapable of fighting due to his pacifistic tendencies.
Throughout the journey, Biming and Hóu held up a small lighthearted conversation, a conversation that seemed to have only lasted a couple of minutes was in fact just two hours.
Soon the duo were at town close to noon, Hóu couldn't believe how lively everything was! Carts and vendors and buyers were everywhere! If he was being honest, Hóu's entire world seemed to start spinning due to the overload of his senses.
"Welcome to the market, Hóu!" Biming said with a bright smile as he handed Hóu some earplugs. "They might not completely drown out all the new senses but its something at least… if you ever need a breath at all, then tell me and we can go to a more tame part of the town were we can rest for a bit"
Hóu's reply came in the form of a nod. However, even though his senses are over exerting himself, Hóu knew that he had to allow Biming to sell their crops so they could earn the money needed. So, the black monkey decided to sit right behind the cart after putting on the earplugs, mostly hidden from the front view as she observed how Biming bargained and sold his crops.
Eventually, daylight started diminishing as the sun was starting to head down the horizon, turning the shy a nice shade that reminded the monkey of orange peaches… something about the sunset seems to have upset the demon and he felt a pang of pain in his chest.
Upon noticing the sadness embedded on the monkey’s face, Biming decided that it was time to head home. "Hóu, let's go home." Came the familiar voice of the young man that got Hóu moving onto the back of the cart, and once again head off back home. "We should be back home just after sunset" Said Biming in an attempt to comfort his companion, which seemed to have worked somewhat.
The ride back didn't have many complications, it was a smooth ride back with a few conversations every now and again. Once home, Biming and Hóu carried their goods into the home as they announced their return, only to be greeted by the smell of Ai's amazing cooking as they sat down by the table to eat.
Biming was telling Ai how well Hóu had taken to the city and how well behaved he was. He kept on flattering the black monkey demon which got Hóu to stutter every now and again when he decided to speak up. Soon enough, it was time to head to bed after it was decided that from then on, Hóu would accompany Biming to the market.
His days spent here in the small farm house by the valley with Ai and Biming went by faster than he expected. And soon, they would have a new addition to their family in the form of a child between the couple.
The couple at first didn't know how Hóu would react to children, as throughout Ai's pregnancy, he had done his best to avoid her as much as possible without angering her. He however instead spent his time with Biming learning how to trade and sell as well as bargain and buy goods.
When their daughter was born, the couple found something they never had expected to see. That night they had awoken to the sound of soft cries coming from the adjacent room that Hóu had offered the baby to stay in with him so he could make sure that their daughter was safe from all harm. Surprisingly, Hóu had also swore it as his duty out of the blue one night before she was even born.
What surprised them however, was what they saw in the room that night. They had found Hóu gently cradling their small daughter in his arms. Biming most of all was surprised at how Hóu could be so delicate with such a small fragile being and yet possess strength strong enough to carry the entire cart filled with supplies.
Hóu looked over at the couple with worry laced all very his face. "S-sorry… she won't stop crying… she must be hungry!" It surprised Ai how well he knew how to manage a baby and how he could tell what was wrong. She stood there for a moment as she smiled at the panicked monkey before taking her daughter to feed her in the other room, leaving Biming and Hóu together in the room.
Biming sat down next to Hóu on the bed who seemed a bit anxious. "Is something the matter Hóu?" Came the concerned question from Biming.
Hóu's tail flicked anxiously like an irritated cat, he lowered his head and talked in barely a whisper "she's just so small Biming… will she really survive?"
With a comforting hand on Hóu's shoulder, a smile found its way onto Biming's face "with you worrying about her like this… I know she'll be perfectly fine Hóu…" and with that, Ai came back in, carrying their sleeping daughter in her arms.
Without a second to lose, Hóu was up on his feet to give the bed to the sleeping baby. But instead, Ai gave him the small bundle of joy with a smile. Something within him clicked that night, and for the first time he remembered something from his past.
A conversation?
"Hey, [~~~] why so stiff?"
"Because! They're so small! So defenseless! How can they survive?!" A chuckle rang out throughout what seemed like a cave as the sound echoed.
"They're children! Of course, they're small! But hey! They seem to like you!"
"I… I guess they do…"
"You know… if you're really worried about them so much why not take care of them?"
"Don't you already do that?"
"Well, technically, yes? But what I meant was you could watch over the little ones and make sure they're safe?"
"... alright, I'll do it!"
Hóu held the small child close to his chest, a stifled sob escaped him as a few tears flowed down his face and onto the blankets that wrapped around the baby. This concerned the couple as they barely see Hóu cry, in fact. This is only the second time they've seen him cry ever since finding him that fateful day.
Just before they could react, Hóu faced them. Face stained with tears but his eyes held a strong determination. "No matter what, I'll make sure she becomes big and strong. I swear on my life"
With his sudden declaration, the couple found a sense of peace and comfort. Ever since then, Hóu had appointed himself their daughter's caretaker and would help Ai and Biming with their daughter in whatever way he could. There had been countless times when Ai or Biming would search for their daughter only to find her asleep on Hóu who had her safely asleep on or under his favorite tree in their garden, sometimes asleep himself.
Such were the peaceful times, the days he wouldn't have to worry about much except for their family's safety. Nothing could happen to them, he used to think. Not until the incident.
Golden eyes fluttered open as he heard a faint sound of someone calling out to him. "I'm heading off to work dad!! Text you later!!" Followed by a door slamming shut and a soft ringing of a bell.
With a sigh, the black monkey sat up and combed through his messy black hair before getting up and heading to the bathroom to freshen up. Mi Hóu looked at the mirror and examined himself only to be taken back to see a human face before remembering that his life with Ai, Biming, and their daughter Chu-Hua had ended a couple of hundred years ago.
He had remembered everything since that time, and his true name is Liu er Mihóu otherwise known as the Six Eared Macaque. And he remembered that at this current time, he has a son. A son that he had to look out for in a world of hidden demons. But here's the catch, he can't let his son know that he himself is a demon even though he already knows about demons. Which is why he uses a human disguise.
"Another regular day of work I guess…" he mumbled as he heard the ringing of the bell hung at the door indicating that someone had entered their home, or to be more specific, his clinic. Little did he know that this day would be the end of his daily routine of curing demons and teaching at a dojo.

[Part III] Mamoru and Y/n
a/n: in this chapter y/n and mamoru spend sometime together getting to know each-other a bit more...]
so complete of season one follows the manga the next part of the story will be season ii cause i really like that season.. but for the final battle im doing the show version with a twist at the end.... so im taking out the manga version of the reincarnation and having the tv show version instead since that one is more impactful and i like it more.
[ Finding Sailor Jupiter ]
[Y/n] was at the Crown Game Center, with Usagi, Ami, and Makoto. The new transfer student in Class 6,  [Y/n] watches Makoto play the Sailor V, game.
"You sure you’ve never played this game before?” Usagi asks, Makoto.
”it’s the same as fighting in real life.” Makoto says, to her.
”you let the bad guy chase you so you can catch him off guard, then you hit him with your ultimate attack!” She says, as she plays the game.
”Ultimate attack!” Usagi says, in awe.
”Hi Usagi! Y/n! You’re here early today.” Ami says, as she walks towards them.
”Oh! Hi, Ami!” Both Y/n and, Usagi say. Looking towards her.
”Have you met the new girl yet? She just transferred into, Class 6 today.” Usagi says, to her.
“I’m Makoto Kino,” she says, looking over at Ami.
”I’m Ami Mizuno. I go to Juban, too. It’s so nice to meet you.” She says, to Makoto.
"Nice to meet you too." Makoto says, looking at the game. Then Motoki came over, "Hey Usagi! So are all the girls you're friends with cute." He says, and he looks and sees Makoto who turns her head and, looks at him. A blush spread across her cheeks,
"Its...you." She says, quietly looking at him. Then the sound of game over interrupted them, she turned back towards the screen.
"Oh! Nothing I thought you were someone else.." She says, looking back at them game.
[TIme-Skip] to bridal shop cause this bitch lazy..
"Well this is the bridal shop he was talking about." Ami says, as the girls look at it.
"It's also the same one Naru went to." Usagi says, looking at it.
"Where's Mako?" She says, looking around and sees her looking up at the shop, with a blush spread across her face. She sees a dress and, looks at it.
"So gorgeous. I wish I could wear a dress like that." Mako says, to herself.
As two girls pass by, "See thats the bridal shop." One girl says, pointing to it.
"You mean that's the shop thats cursed?" the girl beside her asks.
"That's right! Sometimes people see it! That ghost bride." [Y/n] says, looking at the shop.
"The mannequin on the balcony wanders around at night, trying to seduce the male-passers by Everybody! says so." She says, to them.
"And if you buy a dress from the shop, you become cursed by the ghost bride. and spend your life in misery." She says, looking at the shop.
"Whaa? Well, when I do get engaged, I'm not going to go there for a dress." Mako thinks, to herself. The girls, make their way towards Rei's.
Rei looks at Makoto and, feeling a powerful presence from her. All the girls catch Rei up, on the bridal shop.
"A cursed bridal shop? The ghost of a bride? Yes, it is suspicious." Rei says, to her friends.
"That groom who went missing...I wonder if he was seduced by that ghost bride?" Ami says, to herself.
"If he was, he's got no-one to blame but himself for being lured in by a ghost." Rei says, her arms folded. Makoto then turn back towards the girls,
"This is all too complex for me. I'm going home." Makoto says, to the girls then leaves. And, as she does Luna, jumps up onto Rei's, shoulder.
"Luna.." Rei says, looking towards Makoto...
"Yes.." Luna says, as she looks up at Rei.
"The day we're all assembled might be sooner than we think." Rei says, watching as Makoto walks away..
[Y/n] was fast asleep, in her bed when all of a sudden Tuxedo Mask, appears at her window. She gasps and, watches as he runs away. She rushes out of bed and, follows him. Atlas notices and, notifies everyone.
"Ami-Chan, Rei-Chan, Usagi-Chan, Wake up! Tuxedo Mask is leading Y/n-Chan away!" Atlas shouts, into the watch..[Y/n] arrives at the Bridal Shop from before, and gasps seeing Makoto. Everyone else, arrives and transforms. Seeing the ghost bride,
'Lunar Prism Power! Make-Up!' She shouts, as she transforms into Sailor Luna. And, everyone else into their own respective guardian.
"Stealing the sacred form of the blushing bride and whispering of love! We wont stand for it!" Sailor Moon, shouts at the ghost bride.
"I'm the Sailor Guardian, Sailor Luna. Who fights for the stars and, the moon above."
"I'm the pretty guardian sailor moon who fights for love, and for justice.."
"And, I'm the Sailor Guardian Sailor Mercury."
"And I'm, the Sailor Guardian Sailor Mars.."
"And we'll punish you"
They say..
"You were controlling and tricking people?" Makoto says, looking at the ghost bride.
"You mean you were serious damn it.." She says, as a symbol appears on her forehead.
"I'll let you know about a woman's pure feelings with raw strength." She says, picking up the ghost bride, then she suddenly transforms into Sailor Jupiter.
"Flower Hurricane!" She shouts, as a flower hurricane appears. "Jupiter, the planet I guard, bring a storm!! And down your thunder!" She shouts, at Nephrite.
"Jupiter Thunder-bolt!" She shouts, as a thunderbolt strikes Nephrite killing him...Makoto falls to the ground, and all the girls run towards her to see if she's okay and, she was. And, Luna tells her that she's Sailor Jupiter..
- sorry for it being terrible and short i was using the manga'
[ time skip ] y/n's off doing her own thing she has work to do..
[Y/n] sighed, as she looked at the papers scattered on her desk. [Y/n] wrote down stuff, from her textbook down onto the paper. She looks down and, groans. She barely got any sleep last night, since she was up all night just, working on this and, was tired really tired.
She sighs and, decides to take a break. She makes some coffee and, decides to go out for a walk. Not knowing about what was happening outside, after walking for about ten minutes, she began to feel dizzy.
'My head is all fuzzy and, my strength is going... ugh what's going on?' She says and, she begins to fall to the ground.
'Must be the work of the enemy..' She thinks, as she falls to the ground.
Mamoru rounds the corner and, sees [Y/n] lying on the ground unconscious. He runs towards her, quickly checking for a pulse. He brings his hand to her cheek, "Hey! Snap out of it." He says, to her. And, she stirs awake looking him in the eyes, but seeing Tuxedo Mask.
"Tuxedo Mask!" She says, in amazement looking at him.
"What are you doing here?" She asks, as her cheeks turn red.
"My bad judgement and actions brought us to this point." He says, to her and, she looks at him in shock.
"Tuxedo Mask! So this whole situation was your.... You did it are you actually?" She asks, worried.
"No, I'm not! I didn't mean for this to happen! I wanted to find the Legendary Silver Crystal no matter the cost. But I didn't have any information to work on!" He says, looking at her.
"And I don't have powers like you do!" He says, to her. And she gasps,
"You must transform into Sailor Luna! I can't do anything about this situation myself at this point." He says, and, she gasps once more.
"Y-You know I'm Sailor Luna.. Just who in the world are you?" She asks, looking him in the eyes.
"You're the only one who can come to the rescue." He says, to her. And she looks him, in the eyes. Those familiar eyes, that would seem that she sees everymorning.
[Y/n] stands up and, places her hands on her brooch.
'Lunar Prism Power Make-Up!'
[Y/n] then makes, her way to where everyone else, was...She gasps, seeing so many people, lying on the ground she didn't know if they were dead or just unconscious. Even though she's seen stuff from the enemy, nothing to this extent. She was scared nervous, what if she couldn't bring anyone back...
But then she felt a pair of arms wrap around her, "Snap out of it Sailor Luna! I know you can do it." Tuxedo Mask, said to her as tears ran down her cheeks. Then a stick appeared and, it was in the shape of a star. She takes it in her hands, "Please! Take everybody.. and give them back their lives! Please!" She shouts, holding the stick..
And, after she did and, everyone was waking up. She suddenly felt sleepy and, went limp. "Sailor Luna?" He says, grabbing hold of her, before she hit the ground.
"You used too much power?" He says, looking down at her. A smile, spread across his face as he looks at her. He tucks, a strand of hair behind her ear.
"But well done.. Sailor Luna." He says, to her as he picks her up bridal style.
'What is this?'
"This familiar warmth..'
"It's as if this warmth is giving me back my energy'
As he places her on the his bed, he looks at her. She seemed so at peace, even though using up so much power and energy during that fight.
[Time-Skip]
[Y/n] woke up, in an unfamiliar place. She looked around, she was lying in someone else's bed. 'Where.. am I?" she says, as she looks around. She looks down and, sees a pocket watch. She looks at it and, sees that it has the phases of the moon on it.
"So you're awake?" Mamoru says, as he looks over at [Y/n] who looks, over at him. Then she looks at the suit he was wearing,
"Why are you Tuxedo Mask...?" She asks, looking at him.
"It's for my memory. That's why I have to get my hands on the Legendary Silver Crystal." He says, to her and, she looks at him.
"Your memory?" She asks, looking into his eyes.
"I lost my parents, on my sixth birthday. There was a car accident and, I lost both of my parents. And, I forgot who I was." He says and, [Y/n] gasps tears running down her cheeks.
"And, I started having the same dream over and over. Find the Legendary Silver Crystal.. Just that phase. time and time again in my dreams." He says and, she looks at him.
"And before I knew it... I was stealing through the city at night like some strange sleep-walker! Wearing a tuxedo like some phantom thief." He says,
"The only clue to my past, are the word find the legendary silver crystal." He says,
"What about you?" He asks and, she blushes looking down.
"Um... Well it isn't so quite defined Atlas told me to find it alongside Sailor Moon, and protect it, so.." She says, blushing.
"I see." He says and, she looks at him curiosly.
[Y/n] brought the mask closer to his face, placing it over his eyes. She should've known, that all to familiar voice that she heard, every morning. Those all to familiar eyes she'd, get lost in. Even though she only lives a few doors down the hall. This moment in time between them felt like, they've met this way before but in different circumstances. But at this moment, if time were to stop she wouldn't mind at all.
She looked down nervously, her heart racing. "A-Atlas is waiting for me. I... have to go home." She says, turning to leave but stops, when Mamoru place his hand, on her shoulder. Her heart pounding against her chest, "N/n." He says, and she turns around to look at him.
A blush spread across her face, "N/n. Your bag." He says, and she nervously takes it from him. Covering her face with it, as her face turned bright red. She walks towards the door, and leaves.
'...He called me "N/n" That's who he said.' She says, thinking to herself as she walks down the hallway to her apartment, her heart racing as she thinks of him.
'Maybe I could call him "Since he's Mamoru, maybe I can call him Mamo-Chan.' She thinks, stopping outside her door. She reaches, into her pocket. And pulls out Mamoru's broken pocket watch,
'I brought it with me... his broken pocket watch.' she stares at it, bringing it to her lips and kissing it. This all too familiar warmth returning once more, but stronger than ever before. [Y/n] has never fallen in love before, but this moment was completely different, she feels like she already knows him.
He's opened up to her, he trusts her enough to tell her why he's going after the Legendary Silver Crystal. That moment, between them just moments ago. Felt as if they were in a fairy tale, as if they were two lovers. Finding out each-other's secret identities,  a fairy tale she wanted to be in.
She never thought she'd fall in love so quickly, but it doesn't feel wrong. Not one bit, for to her it feels like she's falling in love with him all over again. As if she knew him from as past life. She looked up, hearing that voice once more.
'You're my one and only love.'
She walked into her apartment and, sighed as she thought of Mamoru. She brought her hand up to her face, her face bright red. A smile spread across her face, as she looked at the broken pocket watch. She held it close to her chest, holding it over her heart.
'Is this what being in love is like?'
{ Chapter Four } Princess Serenity and Princess Y/n  Sneak Peek
And how Mamoru noticed, how shaken and scared she was. When they tried to talk to her, [Y/n]'s face turns red, as she feels Mamoru's hand on hers. "Are you okay?" He asks, and she looks down, then at him. Her heart racing, pounding against her chest. "Yeah, I'm fine Mamo. Just seeing them, after all those years startled me." She says, looking up at him, smiling.
They close the gap between them, their lips touching. [Y/n]'s hand places her hands, on Mamoru's chest. This kiss between them, felt magical familiar as if, out of a fairy tale. Mamoru places his hands, on her waist. She didn't want, this moment between them to stop.
He weakly brings his hands up, looking at [Y/n] who looked down at him worried, tears in her eyes. 'I remember now, I came back to be with you again. I found you, Y/n." He says, his hand going limp.
"My...Star." He says, and [Y/n] looks down at him in shock, tears streaming down her cheeks. [Y/n] shakes her head, and screams in anguish. As she wraps her arms around Mamoru, tears streaming down her cheeks.
