actually watching my first nephew grow up through photographs kinda sucks.

#i miss my brothers so much it hurts dude #hate nothing more than not being close to them #can't live near them because i can't live within a thousand miles of my parents #he looks so much like both of my brothers #and so much like my dad #most of the time im okay with the decisions ive made re: that specifically but god he's sp big and ive never met him #he's a whole little person #brandon's such a good dad and i'm so happy for him cause he's raised two partner's kids but has always wanted his own SO badly #and i'm missing it.#my heart hurts

the cousin poll really makes me laugh bc like the options are so funny to me??? like I know some people don't have large families, that's fine. but I kinda thought it would be a better range like 0-2 and 3-5 and etc bc uhh I have 40+ first cousins. so yes 8+ but like 8+ could just mean 9 or it could mean 100. I think to get a better scale for some groups of people, like mormons and catholics and other groups that generally have big families, you might vary the numbers a bit idk

#personal #and that 40+ is just my moms side #i have only sort of only 3 on my dads #its more bc ive never met his one brother or his kids #but also kinda less bc unfortunately one of the ones i do know died a few years ago. i miss him #but anyway we're all german catholics so. big fam. mom is one of 13 #and looking through the notes #lots of people have parents who come from 7 or more groups of kids #thats not gonna guarantee lots of cousins necessarily but still #its something to consider #i think more people have siblings than not maybe

am i the only one that hates the met gala?

#like i have the tag blocked #i dont come here for pics of celebrities wearing who knows what #i mean i'm one of those ppl that doesnt care much for celebrities anyway #like there were times when i almost blocked the zawe tag bc i follow enough loki blogs to see tom stuff including him with her #& i have nothing against their relationship if theyre happy thats great if they want a relationship they deserve it but i couldnt care less #i only commented on it once bc of how weird some tom fans have been about it. but srsly i almost blocked her tag when they got engaged bc i #dont want to block his bc theres a good amount of loki posts that are tagged as tom hiddleston & i didnt want to miss out on that but the #only reason ive even heard of zawe is bc of tom so i wouldnt have missed anything. never ended up doing that the online drama ended faster #than i expected but like thats a good example of how much i dont care about celebrity stuff & like the met gala is just so much celebrity #stuff shoved down my throat all at once & idk why i hate it specifically & like am fine with the oscars or whatever but gosh #i only just got comfortable with the idea of blocking tags & met gala is the one i blocked the most confidently #personal
