Cons of new phone: Can't charge without "compatible charger" (special smasung charger not generic one I already own), slightly longer than old phone, really thin, no headphone jack, can't delete facebook, takes screenshots slightly different and it's ruining my muscle memory

Noelle would definitely have a bunch of dark types I think idk they just have the dark type trainer vibes. They'd be perfect for the Asshole Rival role. Or maybe kinda like N's deal where they are a rival but also a major antagonist and one of the big bad guys.

The first pokemon I thought for Noelle to have was Nickit/Thievul because I love Nickit and also it steals things much like Noelle does. Also it's a first route pokemon so if you were to have a hypothetical rival battle with them since most early fights with your rival they catch a route one pokemon that could be Noelle's. I'm just gonna put Noelle in the rival/antagonist role for this one

But also nickits a galar pokemon and I don't really want Noelle to be from galar? It'd be really funny if he was British but I don't feel like he'd be from galar. I don't really know actually where he lives tbh I'll have to ask my friend about where Noelle's killing game thing would have taken place would it have been Japan or America or what. So if not galar probably either unova or one of the regions inspired by japan

Also I think Noelle would have some kind of cat pokemon and some kind of mouse pikemon because Noelle has a cat named Ferb. And Noelle also steals cheese very frequently it's like a major deal to them for reasons. So mosque. Because nice supposedly like cheese. Also it makes me think of the phrase like cat and mouse like cats hunting mice and toying with them which fits Noelle alot

The first pokemon I thought of that's a dark type cat was purrloin/liepard but I don't really want to give Noelle a lot of galar pokemon. Maybe Umbreon? That's kind of cat like idk it feels more like a dog or fox to me. And for the mouse I don't want. To use morpeko. It'd make perfect sense bc mouse, dark type and it's whole full mode hangry mode thing but I don't really like morpeko that much. it's cute but it's just kinda there? it never really stood out to me. The mkr ei type about why I don't want to do specootc things the more I feel like placing Noelle in galar and giving him a morpeko

I mean the most eveil thing we have in galar is team yell and chairman rose. I mean the worst things Noelle would do are probably not safe for pokemon games (ex: threatening people with guns only to reveal it was just a prank it was a fake gun get trolled. Actually that also feels a bit like something theyf do In the early episodes of the anime) so I guess if Noelle has to stay g rated then he'd be like Bedr. The little fucking asshole rival who bullies you and tries get lthe rpeoples attention. But otherwise if neolel was like Evil Team Member Guy for whatever reason then I think they'dso a lot more bad things

Noelle would probably be like "Hi Player! Fight me. Fight me. Fight me. No? Ok. Thievul use Beat Up. That's what I thought. pokemon battle time! "

Pokemon world and the legal system and karma is a train wreck if you think about it

In most story driven media there is an understood system the writer seems to have that shows what the morals of the land are and what sorts of consequences result from actions. For example say Steven Universe where the more Steven learns about his mother the more horrified he is by her manipulation of situations the truth of war seeing both the good and bad her actions brought upon people and the world. Overall it shows complicated situations both the good and bad of each side painting the world in a balanced system of some thing are hard good and some things are a hard wrong with a million gray in-between.

And pokemon.....is just really bad at doing that, and all it really does is highlight just how messed up the system either by law or writers putting in a system of karma is.

For example most media of pokemon depicts,"Bad people are those that don't care about their pokemon." However we have Pryce, Manga version, who loves his Laura's dearly and is crushed when it's parents die in an avalanche. He goes so far as to make child soldiers, two linked to legendary pokemon to try to bring the parents back. That fails so he gets a third legendary, goes back in time, reunites them and then realizes his mistakes throwing himself in time void out of guilt.

Like yeah he cares about pokemon.....too much clearly. And yet meanwhile one of these child soldiers, Karen, is framed for treason, and screamed at being told she was always evil when instead it's kinda clear she's an abuse victim.

And then Pryce comes back, helps once, and suddenly is allowed to have his gym back cause he's good now. Meanwhile we kinda ignore what happened with Karen there playing that off as a joke.

And if you think it's just Manga no let's look at qnime pryce. He actually says like,"pikemon are tools cause one abandoned me years ago." And when it gets found out there was a misunderstanding, pryce apologizes, and is suddenly ok now so we just ignore how he treated pokemkn in the past.

And this isn't just with older stuff either, though it's more prevalent, Rose goes and turns himself in after what happens in SwSh right? Well what about Leon? It's kind of obvious he knew about the eternatus thing and was on board just wanted to delay it for the public sake. If he knew what was going on shouldn't he of been an accessory to the crimes committed? Not even Olena suffers any backlash minus emotional scars of the event, and is allowed to continue running the company.

Also to compare another person. Manga Lance high key wanted to commit a Lysandre mixed with N, so more murder all humans cause pokemon are being mistreated. However N gets to run away on magic dragon, Lance gets to be champion, and uh...in the anime and games Lysandre's fate is unknown but in the Manga the artist straight up draws his corpse and lemme just say the blank expression is uncomfortably well done.

The pokemon moral system feels less like a tangible thing and more,"I dunno we have to have a bad guy so blame everything on one person and shove the complicated stuff under the rug."

It feels like it started with Giovanni where like everything gets put on him meanwhile no real punishment comes to the gym leaders who sided with him like, Surge, Sabrina, and sure Koga almost dies but that was from defying Rocket, which less we forget Agatha mind controlled Bruno for years which is never brought up again to kill him.....so yeah she doesn't pay consequence either.

And there is a scene in the Manga after Giovanni almost dies to save Silver, and confesses something along the lines of,"I want to be a good person there's just something inside of me that won't let me."

And like that's some deuc ex machina for evil that annoys me cause I feel like pokemon uses that alot for villians and their moral explanations as just writing stuff off as,"Yeah uh....they're just bad cause we say so."

This is also why I love the Fandom for how it writes the characters cause man the amount of thought folks put in to a characters reasoning and how events played out is amazing considering we have this chaos to sift through.
