poly jake/rooster/reader because im so fucking sleepy and it’s making me so grumpy :(

You wake up earlier than usual one morning because you're missing the presence of at least one person in the bed, you wrap a blanket around yourself and waddle into the kitchen, pouting when you see them cuddling together on the couch.

You fake cough to get their attention, and they turn to you with big smiles on their faces.

“Good morning sunshine,” Bradley says softly, and you don’t stop pouting, throwing in a frown for good measure so they know you're not happy with them.

Jake opens up his arms as an invitation for you to lie with them. “Wanna come snuggle, pretty girl?”

“I thought that’s what we were doing,” you grumble, slowly crawling over to them on the couch, laying across their laps. “Then you left.”

“Aww, we’re sorry pumpkin” Bradley coos, gently scratching your scalp with his blunt nails. Jake’s hand slides under your shirt and he rubs your back softly, occasionally dragging his nails over your spine to make you squirm.

“Had to go to the gym this morning baby, but we’re here now, how can we make it up to you?”

And you already feel yourself drifting back to sleep with their soft touches on your body, they don’t say anything as you brush your nose against Bradley's thigh and let the fuzziness of being held sink back in and slowly drag you back to sleep

“Can’t, meanies” You mumble, speech slurred and eyes barely open as Jake rubs circles into your hips

“Well you could’ve come with us?” this earns them an annoyed whine and a snicker from both boys as you buried your head into Bradley’s stomach, shaking your head vehemently at the thought of getting up this early, let alone running or lifting weights.

“Jus' tell me when you go, hate waking up alone” you mutter, Jake and Bradley’s eyes soften and their grins turn to small smiles, noting that you were in fact, a little upset at being left alone, even if it was mostly just you being tired.

Bradley pulls you up gently into his arms, sitting you between his legs, wrapping his arms around you tightly, and you press your face into his neck, peppering kisses to the exposed skin there occasionally, Jake moves to give you some room to get comfortable before lying on his stomach, in between your thighs, head on your stomach and arms around your waist, your hands instinctually threading through Jake's messy hair.

“We’re sorry sunshine, didn’t wanna wake you” He mumbles

“S’okay, wake me next time” you're barely audible but they both hear, nodding and letting a comfortable silence fill the living room as your breaths even out, finally being able to rest now that you have your boys with you.
