one thing i enjoy about svsss so far is this huge family-like support shen qingqiu has from his sect, like i just made a post about how i love liu qingge, partly bcs hes ride or die for shen qingqiu, but shen qingqiu has many many people fighting for him and his honor and dignity no matter the cost. it's so different from tgcf where xie lian and hua cheng are so so lonely for most of their lives and while i haven't read mdzs yet, the untamed also has areas where wei wuxian and lan wangji are just such outsiders in their own lives, they might as well be alone even with people around them constantly
