Krbk walking past a row of gacha machines on the streets when one catches Bakugo's attention. He immediately beelines for it, finishing out his wallet to get coins.

Kirishima follows him, amused as he looks at the gacha display and gasps.

"Oh! It's our class!"

Kirishima hasn't seen much merchandise of them yet, mainly because they just graduated, but the machine had super cute mini figurine versions of them and their classmates in their hero suits. He instantly searched for Bakugo's and smiled. Mini Bakugo looked so manly!!!

They gave him little explosions and his winning smirk. Kirishima is pretty tempted to try and play to get him for himself.

Not while his crush was present though.

He watches Bakugo open up a capsule and sees the blond grunt in disgust when it reveals a mini Mineta.

Bakugo almost looks ready to burn it. Since there were no bins nearby Bakugo opens his gym bag and drops it in before going back to depositing more coins. Clearly not getting the result he wanted, and tried three more times.

Iida. Ojiro. Momo.

Kirishima tried to hide a smile.

It was kinda funny and cute how determined Bakugo's expression was as he kept playing.

"Fuck! Stop giving me Deku and Half n Half you stupid machine!" Bakugo growls, smacking the display in warning.

Kirishima couldn't help the chuckle he let out that time. Bakugo was really getting fired up!

He watches Bakugo open up Kaminari, Mina and Sero capsules.

Bakugo keeps going.

Kirishima glances down to Bakugo's gym bag, he's almost got their whole class in there.

When Bakugo finally opens a capsule to reveal a mini version of himself Kirishima thought that was the end of it.

Bakugo drops his mini version in the bag with a grunt.

Huh.

Kirishima wasn't expecting that. His eyes darted between the mini Bakugo and the real one.

Does that mean Bakugo is going to throw mini Bakugo out!?

He's too cute to go out like that!

Luckily Bakugo is still distracted so Kirishima quickly bends down to swipe the figure and puts it in his jacket pocket.

Successful rescue mission!

"Damn it I'm out of yen!" Bakugo curses and hits the machine again.

Kirishima pats him on the shoulder, partly in sympathy, partly in please don't cause property damage.

Then he takes out his wallet to count the loose change. Just enough for one gacha play.

"Hey Bakugo, I have enough yen if you want to play one more time?"

Bakugo glares down at the offered money.

"No."

"Oh..."

"You do it, I have the worst fucking luck." Bakugo grumbles, crossing his arms, the pout deepening.

"Oh!" Kirishima raises the money to the coin slot and pauses, "are you sure?"

"Do it."

He threads the money into the machine.

As Kirishima turns the dial he suddenly feels super tense, he could feel Bakugo's unwavering glare at the machine, daring it to deny what he wanted again.

The capsule dropped into the dispenser.

He cautiously reaches in to pick up the capsule and opens it.

A mini Red Riot stares up at him. Kirishima smiles and holds it up.

"Hey look! Finally a mini me!-" He stops talking when he sees Bakugo's eyes are hyperfocused on the figurine.

"Gimme."

"Wha-" Kirishima yelps in surprise when Bakugo lunges at him.

He's too stunned to really defend himself when he feels Bakugo's warm hands touch his to swipe the figurine. The blond's face was super red as he quickly turned and bent down towards his bag.

Bakugo wanted a mini Red Riot!?

Kirishima.exe has stopped working.

Kirishima could feel his face heating up.

'Could that mean-?'

He was snapped out of his thoughts when Bakugo started muttering.

"Where the fuck did that little gremlin go." He growled, rifling through the gym bag, tossing heroes and empty capsule balls all over the place.

'Oh my God, he's looking for mini Bakugo.'

The figure suddenly feels heavy in his pocket.

Bakugo really did look frustrated.

Kirishima reached into his pocket, hovering over the figure. He /could/ play dumb about this whole thing.

But that wouldn't be very manly, huh?

Mustering up the courage, Kirishima holds up the mini Bakugo.

"Is this what you were looking for?"

Bakugo looks up and double takes when he sees little Dynamight, now the tips of his ears are getting red.

"Wh- how- nevermind, hand him over."

"No."

Kirishima can see Bakugo opening his mouth to argue so he raises a hand to ask him to wait.

"I think this is a fair trade. You can have Red Riot but Dynamight belongs to me." He states, a slight tease to his tone as he hugs the figure close to his chest.

Bakugo's face couldn't get any redder, darting his eyes away from Kirishima to look at the ground, mumbling something under his breath.

"What did you just say Bakugo?" He asks, walking closer.

Bakugo's eyes flicker up to his.

"I said...he's been yours for a while now."

Kirishima’s heart is beating a mile a minute as he bends down in front of Bakugo to get eye level.

"As I said with Red Riot, he's yours too."

"Really?"

"Really."

Bakugo's eyes dart down to Kirishima's lips then back to his eyes. His mouth ticking up into a soft smirk.

"Then how about we finalise that trade?"

Kirishima smiles back at him, his hand slowly covering Bakugo's.

"And how should we do that, hmm?"

"Like this," Bakugo leans forward to close the small distance and Kirishima meets him half way. The kiss was soft but firm and he loved every second of it.

It was perfect.

He leaned back slightly and smiled, touching their foreheads together.

"Trade accepted."

✧ So suffice to say, he's wondering how you don't blink whenever you make another big purchase when he watches you play whatever gacha game you're playing. Choking a tiny bit whenever that "Purchase succesful!" text pops up across the screen after a hefty purchase.

✧ And as much as Shu is a preacher of: "Spend your money however you like it, since it's money you've earnt," he does try to convince you to not spend so much whenever he's around, urging you. But he's not pushy about it. "As long as you know your limits, babe. Just be mindful of just how much you're spending alright?"

✧ He's dabbled in it like once or twice, gacha games that is. Wasn't his things and he's never looked back since - but he can get where the temptation to pull comes from. With all the pity system and huge bold text saying that every 10th pull is a guaranteed something.

✧ And Ike, like the sweet boy he is tries to use that logic on you too. But while you're just nodding away to his explanations, only to do another huge purchase the novelist sighs in defeat. He lets you spend your newly attained in game special currency till it depletes again, with you having once again gained nothing before he takes whatever device you were playing on with a calm smile.

✧ "Come now then, how about you take a break from that game? It's not going to run away while we go out and shop for items that may very well benefit you and bring you more joy than some far away joy you don't know how much you have to spend to get."

✧ At first he's hyping you up, because he doesn't believe that you would be willing to spend your money with just one click from your thumb. So he's all laugh and jokes, even throwing a comment. "Go ahead babe! I'm sure this next one will surely be it, trust me!"

✧ It doesn't, of course it doesn't. And Luca just coos and laughs as you groan once again, but when he sees from the screen that you're going towards the shop again, his smile freezes. "Wait- Babe? Baby? Again? You just dropped a ton of bucks-" and you only stare at him like: "And?"

✧ Actually makes a whole bet with you to see who can get their desired character/item first before the other. You're both in this hellhole together, might as well make it interesting while your wallet cries from your choices.

✧ Shoves it in your face when he gets what he wants before you, and vice versa - all in good companionship. Sorta. Speechless a few times when he stops himself from spending only to see you make another big purchase like. "Damn, do you have a second job that I don't know of? Where all this money coming from?"

✧ However, he knows how to stop you. Money is precious, Mysta knows that more than anyone how hard it can be at times without money - so as much as he wants the characters or items like you, he also manages to convince you to not pull more. "Hey! They'll come again in the near future, and then you'll get them, but for now just use the ones you already got! Who knows maybe you'll like them better than this one!"

✧ Heck the roles are reversed here, compared to Vox you're like a dolphin with how he makes multiple purchases on the go before exiting the store. If anything it's helping you realize that: "Wow, that's a lot of money."

✧ When he sees you spend money though, he himself hypes you up, but in the same sentence also makes sure to remind you to not get too carried away. "I'm sure you can get that character, darling. But if you don't get them when you hit the pity, do stop there for the time being. You can do that can't you?"

✧ But hey, if you have the money to spend money and know your limits, then he's not stopping you. He does it himself, he's no hypocrite after all. "Ohh, you lost the 50/50 again, don't worry love, I'm sure you can get this next one for sure."

i don't believe diavolo is "canonically yandere"

and here is why:

first off, those admissions stated are not unique to "yandere" characters only. multiple characters have expressed wanting to keep mc to themselves, and given the chance, they would proclaim so. it can't be a fact contributing to diavolo = yandere if other "non-yandere" characters (say, mammon or asmodeus, or perhaps simeon) would or have already proclaimed such things. Obey Me is a romance oriented game. It is quite normal to hear/read lines of the sort, no matter the character archetype. I've played otome/gacha games including Solmare's games since back when they were still Shall We Date. edit: —and therefore encountered those same lines multiple times.

second, his character song. i genuinely believe his character song isn't meant to suggest that he's yandere. i didn't feel any of the sort. if anything, diavolo's character song instead feels likd desperation. like he was doing his best to sell himself to mc.

Even the chorus feels like he was trying to convince mc and him both.

"Fear nothing and move forward." seems to be a message to himself, a reminder that despite possible, suggested fears of not being chosen, not being the closest to the player in comparison to the brothers, especially Lucifer.

It's very hard to explain and I probably should be doing my research paper instead but technically, he is the number 1. He's the prince of Devildom. He has the authority, the riches, the power. He's royalty. But compared to Lucifer and the brothers, he has barely any way to connect to mc. Not to mention that Lucifer is the more present and active forefront.

It's also like...like he thinks he needs to exchange luxury or material things to be loved.

Honestly I don't think I have enough non-neurodivergent braincells to be able to express my views on the matter clearly and concisely, so this ends here.

edit: i am back from first major hurdle of research study. right now i am not playing obey me. the way the writers handled the story and the individual character depths of all the male leads disappointed me, so i only come back for fanfic ideas because yes, despite what has happened in the story, i still love the characters. so yeah. as of now, these opinions are of what i know from the character song, and from side/event stories as well as devilgram and chats. before stopping, i did play obey me for the main story for three years though.

point one: it was not diavolo who was specifically responsible for mc's estrangement into devildom. mc was chosen by random and complete bad luck, mentioned by lucifer in satan's arc. even then, choosing did not fall under diavolo's responsibilities, but lucifer's. pretty irresponsible way to choose an exchange student, especially a human one, but diavolo wasn't even meant to be a dateable character back in the earliest part of the main story for it to suggest that diavolo has yandere tendencies. the only thing that implies is that demons overestimated humans and their ability to adapt/acclimate or simply did not care. however, this argument is only viable if the yanking mc from home thing one is referring to is not from season 1.

point two: the definition of a yandere is exactly, word for word, this: Yandere is a portmanteau of two Japanese words. The first is yanderu, which means “to be sick,” and the second is deredere, used here for “lovestruck.” A yandere is often sweet, caring, and innocent before switching into someone who displays an extreme, often violent or psychotic, level of devotion to a love interest

here's a longer definition:

point three: there's a distinct difference between yandere and somewhat possessive or jealous.

point four: barbatos is def much more of a canon yandere than diavolo, and i am not against fanon/headcanon/au yandere! diavolo.

About the Nightmare system and Summon x10 for UR/+ cards.

Hey there. I've been contemplating if I should make a post about this, since it might not be very relevant in the first place. But considering how things have kinda exploded for the past two days regarding Nightbringer's gameplay and reward system, I've decided to share this little info. The post might be a bit long but I needed to explain what happened to get to the final part.

TL;DR version: Summon x10 most probably doesn't help getting UR/+ cards, it's the same as doing individual summons. And Solmare is not giving the info and details about how it works.

I'll explain how I got to that conclusion:

In the last Nightmare event, "First Step", as the huge Leviathan stan I am, I did everything I could do to get his UR+ card, using all the resources I had and farming like crazy for more DP and DV.

After about 118 pulls, the card never came.

You know, I am aware of how this works and I'm not going to complain in here about luck and all, that's not the point. But, in the final days of my crusade, I made an effort with a friend of mine to try to figure out what's best: Individual x1 summons, or the Summon x10.

I don't think I'm in the wrong by saying most players believe the Summon x10 actually increases your chances to get a valuable card. It does say it guarantees an SSR or higher in the banner.

But I started wondering if that was actually true, how does the Summon x10 work and what does it mean to guarantee an SSR or higher? What are the odds in that system?

So, with my friend, we started doing some calculations.

I need to be clear and say this was made mostly with Leviathan's UR+ in mind because that was my goal, to get that card specifically, but the logic should work for any UR/UR+ in Nightbringer's gacha events if the odds are the same and your goal is pulling those cards specifically.

Basically, if his card (and Diavolo's in that event) had a probability of 1,5% to drop, there was a 98,5% of not getting it, and doing some math I could detail if you want, we compared the chances for doing individual x1 summons ten times, and for doing a Summon x10 (in a system I'll detail a bit lower in here).

Without getting into the details of the calculations, the conclusion was: it's literally the same.

That, if we assume in the best case, that the odds are always 1,5%, be it individual or x10 pull. (other options included: the odds for those cards increase proportionally and that would make the odds for URs actually increase).

But now you might be wondering, why would the card still have that low percentage if, in a Summon x10, we are supposed to get a higher chance of getting valuable cards? After all, that's what most people go for when summoning if they want to increase their chances, right?

And that's exactly the question we had, how exactly are the odds working in there?

We theorized that Summon x10 works like this:

Out of 10 spaces, 9 use a regular pool with the regular odds you can find detailed in the Nightmare banner for every event, and 1 reserved space for a smaller pool of cards (the SSR and UR/+ ones) that has different odds.

The thing is... we don't actually know how it works and what the odds are for that smaller pool, so we tried theorizing like this:

If there's a reserved space for a different pool with different odds, since if needs to increase the chances compared to the regular pool, what exactly are those odds?

For example, in "First Step" there were 15 cards SSR or higher (the twelve regular SSRs + Barbatos SSR + DiaLevi URs). In the regular pool, those cards had a chance of:

Regular SSRs: 0.5%

Event! Barbatos SSR: 3.00%

Event! Diavolo/Leviathan UR+: 1.5%

But in this possible case, where a smaller pool should exist in that one reserved space, we have no idea what those odds are. I tried searching that info in the banner screen and the options menu, but there wasn't anything to be found. So me and my friend did the calculations assuming they worked as in using a SSR+ voucher, which were, if you checked the odds in the banner, the following:

Regular SSRs: 7.5%

Event! Barbatos SSR: 7.00%

Event! Diavolo/Leviathan UR+: 1.5%

Well, we start with the following information some may already now: Using a SSR+ Voucher has absolutely no benefit if you want a UR/+, because it keeps the same odds, and if anything, it only helps getting those SSRs. That should sound obvious because it's called SSR+ Voucher after all, but many people think it actually helps. But hey, that still isn't my main concern.

If we assume that the Summon x10 works like we just theorized, with that one space using the odds from the SSR+ Voucher, then, besides helping you get SSRs, Summon x10 doesn't help you with UR/+ cards. As simple as that.

When I realized it, I was struck with this feeling of foolishness because how did I not think about it before? And I'm sure I wasn't the only one, every new event I see people aiming for URs doing Summon x10.

...But that's not all, right?

Because all of this was only a theory and we don't know for sure how the Summon x10 actually works.

But we can try to find out, right? What's the detail in these odds? What do they mean when they "guarantee" an SSR or higher? (and, if you're careful enough, the details in the "option" menu only talk about guaranteeing at least one SSR, it never mentions the "higher" part).

Aaand this is where I wanted to get in the first place. I tried it. I tried asking Solmare about the details of how Summon x10 works and I first received an automatic response that completely avoided the question. So after insisting and directly asking one more time "In the Summon x10, what are the odds for the SSR or higher cards that are guaranteed?", I received this:

Now that's... That's shady. To say the least.

Why are they hiding the odds of the Summon x10? How does it work and how does it "guarantee" cards?

They could've confirmed the theory of the 9+1 spaces that I just explained (Yes, I wrote a long ass inquiry detailing that when I reached them), but instead they kept quiet?

I seriously don't understand, that information should be available, specially considering people pay to do it. Even if it doesn't work like I theorized, there has to be another way, that was exactly what I requested, without any hate or resentment, I was clear in what information I wanted. But... well.

I leave this information in here because I believe the players, if they hadn't figured this out already, should have this doubt in their minds as well when it comes to strategizing and using their resources. That in fact, we don't have all the information about the Gacha system, in purpose.

If you ask me about what conclusion did I reach with my friend, that is: If I only want the UR/+ of an event, I will only do individual pulls. The last days of that Nightmare event I did individual pulls and got Diavolo twice xD almost two times in a row (Diavolo -> filler card -> Diavolo) and that card had also a 1.5% chance of getting it. (Also, it pops up a new question: how does the random system work if a 1.5% card appears almost immediately one after another? Welp I haven't gotten there)

Of course if you want any card of the event, Summon X10 is a good option, it will certainly guarantee SSRs, but for URs... That's a different story.

So, yeah. That's my contribution from the torture I went through xD and the calculations I did with my friend (funnily, he came to the conclusion this has to be one of the most money grabbing gachas out there). I hadn't tried another method or theory for the odds but if you come up with something you can always complement the info.

First up is my diluc build I love him so much but crimson witch actually hates me </3 Serpent spine is actually carrying this build it's crazy. Also fun fact, that absolutely ass pyro goblet is actually just. My best pyro goblet. I have shit luck with them apparently but have like ten good cry goblets it is not fair </3

MY KAEYA the fact that his artifacts are so good is crazy to me because I spent like. Maybe a month total farming for him everything else just somehow came into exsistance idk it's crazy. That cryo goblets I got from the abyss like. Apparently my kaeya is destined to have a good CRIT ratio

My Childe build is. Temporary. I really wanna build him a bit better but it is what it is his current build is fine. What I really want is more rust refinements but alas the gacha hates me in particular. It's actually kinda funny I got rust literally the ten pull after I lost the 50/50 to Keqing I was so mad about it it's not even funny

My fischl's crit rate is absolutely awful but it is NOT my fault for some reason I have yet to get a single crit rate goblet for thundering fury oh my god. Her goblet is literally so insane though I still don't know how I managed to get that one

My kaveh and venti both just have a bunch of em stacked onto them, since I run bloom kaveh and swirl support venti (although I do plan on getting artifacts for aggravate kaveh here soon) their builds aren't particularly insane, I just wanted to include them because I love them hehe :3

Bonus, my Eula build that is currently being held by beidou. I have been prepping for eula since November and FINALLY her banner is official </3 only nine more days until this build finally gets to go on its rightful owner

I was visualizing Galala's dress so so hard while I was doing the gacha trying to will it into existence but

I got the shoes I was missing instead. now I have The Full Shuuka

so I end the free gacha campaign with 5/6ths of the PPRs. as predicted, the game made an exception for the truly! abysmal! luck I've had with the gacha until now only because it knows I don't want this coord, as evidenced by not getting the one PPR dress I would have been ok with getting. whatever, I'll still gladly add it to my rank up rotation.

anyway since everyone else is sharing, I am missing

7 things (+ HB CR). would trade every PPR for them if I could... that said it was fun getting to do the gacha every day and see what everyone else got too :) and it was a really surprisingly generous giveaway for what has (in my view) been a remarkably stingy game! I hope they do this every month, haha.

Here is a random post that I didn't want to do yet since it interferes with my regular posts. Ahm anyway, I try my best not to make random posts like that so as not to disturb anyone who enters my profile to read. but I really need to make a statement and talk a little with you (?) or anyone...

two weeks ago I was in the hospital due to surgery for a tumor in my body, but that's not the problem here... I spent a week taking medication every six to twelve hours while I was there, the medications themselves were very strong for my body and mind to the point that I was drugged for three days, I couldn't even think straight and this still continues since I returned home... "after-effects" I'm vomiting everything I eat, I can't sleep properly and I've been having daily anxiety attacks since I came back from the hospital, I'm also taking medication at home which is also strong and the same effects are returning again...

I took some time to take care of myself... besides my myopia got worse after a while, I lost my diet, I'm not controlling my anxiety tics, and it seems like I get excited about everything and can't control myself (?), I just feel like I've been born again... (in the worst way possible)

anyway here it is: I'm not going to stop writing, I'm putting some ideas here and there in drafts (mainly about twisted wonderland, hsr and maybe obey me), I'll probably write some things soon in liyue because there's a lot of stuff I haven't posted why was I waiting for the "lion dance boy" to add to this...

(why does he remind me so much of a vtuber model doing itto pose? 💀)

anyway... take care of yourselves, eat well (and don't hide any illness or suspicious lump on your body... surgery without anesthesia hurts like hell), sleep well and don't just spend 24 hours on your cell phone... I wish the best of luck to those who study to pass the year and to those who play a gacha game that wins the characters or weapons that you want most..

Sadly Valefor doesn't have the same bio cards as the rest do.

We we're taken aback when we saw him in the PV trailer for the chat feature. And the only good shots of him are the one in the Voice PV vid and in game so far.

I was trying to get him on the achievement option but he seem that he doesn't want to pop up XD.

Anyway hope that this helps, sorry that I can't provide any good pics of this big teddy bear.

It was a simple day for miramoonli.

Intel shenwas dragged into a fight with ink.

He didn't bring her to fight with him, no, no, no, she kinda accidentally fell into one of his ink portals and boom. She is now in the middle of the fight between the star sans and bad sans.

Ink asked for her help when he saw her.

Ink saw miramoonli on the ground near there battle. So he ran up to her to see if she was alright.

Ink: "Hey, you ok there? While you're here, why don't you help us out with the battle!"

Mira: "umm, I don't want to get into a fight right no-"

Ink didn't let her finish. He just grabbed her and pulled her into the fight. Mira didn't know what to do, so she did the next best thing. Dodging. Most of the sans didn't pay mind to her, mostly focusing on dream, ink, and blue (can't remember if he's in their group or not). Expect one person who was staying back. Nightmare. He was keeping a lock eye on Mira. He hadn't seen her before and she was...unique. plus, he feels the nervousness going off of her from trying not to get hit or stuck in the battle. While everyone was distracted, he sneaks up to Mira and grabs her with his tentacles.

Nightmare: "well, well, well, what do we have here?"

Mira was scared when she saw him and disent say anything. She can only stare at him.

Nightmare: "hmm, I love the taste of fear~, so tell me dear, how would you like to die?"

Even tho Mira was scared, she is not weak. She regained her focus and broke free from his grasp and summoned some attacks.

Nightmare: "intresting...then let's go."

Mria supisingly held her own for a bit, before nightmare could get a hit on her, ink grabbed her and feld with the other star sans.

Nightmare: "hmm...you're luck this time dear, intel we meet again."

His laugh echoes thru the void while he disappeared witht he bad sanses.

Ranmaru: Hey, that's the tea shop over there, right?

Keiji: It's really crowded! Just as popular as all the rumors say.

Nobunaga: ...So this is the "cat cafe" she spoke of.)

Ranmaru: Lord Masamune, surely you know that cats with fur patterns like that are considered bad luck among samurai and warrior families. Ranmaru: That fur pattern looks more like a cracked helmet... Not exactly something that would bring about good luck.

Masamune: And what about it? Masamune: Better to wear your colors with pride rather than hide what you are. Life's better that way. Even this little guy's brave and strong enough to do that.

(...Huh. That's actually... not bad to hear.)

Ranmaru: Um, Lord Masamune? This cat's a boy, isn't he? Don't tell me you're trying to charm him too?

Masamune: What's cooler than a man that even other men can fall for?

Hideyoshi: Always with the trickery, you. Are you okay, Kabutomaru? Hideyoshi: Take a minute to recover. Do you mind if I pick you up?

(Nnn... I don't love it, but this guy's arms are gentle... it's not bad...)

Hideyoshi: There, there. There's a good boy.

(Don't treat me like a kitten. I'm a big cat now.) (But it's warm like this... It feels nice. I guess, maybe... a few more minutes...)

Keiji: Look at you getting all cozy. Cats don't normally get so close to people.

(...Yeah, that's right. I feel like I'm selling out after just a little bit a pampering.) (Selling out to warriors, of all people.) (I guess it's because I know they won't do anything (too) bad to me, even if they are warriors...)

Keiji: You're a pretty special cat, aren't ya?

ah, no, that was all, but if you'll indulge, i've been trying to pull ptilopsis since i started in january. she was the only reason i pulled on dorothy's banner since she was a rate up (i only did a 10 since i was saving for mlynar, though it didn't really matter since i got dorothy on texalter's banner anyway), but she has eluded me! if i wasn't so indecisive i'd just use my last transfer permit on her, but i still don't have warfarin either, and i know that utility medics are what people value in the endgame (perfumer was my first e2 so what do i care, i say, caring deeply), so i wouldn't want to use my permit on one of them and then get them right after, y'know? the pain of the gacha.

Oh man I see, yeah gachas and RNG be that way... it's been a while since we got Ptilopsis on a standard banner so hopefully she'll get a rate up soon! it's up to you whatever you value the most, if it's gameplay or the characters you enjoy, I'd personally say the later (and about Ptilopsis, she's a VERY good medic, simply, the SP boost she gives is very great, so if it's about wanting an utility Medic, she's definitely a good pic)

But either way I hope you'll get her eventually! I give you all my luck

NOTE: This message technically applies to both this one and my other MagiReco blog @halloweenqueenkanagi (feel free to follow if you want to see what almost a year of Kanagiposting looks like), but since most of you follow me from this one...I figured I'd post it here to be safe.

I've been a bit less active this week, and while I'm not sure if anyone has noticed, I've been feeling pretty bad about it, especially for neglecting my Kanagi page. Normally, I try to post at least once a day on it and maybe double up if I miss a day, but just yesterday, I realized I'd missed three days in a row and after one of my MagiReco friends messaged me to see if I'd gotten Homucifer yet, I figured I'd let you all know what's been going on. It's nothing too serious, but I've been having GI issues almost all week, and after pushing it off as just a bug for most of it, I went in to see someone a few days ago about it. I hadn't been able to do a lot of the anni events and had been having trouble working.

Good news: it's nothing serious, they did all the tests to rule all the bad stuff out, and it should clear up soon. Bad news...it might still be a couple of weeks before I'm back to normal depending on how my body goes about it (and American ERs will make you wait 4+ hours to get a damn CT scan to rule everything out, but what else is new).

I would've loved to make a lot more anni content and finalized at least one PN design to celebrate, since PMMM was a big inspiration on it, after all. But I may have to take it easy for just a bit longer. Don't worry, I'll be back and definitely making content in the meantime (and hopefully finally getting Homucifer after like 5 pulls and nothing but an IV bruise to show for it). But in the meantime, I figured I'd owe you an explanation for why I've been AWOL.

P.S. To change the subject, how's your luck been on the free 4-stars? So far, I've gotten two new girls I've been really wanting--Kushu from the free gacha and Mikage from the Iroha 4-star ticket--and am pulling for Kagome right now.

If you ever decide to drop og obey me but want to feel the gap while you fully transition between games, I would like to recommend Limbus company! It's dark fantasy gacha with a gamplay kind of similar to darkest dungeon. Altough the combat system can be a little hard to get the hang of, it's pretty rewarding as you fight more!

The main cast is based off from classic literature: Metamorphosis, Moby Dick, Dream of the red chamber... the Mc is mamed Dante and is based form the Divina comedia (and a comedy it is with how darkly funny and bastard all the characters interactions are with each others!) It's kind of a niche target audience, but I have been having fun with it. You will love the bug guy!

The dailies are basically just fighting, so they are quite easy to fulfil. Although I have yet to find how to get the points for the gacha that aren't from advancing with the story or buying, the gacha isn't that bad; my luck is terrible, I tell you. I have to always reach 76-80 pull on both guaranteed and 50/50 in Genshin to get the five star! Even on my way to build pity, I only pull onr 4 star per tenfold. But in Limbus, I pulled the equivalent of three 5 stars in two days. And since it's relatively new, it won't overwhelm you with the amount of cards.

The only problem I would say it has, is that you will probably need to use the steam version for PC/Laptop if you don't have a good phone/tablet. I tried to run it with the same tablet I play Twisted, but it always crashed after trying to load the tutorial battle.

Sorry if this message bothers you! You can delete it if so, but your poll made me remember the reasons of why I left Obey me! Similar to you, how tough it was to keep up with the dailies and grinding in general, but I was too attached/needed something to do the ex/change before taking my leave. I felt better almost immediately and soon realised everything felt more like a chore rather than something I wanted to play.

I am just in a big transition mood tbh. I already dropped one of my genshin accounts since I rarely play on it any more and now just do the dailies on EU which I can enjoy with friends too, but it's just waiting out until the update now ^^'

And yeah, I'll definitely drop the OG Obey me. Not like I will delete it, but I just won't nurse it anymore with my time unless they decide to go back and make it an actual, separate game. I am just so disappointed at how they are handling it now. And I was so surprised how many people chose the option that they only play the OG game...

Nevertheless, I do want my games to immerse me (and get my mind off things for a while) and this grinding or just doing dailies is just not doing it for me anymore, so thank you for your input! I'll keep it in mind though not sure if I want to find something else or just go with the most obvious option for me personally: Honkai Star Rail.

IDK if that will catch my attention as much as Genshin did, but with friends that play it and my fav content creators also making videos about it and stuff, it seems logically for me to at least check it out. Either way, there won't be big changes coming soon, though maybe I can find some time this weekend to check out some games I wanted to play and see if something catches my eye, so thanks for your suggestion ♥ I hope you continue to have a lot of fun with Limbus Company!
