Guys, I have one piece of advice for you that will seriously improve your time on simblr: If you love someone's story, let them know. Leave a comment, send an ask, whatever. Do it on anon if you're scared. And don't worry about coming off as unhinged. Honestly, the more details and rambling you put in, the better. There is literally nothing that makes an artist feel better than having someone tell them that they love their work.

So if someone's latest story post made you cry, tell them! Or if their edit gave you chills, tell them!!! And let me tell you a secret. Nothing motivates people to work on their stories more than knowing that other people love them and want to see more.

Nothing feels better than seeing someone answer your ask or reply to your comment, and seeing how happy they are. Trust me on this. It feels amazing. You'll make their day, and make your own day better too. And maybe, just maybe, you'll be the push they need to open their game and work on the next post.

Oh, and if you want them to love you forever, include details! Say what specific lines made you feel so strongly, or offer theories on what's going to happen next. Tell them who your favorite character is, or what antagonist is making your teeth grind. Storytellers put so much effort into their posts and their writing, and having someone pick up on the details is so immensely gratifying.

OK, seriously, it's been 5 years of keeping this with me, but I think it's been too long and I need to get it out:

Gray isn't white skinned. Gray isn't a "white guy".

Whithe person is Tigress, Maelstrom, Paper Star, Chase Devineaux, Julie Argent, Zach and Ivy.

But Gray isn't. Gray has a "beige" skin tone, it's an almost orange skin tone. He isn't as white as other characters that if you put them in the light they almost shine like a Twilight's vampire.

And I have never understood why some call him "white man" because throughout the entire series it's very clear that he isn't. Yeah, ok, he's not brown, but he isn't white either. In Spanish we have a term called "apiñonado" (a middle term between white and brown, which people who are a mix between an indigenous person and someone with white skin tend to have. You know, the consequences of miscegenation)

Which has sometimes led me to think that Gray is a person with Aboriginal roots (that's another topic. And although I have no proof, I have no doubt either.)

Even here I leave you the best proof. In a place with little light. Chase and Gray. Chase is white, not Gray!

And well, I could put more proof, but I think these are the clearest. I'm not mad at anyone, but I'm not going to understand why even Gray's wiki says "Skin: white" when it's VERY obvious that it's not, and there have always been other terms to describe different skin tones, not just "black and white"

ugh sorry for taking a while to get to this. The problem is I feel like the only two ways to answer this are by spending a week and a half of full time labor sifting through old posts and evidence to get every detail right and lay out an airtight case, or to halfass something very serious, and so I felt a little stuck. So since I can't seem to find a good halfway point, apologies but here is the half assed version, if you want to get into it more I invite you to do your own deep dive or talk to other people, but here's how I remember things. Louis has almost never on video explicitly said things about Larry not being real and/or anything negative about fans and their theories (mostly the opposite), up until the last couple years when he obviously decided to make a major change he didn't talk about Freddie much at all let alone saying he was his kid, honestly not that much about Eleanor even; except for in two major interviews with Dan Wootton, each of which lined up with a serious traumatic Tomlinson family event that they managed to keep out of the tabloids until the very end (Jay's illness and Fizzy's struggles with substance abuse). After the fact of those events a lot of small things that didn't make sense at the time came together to look very much like Louis traded those interviews (and those answers) for having his family's private matters kept private. Story trading of this kind is a publicly known real thing that happens, and there were various clues that suggested he was being leaned on about those stories to lend legitimacy to the idea that it was something that happened in these cases. Given what we know about Dan Wootton and how he operates even before the recent flood of information and even more now, I think it's more than likely that he has been holding the threat of outing Louis (as he has done to many other public figures) over his head for over a decade, and has used his family's tragic struggles to get Louis to dance like a fucking puppet for him and I will REJOICE at his downfall when it comes whether it is now or 20 years from now... because someday it will, he has made too many enemies to stay above it forever
